Bu aray\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecinin ilk y\u00fcz y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 par\u00e7a K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da hakim devletin Osmanl\u0131 olmas\u0131, K\u00fcrt egemenleriyle Osmanl\u0131 hanedan\u0131 aras\u0131nda ini\u015fli-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131 ili\u015fkilerin geli\u015fmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Baban, Soran, Botan beyleri ve \u015eeyh Ubeydullah gibi tarikat k\u00f6kenliler bu tarihin en iyi bilinenleridir. Osmanl\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131nca Rojava ve Ba\u015fur Arap ulus devlet egemenli\u011fine verildi. Ancak TC\u2019nin K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerine kurulmas\u0131 20.yyda Bakur kadar bu par\u00e7alara da d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011fa neden oldu. Bug\u00fcn ise her iki par\u00e7ada da i\u015fgalcidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrt egemenleri, en uygun siyasi ko\u015fullardan bile yararlanmay\u0131 bilmedikleri i\u00e7in her halk\u0131n egemenlerinin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcrden k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fmeleri K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7in ortaya \u00e7\u0131karamad\u0131lar. Alt\u0131n tepside sunulmu\u015f f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131rd\u0131lar. Her ne kadar m\u00fccadeleleriyle K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7inde ulusal bilincin geli\u015fmesine, K\u00fcrtl\u00fck duygusunun canl\u0131 kalmas\u0131na hizmetleri olmu\u015fsa da siyasi olarak yarardan \u00e7ok zararlar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6rne\u011fin birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra devletle\u015fmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok uygun bir ortam olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00fclkenin d\u00f6rde b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesinin bile \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7emediler. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla iki y\u00fcz y\u0131l\u0131k tarih boyunca K\u00fcrt egemenlerinin verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadele K\u00fcrtlere kazan\u0131mdan \u00e7ok zarar verdi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hep yenildiler. Yenileceklerini anlad\u0131klar\u0131nda da d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131na teslim oldular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrt egemenlerinin s\u00fcrekli yenilmesinin temel nedeni d\u00fcnyada ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeleri \u00e7ok geriden okumalar\u0131d\u0131r. Mesela Osmanl\u0131 birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131nda yenilmi\u015ftir. Osmanl\u0131 hizmetindeki bir tak\u0131m b\u00fcrokrat ve askerler Osmanl\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131ls\u0131n, halifelik kalks\u0131n, Osmanl\u0131 hanedan\u0131 kalmas\u0131n derken bile K\u00fcrtler ad\u0131na konu\u015fan bir\u00e7ok egemen s\u0131n\u0131ftan ki\u015fi, Osmanl\u0131ya sar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gelece\u011fi Osmanl\u0131 ailesinin yan\u0131nda kazanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hamidiye alaylar\u0131 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131ya uzun d\u00f6nem hizmet etmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece sava\u015ftan sonra her halk kendi devletini kurmaya, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmeye odaklanm\u0131\u015fken, K\u00fcrt egemenleri \u2018halife \u00e7ok ya\u015fa, Osmanl\u0131 \u00e7ok ya\u015fa\u2019 sloganlar\u0131 atabilmi\u015ftir. C\u0131branl\u0131 Halit gibileri yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 fark etti\u011finde de i\u015f i\u015ften ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Ge\u00e7 kalman\u0131n bedelini de as\u0131larak \u00f6demi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcne gelelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yukar\u0131da anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z K\u00fcrt egemenlerinin d\u00fcnyay\u0131 geriden okuma gelene\u011fine bug\u00fcn Barzani ailesinden Mesut Barzani liderlik ediyor. Bu \u00f6ylesine bir ak\u0131ld\u0131r ki mertek gibi g\u00f6z\u00fcne girmekte olan ger\u00e7e\u011fi dahi g\u00f6remiyor. G\u00f6rmek istemiyor. Kendisine K\u00fcrt ayd\u0131n\u0131, yazar\u0131, sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131, entelekt\u00fceli diyenler de halk tarihimizden yeterince ders al\u0131p ele\u015ftirmeyince, bu gelenektekiler do\u011fru yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131na inanmaya devam ediyor. Kendilerini, para kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6venler de bu ele\u015ftirisizli\u011fe eklenince, K\u00fcrtlerle sava\u015fmamay\u0131 liderlikmi\u015f gibi anlat\u0131p ger\u00e7e\u011fini ele vermekten de \u00e7ekinmiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u2018art\u0131k b\u0131rakuji yapmayaca\u011f\u0131m\u2019 derken daha \u00f6nce brakuji yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 itiraf, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in K\u00fcrtlerle sava\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan etmi\u015f oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barzani\u2019ye bu ele\u015ftiriyi neden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 daha somut belirtelim. Mesut Barzani ve ona lider diyenlerde \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 okuyan ak\u0131l olsayd\u0131, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce son yirmi y\u0131l i\u00e7inde Ba\u015fur K\u00fcrdistan\u0131 sadece Irakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in de\u011fil t\u00fcm Araplar i\u00e7in demokrasi ile y\u00f6netilen model bir \u00fclke yaparlard\u0131. K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7in ise her a\u00e7\u0131dan zenginlik kayna\u011f\u0131 haline getirirlerdi. Arap halk\u0131 Ba\u015fur K\u00fcrdistan\u0131 ve h\u00fck\u00fcmetini kendi egemenlerine \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterirlerdi. Ba\u015fur d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki K\u00fcrtler bilmeye bilir, ancak 2000\u2019den sonra ya\u015fananlardan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc bug\u00fcn Ba\u015fur K\u00fcrtleri i\u00e7inde az\u0131msanmayacak say\u0131da K\u00fcrt, \u2018ke\u015fke Saddam rejimi y\u0131k\u0131lmasayd\u0131\u2019 diyor. Dikkat edelim, halk mevcut Irak rejimini de\u011fil, Saddam d\u00f6nemini istiyor! Ba\u015fur K\u00fcrtleri neden ve nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda on y\u0131llarca sava\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, binlerce \u015fehit verdi\u011fi katliamc\u0131 bir rejimi arar noktaya getirildi? Bu, Barzani rejiminin Saddam rejiminden her bak\u0131mdan daha k\u00f6t\u00fc bir rejim oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermiyor mu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Irak hen\u00fcz toparlanmam\u0131\u015f ve istikrara kavu\u015fmam\u0131\u015f da olsa \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u00fclkedir. 21.yyda Irak \u015eiileri b\u00f6lgede \u00f6nemli bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olacakt\u0131r. \u0130ran, Irak\u2019ta biraz s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ya da \u0130ran\u2019da demokratik bir sistem geli\u015fti\u011finde, \u015eiiler Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun \u00e7ehresini de\u011fi\u015ftirebilecek olanaklara kavu\u015facakt\u0131r. Bunun \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kimse alamaz. Bunun i\u00e7in Barzani, \u015eiileri demokratikle\u015ftirmeye zorlay\u0131p birlikte Irak\u2019\u0131 yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekirken, KDP olarak T\u00fcrk egemenlerine oynamay\u0131 tercih etti. Oysaki T\u00fcrk rejimi birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra SSCB\u2019nin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 alelacele kurulmu\u015ftu ve SSCB da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in o da ya da\u011f\u0131lacak ya da g\u00f6rmekte oldu\u011fumuz gibi her g\u00fcn biraz daha gereksizle\u015fecektir. Art\u0131k T\u00fcrk egemenleri Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da eskisi gibi etkin olamayacaklar. AKP-MHP rejimi ise y\u0131k\u0131lmaktan asla kurtulamayacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnya AKP-MHP rejimini ele\u015ftirirken, T\u00fcrk egemenlerinden \u00f6nemli bir kesim AKP-MHP rejimi de\u011fi\u015fsin derken, liderli\u011fini Mesut Barzani\u2019nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 KDP, d\u00f6rt elle bu rejimi korumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu politika tam olarak birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 kesinle\u015fmi\u015f ve art\u0131k T\u00fcrk b\u00fcrokrat ve subaylar\u0131n da y\u0131k\u0131ls\u0131n gitsin dedi\u011fi Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 savunduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fclkemizin d\u00f6rde b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesine neden olan o g\u00fcn\u00fcn K\u00fcrt elitlerinin politikas\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Barzani bu politikas\u0131yla, Ba\u015fur\u2019u b\u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, di\u011fer par\u00e7alar\u0131 da katlettirdi\u011fini g\u00f6rmeyecek kadar petrol paralar\u0131 i\u00e7ine batm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KDP, gelece\u011fi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kesinle\u015fmi\u015f Ankara\u2019y\u0131 zorlayaca\u011f\u0131na, gelecek vaat eden Ba\u011fdat\u2019\u0131 zorluyor. Bir kez daha K\u00fcrtlere kaybettirdi\u011fini g\u00f6rmek istemiyor. Bir s\u00fcredir Ba\u011fdat-Hewler g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda K\u00fcrt kamuoyuna bir tiyatro sunuluyor. \u00cazd\u00eeleri bir kez daha katliam siyasetinin \u00f6n\u00fcne atarken Ba\u011fdat ile en ucuz anla\u015fmay\u0131 rahat yapabilen KDP, her ne hikmetse b\u00fct\u00e7e konusunda Ba\u011fdat ile anla\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Ve \u00fcstelik bunu K\u00fcrtlerin hakk\u0131n\u0131 savundu\u011fu i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyor. Ba\u015fur d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki K\u00fcrtler bu konudaki ger\u00e7ekleri pek bilmeyebilirler. KDP\u2019nin, Ba\u011fdat ile K\u00fcrtlerin haklar\u0131n\u0131 savundu\u011fum i\u00e7in anla\u015fam\u0131yoruz demesi t\u00fcm\u00fcyle yaland\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc anla\u015famama nedeni, Barzanilerden birka\u00e7 ailenin denetimindeki petrolleri vermek istememesidir. Olup bitenleri anlamak i\u00e7in basit bir form\u00fclasyon \u00f6nereyim; KDP\u2019nin \u00f6zellikle de bas\u0131n organlar\u0131nda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018gel\u00ee Ba\u015fur, herem\u00ee Kurdistan \u2019 yerine \u2018birka\u00e7 Barzani ailesi\u2019 koyarak olup bitenleri y\u00fczde y\u00fcz anlayabilirsiniz. KDP&#8217;nin Ba\u011fdat ile anla\u015fmamas\u0131, Ba\u011fdat\u2019\u0131n K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na T\u00fcrkler gibi kar\u015f\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015fman olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanm\u0131yor. Petrolleri T\u00fcrk devletine satarak Erdo\u011fan ve ailesini zengin etme kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kendilerini ayakta tutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fc\u00e7 be\u015f Barzani ailesinin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc anla\u015fma olmuyor. \u0130\u015fte buna da ulusal siyaset diyerek K\u00fcrtlere yutturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Birka\u00e7 ailenin dolar kazanmas\u0131na hizmet edenler kendilerini K\u00fcrt ve K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n savunucular\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliyorlar. Sunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KDP&#8217;de M. Barzani\u2019nin temsil etti\u011fi egemen K\u00fcrt akl\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar geri ve gerici oldu\u011funa di\u011fer \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rnek ise Ba\u015fur h\u00fck\u00fcmeti y\u00f6netim mekanizmalar\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnya yerel demokrasi, insan haklar\u0131 ve kad\u0131n haklar\u0131 sivil toplum vb\u2026diyorken, KDP Ba\u015fur K\u00fcrdistan\u0131 art\u0131k Arap \u015feyhlerinin bile terk etmek \u00fczere oldu\u011fu sistemle y\u00f6netmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Mesut Barzani aile b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak liderdir. Kuzeni b\u00f6lge ba\u015fkan\u0131d\u0131r. O\u011flu ba\u015fbakand\u0131r. Bir di\u011fer kuzeni genelkurmay rol\u00fcndedir. Ad\u0131n\u0131 bilmedi\u011fimiz kuzen ve ye\u011fenler geri kalan alanlar\u0131 aralar\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Buna makul bir rejim, y\u00f6netim, siyaset dene bilir mi? Bu politikaya K\u00fcrt devleti politikas\u0131, K\u00fcrt ulusal politikas\u0131 denebilir mi? K\u00fcrtler 21.y\u00fcz y\u0131l\u0131 bu ak\u0131lla kar\u015f\u0131layabilir mi? Bir halk bu ak\u0131lla ilerler mi, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015fla\u015fabilir mi? Bu ki\u015filere K\u00fcrt veya K\u00fcrt temsilcisi diyen yabanc\u0131lar K\u00fcrtlerin iyili\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor denebilir mi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ki\u015fi olarak Barzanileri anl\u0131yorum.&nbsp; \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunlar tarikat ailesidir. Egemen K\u00fcrt akl\u0131n\u0131n son temsilcileridir. Aile \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 savunuyorlar. Ak\u0131llar\u0131 yetti\u011fince de bunu K\u00fcrtl\u00fck ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda propaganda etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Ancak anlamakta zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131m husus, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve koca d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir k\u00f6y haline geldi\u011fi bir \u00e7a\u011fda, halen bu KDP\u2019ye parti, Mesut Barzaniyi de K\u00fcrtlerin haklar\u0131n\u0131 savunuyor diyen K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fan koca koca adamlard\u0131r. Bu \u00e7a\u011f d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011fa methiyeler dizenlerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Buna siyaset ve K\u00fcrtl\u00fck diyenlerin akl\u0131 ve vicdan\u0131d\u0131r.
