T\u00fcrk ordusunun 20 y\u0131l\u0131<br \/>\na\u015fk\u0131nd\u0131r bu g\u00fc\u00e7 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k deneyimi daha \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu gerillac\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6rne\u011finin en \u00f6zg\u00fcn ve en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir y\u00f6n\u00fc de<br \/>\nkad\u0131n gerillalar. T\u00fcrkiye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu husus g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lsa da<br \/>\n\u00e7e\u015fitli Avrupa \u00fclkelerinden burada m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fcten di\u011fer halk a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da geli\u015fen kad\u0131n gerillac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok dikkat \u00e7ekici oldu\u011fu her<br \/>\nf\u0131rsatta dillendirilen bir ger\u00e7eklik.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">PKK saflar\u0131na kad\u0131n\u0131n bu kadar yo\u011fun kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve bu<br \/>\nsaflardaki etki d\u00fczeyi kimi \u00e7evrelerce politik bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olarak yorumlansa<br \/>\nda PKK lideri Abdulah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n da 30 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrecinde kad\u0131na dair<br \/>\nyapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeler ve bug\u00fcn kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fct ve gerilla i\u00e7indeki durumu<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131n yerinin tamamen ideolojik ve stratejik oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde ard\u0131 ard\u0131na yay\u0131nlanan savunmalar\u0131nda<br \/>\nda bu konu temel bir paradigma olarak olduk\u00e7a sistemli ve tarihsel ger\u00e7eklik<br \/>\ni\u00e7erisinde ortaya konulmu\u015f. Kad\u0131n gerilla komutanlar\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sohbetlerde<br \/>\nkad\u0131n gerillac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda ilgin\u00e7 bilgiler \u00f6\u011frendik.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>ALTERNAT\u0130F ARAYI\u015eI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">YJA-Star Karargah Komutan\u0131 Zozan \u00c7ewl\u0131k ve YJA-Star Komuta<br \/>\nKonseyi \u00dcyesi Zaxo Za\u011fros ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmemizde kad\u0131n ordula\u015fmas\u0131 ve kad\u0131n<br \/>\ngerillac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n K\u00fcrt toplumunu demokratikle\u015ftirdi\u011fine dikkat \u00c7ekiyorlar. \u0130\u015fte<br \/>\nonlar\u0131n anlat\u0131mlar\u0131<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">&#8211; <strong>Zozan \u00c7evlik:<\/strong> Kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelemizi iki boyutlu ele<br \/>\nalmak gerekiyor. Birincisi  PKK nas\u0131l bir \u00d6nderlik hareketi ise bunun i\u00e7inde<br \/>\ngeli\u015fen kad\u0131n hareketi var. Bunu da \u00d6nderlik ger\u00e7e\u011finden kopuk ele alamay\u0131z.<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da geli\u015fen m\u00fccadele d\u00fcnyada geli\u015fen di\u011fer m\u00fccadelelerden \u00e7ok<br \/>\nfarkl\u0131d\u0131r. PKK\u2019nin 32 y\u0131ll\u0131k m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7erisinde K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131n demokratik<br \/>\nsiyasetin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131nda oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir rol var. Ge\u00e7en zaman i\u00e7erisinde<br \/>\n\u00d6nderli\u011fimizin emekleri ve verilen b\u00fcy\u00fck bedeller m\u00fccadele tarihimiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan<br \/>\nolduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Geldi\u011fimiz a\u015famada ideolojiye, kimli\u011fe, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe ve eylem<br \/>\ng\u00fcc\u00fcne sahibiz. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi paradigma ekseninde, K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131 ve<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hedeflenen bir toplum ger\u00e7e\u011fi var. \u00d6nder Apo ve PKK\u2019nin<br \/>\nfark\u0131 da buradad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bug\u00fcn kad\u0131n sorunu en derin sorundur. Kapitalist<br \/>\nmodernitenin kad\u0131n ile toplumu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ger\u00e7eklik g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcndedir. Sistem kad\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nbir meta haline getirmi\u015ftir. Bu nokta da PKK ve kad\u0131n hareketi var olan sisteme<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 alternatifini yaratmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131na irade kazand\u0131rarak, kad\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirerek toplum \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirilmektedir. \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz bir toplumun<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirilmesi i\u015fini kad\u0131n\u0131n irade kazanarak \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ferek bu i\u015fe \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck<br \/>\netmesi temelinde bir strateji izlemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u2018KADINSIZ B\u0130R TOPLUM YARATILMAYA \u00c7ALI\u015eILDI\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Zaxo Zagros<\/strong>: \u00d6nderlik yeni paradigmas\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\ntoplumun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde esas olarak ele al\u0131yor. B\u00fct\u00fcn devrim hareketlerinde bu<br \/>\nnokta iyi tespit edilemedi. Hatta cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 da ciddi bir m\u00fccadele<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmedi. Toplumun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in gerekli olan bu nokta ele al\u0131nmad\u0131 ve ihmal<br \/>\nedildi. Bir\u00e7ok hareket egemen sistemin uzant\u0131s\u0131 olmaktan bu y\u00fczden kurtulamad\u0131.<br \/>\nVe k\u00f6lelik devam etti. Hatta \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck iddias\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hareketlerin<br \/>\ni\u00e7erisinde bile bu k\u00f6lelik devam etti. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in yola \u00e7\u0131kan hareketler<br \/>\nkad\u0131n konusunda yetersiz kald\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in ama\u00e7lar\u0131na ula\u015famad\u0131lar. Kad\u0131ns\u0131z yeni<br \/>\nbir toplum yarat\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck konusu<br \/>\ngibi bir\u00e7ok nokta var tabi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Biz bu a\u00e7\u0131dan kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, cinsiyet\u00e7i toplumun<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda herkesten farkl\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe sahibiz. Bilindi\u011fi gibi<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ile toplumun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tarihi bir ger\u00e7ektir. \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz<br \/>\nde tarihte ya\u015fanan bu durumu de\u015fifre etti, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmledi. Son savunmalar\u0131na bak\u0131n.<br \/>\nTarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenirken bu husus temel bir hatt\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan \u00d6nder<br \/>\nApo\u2019nun bug\u00fcne kadar geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi savunmalara g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere bak\u0131n toplum i\u00e7in<br \/>\n\u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yol haritas\u0131 diyebilece\u011fimiz bu kaynaklar kesinlikle<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck manifestosu niteli\u011findedir. Her \u015feyden daha \u00e7ok kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kurtulu\u015fa giden yolun ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan<br \/>\nasl\u0131nda \u00d6nderlik daha ba\u015f\u0131ndan bu yana bir halk\u0131n bir toplumun kurtulu\u015funu<br \/>\nba\u015fta kad\u0131n\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu hususuna ba\u011flad\u0131 bunun ayr\u0131lmaz bir husus oldu\u011funa<br \/>\ni\u015faret etti.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>KADIN \u00d6NC\u00dcL\u00dcK M\u0130SYONUNA SAH\u0130PT\u0130R<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Zozan \u00c7ewlik:<\/strong> K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131 ve m\u00fccadelesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan iki<br \/>\nnoktay\u0131 belirtmek gerekir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc PKK\u2019nin karakteri budur. Birincisi d\u00f6rt par\u00e7a<br \/>\ndevletleri taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen bir ulus ger\u00e7e\u011fi var. Bu anlamda bir ulusal<br \/>\nsorunu var. Dili, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile bir bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nvermekte oldu\u011fu b\u00f6yle bir m\u00fccadele boyutu var. \u0130kinci husus olarak da, kad\u0131n<br \/>\nolman\u0131n getirdi\u011fi s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclme ezilme k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilme ger\u00e7e\u011fi var. \u0130\u015fte buna kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nverilen bir m\u00fccadele de s\u00f6z konusu. Bu 5000 y\u0131ld\u0131r var olan cinsiyet\u00e7i topluma<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 verilen m\u00fccadeledir. D\u00fcnyada y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kad\u0131n m\u00fccadeleleri var ama bu<br \/>\nnokta da ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir ger\u00e7eklik de var.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bug\u00fcn bizim paradigmam\u0131z \u00fc\u00e7ayak \u00fczerinde kendini<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlemekte ve bir toplum modeli hedeflemektedir. Bu ayaklar  demokratik,<br \/>\nekolojik ve cins \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmaktad\u0131r. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce amac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kendi i\u00e7imizde<br \/>\nba\u015farmak ve amaca ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in aranan yol ve y\u00f6ntem m\u00fccadelesi var. \u0130\u015fte bu<br \/>\ndurumlar i\u00e7erisinde kad\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na tabi ki bir de\u011fil ki de\u011fil bir\u00e7ok g\u00f6rev<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n bir de\u011fil iki de\u011fil bir\u00e7ok yerden vuruluyor s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor<br \/>\nk\u00f6lele\u015ftiriliyor. Biz buna kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc nereden al\u0131yoruz. S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz<br \/>\nmerkezler bu kadar \u00e7ok ise buna kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6fkemiz de o kadar \u00e7ok oluyor,<br \/>\nnefretimizde ona g\u00f6re b\u00fcy\u00fck oluyor. Aray\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck istemimizde bu<br \/>\ntemelde katlan\u0131yor. B\u00fcy\u00fck kahramanl\u0131klar\u0131n fedaili\u011fin kad\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde ortaya<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 da bu kavgan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden ileri geliyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan gelinen m\u00fccadele d\u00fczeyi ise k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek<br \/>\nd\u00fczeydedir. K\u00fcrdistan da\u011flar\u0131nda PKK \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fen kad\u0131n ordula\u015fmas\u0131 ve<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131n partile\u015fti\u011fi bir d\u00fczey vard\u0131r. Ve KJB ile de ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 konfederalizm<br \/>\nd\u00fczeyi vard\u0131r. Bu kazan\u0131mlar verilen m\u00fccadele ile elde edildi. Gerilla<br \/>\n\u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ba\u015flayan ve bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131 ile toplumsalla\u015fan bir m\u00fccadele<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fimiz var. M\u00fccadelemiz ulusal m\u00fccadelenin yan\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. Bu anlamda kad\u0131n demokratik siyasette<br \/>\n\u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck misyonuna sahiptir. Dikkat edelim K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da siyasette, eylemlerde ve<br \/>\ntoplumsal geli\u015fmelerde kad\u0131n\u0131n rengi \u00f6ndedir. Kad\u0131n 500 y\u0131ll\u0131k egemen erkek<br \/>\nsistemini de\u011fi\u015ftirme ve kendi k\u00f6leli\u011fini yenme anlam\u0131nda belli bir d\u00fczey<br \/>\nkazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Var olan ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi tarihsel ve toplumsal boyutu ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcp<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda alternatif toplum yaratma iddias\u0131ndad\u0131r. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131 bu ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in<br \/>\nbir\u00e7ok alanda kendini \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen bir m\u00fccadele i\u00e7erisindedir ve bunu da b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\noranda ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye siyasetine bak\u0131n kad\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki kadar hi\u00e7bir<br \/>\nyerde siyasetin i\u00e7erisinde yer alm\u0131yor. Bu noktada da K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da yarat\u0131lanlar<br \/>\nt\u00fcm sistemlere alternatif bir sistemdir. Bug\u00fcne kolay gelinmedi, binlerce \u015fehit<br \/>\nve b\u00fcy\u00fck bedeller \u00f6denerek gelindi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>KADIN KEND\u0130N\u0130 ORDULA\u015eTIRARAK VAR ETT\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Zaxo Zagros:<\/strong> \u015eimdi K\u00fcrdistan devriminde PKK ideolojik<br \/>\nve felsefik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ad\u0131m ad\u0131m geli\u015fmeler kat etti. \u00d6rg\u00fctsel,<br \/>\nideolojik, felsefik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ordula\u015farak da kendini var etti. Ordu<br \/>\ndenilince insan\u0131n akl\u0131na sava\u015f ve asker gelmekte ama kad\u0131n\u0131n da\u011fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131<br \/>\n\u00f6ncelikle var olan sistemden fiziksel bir kopu\u015fu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan<br \/>\nda\u011flar kad\u0131n i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt duvar aras\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f evden ve zihniyetten ilk<br \/>\nkopu\u015ftur, ilk ad\u0131md\u0131r.
