Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen hi\u00e7le\u015ftirme ve soyk\u0131r\u0131m, y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r devam etmektedir. Son olarak <strong>PKK<\/strong> ile varl\u0131k bulan K\u00fcrdistani kimlik, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fccadeleyi ve ya\u015fanan bedelleri de beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir. 40 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen askeri, siyasi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruma sava\u015f\u0131, zaman zaman ini\u015fli \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131 d\u00f6nemler ge\u00e7irse de gelinen \u015fu a\u015famada en y\u00fcksek gerilimli halini alm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sava\u015f\u0131n en k\u0131zg\u0131n ve yak\u0131c\u0131 hali bu d\u00f6nemde ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Art\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 iki taraf i\u00e7inde topyek\u00fbn bir sava\u015f hali evirilmi\u015f durumundad\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemde merkez \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcn tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131 Kuzey par\u00e7as\u0131nda ya\u015fan\u0131rken, son d\u00f6nemlerde i\u015fgalci T\u00fcrkiye ordusu sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r hatt\u0131na kayd\u0131rarak, G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;\u0131n bir\u00e7ok alanlar\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>Rojava<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n tamam\u0131 tehdit alt\u0131na al\u0131narak, K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131 topyek\u00fbn bir i\u015fgal konseptiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da ki B\u00f6lgesel y\u00f6netimi de belli bir stat\u00fcye kazanmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen hala topraklar\u0131 en ac\u0131mazs\u0131z \u015fekilde s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmekte, u\u00e7ak ve toplarla d\u00f6v\u00fclmekte, i\u015fgalciler taraf\u0131ndan hava sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131yla halk katledilmektedir. Burada ki en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6r tabiki de ya\u015fanan bu duruma sessiz ve tepkisiz kalmakt\u0131r. Ya\u015famsal bir \u00f6rneklendirme olarak da bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda &#8216;E\u011fer bir h\u0131rs\u0131z bir eve girip ev sahibinin kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131yor ve evi talan ediyorsa, insani ve do\u011fal refleks olarak engel olunur, h\u0131rs\u0131z ve talanc\u0131 etkisiz hale getirilir.&#8217; Bu kadar basit bir anlat\u0131mla bile insan\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131nda olan, koruma i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fc \u00f6zetlenebiliyorken, y\u0131llar\u0131n m\u00fccadele de\u011ferlerine sahip, kutsal ve y\u00fcce bir an\u0131t olan K\u00fcrdistan kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 neden ve nas\u0131l korunam\u0131yor? Koruyanlar ise neden engelleniyor? A\u00e7\u0131klamalar neden yak\u0131c\u0131 ve par\u00e7alay\u0131c\u0131? \u0130hanet kelimesini anlama kapasitemiz neden \u015foklanm\u0131\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na refleksiz?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130HANET MADALYONUNUN B\u0130R Y\u00dcZ\u00dc BARZAN\u0130C\u0130LER D\u0130\u011eER Y\u00dcZ\u00dc ENKS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcney&#8217;de en modern hali ile bir ihanet \u00e7izgisi ya\u015fan\u0131yorken, merkez \u00fcst\u00fc olarak Hewler&#8217;den ve Ankara&#8217;dan, <strong>Rojava<\/strong> K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;\u0131nda da bu ihanet geli\u015ftirilmektedir. 2011&#8217;de kurulan <strong>ENKS<\/strong>&#8216;nin (K\u00fcrt Ulusal konseyi), direk <strong>KDP<\/strong> ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut Barzani&#8217;ye ba\u011fl\u0131 olmas\u0131 ile G\u00fcney&#8217;de ya\u015fanan durumlardan kendini ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z k\u0131lacak bir politika y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi beklenmemektedir. \u0130lk kuruldu\u011funda say\u0131s\u0131 16&#8217;e yak\u0131n K\u00fcrt parti bile\u015feni ile rojava siyasetine at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Zamanla uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 politikalar, izledi\u011fi zarar verici yol ve y\u00f6ntemler, i\u015f birli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7ler, <strong>Rojava<\/strong>&#8216;da belli bir bedel vermi\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lere dayatt\u0131klar\u0131 ve T\u00fcrk i\u015fgalci g\u00fc\u00e7lerle <strong>Afrin<\/strong> ve <strong>Serekaniye<\/strong> harek\u00e2t\u0131na destek vermesi ile ihanet \u00e7izgisinde t\u00fcm toplumun g\u00f6z\u00fcnde te\u015fhir olmu\u015ftur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla buna benzer uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 politikalar\u0131 ile ilk kuruldu\u011funda bu yana ne toplumla nede kendisiyle bu yola \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f di\u011fer partilerle sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir yol y\u00fcr\u00fcyebilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok siyasi ve toplumsal hareketi i\u00e7inde bulunduran <strong>ENKS<\/strong> \u015fu anda birka\u00e7 kendine benzeyen parti ile y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye dedim \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bulunan co\u011frafyada ve ya\u015fan\u0131lan An&#8217;da bir \u015feyleri ba\u015faraca\u011f\u0131m diyen bir hareket y\u00fcr\u00fcmekten \u00e7ok daha fazla emek ve m\u00fccadele vermesi gerekiyor. Mesela sava\u015fmak gerekiyor, korumak-geli\u015ftirmek gerekiyor, savunmak gerekiyor, do\u011fru ki\u015filere kar\u015f\u0131 do\u011fru ili\u015fkiler temelinde yeri geldi\u011finde taviz vermek gerekiyor, halk\u0131 tan\u0131mak ve onun i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak gerekiyor\u2026vb. diye saymakla bitiremeyece\u011fiz bir\u00e7ok bedel gerekiyor. Bu gerekenler ile, ge\u00e7mi\u015ften bir gelecek yaratmak i\u00e7inde Ulusal Birlik \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde ulussever bir kazan\u0131m olu\u015fturulmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fle bug\u00fcn\u00fc aras\u0131nda bir farkl\u0131l\u0131k yaratamayan <strong>ENKS<\/strong> bile\u015feni, yar\u0131n i\u00e7inde maalesef K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na bir g\u00fcven verememektedir. G\u00fcvenle olu\u015fturulacak bir gelecekten \u00e7ok uzak ve d\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015f konumunu \u0131srarla korumakta, bu d\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile bulundu\u011fu saf\u0131 ve taraf\u0131 art\u0131k toplum nezdinde de netle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc, efendisi olarak kabul etti\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye i\u015fgalcilerinden ili\u015fkisini, siyasetini, dilini, u\u015fakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kurtaramad\u0131. Kendi i\u00e7erisinde de ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7atlakl\u0131klara ald\u0131r\u0131\u015f etmeden karanl\u0131k ve \u00e7eteci tavr\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. <strong>Rojava&#8217;da<\/strong> hi\u00e7bir stat\u00fcs\u00fc olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, d\u0131\u015f ili\u015fkilerde kendini son derece yetkili g\u00f6rmekte, Cenevre gibi toplant\u0131lara kat\u0131lmakta, K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;\u0131n her bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 bir Leviathan gibi yok eden i\u015fgalcilerden direktiflerini almaktad\u0131r. Kendini bu topraklar\u0131n a\u011fas\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tabiki de Barzani ailesinin klasik a\u015firet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Askeri ve siyasi geli\u015fmelerden kaynakl\u0131 yeni toplumsal konjonkt\u00fcr, sadece <strong>Rojava<\/strong> \u00f6zelinde de\u011fil, Suriye ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Ortado\u011fu halklar\u0131n\u0131 birlikte ya\u015fam kurabilme \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. Co\u011frafyada bulunan bu kadar farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir arada tutabilecek bir g\u00fcce ve anlay\u0131\u015fa ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. 10 y\u0131la yak\u0131nd\u0131r k\u0131yamet cenderesi i\u00e7erisinde olan <strong>Suriye \u00d6zerk Y\u00f6netimi<\/strong>, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yo\u011fun sava\u015f prati\u011finin yan\u0131nda toplumsal, y\u00f6netimsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlarda devreye koydu\u011fu ideolojik ve politik g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n birli\u011fi ve halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fine dayal\u0131 \u00f6zerk ama konfederal birliklerin esnek \u00f6zelli\u011finden almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ortado\u011fu ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya kan kusturarak k\u00fcreselle\u015fen &#8216;ulusu devlet&#8217; yerine &#8216;Demoktik Ulus&#8217; paradigmas\u0131yla bu cendereden k\u0131smende olsa rahatlam\u0131\u015f bir toplumsall\u0131k yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 ve birbirini kabullenemeyen halk ve topluluklarla \u015fimdi m\u00fcttefik bir ya\u015fam kurulurken, kendi halk b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde yer alan fakat farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelere sahip, s\u00fcrekli d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131, \u00f6z iradeden yoksun, benli\u011fimizdeki k\u00f6lelik al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc kurtulam\u0131yoruz. Verilmi\u015f onca bedel ve ac\u0131lardan sonra g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi gereken g\u00fczel ve olumlu geli\u015fmelerin takip\u00e7isi, destekleyicisi, katk\u0131 saylay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ve gerekti\u011finde yap\u0131labiliyorsa \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc olma ko\u015ful ve imkanlar\u0131 varken, b\u00fct\u00fcn ruhunu k\u00f6lelikle dolduracak i\u015fgalci g\u00fc\u00e7lerin sistemine entegre olma hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fayan bir <strong>ENKS<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130HANET\u0130N \u0130\u00c7\u0130NDE &#8216;CELLADIYLA D\u00dcNYEV\u0130 EV\u0130NE G\u0130RENLER&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci g\u00fc\u00e7lerin alt\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir zaman resmi dil kabul edilmeyen K\u00fcrt\u00e7e, \u015fimdi kendi y\u00f6netiminde kuraca\u011f\u0131 yepyeni sistemde bu sefer kendi halk\u0131ndan olan taraf bunu kabul etmiyor. Bir halk\u0131 halk yapan onun dilidir. Dil ise o halk\u0131 ya\u015fatacak olan k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr. Tabi bunlar i\u015fin yoku\u015fta kalmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcretilen gerek\u00e7eler. T\u00fcrkiye, <strong>Rojava<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n ne askeri, ne siyasi nede toplumsal sistemini kurmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyor. Bunu y\u0131kmak i\u00e7inde tank\u0131yla, u\u00e7aklar\u0131yla, toplar\u0131yla, \u00e7eteleriyle haz\u0131r bir \u015fekilde bekliyor. Bu kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 haz\u0131rda bekletti\u011fi g\u00fcc\u00fcyle yerle bir etmek istiyor ve bunu yapacak g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn de oldu\u011funa inanc\u0131 tam. Yapamamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde tabiki de k\u0131smi bir uluslararas\u0131 konjonkt\u00fcr engeli var.<\/p>\n<p>Bu engelleri de Rojava&#8217;ya gizli bir \u015fekilde uzatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ellerle yaparak a\u015fmak istiyor. G\u00f6nderdi\u011fi ajanlarla istihbarat toplayarak, \u00e7eteleri g\u00f6nderip bombalar patlatarak ve en \u00f6nemlisi de tarihten de elde etti\u011fi tecr\u00fcbesiyle <strong>\u0130\u015fbirlik\u00e7i K\u00fcrt kesimi <\/strong>yaratarak ba\u015farmak istiyor. <strong>ENKS<\/strong> ve onun a\u015firet a\u011falar\u0131 olan Barzaniciler K\u00fcrt tarihinin en sanc\u0131l\u0131 ve kurtla\u015fm\u0131\u015f yan\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Eski K\u00fcrt&#8217;te cellad\u0131na \u00e2\u015f\u0131k olma gelene\u011fi varken, \u015fuan ise en g\u00fcncel haliyle bu i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i kesim ise <strong>&#8216;cellad\u0131yla d\u00fcnyevi evine girme&#8217;<\/strong> durumuna evirilmi\u015ftir.
