T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finde hem yay\u0131lma iste\u011finin temel al\u0131nmas\u0131 hem de s\u00fcrekli verili s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde tan\u0131mlanan \u201cvatan\u201d\u0131n kutsanmas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr bir \u00e7eli\u015fkidir. \u00d6yle ya \u015fimdi ki topraklar \u201ckutsalsa\u201d ve \u201ckanla\u201d vatan haline getirildiyse neden yeni \u201ckutsal olmayan\u201d topraklar istensin ki? Kanla her toprak kutsal vatan\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirilebilecekse s\u0131n\u0131r neresidir? T\u00fcm d\u00fcnya kanla kazan\u0131lacak potansiyel vatan olabiliyorsa \u015fimdiki topraklar\u0131n \u00f6nemi nedir? Bu \u00e7eli\u015fkiye d\u00f6nmeden \u00f6nce vatan kavram\u0131 \u00fczerinde durmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Vatan kavram\u0131 halklar i\u00e7in belirleyici bir unsurdur. Halklar\u0131n, toplumlar\u0131n varolu\u015f mek\u00e2nlar\u0131 olarak ele almak gerekir. \u201cVatans\u0131z\u201d, \u201cWelats\u0131z\u201d b\u0131rak\u0131lmak istenen K\u00fcrtler belki de bu kavram\u0131n \u00f6nemini en can al\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde hisseden halkt\u0131r. \u00d6nder APO vatan\u0131 sadece toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n maddi ve manevi \u00fcretildi\u011fi alandan \u00f6teye halklar\u0131n tarihinin ve ruhunun olu\u015ftu\u011fu be\u015fik olarak tarif ediyor. Kapitalist modernitenin vatan kavram\u0131n\u0131 ters y\u00fcz edip kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 u\u011fruna kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ekleyen \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz kat\u0131, de\u011fi\u015fmez tek uluslu s\u0131n\u0131r anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fclkiyetin en geli\u015fmi\u015f hali olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ve bunun tekellerin azami kar ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder. Vatan\u0131 feti\u015fle\u015ftirmesinin amac\u0131n\u0131n da kar oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izer. Demokratik ulus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda de\u011ferli olan ve ulus zihniyeti ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmez olan vatan\u0131n demokratik ulusun bedenle\u015fmesinin arac\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fin \u00e7izdi\u011fi bu \u00e7er\u00e7eve bize vatan kavram\u0131n\u0131n hakikatini g\u00f6stermektedir. <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><strong>(\u00d6nderli\u011fin bu de\u011ferlendirmeleri \u201cDemokratik Uygarl\u0131k Manifestosu\u201dnun 5. cildinden aktar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Vatan kavram\u0131n\u0131n dile pelesenk edilip i\u00e7inin bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n en u\u00e7 \u00f6rne\u011fini T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminde g\u00f6rmekteyiz. T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin t\u00fcm t\u00fcrevleri yay\u0131lma iste\u011fi ile maluld\u00fcr. Bu ister dini k\u0131l\u0131fla isterse \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 motiflerle sunulsun sonu\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmez. Ulus devletin egemen s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n ve y\u00f6netici kli\u011fin ideolojisi olarak milliyet\u00e7ilik s\u00fcrekli pazar\u0131n\u0131 ve iktidar alanlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak ister. S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcden dev\u015firdikleri kar\u0131 art\u0131rma amac\u0131 bu yay\u0131lma iste\u011finin temel s\u00fctunudur. Yay\u0131lma alanlar\u0131nda halk\u0131n fiziksel ve zihinsel soyk\u0131r\u0131ma tabi tutulmas\u0131 da bu iste\u011fin do\u011fal sonucudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 bu \u015fekilde garanti alt\u0131na almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin zihin d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 derinlemesine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeden bu yay\u0131lma iste\u011finin \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc esas alan bir ruh haline dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. \u201cBir T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyaya bedeldir\u201d vecizesinde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz bu hayali tan\u0131mlama T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin in\u015fa zeminidir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin kurucu \u00e7ekirde\u011fini en a\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz nokta Turan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesidir. Turan\u2019\u0131n neresi oldu\u011funa ve burada kimlerin ya\u015fama hakk\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funa dair milliyet\u00e7i metinler ortak bir a\u00e7\u0131klama getirmez. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc topraklar ge\u00e7ici, zorunlu kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ya\u015fanmaya mecbur olunan \u00fclkedir. Turan ise nihai ve uzak hedeftir. Umulan ile mevcut olan aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eli\u015fki bu bi\u00e7imde giderilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.\u00a0 Oysa bu tan\u0131mlama asl\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a bug\u00fcnk\u00fc vatan g\u00fczellemelerinin sahte oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir.
