Bu zemin fizik alan\u0131 i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu kadar metafizik alan\u0131 i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Duygular\u0131m\u0131z, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimiz, arzular\u0131m\u0131z, hayallerimiz bir zemin \u00fczerinden var olur ve geli\u015fir. Hayat\u0131 kurgularken \u00f6ncelikle zaman-mekan diyalekti\u011fini i\u015fletiriz.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu anlamda ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm sorunlar\u0131n da merkezinde, kayna\u011f\u0131nda topra\u011fa dair ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131n oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek do\u011fru olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Topra\u011f\u0131n hakimiyeti, ele ge\u00e7irilmesi ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fczerinden \u015fekillenen feodal \u00e7a\u011f her ne kadar sona ermi\u015f olsa da insan\u0131n toprakla olan mutlak ili\u015fkisinden kaynakl\u0131, kendini \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 sunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kapitalist sistem bile ayakta kalabilmek ve ekonomi politi\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerindeki co\u011frafyalar\u0131 \u00a0ekonomik, siyasi, askeri vb. a\u00e7\u0131lardan dizayn etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bug\u00fcn e\u011fer kapitalist sistemin yap\u0131sal kriz ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te ad\u0131na 3. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 denilen sistem sava\u015flar\u0131 Ortado\u011fu\u2019da, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u00e7ok boyutlu ve derinli\u011fine ya\u015fan\u0131yorsa; bunun, bu topraklar\u0131n tarihiyle ili\u015fkisi g\u00f6r\u00fclmek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Toprak insan\u0131, insan toplumu, toplum da k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, dili, inanc\u0131, bilimi, ahlak ve sistemleri yarat\u0131r veya t\u00fcm bunlar onun \u00fczerinden y\u00fckselir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ya\u015fam diyalekti\u011fi kendini s\u00fcrekli \u00fcretmekle, var etmekle, b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7inde bir anlam kazanmakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Var olmak, \u00fcretmek, anlamland\u0131rmak toplumsal \u00f6z\u00fc \u015fekillendirir. Oysa kapitalizm t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n tersidir ve her \u015feyi \u00f6z\u00fcnden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p par\u00e7alay\u0131p s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir yok etme ve t\u00fcketme \u00fczerinden y\u00fckselir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Geldi\u011fimiz a\u015famada kapitalist sistem insana dair el atmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hi\u00e7 bir \u015feyi b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015f, her \u015feyi bir t\u00fcketim nesnesi haline getirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ve bu t\u00fcketimin gelip dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer; bo\u015fluktur, kaostur. Bo\u015flu\u011fu t\u00fcketemezsiniz, bir t\u00fcketim nesnesi haline getirip piyasaya s\u00fcremezsiniz.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcm bu ger\u00e7eklikler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck tahribatlar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131, toplumlar\u0131n sava\u015f denilen lanetli canavarla parampar\u00e7a edildi\u011fi, insanlar\u0131n anayurtlar\u0131ndan g\u00f6\u00e7 ettirildi\u011fi ve vah\u015fi bir fiziksel, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, zihinsel ve ideolojik k\u0131y\u0131ma u\u011frat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda insana dair geli\u015ftirilmek istenen t\u00fcm kurtulu\u015f re\u00e7eteleri varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ancak bu \u015fekilde kapitalist modernist sistemin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bo\u015fluk doldurulabilir, insan tekrardan anlam d\u00fcnyas\u0131na \u00e7ekilerek \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir d\u00fcnyan\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131nda aktif bir \u00f6zne haline getirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00dclkemiz K\u00fcrdistan t\u00fcm bu \u00e7eli\u015fki ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n merkezinde yer almakta, K\u00fcrdistan toplumu \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir bask\u0131 ve yok etme politikas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu ko\u015fullarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00fclkeyi terk edip m\u00fcltecile\u015fme e\u011filimleri, ba\u015fta Avrupa olmak \u00fczere d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerine g\u00f6\u00e7 edip orada yeni bir ya\u015fam kurabilece\u011fini sanma yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ham bir hayalden de \u00f6teye \u00f6l\u00fcmden beter bir tehlikeyi i\u00e7eriyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ku\u015fkusuz bu e\u011filim ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar do\u011fal bir s\u00fcrecin sonucu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmamaktadir. Aksine soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci g\u00fc\u00e7lerin toplum i\u00e7inde geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir e\u011filimdir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u201cK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da art\u0131k ya\u015fan\u0131lamaz, K\u00fcrdistan ve K\u00fcrt sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemez, m\u00fccadele etmenin bir anlam\u0131 yoktur\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik, bu \u015fekilde K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 K\u00fcrts\u00fczle\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0\u0130\u015fgal etti\u011fi yerlerde zorla demografyay\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmekte, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinden getirdi\u011fi ve \u00f6zellikle de Suriye\u2019deki sava\u015ftan ka\u00e7\u0131p T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen insanlar\u0131 Bakur\u00ea K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlere yerle\u015ftirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu yetmezmi\u015f gibi kirli \u015febekeler, insan ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan \u00e7ete \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 4 par\u00e7a K\u00fcrdistan\u0131\u2019nda K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7lerini Avrupa vb. yerlere ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00dclkelerinden kopar\u0131lan ve m\u00fclteci konumuna d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclen bu insanlar\u0131 bekleyen ise \u00f6l\u00fcm ya da \u00f6l\u00fcmden beter bir kimliksizle\u015fme olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu nedenle K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 ne kadar zor olursa olsun, soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci sald\u0131r\u0131lar ne kadar vah\u015fice s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrse s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcls\u00fcn kendi topraklar\u0131m\u0131zda kalma ve ya\u015fama konusunda g\u00f6sterilecek \u0131srar, insan olarak ya\u015fama konusundaki \u0131srar olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan ancak toplumuyla insand\u0131r ve toplum kendi k\u00f6kleri, topra\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde boy verir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu temelde t\u00fcm bu kirli \u00f6zel sava\u015f politika ve planlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131 olmak, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fama ve m\u00fccadele etme kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u0131srar\u0131n\u0131, cesaretini g\u00f6stermek her K\u00fcrt insan\u0131n\u0131n hem g\u00f6revi hem de hakk\u0131d\u0131r.
