Ard\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 tarihi ve yine y\u00fczy\u0131la yak\u0131n kurulan ulus devletle ba\u015fta K\u00fcrtler olmak \u00fczere halklara dayat\u0131lan imha ve ink\u00e2r siyaseti bunu kan\u0131tlar niteliktedir. Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in risk olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc fakl\u0131 inan\u00e7tan ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrden insanlar\u0131 birbirine k\u0131rd\u0131rtma \u015feklinde Ermenilere, Rumlara, S\u00fcryanilere, Keldanilere, Alevilere uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 soyk\u0131r\u0131m siyaseti bug\u00fcn \u00e7ok daha keskin ve sinsi bir \u015fekilde ba\u015fta K\u00fcrtler olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok fakl\u0131 inanca ve etnik kimli\u011fe sahip halklara k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m k\u0131skac\u0131nda daha tehlikeli ve etkili bir bi\u00e7imde uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r K\u00fcrtlerin halk ve toplum olarak geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyada a\u015firet tarz\u0131 toplumsal formlar\u0131yla varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 koruma, k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini ya\u015famadaki \u0131srarlar\u0131 fiziki soyk\u0131r\u0131mla yok edilmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde al\u0131rken ayn\u0131 zamanda onun asimilasyona, ba\u015fkala\u015f\u0131ma u\u011framas\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle bir Osmanl\u0131 gelene\u011fi olarak, bug\u00fcnde fa\u015fist T.C devleti taraf\u0131ndan uygulanan \u2018\u2019fiziki olarak yok edemiyorsan onu topra\u011f\u0131ndan, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p yani g\u00f6\u00e7 ettirip k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m k\u0131skac\u0131nda eriterek bitirebilirsin\u2019\u2019 politikas\u0131 \u00e7ok vah\u015fi bir \u015fekilde uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Cumhuriyetin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n imha ve ink\u00e2r politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi isyanlar gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6sterilerek bu g\u00f6\u00e7ertilme politikas\u0131 \u015eark Islahat Plan\u0131 ve Takrir-i S\u00fck\u00fbn kanunu vb. kanunlarla yasall\u0131k k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131na b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclerek yap\u0131lmak istense de bug\u00fcn g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00e7ok daha sinsi bir \u015fekilde geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ekonomik sava\u015f politikalar\u0131yla, a\u00e7l\u0131kla terbiye ederek teslim alma bi\u00e7iminde uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bir \u00f6zel sava\u015f uygulamas\u0131 olarak K\u00fcrtleri \u2018NAN\u2019n\u0131n diyar\u0131nda \u2018NAN\u2019s\u0131z b\u0131rakarak ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 devam ettiremeyecek hale getirerek bu \u015fekilde g\u00f6\u00e7e zorlamak, onu halk yapan topra\u011f\u0131ndan, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden, kimli\u011finden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rarak toplumsall\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 par\u00e7alamak, bu \u015fekilde ink\u00e2r ve imhay\u0131 dayatmak \u00f6zel sava\u015f devletinin esas amac\u0131 olurken, uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik soyk\u0131r\u0131m politikalar\u0131 da bu sava\u015f\u0131 kazanman\u0131n en temel ara\u00e7lar\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomik soyk\u0131r\u0131m fakl\u0131 toplumsal kesimlerde farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerde uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Tarih boyunca kendisinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ink\u00e2r\u0131 \u00fczerinden \u00fcst tabaka olarak tan\u0131mlanan kimi ailelere her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ekonomik imk\u00e2n yarat\u0131larak bu aileler baz\u0131nda yoksul halk taban\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir t\u00fcr \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikas\u0131 uygulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Belli ba\u015fl\u0131 baz\u0131 i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i aileler \u00fczerinden uygulanan bu politikalarla topluma \u2018\u2019kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ret edip benim istedi\u011fim \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclere geldi\u011finiz takdirde size her t\u00fcrl\u00fc imk\u00e2n sa\u011flan\u0131r\u2019\u2019 alg\u0131s\u0131 yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bu \u015fekilde yoksul halk taban\u0131 kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 inkara \u00e7ekilmek, i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilik-ajanl\u0131k dayat\u0131lmak istenmi\u015ftir. \u00a0K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da Bucaklar, Ensario\u011flular\u0131, Arzular, Bayramlar, Orhanlar ve daha ismini yazamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczlerce binlerce bu i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i aileler \u00fczerinden toplum ekonomik sava\u015f\u0131n \u00e7ark\u0131nda eritilerek teslim al\u0131nmak, direni\u015ften m\u00fccadeleden kopar\u0131lmak istenmektedir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz bu ekonomik sava\u015f\u0131n bir y\u00f6n\u00fc bu \u00fcst tabakay\u0131 temsil eden aileler \u00fczerinden toplumda i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ili\u011fi geli\u015ftirmek olurken, \u00f6te yandan K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekonomik politikalarla yoksul halk taban\u0131n\u0131 bir lokma ekme\u011fe muhta\u00e7 b\u0131rakarak, ajanl\u0131\u011fa i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ili\u011fe ikna etmek olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrtler \u00fczerinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 co\u011frafyan\u0131n da etkisiyle k\u0131ra dayal\u0131, topra\u011fa dayal\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ge\u00e7imini tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kla u\u011fra\u015farak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu nedenle K\u00fcrtler de toprak kutsald\u0131r, topraktan elde etti\u011fi bu\u011fday\u0131, arpas\u0131, ekme\u011fi kutsald\u0131r. Her birine ayr\u0131 ad\u0131n\u0131 koydu\u011fu ine\u011fi, \u00f6k\u00fcz\u00fc, ke\u00e7isi onun ailesinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r, kendisinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda de\u011fildir. Do\u011fayla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e toplumsal de\u011ferlere dayal\u0131 payla\u015fmay\u0131 esas alan bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu nedenledir ki devletin y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc fiziki imhaya, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131ma ra\u011fmen bir halk olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelebilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrtlerin varl\u0131k olmalar\u0131nda en temel fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn k\u0131ra dayal\u0131 toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131 oldu\u011funun bilincinde olan fa\u015fist devlet, bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik politikalar\u0131yla K\u00fcrtlerin tek ekonomik dayana\u011f\u0131 olan tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 adeta durma noktas\u0131na getirmi\u015ftir. Uygulanan politikalar sonucu ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 idame edemez durumda kalan emek\u00e7i K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n metropollere g\u00f6\u00e7 etmesini sa\u011flayarak, bu \u015fekilde hem patronlar i\u00e7in ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc hem de sistemin \u00e7ark\u0131nda uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 asimilasyon politikalar\u0131yla kendi olmaktan, varl\u0131k olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karmak istemektedir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda bir \u00f6zel sava\u015f uygulamas\u0131 olarak bo\u015falt\u0131lan binlerce k\u00f6yle salt gerillay\u0131 halktan koparmak yani \u00f6zel sava\u015f rejiminin Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Tansu \u00c7iller\u2019in dedi\u011fi gibi \u2018bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 susuz b\u0131rakmak\u2019 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda do\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc k\u00f6y\u00fcnden, onu besleyen topra\u011f\u0131ndan, payla\u015f\u0131ma dayal\u0131 toplumsal ili\u015fkilerinden kopararak, sistem i\u00e7erisinde eriterek daha h\u0131zl\u0131 sonu\u00e7 almak istemektedir. Buna paralel g\u00f6\u00e7ertemedi\u011fini yani ya\u015fam\u0131 pahas\u0131na, ona dayat\u0131lan b\u00fct\u00fcn zora ra\u011fmen topra\u011f\u0131nda kalmakta \u0131srar eden K\u00fcrtlere de uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik politikalarla kendi co\u011frafyas\u0131nda, k\u00f6y\u00fcnde, topra\u011f\u0131nda teslim almak olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6y bo\u015faltmalar\u0131, sebze ve tah\u0131l \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde kota uygulanmas\u0131, yaylalar\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131, ihtiyac\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda et ithal edilmesi, yine K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan yer alt\u0131 yer \u00fcst\u00fc madenlerin K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki i\u015fletmelerde i\u015fletilmesi, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n neredeyse her da\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6stebek yuvalar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren maden alanlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir oran\u0131n yabanc\u0131 \u015firketlere pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekilmesi, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n can damarlar\u0131 olan su kaynaklar\u0131 \u00fczerine barajlar yap\u0131larak yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel tarihi miraslar\u0131n, ekili tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131n sular alt\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 vb. uygulamalar K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik sava\u015f uygulamalar\u0131ndan sadece birka\u00e7\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Son zamanlarda tar\u0131mla u\u011fra\u015fan kesimlere DEDA\u015e eliyle esasta devletin ekonomik soyk\u0131r\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, y\u00fcksek faturalar keserek, bunu \u00f6deyemeyenlerin elektri\u011fini keserek, halk\u0131 ekip bi\u00e7emez hale getirmekte bu k\u0131r\u0131m politikalar\u0131ndan biri olmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde onurlu, yoksul, emek\u00e7i K\u00fcrd\u00fc i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i K\u00fcrtlerin eliyle kendi topra\u011f\u0131nda bir lokma ekme\u011fe muhta\u00e7 b\u0131rakarak, ajan i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ili\u011fi kabul ettirmek zorunda b\u0131rakmak ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrd\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne iki se\u00e7enek konulmaktad\u0131r. Ya k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc, ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131, topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p metropollere g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek zorunda kalacak (ki bu \u015fekilde daha \u00e7abuk asimilasyon ba\u015fkala\u015f\u0131m politikalar\u0131na maruz kalarak sistemin i\u00e7inde eriyecek) ya da kal\u0131p devletin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bask\u0131, \u015fiddet uygulamas\u0131na maruz kalarak kendisine, halk\u0131na ihanet etmeyi se\u00e7ecek.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrde dayat\u0131lan K\u00f6y koruculu\u011fu, ajan, kontra, istihbarat a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 vb. bu politikalar\u0131n en ahlaks\u0131z bi\u00e7imde uygulanma alanlar\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her operasyon kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 koruyucuya \u00f6denen maa\u015fla verdi\u011fi her bilgi, \u015fehadetine sebep oldu\u011fu her gerilla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ajan i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilere \u00f6denen y\u00fcksek mebla\u011flar, sava\u015f\u0131n en ahlaks\u0131z, vicdans\u0131z boyutunu olu\u015ftururken bu \u015fekilde \u00f6denen her bedelde insanl\u0131k vicdan\u0131nda kapanmaz bir yara a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015e\u00fcphesiz \u00f6zel sava\u015f\u0131n en vah\u015fi y\u00fcz\u00fc olan ekonomik sava\u015f politikalar\u0131 salt Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da de\u011fil neredeyse her par\u00e7ada T.C eli ve i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilerin deste\u011fiyle geli\u015ftirilmek istenmektedir. S\u0131n\u0131r k\u00f6ylerinde her y\u0131l onlarca y\u00fczlerce Kolberin T\u00fcrk askeri ve \u0130ran pastarlar\u0131nca katledilmesi, Kobani\u2019de \u00fc\u00e7 devrimci K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n \u015fehit edilmesi, Ba\u015fur\u2019da PKK gerillalar\u0131n\u0131n komplolarla \u015fehit edilmesi ve daha verebilece\u011fimiz say\u0131s\u0131z \u00f6rnek de bu ahlakd\u0131\u015f\u0131 politikalar\u0131n sonucu olmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle TC-KDP i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile K\u00fcrt i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i \u00fcst tabakan\u0131n ticari ili\u015fkileri kapsam\u0131nda fa\u015fist \u015fef Erdo\u011fan ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ile yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ticari anla\u015fmalar ile K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n ekonomik zenginli\u011finin T\u00fcrklere pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekilmesi bu ekonomik sava\u015f\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olurken, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fcretimden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Ba\u015fur halk\u0131n\u0131 da a\u00e7l\u0131kla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze b\u0131rakarak TC\u2019nin ajan i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ili\u011fini yapacak d\u00fczeye getirmek de, bu uygulamalar\u0131n en vah\u015fi y\u00f6n\u00fc olmaktad\u0131r. Bir \u00f6zel sava\u015f uygulamas\u0131 olarak Ba\u015fur\u2019da geli\u015ftirilen sisteme g\u00f6bekten ba\u011flama politikas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda yayg\u0131nca uygulanan pe\u015fmergelik de bu uygulamalar\u0131n resmi bir k\u0131l\u0131fa b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclerek s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi olmaktad\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz Ba\u015fur\u2019da\u00a0 T.C\u2019nin KDP-YNK i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ili\u011fi ile Ba\u015fur halk\u0131na uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 ekonomik sava\u015f politikalar\u0131 \u00e7ok daha geni\u015f bir alan\u0131 kapsamakta ve herbiri ayr\u0131ca ele al\u0131n\u0131p de\u011ferlendirilmesi gereken konulard\u0131r. Ancak K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ekonomik soyk\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7e\u011fini i\u015flerken \u00f6zellikle kapitalist sistemin Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki ana merkezi haline getirilmek istenen Ba\u015fur\u2019da uygulanan ekonomik sava\u015f ger\u00e7e\u011fini de bilen bir yerden ele almak K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da uygulanan ekonomik sava\u015f\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak T. C\u2019nin soyk\u0131r\u0131m k\u0131skac\u0131nda ona reva g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kimli\u011finden, toplumsal de\u011ferlerinden uzak bir ya\u015fama kar\u015f\u0131;\u00a0 inatla varl\u0131k m\u00fccadelesi veren, kendi \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcyle direnen onurlu K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphesiz ekonomik sava\u015f\u0131n insaf\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lamayacak kadar de\u011ferli bir halkt\u0131r.
