Tarikatlar art\u0131k maneviyattan uzak devlet ve \u00f6zellikle AKP-MHP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n birer holdingi haline geldi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle AKP d\u00f6neminde tarikatlar\u0131n geldi\u011fi nokta itibariyle yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f amac\u0131ndan uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, dahas\u0131 kendi tarihlerine ihanet edercesine \u015firketle\u015fmi\u015flerdir. Maneviyattan uzak sadece maddi \u00e7\u0131karlar u\u011fruna toplumun inanc\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcren devlet kadar devlet eliyle\u00a0 tarikatlar\u0131nda kirletilmi\u015f durumda olmas\u0131 ve bu kirli y\u00fczlerini, ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131\u00a0 topluma yans\u0131tan\u00a0 olumsuz etkilerini hemen her g\u00fcn \u00e7\u0131kan haberlerde g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Bizim de haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u2018DEVLET EL\u0130YLE HOLD\u0130NGLE\u015eEN TAR\u0130KATLAR\u2019\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 dosyam\u0131zda tarikatlar\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Allah\u2019a ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in izlenen yol de\u011fil de nas\u0131l yoldan sapt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve AKP\u2019nin deste\u011fini alan &#8220;Zenginler tarikat\u0131 olarak&#8221; bilinen Menzil, \u0130skenderpa\u015fa, \u0130smaila\u011fa ve S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar gibi pek \u00e7ok tarikatta, i\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131kar ili\u015fkileri var.\u00a0 Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucu\u00a0 mevcut\u00a0\u00a0 dosyam\u0131zda\u00a0 bu ger\u00e7ekliklere dair bilgiler i\u015fleyece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slami tarikatlar\u0131n tarihsel k\u00f6kenleri binli y\u0131llara kadar gider<strong>. <\/strong>6.yy\u2019a tasavvufla ba\u015flayan, 12.yy\u2019la ise \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapan tarikatlar toplumun bilin\u00e7lenmesinde farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imler yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. Her ne kadar tarikat \u2018Allah\u2019a ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in izlenen yol anlam\u0131na geliyorsa da buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak tarikatlar\u0131n uymak zorunda oldu\u011fu ilkeler zinciri de bulunuyor. Bunlardan en bilineni ise d\u00fcnya nimetlerinden kendini soyutlamak ve dinin t\u00fcm emir ve yasaklar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmek.<\/p>\n<p>Tekke ve zaviyelerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin kanun 30 Kas\u0131m 1925\u2019te y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girse de, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de pek \u00e7ok tarikat ve cemaat faaliyetlerine devam ediyor. \u015eu an T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de aktif 30 tarikat ve cemaat bulunuyor. Bu tarikatlar, dini bir silah gibi kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu silah\u0131 ilk olarak kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendi varolu\u015f kimlikleri aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131 \u0130slamc\u0131 kad\u0131n tipini olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in kulland\u0131lar. Devlet-din ili\u015fkisinin bir sonucu olarak \u00a0s\u00f6zde devletin olanaklar\u0131yla\u00a0 toplumsal fakt\u00f6rlerle kad\u0131n\u0131n da ki\u015fili\u011fini \u0130slam\u2019la yeniden yaratma e\u011filimi i\u00e7erisine girdiler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n\u0131n \u0130slamc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 toplumun \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli halkas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0Toplumun ekonomisinden tut sosyal ve politik geli\u015fmelerine kadar etkileri olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>15 Temmuz 2016\u2019daki \u2018kontroll\u00fc askeri darbe giri\u015fiminin\u2019 ard\u0131ndan G\u00fclen Cemaati kurumlardan halen temizlenmi\u015f diyemeyiz. Bu seferde G\u00fclen Cemaati operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 f\u0131rsata \u00e7eviren iktidara yak\u0131n tarikat ve cemaatler devlet dairelerinde e\u011fitim ve sa\u011fl\u0131k alanlar\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7 sahibi olmak i\u00e7in kollar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131vamaya ba\u015flad\u0131. En \u00e7okta e\u011fitime y\u00f6nelen bu tarikatlar\u0131n, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki 10 bin \u00f6zel okuldan \u00fc\u00e7te biri ile ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. MENZ\u0130L, \u0130SKENDERPA\u015eA, \u0130SMA\u0130LA\u011eA VE S\u00dcLEYMANCILAR \u00a0TAR\u0130KATI bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelenler. Bu tarikatlar AKP d\u00f6neminde, devlet nezdinde ne kadar \u00a0s\u00f6z-pay sahibi olduklar\u0131 ve ayr\u0131ca bakanl\u0131klar\u0131n ve AKP\u2019nin politikalar\u0131n\u0131 belirler duruma geldikleri hayret verici d\u00fczeydedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cami Etraf\u0131nda \u00d6rg\u00fctlenen \u0130smaila\u011fa Cemaati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1954 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri var olan \u0130smaila\u011fa cemaati Nak\u015fibendi koluna ba\u011fl\u0131 bir cemaattir. Manevi olarak cemaatin lideri, Mahmut Ustaosmano\u011flu\u2019dur. Cemaat kendisini S\u00fcnni M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n, bir ilim ve karde\u015flik cemiyeti olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. Tarikat, ad\u0131n\u0131 Ustaosmano\u011flu\u2019nun imaml\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Fatih\u2019teki \u0130smaila\u011fa Camisi\u2019nden al\u0131yor. Daha \u00e7ok \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerini cami etraf\u0131nda yaparlar. Erkeklerin \u015falvarl\u0131, c\u00fcbbeli-sar\u0131kl\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kara \u00e7ar\u015fafl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde giyindi\u011fi bu kesim, her d\u00f6nemde tarikat\u0131n d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan en \u00e7ok tepki alan kesimi oldu. \u0130smaila\u011fa cemaati de di\u011fer cemaatler gibi Turgut \u00d6zal\u2019a destek verdi. Onlar gibi dernek, vak\u0131f ve \u015firketler etraf\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi. Kendilerinin Ye\u015fil Camisi Vakf\u0131, \u0130smaila\u011fa\u00a0 Camisi Vakf\u0131 ve Beyan dergisi ad\u0131nda da yay\u0131nlar\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hatta oy kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ald\u0131klar\u0131 ihalelerle ekonomik olarak toplumun en alt kesimine hitap eden cemaatin i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6nemli zenginlerde \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin cemaatin en gen\u00e7 imam\u0131 olan C\u00fcppeli Ahmet Hoca\u2019n\u0131n hen\u00fcz 30\u2019lu ya\u015flar\u0131nda olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n malvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 milyonlarca dolara ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belgelerle kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Pratiklerine dair ise \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 haberler duymu\u015ftuk. Bunlara \u00f6rnek verilirse \u0130smaila\u011fa cemaatinden Ensar Vakf\u0131na kadar bas\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131klama yaparak \u0130stanbul S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 barikat olu\u015fturan cemaat olay\u0131nda etkisini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. \u0130stanbul S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n psiko-sosyal raporunu haz\u0131rlayan T\u00fcrkiye D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce Platformu\u2019nun da \u2018\u2019tarikat\u00e7\u0131\u2019\u2019 oldu\u011fu iddialar\u0131 bas\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a yer kaplam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Cemaate ba\u011fl\u0131 \u015eahit yay\u0131nevi Muallim Ne\u015friyat\u2019tan\u00a0 \u00e7\u0131kan \u2018<strong>Her anneye laz\u0131m\u2019 <\/strong>adl\u0131 kitap tart\u0131\u015fma yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kitapta kad\u0131nlara, cinsel ili\u015fki s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u2018<strong>Allah dostlar\u0131n\u0131, alimleri\u2019 <\/strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeleri tavsiye edilip b\u00f6ylelikle do\u011facak \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n o ki\u015filere benzeyece\u011fi iddia edilmi\u015fti. Bu gibi sapk\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n i\u00e7ine giren bu tarikat toplumun ahlak\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 teoriler \u00fcreterek kendi iktidar\u0131n\u0131 etkili k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Cemaatin Esenyurt\u2019taki bir yurdunda haf\u0131zl\u0131k e\u011fitimini alan Mahmut Osman Kam\u0131\u015f isimli 12 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuk hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015fti. A\u011fz\u0131ndan kan gelerek hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi iddia edilen 12 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Osman\u2019\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne dair soru\u015fturma dahi yap\u0131lmadan \u00fcst\u00fc kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2019 May\u0131s ay\u0131nda Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n ve Haziran ay\u0131nda da Binali y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n cemaatin liderini ziyarette bulunmalar\u0131. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemde eski Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn cemaati ziyarette bulunmas\u0131. AKP iktidar\u0131n \u00fczerindeki etkilerini ve ne kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6n verdiklerini bu haberlerle apa\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclebilinir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuran Kursundan Devlet \u0130\u015flerine Uzanan S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cemaati kuran S\u00fcleyman Hilmi Tunahan\u2019d\u0131r. 30 ya\u015f\u0131ndayken profes\u00f6r unvan\u0131 alan S\u00fcleyman Hilmi Tunahan, Bulgaristan do\u011fumludur. \u015eimdi ki liderleri Alihan Kuri\u015f\u2019tir. \u00a0Kuran \u00f6\u011fretmek amac\u0131yla kurulan ve daha sonra geli\u015ferek \u015firketle\u015fen cemaat halini alan bir di\u011fer t\u00fcccarlard\u0131r. Kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc kriterleri olan S\u00fcleymanc\u0131 cemaati uzun y\u0131llar i\u00e7e kapal\u0131 ama kapsaml\u0131 ve derin k\u00f6kleri olan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6rg\u00fctledi. \u0130lk olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlemesini \u0130stanbul\u2019da yapm\u0131\u015f ve hemen hemen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her yerine da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bununla yetinmeyip Almanya ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Avrupa\u2019da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme a\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Ayr\u0131ca Avusturalya, Kanada ve Amerika\u2019da a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 kur-an \u00f6\u011fretme kurslar\u0131 ile fiilen uluslararas\u0131 bir cemaat \u00f6zelli\u011fine kavu\u015ftu. Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda hem politik alandaki pozisyonunu hem de ekonomik geli\u015fme d\u00fczeyi \u00fczerinde ciddi bir etkide bulundu\u011fu yorumlar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar kur-an kurslar\u0131n\u0131n isimlerini &#8220;Kur-an Kurslar\u0131 ve Di\u011fer Okullar \u00d6\u011frencilerine Yard\u0131m Dernekleri Federasyonu&#8221; olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirdiler ve faaliyet alanlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015flettiler. Kur-an kurslar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Diyanet \u0130\u015fler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011flanmas\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar\u0131n devletin stratejik kurumlar\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu. Ve b\u00f6ylece devlet kadrolar\u0131n\u0131 e\u011fitmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Zaman i\u00e7erisinde cemaatin devlet i\u00e7erisindeki kadrola\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir avantaj sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Di\u011fer cemaatler gibi ilk \u00f6rg\u00fctleme merkezleri yoksul kesimler oldu\u011fu elde edinilen bilgilerdir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ekonomiye sahiptirler. Bizzat cemaat ad\u0131na kurulan \u015firketlerin holdingle\u015ferek etki g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k olarak hissettirmektedirler. \u00d6zellikle g\u00f6\u00e7menler i\u00e7erisindeki \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin esas nedeni ekonomiktir. Yani g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin birikimlerini \u0130slamc\u0131 sermayeye aktarmak i\u00e7in bir ara\u00e7 i\u015flevini g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar Holdingin g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn; 1200 yurt, 800 dernek, 100 bin \u00fcyesinin oldu\u011fu \u00f6nemli iddialar ve belirtilerin oldu\u011fu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle son y\u0131llarda yurtlar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u00f6l\u00fcm haberleri ile g\u00fcndeme geliyorlar. Adana\u2019da S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar\u0131n k\u0131z yurdunda \u00e7\u0131kan yang\u0131nda 11 k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011funun \u00f6lmesi , kolunu k\u0131yma makinesine kapt\u0131ran 12 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuk ve 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda Denizli&#8217;de S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar&#8217;a ait Kervansaray Erkek \u00d6\u011frenci Yurdu&#8217;nda kalan 12 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki erkek \u00f6\u011frenci, bir belletmenin defalarca tecav\u00fcz\u00fcne u\u011framas\u0131n\u0131n hepsinin sahnesi bu cemaatin yurtlar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Maddi durumu iyi olmayan aileler mecburen \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 cemaat yurtlar\u0131na g\u00f6ndermek zorunda kal\u0131yorlar. Orada uygulanan muamele \u00a0eti de kemi\u011fi de bizim\u00a0 muamelesi. \u00c7ocuklar \u00fczerinde ne kadar istismarda bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131, ka\u00e7 \u00e7ocu\u011fun bu yurtlarda \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc-\u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve ne t\u00fcr i\u015fkencelerde bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131k\u00e7a medyaya yans\u0131yan haberlerde g\u00f6rebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarikatlar\u0131n Kad\u0131na Bi\u00e7ti\u011fi Rol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu tarikatlar\u0131n, dini bir silah gibi kullanmalar\u0131 ve ilk olarak kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde uygulamalar\u0131ndaki ama\u00e7 \u00a0kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendi varolu\u015f kimlikleri aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f \u0130slamc\u0131 kad\u0131n tipini olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r.
