Oysa bu gibi olaylar\u0131n toplumsal isyan yaratma gerek\u00e7eleri olmas\u0131 gerekirdi. Toplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fe isyan ile ba\u015flayan devrimler var mesela Kurdistan devrimi b\u00f6yle bir \u00f6zellik ta\u015f\u0131yor ba\u011fr\u0131nda ve her g\u00fcn her an toplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz yo\u011fun bir m\u00fccadele devam etmektedir. Toplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen isyanla geli\u015fen \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck de\u011ferleri var Kurdistan co\u011frafyas\u0131nda, kad\u0131n devrimi var mesela b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilgi oda\u011f\u0131 haline gelen. Rojavada kad\u0131nlar \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen devrim t\u00fcm halklara, farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7 guruplar\u0131na, topluluklara b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 ve moral olmakta. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z co\u011frafya bir taraftan DA\u0130\u015e ve T\u00fcrk \u00e7ete devletinin dayatma ve uygulamalar\u0131yla sava\u015f ve insanl\u0131k dramlar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fanmas\u0131na tan\u0131kl\u0131k ederken bir di\u011fer taraftan ya\u015fam\u0131n, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, demokrasinin, iyinin, g\u00fczelin, do\u011frunun nas\u0131l yarat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na dair b\u00fcy\u00fck deneyim tecr\u00fcbeler tan\u0131kl\u0131k etmektedir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu geli\u015fmeler i\u00e7 i\u00e7e Ortado\u011funun merkezi Kurdistanda ya\u015fan\u0131rken bu geli\u015fmelere K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131 hem erkek egemen sistemini \u00e7ok ciddi zorlamakta hem de ayn\u0131 zamanda Ortado\u011fu de\u011fi\u015fim denkleminde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir taraf olarak kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Art\u0131k vah\u015fi, tacizci, tecav\u00fczc\u00fc erkek egemen sistem kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fcz kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi yoktur. \u00d6z bilince, \u00f6z iradeye, \u00f6z \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe ve demokratik \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam in\u015fas\u0131na soyunan kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi vard\u0131r. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fen ve bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 bir karakter kazanarak t\u00fcm Ortado\u011fu b\u00f6lgesine yay\u0131lan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi devlet\u00e7i, egemenlikli, iktidarc\u0131 sistemleri korkutmaktad\u0131r. Bu korkular\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 iktidarc\u0131, devlet\u00e7i sistem b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumlar\u0131yla, aile i\u00e7inde olmakla birlikte, kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 topyek\u00fbn bir sald\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7erisine girmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrk devleti ve kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n eliyle yap\u0131lan tecav\u00fcz\u00fc, tacizi, k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6nem kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te en fazla kad\u0131nlar stat\u00fcs\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn en diplerine \u00e7ekilmek ama\u00e7l\u0131, bilin\u00e7li yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun i\u00e7indir ki en fazla direni\u015fin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kurdistan da devlet eliyle ter\u00f6r d\u00fczeyinde geli\u015fen tecav\u00fcz olaylar\u0131n\u0131n, tacizin, katliam\u0131n, k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n halen devam etmesine \u015fa\u015f\u0131rm\u0131yor insan. Gelece\u011fi tehlike alt\u0131na girmekte devletin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, otoritesi sars\u0131lmakta sistemin ve bundan dolay\u0131 da kad\u0131n\u0131 her bi\u00e7imde hedef almaktad\u0131r iktidar. \u0130nsan\u0131n \u015fa\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fey isyan gerek\u00e7esi say\u0131labilecek, devrim gerek\u00e7esi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek bu t\u00fcr olaylar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda halk olarak, toplum olarak, aileler olarak duru\u015fumuzdur. Tabi ki i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7a\u011f, ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler, K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadeleyle, bedellerle kat etmi\u015f olarak geldi\u011fi a\u015fama ve bunun kar\u015f\u0131nda var olan duru\u015f g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne getirildi\u011finde kabul edilecek duru\u015flar de\u011fildir. \u00d6zellikle gen\u00e7lerin bu t\u00fcr toplumsal olaylar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sesiz kalmalar\u0131n\u0131 anlayam\u0131yor insan. Gen\u00e7lerin Batmanda veya Kurdistan\u0131n her hangi bir yerinde ya\u015fanan bu t\u00fcr olaylar i\u00e7in Batman\u0131, \u015e\u0131rnak\u0131, Amedi, T\u00fcrkiye ve Kurdistan\u0131 ayakland\u0131rmalar\u0131, devletin b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumlar\u0131n\u0131, sivil askeri b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 hedef almalar\u0131 gerekirdi ama bu ya\u015fanmamakta. Neden? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc devlet \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikalar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz insanlar\u0131n\u0131, toplumu, toplumun en canl\u0131 dinami\u011fini gen\u00e7leri fel\u00e7 etmi\u015f, uyu\u015fturmu\u015f ta ondan.<\/p>\n<p>Eskiden, eskiden dedi\u011fimde \u00e7ok eski de\u011fil yani bir yirmi otuz y\u0131l kadar \u00f6nce bir feodal gurur vard\u0131. K\u00f6ydeysen k\u00f6y\u00fcn k\u0131zlar\u0131 veya kad\u0131nlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda ba\u015fkalar\u0131 konu\u015famazd\u0131 \u00f6zellikle yabanc\u0131lar. Bakamazlard\u0131 yani ay\u0131p g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrd\u00fc. \u015eehirdeysen mahallede kad\u0131nlara veya k\u0131zlara ba\u015fka yabanc\u0131 mahalleden kimse dil uzatamazd\u0131, yanl\u0131\u015f bakamazd\u0131, hor g\u00f6remezdi. Hele asker, polis bilmem devleti temsil eden her hangi bir ki\u015fi veya kurulu\u015f cesaret edemezdi baz\u0131 \u015feylere. Kesinlikle bu anlamda toplumsal baz\u0131 oturmu\u015f adet mi deriz art\u0131k kural m\u0131 deriz ya da k\u00fclt\u00fcr m\u00fc deriz bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc vard\u0131. Ama art\u0131k bu t\u00fcr \u015feyler yok. Tam tersine k\u0131yametler kopuyor, hayatlar s\u00f6n\u00fcyor, insanlar \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor, k\u0131zlara el at\u0131l\u0131yor tecav\u00fcze u\u011fruyorlar bir\u00e7ok defa hamile kal\u0131p zorla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yapt\u0131r\u0131yorlar insanlar\u0131n ruhu duymuyor. Toplumsall\u0131k ad\u0131na ne varsa el at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda ve tan\u0131nmaz hale gelen bir ucubeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f toplumsall\u0131k. Ve bunda \u00f6zel ve kirli sava\u015f\u0131n etkileri \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck. Eski olarak bahsetti\u011fimiz toplumsall\u0131k her ne kadar gerilik olarak de\u011ferlendirip a\u015f\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lsa da bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fczel bir ifadesiydi de asl\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>Batmanda ya\u015fanan olay mesela \u00e7ok ac\u0131, can yakan, insan\u0131n kendinden utanmas\u0131na vesile olan bir durum ya en az\u0131ndan ben duyunca, izleyince bu duygular\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131m diyebilirim. 15 ya\u015f\u0131nda k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc defa hamile kal\u0131yor ve bu durum her defas\u0131nda tecav\u00fcz sonucu geli\u015fiyor. Yani insan akl\u0131 alm\u0131yor bu k\u0131z neden kimseye ya da insana en yak\u0131n olarak bildi\u011fimiz ANNE\u2019ye anlatm\u0131yor ta ilk ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman. Neden kendisine sakl\u0131yor ya da bu aile olgusu nas\u0131l bir olgu haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc ki ebeveynler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n ruh hallerinden, psikolojilerinden, fiziki de\u011fi\u015fiklikten bile \u00e7ocuktaki de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri fark edemiyor. Bu kadar yabanc\u0131la\u015fma varm\u0131d\u0131r acaba ger\u00e7ekten yoksa i\u015fin i\u00e7inde ba\u015fka bit yeniklerimi var. Acaba d\u00fc\u015fman, M\u0130T bu \u00e7evreye el atarak aileler eliyle mi bu tecav\u00fcz olay\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu \u00f6zel sava\u015f denilen olay her \u015feye kadirdir. A\u011f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015fse ajanla\u015ft\u0131rmaktan tutal\u0131m, fuhu\u015fa, uyu\u015fturucuya kadar her bi\u00e7imde kullanmaktan \u00e7ekinmeyecektir. Ahlak yoktur, toplumsal de\u011ferleri tan\u0131ma yoktur, aile k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, terbiyesi tan\u0131mamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k bir tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip oldu\u011funu iktidarlar\u0131n kendilerini var k\u0131lma, s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirliklerini garantiye alman\u0131n bir arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. \u0130nsan \u00f6zel sava\u015f\u0131n etkilerini, toplum ve insan \u00fczerindeki izlerini anlama \u00e7abas\u0131 veriyor tabi. Devlet, iktidar ger\u00e7e\u011fini anlama, \u00e7\u00f6zme \u00e7abalar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ama baz\u0131 olaylar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ak\u0131l tutulmas\u0131 denir ya, tam da b\u00f6yle hissetmekten de kendisini alam\u0131yor insan. Tabi g\u00fcncelde ya\u015fananlar\u0131 da \u00f6zellikle fa\u015fist, iktidarc\u0131 Modernitenin liberal yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ancak \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n en kapsaml\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bilmek durumunday\u0131z. Ya\u015fanan katliamlar, tecav\u00fczler, cinayetler erkek egemenlikli sistemin kad\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadelesine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir hamle olarak alg\u0131lamal\u0131 ve kendimizi buna g\u00f6re \u00f6rg\u00fctlemeliyiz toplum olarak. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ruhsal, psikolojik, fiziki katliamlar tarihin \u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc, gizli sald\u0131r\u0131 ve katliamlar\u0131d\u0131r devlet eliyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen. Tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc iktidar k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, devletin, iktidar\u0131n var olma gerek\u00e7esidir. Bu bilin\u00e7 ve alg\u0131 ile bakabilmeliyiz bu tur toplumsal olaylara. Ve bu ad\u0131na devlet ter\u00f6r\u00fc de diyebilece\u011fimiz bu ger\u00e7e\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmal\u0131y\u0131z. \u00d6zellikle kendimizi savunma hakk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n oldu\u011fu bilinciyle hareket etmeli hi\u00e7bir bi\u00e7imde bu konularda taviz vermemeliyiz.
