Kad\u0131n haklar\u0131 konusu etraf\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n hemen<br \/>\nhepsi sistemin \u00e7arp\u0131tmalar\u0131 ekseninde ilerlemektedir. Kad\u0131n sorunu bir<br \/>\ntoplumsal sorun, bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunu, do\u011fru ya\u015fama sorunu ekseninde ele al\u0131nma<br \/>\nve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenme yerine mevcut sistem i\u00e7inde birey haklar\u0131 diye bahsedilen<br \/>\nyurtta\u015fl\u0131k haklar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ele al\u0131n\u0131yor. Ki bu da ki\u015finin devlet ve<br \/>\niktidar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131ndan \u00f6te bir \u015fey de\u011fil, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan<br \/>\nkopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve yaln\u0131zla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bireyin devlet taraf\u0131ndan yutulmas\u0131 anlam\u0131ndad\u0131r.<br \/>\nB\u00f6yle bak\u0131nca Avrupa kad\u0131n haklar\u0131 ve ya\u015fam\u0131 konusunda son derece \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc ve<br \/>\nbunu yaratm\u0131\u015f durumda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada bu k\u0131staslar\u0131 uygulama ve buna g\u00f6re<br \/>\nya\u015fama konusunda geleneksel toplum sistemlerindeki kad\u0131n alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirme<br \/>\n\u00e7abas\u0131 var. Dinin, gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerin kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda kurdu\u011fu zincirleri<br \/>\nk\u0131rmak, kad\u0131n\u0131 herkesin al\u0131m\u0131na ve kullan\u0131m\u0131na uygun hale getirmek en \u00f6nemli<br \/>\nhedef. Bunu da toplumsal sahaya kad\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmakla yap\u0131yorlar ki t\u00fcm\u00fcyle ele<br \/>\nge\u00e7irdi\u011fine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrmekten ve belirlenen s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 a\u015fmaktan<br \/>\n\u00e7ekinmiyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Kad\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fitlik sorunu mu \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunu mu diye sormak<br \/>\ngerek. Kad\u0131n aile i\u00e7inde, devlet ve siyaset alanlar\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda ve<br \/>\nhaklar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan erkekle e\u015fitlendi\u011finde bu \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck oluyor mu? Kad\u0131n\u0131 devlet<br \/>\nkorumas\u0131 ve yasalar\u0131 ile e\u015fitlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir anlay\u0131\u015f ile devlete ait olmu\u015f<br \/>\nbir kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi olu\u015fmayacak m\u0131? Kad\u0131n\u0131 ailenin, kocan\u0131n ve geleneklerin bask\u0131s\u0131ndan<br \/>\nzaten bunlar\u0131 yaratan ve s\u00fcrmesi ile kendi gelece\u011fini garantileyen sistem<br \/>\nkurtarabilir mi? Ya da kurtarmak ister mi? <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">T\u00fcm bunlara ra\u011fmen kad\u0131n k\u00f6leli\u011fini radikal bir \u015fekilde<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleme ve ataerkil sistemin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme almak gerekirken bunun yerine<br \/>\nerkek egemenlikli sistem ger\u00e7e\u011fini sorgulamadan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc erkekle<br \/>\ne\u015fitlik konusu \u00fczerinden ele almak veya kad\u0131n\u0131 devlet ve iktidar i\u00e7inde g\u00fc\u00e7<br \/>\nhaline getirmek \u00e7abas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sapt\u0131rmad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Kad\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fitlik ve haklar m\u00fccadelesini t\u00fcmden yads\u0131mak ve<br \/>\nbo\u015f g\u00f6rmek de\u011fil amac\u0131m\u0131z. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in e\u015fitlik de bir ko\u015ful ve \u00f6n a\u015fama<br \/>\nolabilir. Ama \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunu do\u011fru tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kad\u0131n\u0131n nerede kaybetti\u011fi<br \/>\nanla\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131k\u00e7a \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm de geli\u015femez. E\u015fitlenmekle \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmi\u015f<br \/>\nyan\u0131lg\u0131s\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadeleleri \u00e7e\u015fitli isimler ve bi\u00e7imler<br \/>\nalt\u0131nda devam ediyor. T\u00fcmden sistemin kendi kad\u0131n projeleri ile y\u00fcr\u00fcyor demek<br \/>\neksik bir tan\u0131mlama olacakt\u0131r. Farkl\u0131 co\u011frafyalarda ve farkl\u0131 zamanlarda hep<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fc ve s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Erkek egemenli\u011fine, k\u00f6lele\u015fmeye, katledilmeye, bask\u0131 ve<br \/>\n\u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 bir direni\u015f var. Kad\u0131n sorunu olarak g\u00fcndeme giren t\u00fcm egemen<br \/>\nerkek uygulamalar\u0131yla m\u00fccadele konusunda bir aray\u0131\u015f da var. Ancak kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ne bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle, ne tek ba\u015f\u0131na e\u011fitim hakk\u0131 kazanmakla, ne<br \/>\nekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131kla ne de kaba erkek d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yarat\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<br \/>\nDevletten, sistemden, kocadan ve geleneklerden yard\u0131m beklemenin ve talep<br \/>\netmenin de anlams\u0131z ve sonu\u00e7suz oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">O zaman \u00f6z iradesine dayanarak, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kararak,<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek, zorluklara g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs gererek ve kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcndeki temel<br \/>\nengelleri do\u011fru tan\u0131mlay\u0131p bunlarla g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir sava\u015f\u0131m vererek m\u00fccadeleyi<br \/>\ny\u00fckseltmek \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor. En \u00f6nemlisi de alternatif sahibi olabilmek. Ve<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 olan t\u00fcm g\u00fc\u00e7lerle sava\u015f\u0131m\u0131 m\u00fccadelesinin merkezine almak.<br \/>\n\u00d6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam kad\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tek alternatif. Ama bu alternatifi ete kemi\u011fe<br \/>\nb\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcrme ve sistem olarak in\u015fas\u0131na soyunmak bir g\u00f6rev. T\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde<br \/>\nduran bir g\u00f6rev bu. Bunun i\u00e7in egemen erkek zihniyetinin kad\u0131na sundu\u011fu<br \/>\nalternatiflere kar\u015f\u0131 koyma cesareti ve kad\u0131na bi\u00e7ilen rollere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kma, t\u00fcm<br \/>\nkad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortak m\u00fccadelesi, radikal bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve eylemlilik sahibi olmak<br \/>\ngerekli. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">NEREDEN BA\u015eLAMALI; KODLAMALARI KIRMAK<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Toplumsal sistemler zihniyet in\u015falar\u0131 ile geli\u015fiyor. Yani<br \/>\nyeni sistem ve toplumsal kurulu\u015fu tasarlamak ve buna g\u00f6re kendini \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek,<br \/>\n\u00e7evresini \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek, bunun maddi yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karmak, zihniyet in\u015falar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirmek mevcut toplumsall\u0131\u011fa bir m\u00fcdahaledir. Her yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce bir m\u00fcdahale<br \/>\nolarak geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kendini \u00f6rg\u00fctleyebilir ve bunun ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek<br \/>\nyapabilirse yeni bir in\u015faya yol a\u00e7ar. Yapamazsa yenilmi\u015f veya sonu\u00e7suz bir \u00e7aba<br \/>\nolarak tarihte yer al\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Erkek egemen sistem kendini iktidar, devlet ve \u015fiddet ekseninde<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctledi. Bunu yapmak i\u00e7in zihniyetin esnekli\u011fine ve ideolojinin g\u00fcc\u00fcne<br \/>\ndayand\u0131. Herkes \u201cburada kad\u0131n\u0131n su\u00e7u neydi?\u201d onun pe\u015findedir. Ve t\u00fcm izahlar<br \/>\nbunun \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yani her zamanki gibi su\u00e7lu olan ezilendir,<br \/>\nba\u015f\u0131na bir \u015fey gelmi\u015fse bir nedeni ve hakl\u0131 zemini vard\u0131r diye zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131 temize<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karan bir zihniyet ile sorgulanmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n fiziki ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncedeki<br \/>\nzay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7ocuk do\u011furmas\u0131n\u0131n ona getirdi\u011fi negatif durumlar, biyolojik<br \/>\nyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n dezavantajlar\u0131, toplumsal kimlik i\u00e7indeki rol\u00fcn\u00fcn sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, kad\u0131n<br \/>\nkimli\u011finin getirileri(k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k, duygusall\u0131k, kaprisler, zay\u0131f psikoloji, \u2026<br \/>\nvb)! \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131labilecek nice arg\u00fcman&#8230; <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Kad\u0131n toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc do\u011fas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi<br \/>\nsahibi olanlar anaerkil sistem diye adland\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 sistemi de yenilmeye mahkum<br \/>\nve s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n do\u011fmas\u0131n\u0131n zorunlu oldu\u011fu gibi bir \u00f6rg\u00fc ile tarihin ilerlemesi<br \/>\ntezine dayand\u0131rd\u0131lar. Geri olan yenilmeye mahkumdu! Gerilik ve ilerilik neye<br \/>\ng\u00f6re ve nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendiriliyor, bunu kim belirliyor, kriterleri ve ilkeleri<br \/>\nnedir diye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda erkek akl\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Ve onun kendi<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirdi\u011fi sistemi me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in sergiledi\u011fi \u00e7abalar\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Sonu\u00e7 olarak do\u011fal toplum olarak temel insani ilkelere ve<br \/>\ne\u015fitlik \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe dayal\u0131 toplumsal sistem bir m\u00fcdahale ve darbe ile yenildi.<br \/>\nSu\u00e7lu tabi ki kad\u0131nd\u0131 ve yeniyi yaratamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, buna g\u00fcc\u00fc yetmedi\u011fi, kad\u0131n<br \/>\ndo\u011fas\u0131n\u0131n zaten bu g\u00fcc\u00fc olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu yenilgi bir kaderdi. Kad\u0131n stat\u00fcs\u00fc<br \/>\nerkek kurallar\u0131 ve yasalar\u0131 ile belirlendi. Erke\u011fin hakim oldu\u011fu sistem, devlet<br \/>\nve iktidar yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131 bir zorunluluktu. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olan zay\u0131f\u0131 yenerdi, bu bir<br \/>\ndo\u011fa kanunuydu. Eski olan a\u015f\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131 ve her gelen i\u00e7inde yenilik ve ilericili\u011fi<br \/>\nbar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131rd\u0131. Bu da her \u015feyin de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi ve geli\u015fti\u011fi tezine uygun olarak<br \/>\nrasyonelle\u015ftiriliyordu. Erkek tanr\u0131lar nedense kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6fkeli ve ac\u0131mas\u0131zd\u0131lar<br \/>\nve her nedense yine de bu \u00f6fkelerine yenik d\u00fc\u015ferek cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nsa\u011fl\u0131yorlard\u0131. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Yine de ve iyi ki, insan akl\u0131n\u0131n durdurulamayan sorgulama ve<br \/>\nsorular sorma g\u00fcc\u00fc engellenemiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n\u0131n mevcut stat\u00fcs\u00fc kendisiyle bir<br \/>\nd\u00fczen ve istikrar, sistemin sorunsuz s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesini getirmiyor. S\u00fcrekli bir<br \/>\nkriz yarat\u0131yor. Toplumda egemenlik ve k\u00f6lelik gibi bir ikilem var olduk\u00e7a sava\u015f<br \/>\nve krizler ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. K\u00f6lelik insan\u0131n t\u00fcmden kabullenece\u011fi bir durum<br \/>\nde\u011fildir. Belki bir d\u00f6nem \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fckle bu duruma katlan\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir ama<br \/>\nkimseyi bununla t\u00fcmden uyumlu ve sonuna kadar kabullenerek ya\u015famaya<br \/>\nzorlayamazs\u0131n\u0131z. \u0130nsan do\u011fas\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 durumlar kesinlikle insan ruhu<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan reddedilmeye ve sorgulanarak a\u015f\u0131lmaya mecburdur. Bu nedenle insan<br \/>\ndo\u011fas\u0131na sald\u0131r\u0131 giderek derinle\u015fiyor. Derinle\u015ftik\u00e7e kriz b\u00fcy\u00fcyor ve bu krizi<br \/>\ndindirmek i\u00e7in yeni sald\u0131r\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri aran\u0131yor ve bu b\u00f6yle devam ediyor\u2026 Yani<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fc olmayan bir sistemden bahsediyoruz. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, toplumlar\u0131n<br \/>\ndo\u011fas\u0131na ve varolu\u015flar\u0131na uyumlu bir ya\u015fam sisteminin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck,<br \/>\ne\u015fitlik, adalet gibi temel de\u011ferlerin hayat bulmas\u0131 ile geli\u015febilir. Bunu da<br \/>\nelbette ki sistemin kendisini \u00fczerinden kurumla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve en derin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc<br \/>\nbasama\u011f\u0131 haline getirdi\u011fi kad\u0131n\u0131n isyan\u0131, m\u00fccadelesi ba\u015faracakt\u0131r. Kad\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc biliyoruz ki toplumun, erkeklerin ve t\u00fcm ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc anlam\u0131na<br \/>\nda gelmektedir. Genel bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\ngarantilemedi\u011fi tarihteki \u00f6rneklerden biliniyor ama kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc toplumun<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc getirecektir. Kad\u0131n devrimi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck devrimi olacakt\u0131r, toplumsal<br \/>\nbir devrim olacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck dayanaklar\u0131<br \/>\ntarihsel kaynaklar\u0131d\u0131r, kad\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcn de ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lamayan ve<br \/>\nengellenemeyen \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck e\u011filimidir, ya\u015fam\u0131 yaratan eme\u011fidir, hayat\u0131<br \/>\ng\u00fczelle\u015ftiren ve ya\u015fan\u0131l\u0131r k\u0131lan duygular\u0131d\u0131r, vicdani, adaleti ve payla\u015f\u0131mc\u0131,<br \/>\nba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen do\u011fas\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in sava\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\ngereklili\u011fi salt k\u00f6ledir ve kendi kurtulu\u015fu i\u00e7in sava\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r ger\u00e7e\u011fine<br \/>\ndayand\u0131r\u0131lamaz. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n bu<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fi tarihsel olarak \u00f6zg\u00fcr toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir co\u011frafyan\u0131n<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc temsil etmek kadar bu y\u00fczy\u0131lda e\u015fi benzeri olmayan bir soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve<br \/>\nkatliamla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze kalmalar\u0131yla da ilgilidir. Yok say\u0131lan, katledilen ve<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc elinden al\u0131nan bir toplumun en \u00e7ok ezilen kesimi olarak hem kendi<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini sa\u011flamak hem de bunun \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel olan t\u00fcm iktidarc\u0131 ve devlet\u00e7i<br \/>\ngelenek ve kurumlarla sava\u015fmak K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131n bir anlamda kaderidir. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve asimilasyona dayal\u0131<br \/>\nimha s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ulus devletlerin bir icad\u0131 olarak tek kimli\u011fe dayal\u0131 devletle\u015fme<br \/>\nve ulus yarat\u0131m\u0131 gibi bir s\u00fcreci a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\ntalepleri bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede hep sald\u0131r\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle TC devletinin<br \/>\nkurulu\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7leri olan d\u00f6nemde K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n talep ve isyanlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda<br \/>\ninkar ve imha politikas\u0131na dayal\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar b\u00fcy\u00fck soyk\u0131r\u0131m hareketleri olarak<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Katliamlara ve yok etmeye dayal\u0131 bu y\u0131llarda \u00f6zelde \u015eark Islahat<br \/>\nPlan\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve kimlik olarak K\u00fcrt varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rma ve<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkle\u015ftirme politikalar\u0131 devreye girmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify\">1925\u2019te geli\u015ftirilen \u015eark Islahat Plan\u0131 genelgesinin 12.<br \/>\nmaddesinde \u201c\u2026k\u0131yafetin, \u015fark\u0131lar\u0131n, oyunlar\u0131n, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ve toplum gelenek ve<br \/>\ng\u00f6reneklerinin de milliyet duygular\u0131n\u0131 daima uyan\u0131k tutan ve toplumlar\u0131<br \/>\nge\u00e7mi\u015flerine ba\u011flayan ba\u011flar oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131. Bu nedenle leh\u00e7eyle birlikte<br \/>\nbu gibi ayk\u0131r\u0131 gelenekleri de fena ve zararl\u0131 g\u00f6rmek ve \u00f6zellikle k\u00f6t\u00fc<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermek (\u2026) \u00f6zetle dillerini adetlerini T\u00fcrk yapmak\u2026 \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6revdir\u201d<br \/>\ndenmektedir. Sadece fiziki olarak ortadan kald\u0131rma de\u011fil k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve varl\u0131k<br \/>\nolarak yok etme de planl\u0131 olarak uygulanmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
