Atom alt\u0131 par\u00e7ac\u0131klardan tutal\u0131m da, insan toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn bir araya geli\u015fler ya\u015fam\u0131n devam\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitlenmesi ve zenginle\u015fmesi ad\u0131na yap\u0131l\u0131r. Evrenin kendisinde dile geldi\u011fi insan\u0131n toplumsall\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde bu bir araya geli\u015fler, daha sade bir deyimle \u201cili\u015fkiler\u201d b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n amac\u0131, kutsal olan ya\u015fam\u0131n korunmas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Asl\u0131nda toplumsall\u0131k denen olguya sosyolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta olduk\u00e7a basit ve bu g\u00fcnlere do\u011fru gelindik\u00e7e olduk\u00e7a karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015fan bir ili\u015fkiler toplam\u0131ndan ibarettir. Toplumsal ili\u015fkilerin karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015fmas\u0131, toplumsal do\u011fan\u0131n sapmas\u0131 olarak adland\u0131rabilece\u011fimiz \u201c\u0130ktidar \u201c\u00a0\u00a0hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130ktidar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n toplumun en b\u00fcy\u00fck h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan \u201cM\u00fclkiyet\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmesi ve bunun da \u201cNesnele\u015ftirmeyi-Metala\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131\u201d do\u011furmas\u0131 bir ili\u015fkiler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc olan toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 ana mecras\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f hastal\u0131kl\u0131 bir toplumsal b\u00fcnyenin olu\u015fmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Asl\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn bu sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmeler yakla\u015f\u0131k 300.000 y\u0131ll\u0131k toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n son 5000 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 nedeniyle bu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n te\u015fhisinin erken yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Fakat konumuz bu makalede toplumlar tarihi \u00fczerine sosyolojik bir de\u011ferlendirme yapmak de\u011fil. D\u00fcn TV de seyretti\u011fimiz uluslararas\u0131 bir komedinin \u201cBir araya geli\u015flerin\u201d felsefesi \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrd\u00fckleriydi. Ekranda T\u00fcrkiye, \u0130ran ve Rusya devlet ba\u015fkanlar\u0131n\u0131n Suriye konulu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri toplant\u0131dan sonra yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 vard\u0131. T.C. nin fa\u015fist Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan ev sahibi olmas\u0131 nedeniyle bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcde \u00fcstlenmi\u015fti. \u0130lkokul d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcsamere havas\u0131yla di\u011fer iki devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131na zaman zaman s\u00f6z vermesi, m\u00fcdahale etmesi esnas\u0131ndaki tav\u0131rlar\u0131na yans\u0131yan \u015fi\u015fkin egonun da etkisiyle olacak ki, hayal d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki \u201cs\u00f6zde D\u00fcnya Liderli\u011fini\u201d bu komedi sahnesinde bir saatli\u011fine de olsa ya\u015famak isteyi\u015fin yans\u0131malar\u0131 jest ve mimiklerinde d\u0131\u015fa vurmaktayd\u0131. Di\u011fer iki liderin nispeten sakin ve yapmak istediklerinden emin halleri dikkat \u00e7ekerken Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u201cBurada oyuncaklar bana ait, \u00f6yleyse esas o\u011flan benim \u201c bi\u00e7imindeki tav\u0131rlar\u0131 eminim bu sahneleri seyredip te biraz olsun Uluslararas\u0131 diplomasiden anlayanlar\u0131 g\u00fclmekten k\u0131r\u0131p ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. A\u00e7\u0131k bir bi\u00e7imde \u201cezik ki\u015fili\u011fin\u201d yans\u0131mas\u0131 olan ahbap-\u00e7avu\u015fca ifadeleri \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u00e7a her iki konuk devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 i\u00e7in sarf etmesine ra\u011fmen \u0130ran ve Rusya Devlet ba\u015fkanlar\u0131n\u0131n her f\u0131rsatta diplomatik ciddiyetin gere\u011fi kendisi hakk\u0131nda \u201cSay\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131\u201dn\u0131ndan \u00f6teye hi\u00e7bir s\u0131fatlamaya gitmeden toplant\u0131y\u0131 sonland\u0131rmalar\u0131 aradaki ki\u015filik fark\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemliydi. Ezik ki\u015filikler kendi tarihsel sosyolojik kimli\u011fiyle bar\u0131\u015f\u0131k olmamalar\u0131 nedeniyle s\u00fcrekli *bir yalan\u0131 da* ya\u015famlar\u0131 boyunca kendileriyle s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen ki\u015filiklerdir. Bu yalan onlar\u0131n olduklar\u0131 de\u011fil, olmak istedikleri ki\u015filikleri yans\u0131t\u0131r. Elbette hayal d\u00fcnyalar\u0131nda kendileri i\u00e7in bi\u00e7tikleri elbise kendi bedenlerine uymaz. Sonu\u00e7ta ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ilk bak\u0131\u015fta fark edilebilen acayip bir hilkat garibesinden ba\u015fka bir de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015fte T.C. nin Fa\u015fist Diktat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn de Uluslararas\u0131 yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 politikalar\u0131n kabul edilebilir olmamas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda ki\u015fisel olarak ta herkese antipatik gelen ki\u015fili\u011finin alt\u0131nda yatan ana neden bu olsa gerek. Bu t\u00fcr \u015fahsiyetlerin ya\u015famakta olduklar\u0131 nevrotik travmalar\u0131n onlar\u0131 ki\u015filik par\u00e7alanmas\u0131na yani t\u0131bbi ad\u0131yla *\u015eizofreniye* kadar g\u00f6t\u00fcrmesi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihi boyunca toplumlar hep bu t\u00fcr rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan en b\u00fcy\u00fck felaketlerle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Sezar\u2019dan Napolyon\u2019a, Rus \u00c7ar\u0131 Deli Petro\u2019dan Hitler\u2019e kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn diktat\u00f6rlerin ki\u015filikleri mercek alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ruhsal uyumsuzlu\u011fu, kendini oldu\u011fu gibi kabullenememeyi g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. D\u00fcn TV de izledi\u011fimiz trajikomik bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle kendine \u201cEfrin Fatihi\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131 yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmakta sak\u0131nca g\u00f6rmeyen bu derece hastal\u0131kl\u0131 ruh haline sahip, sivil insanlar\u0131 \u00e7ocuk, kad\u0131n, ya\u015fl\u0131 demeden katleden bir insan kasab\u0131n\u0131n \u015fovuna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan i\u00e7ler ac\u0131s\u0131 bir manzara arz ediyordu.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Meseleye Suriye halklar\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda manzara daha da vahim bir hal almakta. Masada yan yana oturan \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015finin de asl\u0131nda Suriye\u2019de ya\u015fanan ve yakla\u015f\u0131k yedi y\u0131l\u0131 bulan trajedinin Suriye halklar\u0131na neler kaybettirdi\u011fi ile ilgili olmad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k olarak g\u00fcndemlerine ve s\u00f6ylemlerine yans\u0131maktayd\u0131. S\u00f6zde Suriye halkalar\u0131n\u0131n yarar\u0131 ad\u0131na bir araya gelmi\u015f bu \u00fc\u00e7 devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n asl\u0131nda Suriye hakk\u0131nda hemen hi\u00e7bir konuda ayn\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmedikleri yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131na da yans\u0131d\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fc de \u0131srarla ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadeleden s\u00f6z ederlerken, ortada yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir ter\u00f6r tan\u0131m\u0131 olmamas\u0131 oynanan komediyi renklendiriyordu. Her birinin a\u011f\u0131r silahlar\u0131, hava \u00fcsleri, paramiliter g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle Suriye Halklar\u0131na ait topraklarda ter\u00f6r estirirlerken bir yandan ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadeleden bahsetmeleri komedini n trajediye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesinin ana nedenini olu\u015fturuyordu. Devletlerin ter\u00f6r\u00fcn ana kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu Kapitalist Modernite \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda toplumsall\u0131k ad\u0131na Suriye\u2019de devletler ter\u00f6r\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 direnen tek g\u00fc\u00e7 olan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi ve onun bile\u015fenlerinden olu\u015fan QSD \u2018nin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Fa\u015fist Diktat\u00f6r\u00fc Erdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan her f\u0131rsatta hedefe oturtulmak istenmesine ra\u011fmen \u201ciktidar ve devlet\u201d konular\u0131nda \u00e7ok daha deneyimli olan di\u011fer iki devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131ndaki telkin g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktayd\u0131. \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n Ortado\u011fu siyaseti zaten bilinmekte, Suriye ve Esat\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Arap \u00fclkeleri aras\u0131nda \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik sorununu ortadan kald\u0131ran bir sigorta i\u015flevi g\u00f6rmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ideolojik olarak varl\u0131k sebebi haline getirdi\u011fi s\u00f6zde \u0130srail kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli g\u00f6stergesi olan \u201cHizbullah\u201d ile ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bu kanaldan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor olmas\u0131 da Esatl\u0131 bir Suriye\u2019nin \u0130ran i\u00e7in \u00f6nemini ortaya koymakta\u2026 Tabi, b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n ard\u0131nda yatan ger\u00e7ek sebep ise merkezi iktidardan \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6lge \u00fclkesi olarak ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn y\u00fckseltebilmekten ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fil.\u00a0\u00a0Bu ili\u015fki k\u00f6klerini \u0130ran-Irak sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131na kadar dayand\u0131rmakta\u2026\u00a0\u00a02 \u015eubat 1982 de Haf\u0131z Esat\u2019\u0131n Suriye M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Karde\u015fler \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 30.000 ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle sonu\u00e7lanan \u201cHama Katliam\u0131na\u201d \u0130slam Devrimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f bir \u00fclke olarak sessiz kalm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 daha o zamanlardan \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n Suriye politikas\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l geli\u015fece\u011finin sinyallerini vermekteydi. Ayr\u0131ca \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n Rusya ile geli\u015fen ticari ve teknolojik ili\u015fkilerinin, Suriye ve Rusya\u2019n\u0131n BAAS rejimi ve Sovyetler zaman\u0131ndan kalan tarihi temellere sahip olu\u015fu \u0130ran Suriye ili\u015fkilerinin bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc bi\u00e7iminin olu\u015fmas\u0131nda etkili olmu\u015ftur. Saddam rejiminin sona ermesini m\u00fcteakiben \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n Irak devletinin politikalar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisinin artmas\u0131, Suriye ve Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131n\u0131n Kuzey Afrika\u2019ya kadar yay\u0131lan b\u00f6lgesinde He\u015ft-i \u015eabi ad\u0131yla \u00f6rg\u00fctledi\u011fi ve k\u00f6keni Tahran merkezli S\u0131pah-\u0131 Kuds\u2019e dayanan paramiliter g\u00fc\u00e7lerle Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131nda bir \u015eii Hilali olu\u015fturmu\u015f olmas\u0131 bu g\u00fcn art\u0131k bir s\u0131r de\u011fil. Irak Parlamentosunun He\u015ft-i \u015eabi \u2018yi resmi g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor olmas\u0131 b\u00f6lgede \u0130ran politikalar\u0131n\u0131n etkisini ortaya koymas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6sterge\u2026\u00a0\u00a0\u015ehangay Be\u015flisine yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilinen \u0130ran Ortado\u011fu\u2019da sermayenin globalle\u015fmesi sava\u015f\u0131nda \u00c7in sermayesini ve Rus Teknolojisini arkas\u0131na alarak bu iktidar sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n pay sahiplerinden biri olmak i\u00e7in elinden geleni yap\u0131yor. Rusya ise Sovyet d\u00f6neminden beri hayali olan *S\u0131cak Denizlere inme* stratejisini bu d\u00f6nem Suriye ve T\u00fcrkiye \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f durumda.\u00a0\u00a0B\u00f6lgedeki enerji ge\u00e7i\u015f hatlar\u0131 projelerinden aslan pay\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, b\u00f6lgenin do\u011falgaz konusunda en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcretim ve pazarlama kayna\u011f\u0131na sahip \u00fclkesi olarak sahip oldu\u011fu bu imk\u00e2n\u0131 okyanus \u00f6tesi \u00fclkelere pazarlama konusunda bu hatt\u0131 kullanma ihtiyac\u0131 duymakta\u2026 Gazporm projesine yap\u0131lan birka\u00e7 milyar dolarl\u0131k ek \u00f6demeyle Suriye hava sahas\u0131n\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n sivil halk\u0131n katili u\u00e7aklar\u0131na a\u00e7arak insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l pazarlanacak bir meta olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ilan\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren bir Rusya ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuz unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0Elbette b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ABD ve Avrupa \u00fclkelerinden \u00f6zellikle Fransa\u2019n\u0131n Suriye ile tarihsel ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fu, \u0130ngiltere\u2019nin yakla\u015f\u0131k 500\u00a0\u00a0y\u0131ld\u0131r K\u0131br\u0131s adas\u0131ndan ba\u015flamak suretiyle b\u00f6lgenin tarihine, demografyas\u0131na, jeopoliti\u011fine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrekli m\u00fcdahaleler Rusya\u2019n\u0131n bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6lge politikas\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen nedenler aras\u0131nda\u2026 Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fcnk\u00fc bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda masa ba\u015f\u0131nda oturan \u00fc\u00e7 devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131ndan ikisinin tavr\u0131 ve temkini kendi iktidar ve devlet\u00e7i tav\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde anla\u015f\u0131labilirlik s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131yordu. Ne zaman bir \u201cK\u00fcrt\u201d kelimesi duysa k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bo\u011falar gibi burnundan soluyarak sald\u0131r\u0131ya ge\u00e7mesi, her f\u0131rsatta topraklar\u0131n\u0131 savunmak i\u00e7in destanlar yazan YPG, YPJ ve QSD g\u00fc\u00e7lerine ter\u00f6rist dayatmas\u0131nda bulunmas\u0131 her ne kadar konuk devlet ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6rmese de hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz onlar\u0131n da b\u0131y\u0131k alt\u0131ndan g\u00fcl\u00fc\u015flerini g\u00f6rmek zor de\u011fildi. Konuk devlet ba\u015fkanlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcz ifadelerine yans\u0131yan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc\u201d Biz ma\u015fay\u0131 bulduk, elimizi yakmaya ne gerek var. Gelece\u011fin Ortado\u011fu\u2019da K\u00fcrt siyaseti i\u00e7in ne getirece\u011fini g\u00f6rmek gerekir\u201d tarz\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri ironi kokan g\u00fcl\u00fcmsemelerine kadar yerle\u015fmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sonu\u00e7 olarak; Tarihi-Sosyolojik k\u00f6kenlerinden kopar\u0131larak siyasi \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n iktidarc\u0131-Devlet\u00e7i ideolojisiyle Nato Gladyosu taraf\u0131ndan yeti\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir G\u00fcrc\u00fc \u00e7ocu\u011funun i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Nevrotik psikolojiden d\u00fcnya egemenlerinin sonuna kadar yararlanmak isteyece\u011fi bu g\u00fcn art\u0131k \u00e7ok net olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0\u00dcz\u00fclerek ifade etmek gerekirse ne yaz\u0131k ki \u201cDevletli Uygarl\u0131k Tarihinin \u00fcretimi olan\u201d bu t\u00fcrden ezik ki\u015filiklerin toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 belalar\u0131n faturas\u0131 hep b\u00fcy\u00fck olmu\u015ftur.
