Halklar birbirleriyle sava\u015fmazlar, halklar elit kesimlerin ulus devlet maskesiyle ve sahte vatan sever d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleriyle birbirlerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrler. Her ulus devlet y\u00f6netimi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her sava\u015f\u0131 ve i\u015fgali kendi ulusunun \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ulus i\u00e7in yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen sava\u015flar milliyet\u00e7i duygularla \u015fi\u015firilmi\u015f ulustan bu \u015fekilde destek alm\u0131\u015f olur. Ulus devletin elit y\u00f6netici kesiminin kamunun sonsuz deste\u011fine ihtiyac\u0131 var, aksi durumda kamu deste\u011finden yoksun bir y\u00f6netim ne k\u0131sa, ne orta ve ne de uzun vade de siyasi hedeflerine ula\u015famaz. Hem ulus i\u00e7inde ve hem de uluslararas\u0131 alanda siyasi ve ekonomik ba\u015far\u0131lara ula\u015fmak, ulus devlet sloganlar\u0131ndan etkilenmi\u015f, egemenlik alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f kitlelerle olur. 1 ve 2 d\u00fcnya sava\u015flar\u0131 ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde devam eden ve d\u00fcnyay\u0131 felakete s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen b\u00fct\u00fcn sava\u015flar\u0131n amac\u0131 i\u015fgal ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc oldu\u011fu halde, b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 kendi ulusunun g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve hatta demokrasi ve bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia eden devletler var.<\/p>\n<p>Ulus devletler aras\u0131ndaki sava\u015flar\u0131n ve d\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki sava\u015flar\u0131n\u00a0 hepsi emperyalist ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ama\u00e7l\u0131 sava\u015flard\u0131r, hi\u00e7biri ne demokrasiyi, ne bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ne de \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hedefliyor. Ulus devlet halklar\u0131 hi\u00e7bir zaman karde\u015flik ilkesini benimsememi\u015flerdir. Avrupa&#8217;da belli bir demokratik atmosfer ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr geli\u015fti\u011fi halde bile karde\u015flikten tam olarak s\u00f6z edilemez, sadece eski klasik s\u0131n\u0131rlar yok, o da ekonomik ve siyasi ili\u015fkilerden dolay\u0131 yok. Halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n, s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ve sava\u015flar\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00fcnyada uluslar\u0131n ve halklar\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc e\u015fitli\u011fiyle hayat bulur, ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi e\u015fit haklar temelinde ve halklar\u0131n birbirlerinin haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131yla, birbirlerinin haklar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mas\u0131yla olur. Karde\u015fli\u011fi benimsemi\u015f halklar aras\u0131nda emperyalist ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc sava\u015flar\u0131 olmaz, halklar elit kesimin ulus devlet aldatmacas\u0131yla \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015flara alet olmazlar. Demokratik uluslar ba\u015fka bir ulusu asimile etmez, asimile etmeye kalkan kat\u0131 ulus devlet y\u00f6netimini engeller. Mesela T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bu demokratik zihniyet olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0 i\u00e7in karde\u015flik geli\u015femiyor, sadece s\u00f6zde kal\u0131yor. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n dilini kimli\u011fini kabul etmeyenler, K\u00fcrtlerle karde\u015f olmazlar, olamazlar. Sadece bir \u00fclkede bir arada ya\u015famak karde\u015f olmak i\u00e7in yeterli de\u011fil. Bir halk ba\u015fka bir halk\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ulusal demokratik hakk\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 olursa, karde\u015flik geli\u015fir ve ayn\u0131 \u00fclkede ya\u015faman\u0131n bir \u00f6nemi anlam\u0131 olur. Ezen devletin ulusu, ezen devletin soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 \u00f6zel sava\u015f siyasetine alet olursa, karde\u015flik olmaz, geli\u015fmez. Yani halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi \u00f6yle kolay olmuyor. Halklar birbirleriyle sava\u015fmad\u0131lar ama elit kesimin ulus devlet ad\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015flara da alet oldular, \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r bedeller verdiler. Dikkat edilirse b\u00fct\u00fcn emperyalist ve yay\u0131lmac\u0131 sava\u015flar\u0131n hepsinin ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 halklar ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, ulus devlete hakim olan elit kesimlerde kasalar\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015flard\u0131 bu payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015flar\u0131nda. Halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc gerili\u011fin yok edilmesi, milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde devam eden s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n ve sava\u015flar\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla ve b\u00fct\u00fcn halklar\u0131n e\u015fit ulusal haklara sahip olmas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Fa\u015fizmin, lin\u00e7 ve sald\u0131r\u0131 zihniyetinin oldu\u011fu \u015fartlarda karde\u015flik olmaz. Son y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrkiye \u015fehirlerinde K\u00fcrtlere lin\u00e7 ve sald\u0131r\u0131lar oluyor. Bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 devletin fa\u015fizan zihtiyetinden ayr\u0131 ele alamay\u0131z. Fa\u015fizmin oldu\u011fu bir \u00fclkede egemen ulusun bir kesimi s\u00fcrekli bu fa\u015fizan zihniyetten beslenir.<\/p>\n<p>Emperyalizm ko\u015fullar\u0131nda halklar aras\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli \u00e7e\u015fitli sava\u015flar, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar, s\u0131n\u0131rlar ve engeller olacakt\u0131r. En b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131n\u0131r esasen insanlar\u0131n beyninde geli\u015fen, ruhuna yerle\u015fen milliyet\u00e7iliktir, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r, efendi ve k\u00f6le ili\u015fkilerini a\u015famamad\u0131r. Efendi ve k\u00f6le ili\u015fkilerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirmesi sava\u015flara yol a\u00e7\u0131yor, ya\u015fam\u0131 fel\u00e7 edip cehemmene \u00e7eviriyor. Bundan dolay\u0131 efendi k\u00f6le ili\u015fkilerinin yani kapitalizmin ortadan kalmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Kapitalizmde halklar birbirleriyle karde\u015f de\u011fil, d\u00fc\u015fman olurlar. Sava\u015flar\u0131n oldu\u011fu ko\u015fullarda hangi karde\u015fli\u011fi ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131z? Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan sava\u015f kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131z. Sava\u015f kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 olunmadan bar\u0131\u015f ve karde\u015flik geli\u015fmez. Bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l ve demokratik olmak ve insan haklar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7sel hale getirip ya\u015fama hakim k\u0131lmak, d\u00fcnyay\u0131 halklar i\u00e7in ya\u015fan\u0131l\u0131r k\u0131lar. Halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fini ancak bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l ve\u00a0 demokratik k\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip olan, insan haklar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7\u015felle\u015ftiren ve birbirlerinin haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 olan halklar geli\u015ftirebilir. Bir kere daha ya\u015fas\u0131n halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi diyoruz ama bunun nas\u0131l in\u015fa olaca\u011f\u0131 bilincine sahip olaca\u011f\u0131z. Aksi durunda sadece s\u00f6zde kal\u0131r. Halklar birbirlerinin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hakk\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 olurlarsa karde\u015f olurlar.
