D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme g\u00fcc\u00fc elinden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f toplum- birey yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fanan katliam ve soyk\u0131r\u0131ma fa\u015fizmin \u0130nan\u00e7 de\u011ferinde bakman\u0131n duygu heyelan\u0131na kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu, fa\u015fist diktat\u00f6rl\u00fcklerin liderli\u011finde her zaman ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ve ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0Bu sefer fa\u015fizm 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Devlet Bah\u00e7eli ve Tayip Erdo\u011fan \u015fahs\u0131nda Hitler\u2019in ruhunu aratmayan fa\u015fizan davran\u0131\u015flara tan\u0131k oldu. Nas\u0131l al\u00e7ak\u00e7a bir korkuydu ki korona vir\u00fcs salg\u0131n\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 insanlar d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kamezken, soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasaklar\u0131n\u0131n uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 zamanlarda gencecik bir beden, bir gerilla naa\u015f\u0131, annesine g\u00f6nderilmek \u00fczere bir kargo kutusuna koyularak g\u00f6nderildi. Genelde filmlerden izleriz; katiller \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fckleri ki\u015fileri ailelerine kargoyla postalarlar. Korku filmidir olabilir, gaye korkutmakt\u0131r. Biri film, biri ger\u00e7ek ve ikisi de korkutmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131yor. Nas\u0131l bir iktidar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r, nas\u0131l bir koltukta kalma saplant\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r ki bu zat\u0131 insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bu kadar uzakla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nas\u0131l bir intikam alma h\u0131rs\u0131d\u0131r ki K\u00fcrtlere cenazelerini kargoda yolluyor? Peki,\u00a0 T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti liderini bir katilin so\u011fukkanl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hareket etmeye sevk eden T\u00fcrkiye ulusunun hangi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 acaba? Yoksa kendi cani duygular\u0131n\u0131n tatmini mi?\u00a0 As\u0131l olan kendi tek adam diktas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in, direnen K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n iradesini k\u0131rma, korkutma, y\u0131ld\u0131rma ve hatta bu t\u00fcr y\u00f6ntemlerle K\u00fcrtlerin de\u011fersiz bir ulus olduklar\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlama y\u00f6ntemleridir. Fa\u015fistlerin genelde ba\u015fvurduklar\u0131 y\u00f6ntemler, uluslar\u0131n de\u011ferlerine sald\u0131rma, benliklerine sald\u0131rma, haf\u0131zalar\u0131n\u0131 yok etme, tarihlerini yok etme ve kendilerini de\u011fersiz hissettirme y\u00f6ntemleriyle korkuyu yayma ve korkuyu insanlar\u0131n ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n her an\u0131nda hissederek insanlar\u0131 insanl\u0131ktan so\u011futma olmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0Annelerin y\u00fcre\u011fine korkuyu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n na\u015flar\u0131na zarar verme, mezarlar\u0131n\u0131 tahrip etme, kargoyla yollama veya panzerlerin arkas\u0131nda s\u00fcr\u00fckleyerek korku salmak istemektedirler. Korku insani bir duygudur, korunma i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fcnden gelir ve insanl\u0131k tarihinden kalma bir haf\u0131zad\u0131r.\u00a0 Korkuyu a\u015fma bir o kadar eski bir haf\u0131za da b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck \u00e7ok s\u0131radan ve uygulan\u0131r gibi kabul ettirildi ve kabullenildi. Peki, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn radikalizmi olur mu? Ya da k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck sadece s\u0131radan m\u0131d\u0131r? Kesinlikle, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kesimi buna hay\u0131r diye cevap verecektir. K\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn radikalizmi olmaz. K\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck insani bir de\u011fer de\u011fildir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k ilk toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131ndan bu yana inan\u00e7 sistemini iyilik, do\u011fruluk, g\u00fczellik ve sevgi \u00fczerinde in\u015fa etmi\u015ftir. Bu de\u011ferlerin savunulmas\u0131 ancak ve ancak radikal olabilir. \u0130yili\u011fin, sevginin ve do\u011frunun, do\u011frulu\u011fun radikalizmi olur mu? Tabi demokratik \u00f6zdeyse evet. Demokrasi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, e\u015fitlik ve adalet oldu\u011fundan, demokrasiyi savunmak radikal olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nand\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve e\u015fit birlikteli\u011fe dayal\u0131 ya\u015fam radikal savunulur. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen varl\u0131k olan insan, insani de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131yla vard\u0131r. \u0130nand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fama ortak birlikteli\u011fin de\u011feriyle anlam katm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ya\u015fama verdi\u011fi anlam iyili\u011fin, g\u00fczelin, sevginin verdi\u011fi erdem olmu\u015ftur. \u0130lk toplumsalla\u015fmadan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar bu de\u011fer sistemine demokrasi diyoruz. Devlet akl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar temelli, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen varl\u0131k olan insan\u0131 liberalizmin ak\u0131lc\u0131l\u0131k ve ulus devlet milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi ile ehlile\u015ftirerek (bar\u0131nma-beslenme-\u00fcreme) g\u00fcd\u00fclerle hareket eden birinci do\u011fa s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na hapsetmektedir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi liberalizm geli\u015fen bilimsel teknoloji yoluyla birinci do\u011fa \u00fczerinde tahakk\u00fcm\u00fc, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc, zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131, egemenlik ve h\u00fckmetmeyi olmas\u0131 gereken ilahi d\u00fczen olarak temellendirilmi\u015ftir. Egemenlik ve h\u00fckmetme birinci ve ikinci do\u011fan\u0131n ya\u015famsal var olu\u015fun anlam g\u00fcc\u00fcnde yoktur. Egemenlik, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, tahakk\u00fcm toplumsal do\u011fada hi\u00e7bir zaman insanl\u0131k de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131 olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden bu kavramlar hi\u00e7bir egemen devletin toplumlar \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn dili olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Asimilasyon, soyk\u0131r\u0131m \u00f6l\u00fcmd\u00fcr. \u00d6tesi de\u011fildir, bunlar uygulan\u0131rken \u00e7ok ciddi bir manip\u00fclasyon ile uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve uygulanmaktad\u0131r. K\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck iyili\u011fin diliyle yap\u0131l\u0131nca demokrasi gibi bir kavram her zaman devletlerin kullan\u0131m tekelinde olmu\u015ftur. S\u00fcmer devletinden feodal devlet bi\u00e7imine kadar, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yani toplum d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bireyci menfaatin veya h\u0131rs\u0131n dili tanr\u0131n\u0131n istemi ve buyru\u011fu ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda manip\u00fcle edilirken, liberalizmin kapitalist devleti ise demokrasi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n de\u011fer sisteminde olmayan k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck fa\u015fizmle uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck inand\u0131r\u0131lacak veya savunulacak bir de\u011fer yarg\u0131s\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, insanlara zorla dahi olsa kabul ettirilemez. Ancak me\u015fru k\u0131larak kabul ettirilebilir. S\u00fcmer rahip devletinden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze devlet ve erkek egemen zihniyet toplumsal t\u00fcm de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131 kendi menfaati ve \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 i\u00e7in toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n inan\u00e7 sisteminin de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden me\u015fru k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Me\u015fruiyetini zihniyet in\u015fas\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen toplum- birey d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyen toplum-birey yerine ge\u00e7irilip yeni bir toplum haf\u0131zas\u0131 yarat\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme toplumsal do\u011fan\u0131n var olu\u015fsal anlam de\u011feridir. \u00c7a\u011flar boyunca k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck ve iyilik hep kavga halinde olmu\u015ftur. Her zaman iyilik aranan ve istenen, arzu edilen, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck ise hep ac\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00fcm getiren ve kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda durulmas\u0131 gereken, m\u00fccadele edilmesi gereken olgu olmu\u015ftur.
