E\u011fer demokratik uygarl\u0131k bi\u00e7iminde bir ger\u00e7e\u011fe ve tarihin<br \/>\nak\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki rol\u00fc sistemli geli\u015ftirmediyse, de\u011ferlendirilmesi gereken bir olgu<br \/>\nniteli\u011findedir. \u00d6nemlisi bir topluluk olarak tarihin bu \u00f6nemli kesitinde varl\u0131k<br \/>\nbulmas\u0131, bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ger\u00e7eklik halinde g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze ta\u015f\u0131yabilecek bir temele sahip<br \/>\nolabilmesidir. Tarihin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kendini Xwebun olarak, de\u011fi\u015fik<br \/>\nevreleri ya\u015fayarak seyretti\u011fi bir ger\u00e7ektir. R\u00eaber APO\u2019nun ilk<br \/>\ndo\u011fu\u015f olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin geli\u015fimini, insani<br \/>\n\u00f6zellikleri ile umut olabilecek bir \u00e7ekirdek ile \u00e7a\u011fa ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<br \/>\nyeni \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f K\u00fcrdistan tarihinin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Buna Mezopotamya\u2019da<br \/>\ntoplumsal \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fa ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapt\u0131ran tarihi bir g\u00fcn olan Newroz\u2019da<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirilmesi bir dirili\u015f-kurtulu\u015fun bir ba\u015fka ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini ifade etmektedir.<br \/>\nBunu kayna\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a zafer seferinin daha 1977 Newroz\u2019unda<br \/>\nete-kemi\u011fe b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcren \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile tamamlanmas\u0131 ile R\u00eaber APO<br \/>\nkazanman\u0131n bir hareket halinde ve K\u00fcrdistan devrimcilerinin y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile bir<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi; hakikat\u0131n bir bile\u015fkesi, kurumla\u015fmas\u0131 ve gelece\u011fin<br \/>\nkazan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bir m\u00fcjdecisi bi\u00e7iminde geli\u015fmesi olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir.<br \/>\nS\u00f6zkonusu bu ger\u00e7e\u011fin bir ideolojik, politik, pratik anlamda daha sonraki<br \/>\ns\u00fcrece ta\u015f\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan 1982 Amed zindan direni\u015finin \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc Mazlum Do\u011fan<br \/>\narkada\u015f\u0131n eylemi; tarihin yeniden can bulmas\u0131, egemen sistem ve onun iktidar<br \/>\nyap\u0131lanmas\u0131na yenilgi, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin idelojik-felsefik ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nsa\u011flayan bir ger\u00e7ek ile Newroz\u2019u kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131, an\u0131n do\u011fru kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n tarihi<br \/>\nad\u0131m\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Apocu ki\u015fili\u011fin PKK ger\u00e7e\u011finde som\u0131tla\u015fmas\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir.<br \/>\n\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin d\u00f6nemsel haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctsel ba\u015far\u0131 ile beslenmesinin<br \/>\ntemel harc\u0131, perspektifi, ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn geli\u015fmesinde belirleyici bir<br \/>\nolgu halinde kendisini \u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr. Y\u0131l\u0131n, ay ve her g\u00fcn\u00fcn birer Newroz bi\u00e7iminde<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmesi bu ilk do\u011fu\u015f\u2019un bilimselli\u011fi, ahlaki-politik ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi, kurumla\u015fmas\u0131<br \/>\nkadar tarihi kendilerinde zindi k\u0131lan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 <strong>Berivanlar,<br \/>\nRah\u015fanlar, Ronahiler, Zekiyeler, Semalar, Sinanlar, Serhatlar, Navdarlar\u0131n<\/strong><br \/>\nduru\u015fu ile tan\u0131mlanabilir. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi \u015fehitlerinin birer alt\u0131n<br \/>\nhalkalar bi\u00e7iminde direni\u015f ve \u015eehadetleriyle yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazan\u0131md\u0131r.<br \/>\nNewroz\u2019lar\u0131n insan ve do\u011fa g\u00fczelli\u011fi ile \u00f6r\u00fclmesidir s\u00f6zkonusu olan.<br \/>\nYolda\u015flar\u0131na kendine g\u00fcveni geli\u015ftiren, an\u0131 kazanma becerisi-yetene\u011fini<br \/>\nsa\u011flatan, ger\u00e7ek yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n birer mihenk halkas\u0131 gibi takip\u00e7ileri olmas\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nsa\u011flatan,\u00a0 g\u00fczelim gelece\u011fe selama duru\u015fun en se\u00e7kin \u00f6zelli\u011fini kazand\u0131rma<br \/>\nile tan\u0131mlanabilir. Bu tarihin yarat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 durumunda olan topluluklar kadar hakikat<br \/>\nemek\u00e7ilerinin de <strong>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Abideleri <\/strong>olarak \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmeleridir.<br \/>\nG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7eklik egemen sistemin a\u00e7 g\u00f6zl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u00e7\u0131kar<br \/>\n\u00e7eli\u015fkileri gibi yans\u0131yor olsa da temelinde kapitalist uygarl\u0131k ile demokratik<br \/>\nuygarl\u0131k aras\u0131ndaki hesapla\u015fmadan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.
