O da kendi<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131d\u0131r. Do\u011faya, topluma, insana ve d\u00fcnyaya sadece ama sadece bu<br \/>\npencereden bakarlar. Bu o derece i\u00e7selle\u015fir ki g\u00f6sterecekleri tutum ve<br \/>\ndavran\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7in adeta g\u00fcd\u00fcmlenirler. Yani beyne ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelere y\u00f6n<br \/>\nveren temel etken organizman\u0131n biyolojik ve psikolojik t\u00fcm g\u00fcd\u00fcleridir.<br \/>\nElbette buna azmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f analitik g\u00fc\u00e7 e\u015flik eder. Do\u011fruluk \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri, de\u011fer<br \/>\nyarg\u0131lar\u0131 ve felsefesini belirleyen budur. Bu y\u00fczden kendi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda var<br \/>\nolan ger\u00e7eklikle s\u00fcrekli \u00e7at\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Yap\u0131s\u0131na m\u00fcdahale eder. G\u00fcc\u00fc yeterse<br \/>\ndokular\u0131na s\u0131zar. S\u00f6ylem ve ifadelerinde de s\u00fcrekli olarak kendisine<br \/>\nuyarlar ve tersy\u00fcz eder. Var olan\u0131 yokmu\u015f, olmayan\u0131 da varm\u0131\u015f gibi<br \/>\ng\u00f6sterir. Bundan hi\u00e7 rahats\u0131zl\u0131k duymaz. Hayli ilerlemi\u015f analitik ve<br \/>\ng\u00fcd\u00fcsel yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in vicdan rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kavram\u0131, \u201ctan\u0131mlanamaz d\u0131r.<br \/>\nAyn\u0131 bi\u00e7imde erdem, bar\u0131\u015f, iyilik, sevgi, merhamet gibi insani duygu ve<br \/>\ntutumlar birer ayakba\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6te bir anlama sahip de\u011filler.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Ge\u00e7en<br \/>\ng\u00fcn \u0130lker Ba\u015fbu\u011f\u2019un Mardin\u2019de bir s\u0131n\u0131r karakolundaki s\u00f6zlerini<br \/>\ndinleyince ve sonra var olan sade ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131nca ve de<br \/>\nnihayetinde yak\u0131n tarihe tekrardan bak\u0131nca, bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler tek tek<br \/>\nbeynime damlad\u0131. Bir c\u00fcmlesi \u00e7ok \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131yd\u0131. DTP ve PKK\u2019yi kastederek,<br \/>\n\u201csiyaset ve ter\u00f6r a\u011falar\u0131  kavram\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yordu. Bunu biraz irdelemek<br \/>\ngerekir. Elbette salt Ba\u015fbu\u011f\u2019un bu kavram\u0131ndan hareketle bunu<br \/>\nyapmayaca\u011f\u0131z. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki feodal ger\u00e7eklik ve bunun s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci<br \/>\ndevletlerle ba\u011f\u0131 konusunda o kadar vicdans\u0131zca tersy\u00fcz etmeler ve<br \/>\nsapt\u0131rmalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor ki buna de\u011finmemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor. Elbette bunu<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n feodal yo\u011funluklu bir alan\u0131ndan gelen ve bunun \u00f6nemli<br \/>\ngirdi ve \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131na tan\u0131k biri olarak ortaya koymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m.<br \/>\n\u00d6nce, laf\u0131 hi\u00e7 uzatmadan yak\u0131n tarihe g\u00f6z ucuyla bakmakta fayda var. <\/p>\n<p>Klasik s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilikten yeni s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fe<br \/>1925<br \/>\n\u2013 1938 aras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n ayaklanmayan b\u00f6lgesi kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nUluslar aras\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin de ye\u015fil \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131yla TC bu d\u00f6nemde K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 tam bir k\u0131z\u0131l katliam uygulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun derin yaralar\u0131 ve ac\u0131l\u0131<br \/>\ntan\u0131klar\u0131 hala mevcuttur. \u0130kinci Payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n son bulmas\u0131ndan<br \/>\nsonra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de tekrardan s\u00f6zde \u201c\u00e7ok partili  denemelere ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f ve<br \/>\nvar olan CHP\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Demokrat Parti (DP) kurulmu\u015ftur. DP\u2019nin<br \/>\n\u00f6zelliklerinden biri, \u201cKemalist-\u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131-\u0130stanbul sermayesi  g\u00fc\u00e7<br \/>\nbirli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan bast\u0131r\u0131lan ve\u00a0 \u201cAnadolu e\u015fraf\u0131  olarak bilinen<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131\u2019dan kalma t\u00fcccar ve bezirg\u00e2n tak\u0131m\u0131na dayan\u0131yor olmas\u0131yd\u0131. Bu<br \/>\n\u00e7eli\u015fkinin k\u00f6kenleri Abd\u00fclhamit \u2013 \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na kadar<br \/>\ngidiyordu. B\u00f6ylece rejim i\u00e7inde yeniden bir \u00e7atallanma ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. 7<br \/>\nOcak 1946&#8217;da kurulan Demokrat Parti, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da da \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmek<br \/>\nistiyordu. Fakat homojen bir T\u00fcrkl\u00fck yaratma pe\u015findeki d\u00f6nemin<br \/>\ncumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc, \u00f6teden beri partilerin K\u00fcrt co\u011frafyas\u0131nda<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrtler aras\u0131nda parti<br \/>\nfaaliyetleri politikle\u015fmeyi, politikle\u015fme sorgulamay\u0131, sorgulama da<br \/>\nba\u015f\u0131na nelerin getirildi\u011finin bilincine ula\u015fmay\u0131 getirebilirdi. Celal<br \/>\nBayar ile DP\u2019nin program tasla\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kendisine g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc aras\u0131nda<br \/>\nbu konuda ilgin\u00e7 bir diyalog ya\u015fan\u0131r. Metin Toker aktar\u0131yor: &#8220;&#8230;<br \/>\n\u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc, bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde Bayar&#8217;a bir teklifte bulunur. Der ki: \u2018Hudut<br \/>\nb\u00f6lgelerimizde ve Do\u011fu\u2019da parti te\u015fkilatlar\u0131 kurmayal\u0131m. Siz<br \/>\nkurmay\u0131n\u0131z, biz de bizimkileri la\u011fvedelim. Oralar halk\u0131 vuru\u015fkan,<br \/>\nate\u015fli kimselerdir. Particili\u011fin milli birli\u011fi bozmas\u0131ndan endi\u015fe<br \/>\nederim&#8230;&#8217; \u015e\u00fcpheli Bayar derhal pirelenmi\u015ftir. Kendi kendine<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. &#8216;CHP devlettir. Oradaki te\u015fkilat\u0131n\u0131 la\u011fvetse de varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nmuhafaza edecektir. H\u00e2lbuki biz, me\u00e7hul kalaca\u011f\u0131z. Onun i\u00e7in, bu<br \/>\nteklifi kabul etmemeliyim.&#8217; Nitekim Do\u011fu\u2019nun zaten \u00f6zel kanunlarla<br \/>\ny\u00f6netildi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015f, Do\u011fululara bu yeni hayat tarz\u0131n\u0131 da &#8216;ba\u015fka<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131f vatanda\u015f&#8217; muamelesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bunun onlar\u0131<br \/>\n\u00fczece\u011fini belirtmi\u015f, fakat oralarda partililerin dikkatli<br \/>\ndavranabileceklerini hat\u0131rlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc, &#8216;peki&#8217; demi\u015ftir&#8230; &#8221; (Metin<br \/>\nToker  Demokrasimizin \u0130smet Pa\u015fa&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131. 1944-1973. S.103) \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019ye g\u00f6re t\u0131pk\u0131<br \/>\nLozan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi K\u00fcrtler ad\u0131na \u201cmerkezden<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlemeler yap\u0131labilir ve kararlar verilebilirdi. Yani \u201cmuas\u0131r<br \/>\nmedeniyet  pe\u015findeki T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti, \u00fclkesinin \u201cDo\u011fu  k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki<br \/>\ninsanlara \u201cvatanda\u015f  de\u011fil Osmanl\u0131\u2019daki gibi \u201creaya  ya da \u201ctebaa<br \/>\nmuamelesi yapacakt\u0131. Fakat DP\u2019liler \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fcyordu.<br \/>\nOnlar, insanlar\u0131n kafataslar\u0131n\u0131n bi\u00e7imi ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleriyle nas\u0131l ortadan<br \/>\nkald\u0131r\u0131labileceklerinden ziyade oturduklar\u0131 topraklar\u0131n zenginlikleri<br \/>\nve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rabilecekleri yetenekleriyle daha \u00e7ok ilgiliydiler. Ba\u015fka bir<br \/>\nifadeyle \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn tutumu \u201cklasik s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik  iken, DP\u2019nin bir<br \/>\nt\u00fcr \u201cyeni s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fe  denk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyordu. Yani K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u201ck\u0131z\u0131l<br \/>\nkatliam  yerine \u201cbeyaz katliam  daha sonu\u00e7 al\u0131c\u0131 olacakt\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden<br \/>\n\u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn tersine, \u201cmerkez in \u201cyerel  deki uzant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmak<br \/>\ngerekiyordu. Bu konuda somut bir \u00f6rnek san\u0131r\u0131z meseleyi daha da<br \/>\nanla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r k\u0131lacakt\u0131r: <\/p>\n<p>Abd\u00fclmelik F\u0131rat \u00f6rne\u011fi<br \/>Demokrat<br \/>\nParti\u2019nin genel ba\u015fkan\u0131 Adnan Menderes, 1925 K\u00fcrt isyan\u0131n\u0131n lideri \u015eeyh<br \/>\nSait\u2019in aile \u00e7evresiyle 1957 y\u0131l\u0131nda ili\u015fkiye ge\u00e7er. Ama\u00e7<br \/>\ni\u00e7selle\u015ftirmedir. Bunun i\u00e7in \u015feyhin torunlar\u0131ndan Abd\u00fclmelik F\u0131rat<br \/>\nse\u00e7imlerde milletvekili yap\u0131lmak istenir. Ancak o g\u00fcnk\u00fc kanunlara g\u00f6re<br \/>\nya\u015f\u0131 tutmamaktad\u0131r. Fakat hani \u201cdemokrasilerde \u00e7are t\u00fckenmez  ya!<br \/>\nAbd\u00fclmelik\u2019in \u00f6nce mahkeme karar\u0131yla ya\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr. Sonra da<br \/>\nMeclis\u2019ten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u00f6zel bir kararla askerlik yapmadan milletvekili<br \/>\nolmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan se\u00e7imlerde Abd\u00fclmelik F\u0131rat<br \/>\n\u201cmilletvekili  yap\u0131l\u0131r. (K\u00fcrdistan Stratejik Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Merkezi,<br \/>\n\u201cGe\u00e7mi\u015ften g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da legalite ve parlamento<br \/>\ndeneyimleri , 2007)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt toplumunun dirilen \u201cdoku lar\u0131n\u0131 tasfiye harek\u00e2t\u0131<br \/>1960<br \/>\ny\u0131l\u0131na do\u011fru devletin ittihat\u00e7\u0131 \u00e7ekirde\u011fi ile DP aras\u0131ndaki iktidar ve<br \/>\nrant kavgas\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 gerilim iyice t\u0131rman\u0131r. Fakat devlet ile<br \/>\nh\u00fck\u00fcmetler aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar ile devlet i\u00e7i iktidar \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131,<br \/>\nkimler aras\u0131nda ve hangi d\u00fczeyde olursa olsun, K\u00fcrt ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fck tutum hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmez ve tektir: \u0130nk\u00e2r ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m. Buna<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 K\u00fcrt toplumu ise t\u00fcm do\u011fal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sosyal savunma<br \/>\nrefleksleriyle kar\u015f\u0131 koymu\u015ftur. \u00dcstelik K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n par\u00e7alar\u0131ndan<br \/>\nherhangi birindeki ufak bir ulusal hareketlenme di\u011fer par\u00e7alar\u0131 hemen<br \/>\netkiledi\u011fi gibi s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci devletleri de harekete ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 1959<br \/>\ny\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki toplumsal hareketlili\u011fin<br \/>\nde etkisiyle Kuzey\u2019de ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de k\u0131m\u0131ldamaya ba\u015flayan K\u00fcrt<br \/>\n\u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencileri, ittihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n \u015fim\u015feklerini \u00fczerlerine<br \/>\n\u00e7ekerler. \u00d6zellikle Musa Anter (Ap\u00ea Musa) K\u00fcrt\u00e7e edebiyat (elbette<br \/>\npolitik) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve di\u011fer \u00f6\u011frencilerin benzeri giri\u015fimleri fa\u015fist<br \/>\nmedyan\u0131n da k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtmas\u0131yla g\u00fcndeme oturtulur. \u201cK\u00fcrt paranoyas\u0131 yla<br \/>\nmalul devletin \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerin g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn korkutulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla<br \/>\n\u201cbin K\u00fcrd\u00fcn salland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131  karar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131rlar. Fakat \u201culuslar aras\u0131<br \/>\ntepkiler den \u00e7ekinildi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu say\u0131 50\u2019ye indirilir!\u00a0 Bunun \u00fczerine<br \/>\nM\u0130T\u2019in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla h\u00fck\u00fcmet, Aral\u0131k 1959\u2019da ba\u015flat\u0131lan operasyonlarla<br \/>\n50 ki\u015fiyi tutuklar. Bunlardan biri h\u00fccrede ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirince 49 ki\u015fi<br \/>\nkal\u0131r ve bu olaya da \u201c49\u2019lar olay\u0131  denilir. \u00d6zellikle entelekt\u00fcel ve<br \/>\nyurtseverlik d\u00fczeyi olan, halka \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck yapabilecek ve bu konuda etkin<br \/>\nki\u015filer tutuklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ama\u00e7, 1920\u2019li ve 30\u2019lu y\u0131llardaki isyanlar<br \/>\nsonucunda mezara g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen K\u00fcrt toplumunun uyanan ya da<br \/>\ndirilen \u201cdoku lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekti. 49\u2019lar, Genelkurmay Askeri<br \/>\nMahkemesi\u2019nde idam istemiyle yarg\u0131lan\u0131rlar. Dava uzun s\u00fcre devam eder<br \/>\nve sonu\u00e7ta zaman a\u015f\u0131m\u0131na u\u011frayarak d\u00fc\u015fer. <\/p>\n<p>Sivas-Kabakyaz\u0131 kamp\u0131 ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u201cOrta\u00e7a\u011f d\u00fczeni nin tesisi<br \/>Bilindi\u011fi<br \/>\n\u00fczere 27 May\u0131s 1960 tarihinde ordu, art\u0131k neredeyse on y\u0131ll\u0131k<br \/>\nperiyotlarla yapaca\u011f\u0131 darbelerin ilkini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir ve iktidara el<br \/>\nkoyar. Darbenin esas amac\u0131, Anadolu ticaret burjuvazisi ile<br \/>\ndinci-tarikat\u00e7\u0131 kesime dayanan DP h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin kadrola\u015fma ve sistemde<br \/>\nyer edinme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fc kaz\u0131ma ve ittihat\u00e7\u0131 oligar\u015finin<br \/>\nkaybetti\u011fi mevzileri yeniden elde etmedir. Darbe sonucunda Parlamento<br \/>\nfeshedilmi\u015f, DP kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131, Ba\u015fbakan, Bakanlar ve DP<br \/>\nMilletvekilleri ile Ankara, \u0130stanbul ve \u0130zmir il te\u015fkilat y\u00f6netimleri<br \/>\nYass\u0131ada\u2019da g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hemen sonras\u0131nda da Ba\u015fbakan<br \/>\nAdnan Menderese ve 2 bakan\u0131 idam edilmi\u015ftir. DP\u2019lileri idam eden<br \/>\nittihat\u00e7\u0131lar asl\u0131nda onlar\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan politikalar\u0131n\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi alm\u0131\u015f<br \/>\nve daha profesyonelce s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Nitekim devlet<br \/>\nSivas kamp\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fu a\u011fay\u0131 sonradan milletvekili yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara\u2019daki pa\u015fa-K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki a\u011fa \u201cdiyalekti\u011fi <br \/>Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn<br \/>\n\u015eerafettin El\u00e7i ve Abd\u00fclmelik F\u0131rat gibi h\u0131zl\u0131 \u201cK\u00fcrt\u00e7\u00fc ler, devletin<br \/>\nfideli\u011finde yeti\u015ftirilmi\u015f ittihat\u00e7\u0131 beslemeleridir. El\u00e7i, Bay\u0131nd\u0131rl\u0131k<br \/>\nbakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dahi yapm\u0131\u015f, F\u0131rat ise S\u00fcleyman Demirel\u2019in K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki<br \/>\n\u015fubesi gibi hareket etmi\u015ftir (S\u00fcleyman Demirel de iktidarla\u015fm\u0131\u015f azman<br \/>\nChurchill\u2019in T\u00fcrkiye \u015fubesidir!). Ayn\u0131 S\u00fcleyman Demirel, 1990\u2019larda<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da devlet\u00e7e s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen kirli sava\u015f\u0131n ma\u015falar\u0131 olan \u201ca\u011fa lar\u0131<br \/>\n\u00c7ankaya k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fcnde a\u011f\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda, y\u00fczlerce cinayete<br \/>\nkar\u0131\u015fan ve planlayan Tahir Ad\u0131yaman ve Kamil Atak (Ergenekon davas\u0131ndan<br \/>\nyarg\u0131lan\u0131yor) ile daha niceleri vard\u0131. Susurluk kazas\u0131nda net kirli<br \/>\nsava\u015f foto\u011fraf\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan Sedat Bucak da asl\u0131nda Ankara\u2019daki<br \/>\n\u201cPa\u015fa lar\u0131n, Siverek\u2019te uzant\u0131 ma\u015fas\u0131 ve \u201ca\u011fa s\u0131yd\u0131. Mardin\u2019deki son<br \/>\nZangirt k\u00f6y\u00fc (Bilge) katliam\u0131 da, devletin derinlerinden gelen bir<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve bu politikalar\u0131n sonucudur. <\/p>\n<p>Bu sistem bu<br \/>\npolitikalar\u0131 her yerde uygulamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin hapishanelerde de her<br \/>\nko\u011fu\u015fta bir \u201ca\u011fa  yarat\u0131r ve ko\u011fu\u015fu onun arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla denetlemeye<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bu okulda \u00f6\u011fretmen, camide imam ve ba\u015fka yerde ba\u015fka<br \/>\nki\u015filerdir. Yani t\u00fcm topluma s\u0131zar ve b\u00f6ylece denetler. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cUlus devlet  mi \u201culus yutan devlet mi ?<br \/>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla<br \/>\n\u201culus devlet  egemenlerce uydurulmu\u015f bir kavramd\u0131r (\u0130lker Ba\u015fbu\u011f\u2019un<br \/>\n\u201cmilli ordu  kavram\u0131 gibi). Ulus ile devleti \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirmeyi ve b\u00f6yle<br \/>\nbir alg\u0131lama sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lar. \u00d6z\u00fcnde ise belirtildi\u011fi gibi devletin,<br \/>\nulusun t\u00fcm doku ve h\u00fccrelerine s\u0131zmas\u0131 ve onu anl\u0131k olarak<br \/>\ni\u00e7selle\u015ftirip yutmas\u0131d\u0131r. Topluma s\u0131zan iktidar toplumu y\u00f6netmez,<br \/>\ns\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcr ve bitirir. Bu anlam\u0131yla \u201culus devlet  denen olgu \u00f6z\u00fcnde, \u201culus<br \/>\nyutan devlet tir.\u00a0 Toplumu, ger\u00e7ek anlamda onun i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131kan toplumsal<br \/>\ndinamikler, o da toplumun ret-kabul \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri dahilinde, y\u00f6netebilir. Bu<br \/>\nanlamda TC ulus devleti hem T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi hem de K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131<br \/>\ns\u00f6m\u00fcrmektedir. Fakat bir farkla! T\u00fcrkiye \u201c\u00fcst s\u00f6m\u00fcrge , K\u00fcrdistan \u201calt<br \/>\ns\u00f6m\u00fcrge dir. Hatta t\u00fcm\u00fcyle ink\u00e2r edilip yok say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\ns\u00f6m\u00fcrge stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde dahi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilir. Asl\u0131nda TC devleti<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan K\u00fcrdistan \u201chammadde ve rezerv alan\u0131 , T\u00fcrkiye ise<br \/>\n\u201crafineri dir. \u0130stanbul ve Ankara\u2019da konumlanm\u0131\u015f ya\u011fl\u0131 tabaka olan<br \/>\n\u201cmutlu az\u0131nl\u0131k  ya da \u201cbeyaz T\u00fcrkler  ise (asl\u0131nda ya\u011fl\u0131 ya da obezite<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkler kavram\u0131 daha do\u011frudur veyahut \u201cy\u00fcz\u00fckara T\u00fcrkler ) anl\u0131k olarak<br \/>\nrezervden gelip rafineriden \u00e7\u0131kan \u201cmamul  maddeleri t\u00fcketmekle<br \/>\ng\u00fcnlerini ge\u00e7irmektedirler!<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u201cdelilik  nedir?<br \/>\u0130\u015fte<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi bu \u201cdiyalekti\u011fe  \u00e7omak soktu. Dikkat<br \/>\nedilirse PKK, ilkin Ankara\u2019n\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki \u201ciktidar adac\u0131klar\u0131 na<br \/>\n(Pa\u015fa-A\u011fa \u201cdiyalekti\u011fi ) y\u00f6neldi. Bu da daha \u00e7ok S\u00fcleymanlar ve<br \/>\nBucaklar\u0131n \u201ca\u011fa iktidar\u0131  \u015fahs\u0131nda Siverek ve Hilvan\u2019da somutla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<br \/>\n\u201cYukar\u0131da Allah a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da S\u00fcleymanlar ve Bucaklar vard\u0131. \u00a0 Yani mealen<br \/>\nAnkara\u2019da Pa\u015fa\u2019lar, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da onlar\u0131n uzant\u0131s\u0131 a\u011falar vard\u0131. Buna<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmak kimin haddineydi, b\u00f6yle bir \u015fey i\u00e7in deli olmak gerekirdi!<br \/>\nO delili\u011fi PKK\u2019liler yapt\u0131! Hala da yap\u0131yorlar! Fakat bu \u201cdelilik<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 yeniden yaratt\u0131. Toplum yutan devletin sinsi s\u0131zmalar\u0131ndan,<br \/>\nparsellerden, iktidar adac\u0131klar\u0131ndan, pa\u015fa-a\u011fa diyalekti\u011finden ve<br \/>\nbilumum kirlerinden ar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131, ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p>Bir \u00e7ocukluk imgesi ve son s\u00f6z<br \/>\u00c7ocuklu\u011fumdan<br \/>\nhat\u0131rlar\u0131m. Se\u00e7im d\u00f6nemlerinde l\u00fcks arabalar\u0131yla \u015fi\u015fman adamlar gelirdi<br \/>\nk\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcze. Kravatl\u0131yd\u0131lar.
