Hi\u00e7bir \u00d6nderlik \u00d6calan kadar<br \/>\ns\u00f6m\u00fcrge sistemini ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrge toplumunu ideolojik, felsefik ve sosyolojik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeye<br \/>\ntabi tutmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hi\u00e7bir \u00d6nderlik \u00d6calan gibi toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kad\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle e\u015f de\u011ferde, hatta ondan daha \u00f6nemli bir sorun olarak g\u00f6rmemi\u015f,<br \/>\nkad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesine, partile\u015fmesine ve ordula\u015fmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelmemi\u015ftir. \u00d6calan<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt halk tarihinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck isyanc\u0131s\u0131 ve isyan hareketinin \u00d6nderidir. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\nen \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 be\u015fbin y\u0131ll\u0131k egemen sistemi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyerek ona kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nParadigmasal d\u00fczeyde yeni alternatif bir sistem ortaya koymas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6calan bir<br \/>\nbirey olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karak bir ulusun, bunun da \u00f6tesinde insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nbile\u015fkesi haline gelmi\u015ftir. \u00d6calan hem devrimci halk sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n teorisyeni,<br \/>\n\u00d6nderi ve komutan\u0131 olurken, ayn\u0131 zamanda siyasal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek bir<br \/>\nbar\u0131\u015f\u0131n da muhatab\u0131d\u0131r. Hem ideolojik ve stratejik \u00e7izgi \u00d6nderli\u011fi, hem de<br \/>\npolitik ve taktik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin \u00f6nderidir. \u0130mral\u0131\u2019da e\u015fi benzeri olmayan bir<br \/>\nyaln\u0131zl\u0131k-tecrit sistemine tabi tutulmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi bunlard\u0131r. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131 salt<br \/>\nbar\u0131\u015f ki\u015filiyle anmak onu \u00e7arp\u0131tmakt\u0131r<strong><em>. \u201cBen, basit bir bar\u0131\u015f aray\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 de\u011filim.<br \/>\nBen; ger\u00e7ek temelde bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l, demokratik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc isteyen, bunu ama\u00e7layan ve<br \/>\nbunun geli\u015ftirilebilmesi, ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilmesi i\u00e7in de her t\u00fcrl\u00fc fedakarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan<br \/>\ninsan\u0131m. Ama e\u011fer buna ra\u011fmen devlet, ger\u00e7ek anlamda ve ger\u00e7ek temelde bar\u0131\u015f ve<br \/>\ndemokratik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme gelmedi mi o zaman en b\u00fcy\u00fck sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131 ki\u015fili\u011fim. Maddi ve manevi bak\u0131mdan \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\nya\u015fam tarz\u0131nda sisteme ait bir zerre bulamazs\u0131n\u0131z. \u00d6calan sistemi a\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve<br \/>\nen b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 konumundad\u0131r. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131 ele\u015ftirenlerin ezici \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ya\u015fam<br \/>\ntarzlar\u0131nda maddi ve manevi a\u00e7\u0131dan d\u00fc\u015fman olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri sistemle i\u00e7i\u00e7edirler<br \/>\nve onu ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar. S\u00f6ylemde farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnseler de pratikte her \u015feyiyle g\u0131rtla\u011f\u0131na<br \/>\nkadar sistemi ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar. Da\u011flarda, Zindanlarda, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her taraf\u0131nda<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt gen\u00e7leri, kad\u0131nlar\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131 direniyor ve insanl\u0131\u011fa ilham kayna\u011f\u0131<br \/>\noluyorsa, Rojava devrimiyle demokratik halklar konfederasyonu in\u015fa ediliyor ve<br \/>\ntarihin en g\u00f6rkemli \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sava\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyorsa bu da yine \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n direni\u015fi<br \/>\nve \u00e7izgisiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n hakikat rejimi ve buna dayal\u0131 geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi sosyal<br \/>\nbilim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ideolojik, felsefik, toplumsal ve siyasal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeler<br \/>\nyaparken d\u00f6rt d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce y\u00f6ntemi olan mitolojik, dini, felsefik ve bilimsel<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarzlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7 i\u00e7e kullanmaktad\u0131r. Tarihi toplumsal sorunlar\u0131 tarihsel<br \/>\nsosyolojik metotla ele almakta, birbiriyle ba\u011flant\u0131land\u0131rmakta ve sonu\u00e7<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kartmaktad\u0131r. \u201c<strong>Tarih g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde gizli<br \/>\nve biz tarihin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda gizliyiz\u201d <\/strong>belirlemesiyle anl\u0131k, g\u00fcnl\u00fck oldu\u011fu<br \/>\nkadar ge\u00e7mi\u015fi ve gelece\u011fi kapsayan bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemati\u011fine sahiptir. <strong>\u00d6calan derin bir tarih bilinciyle tarihi<br \/>\nsosyolojikle\u015ftirmekte ve sosyolojiyi tarihselle\u015ftirmektedir.<\/strong> \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n hakikat<br \/>\nrejimi ve tarihsel toplum de\u011ferlendirmeleri sosyolojik ve tarihsel perspektife<br \/>\ndayan\u0131r. <strong>\u201cTarih bilinci olmayanlar\u0131n<br \/>\ntoplumsal ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n bir anlam ifade edemeyece\u011fi \u00e7ok iyi bilinmelidir. Ne<br \/>\nkadar tarih bilinci varsa o kadar anlaml\u0131 bir toplumsal ya\u015fama tekab\u00fcl edece\u011fi<br \/>\nunutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d\u00a0 (A. \u00d6calan)<\/strong> Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla<br \/>\nbu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarz\u0131n\u0131 anlamak derin bir tarih bilinci, siyasal ve sosyolojik d\u00fczey<br \/>\ngerekmektedir. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarz\u0131n\u0131 bilmeyen, ara\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131\u015f ki\u015filer do\u011fal olarak<br \/>\n\u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n analizlerini ve de\u011ferlendirmelerini anlayamazlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Anlama sorunlar\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. On y\u0131llarca PKK\u2019de yer alan<br \/>\nkadrolar\u0131nda \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131 anlama ve uygulama sorunu bulunmaktad\u0131r ve bu her zaman \u00f6zele\u015ftiri<br \/>\nkonusu yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Zira \u00d6calan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarz\u0131nda ilkede kat\u0131l\u0131k varken<br \/>\npolitikada kuantumik sa\u00e7akl\u0131 (\u00c7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc) tarz bulunmaktad\u0131r. Dogmatik de\u011fildir,<br \/>\nesnektir, de\u011fi\u015fkendir, yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyicidir. \u00d6calan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarz\u0131nda<br \/>\nt\u0131kanma yoktur. Alternatif olu\u015fturmada yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k belirgin bir \u00f6zelli\u011fidir.<br \/>\nBaz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ciltler dolusu kitaplarla yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespitleri \u00d6calan bir<br \/>\nkavramla\u015ft\u0131rma veya tan\u0131mlamayla yapar. Sentezleme, tan\u0131mlama ve kavramla\u015ft\u0131rma<br \/>\n\u00d6calan\u2019da m\u00fcthi\u015ftir. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarz\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u00d6calan en zor ko\u015fullarda bile<br \/>\nbir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f bulmu\u015ftur. Zaten devrimcilerin en belirgin \u00f6zelli\u011fi her ko\u015fulda<br \/>\ndevrimci m\u00fccadeleyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme imkanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 yaratmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6calan<br \/>\nhalk \u00d6nderidir ve t\u00fcm ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 halka adayan ger\u00e7ek sosyalist bir \u00f6nderdir.<br \/>\nKendisinin bireysel maddi ve manevi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ve kayg\u0131s\u0131 olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\ndevrimcili\u011fi \u00e7izgi devrimcili\u011fidir. \u00d6calan i\u00e7in halk \u00e7izgisi asla taviz<br \/>\nverilmeyen bir \u00e7izgidir. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n 3 Mart 2020 tarihindeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\n\u201c<strong><em>Parti<br \/>\nemekle g\u00fc\u00e7lenir. Emek vererek g\u00fc\u00e7lenir. Lafla g\u00fc\u00e7lenmez. Benim durumumu<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fcyorsun de\u011fil mi? Ben 50 y\u0131ld\u0131r emek veriyorum. Kim ailesi i\u00e7in, kendisi<br \/>\ni\u00e7in, akrabalar\u0131 i\u00e7in kurumlarda yer al\u0131p de\u011ferleri kullan\u0131rsa, bunu duyarsam<br \/>\nasla affetmem. Bu halk \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bedeller \u00f6dedi. Herkes bu halk i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele<br \/>\netsin\u201d<\/em><\/strong> de\u011ferlendirme, ele\u015ftiri ve uyar\u0131s\u0131 bu konudad\u0131r. Halk \u00e7izginin tam<br \/>\ntemsil edilmedi\u011fi, baz\u0131 kesimlerin bunu istismar etti\u011fini, bireysel, grup ve ailesel<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karlar i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ideolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan sistemi\u00e7ile\u015fmenin geli\u015fti\u011fi,<br \/>\nideolojik m\u00fccadeleden uzakla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, devrimci \u00e7izginin liberalize edildi\u011fi, ortaya<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kan devrim imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmedi\u011fini dile getirmekte ve uyar\u0131<br \/>\nyapmaktad\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7izgiyi daraltan, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck grup\/hizip \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na endeksleyen,<br \/>\nufku dar yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ele\u015ftirmektedir. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n ele\u015ftirdi\u011fi konular ideolojik<br \/>\n\u00e7izginin uygulanmamas\u0131 sonucu ya\u015fanan sorunlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrt halk \u00d6nderi say\u0131n \u00d6calan ayn\u0131 tarihli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinde daha<br \/>\n\u00f6nce defalarca dile getirdi\u011fi <strong>\u201c\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc<br \/>\n\u00e7izgi\u201d<\/strong> vurgusu yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 \u00d6calan<br \/>\nsadece K\u00fcrt sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc konusunda de\u011fil devlet\u00e7i sistemin a\u015f\u0131larak demokratik<br \/>\ntoplumun in\u015fas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7izgi tezini geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Paradigmatik a\u00e7\u0131dan devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k ve onun<br \/>\nson a\u015famas\u0131 olan kapitalist sistemin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131sal kriz ve toplumsal<br \/>\nsorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc bak\u0131m\u0131ndan <strong>\u201c\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7izgiyi\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nteorik\/ideolojik ve siyasal bir \u00e7er\u00e7eveye kavu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitaplarda<br \/>\nKavram, kuram d\u00fczeyinde tan\u0131mlamalar yapm\u0131\u015f, toplumsal ve siyasal modellerde<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini form\u00fcle ederek sistemle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Makalemizin temel kayna\u011f\u0131<br \/>\n\u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 analizlerdir. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7izgi tezini anlamak i\u00e7in<br \/>\nyapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Uygarl\u0131k \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemelerine ve tarihsel analizlerine b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bakmak ve<br \/>\nincelemek gerekmektedir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7izginin tarihsel boyutunu ortaya koymadan<br \/>\ng\u00fcncel anla\u015f\u0131lamaz.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong><em>DEMOKRAT\u0130K UYGARLIK VE DEMOKRAT\u0130K MODERN\u0130TE TEZ\u0130N\u0130N TAR\u0130HSEL<br \/>\nPERSPEKT\u0130F\u0130<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\n<p class=\" \"><strong><em>Merkezi Uygarl\u0131k <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Uygarl\u0131k <\/strong>kavram\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131f, kent ve devlet a\u015famas\u0131ndaki toplumu tan\u0131mlamakta kullanmaktay\u0131z.<br \/>\nUygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temel kategorisi s\u0131n\u0131fla\u015fma, kentle\u015fme ve devletle\u015fmedir. Toplumsal<br \/>\netik bak\u0131m\u0131ndan bir geli\u015fmeyi de\u011fil bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f niteli\u011findedir. Ataerkil k\u00fclt\u00fcr<br \/>\nkad\u0131na dayal\u0131 do\u011fal kom\u00fcnal toplum ahlak\u0131n\u0131 a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131rarak iktidarla\u015f\u0131p devlet\u00e7i<br \/>\nsistemin geli\u015fmesine yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Ana g\u00f6vde olan demokratik Uygarl\u0131ktan ayr\u0131larak ayr\u0131<br \/>\nbir kol \u015feklinde saparak ana g\u00f6vdeye h\u00e2kim hale geldi. S\u0131n\u0131f, kent ve devlet<br \/>\n\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fczerinden kurumla\u015fan <strong>Rahip+Kral+Komutan<\/strong><br \/>\nerki, <strong>Din+Siyaset+Askerlik<\/strong><br \/>\ni\u00e7i\u00e7eli\u011fiyle iktidar ve devlet sistemine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. <strong>Kom\u00fcnal klan ve kabile toplumundaki SINIFLA\u015eMA, Tar\u0131m-k\u00f6y toplumu<br \/>\n\u00fczerindeki KENTLE\u015eME, Hiyerar\u015fik toplumun ba\u011fr\u0131nda geli\u015fen DEVLETLE\u015eME olgular\u0131<br \/>\nmerkezi uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temelini atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/strong>\u015eaman rahip stat\u00fcs\u00fcne evirilir. Bu<br \/>\nsayede din uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ideolojik g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak kurumsalla\u015f\u0131r. Bilgeden kral ve siyaset<br \/>\nkurumu, \u015eeften ise komutan ve askerlik olgular\u0131 meydana gelir. Zigurattan bir<br \/>\nkent, bir kentten bir devlet, bir devletten bir uygarl\u0131k, bir uygarl\u0131ktan bir<br \/>\nimparatorluk ve \u015fimdiki d\u00fcnya sistemi \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmi\u015ftir. Merkezi uygarl\u0131k<br \/>\nkavram\u0131 kent-s\u0131n\u0131f-devlet \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcs\u00fcne dayanarak geli\u015fen s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, cinsiyet\u00e7i,<br \/>\niktidarc\u0131, i\u015fgalci, emperyalist sistemi tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r ve toplumsal tarihin ancak<br \/>\n%2\u2019lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eder. Esas al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken tarih bu de\u011fildir. Demokratik uygarl\u0131k \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 toplumun demokratikle\u015ftirme \u00e7a\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
