Bir yandan sistematik halde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen cins k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve siyasi soyk\u0131r\u0131m devam ederken bir yandan da&nbsp; kad\u0131n\u0131 toplumdan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p tecrit alt\u0131nda tutmak . AKP-MHP fa\u015fizmi kad\u0131n\u0131n fizi\u011fini, zek\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 ve duygular\u0131n\u0131 kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kullanmak istiyor. Bunun i\u00e7inde&nbsp; kullanma arac\u0131 olarakta kad\u0131n \u00fcniversite projesini uygulama pe\u015finde. En \u00f6nemlisi de \u00d6nder APO\u2019un geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisine kar\u015f\u0131 bilin\u00e7li y\u0131ld\u0131rma hamlesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu son d\u00f6nemde Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n Japonya ziyareti sonras\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de en \u00e7ok tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan konulardan biri&nbsp;<strong>kad\u0131n \u00fcniversiteleri<\/strong>&nbsp;oldu. Erdo\u011fan iktidar\u0131, \u00fclkemizde de kad\u0131n \u00fcniversiteleri i\u00e7in ad\u0131m at\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek Y\u00d6K Ba\u015fkan\u0131\u2019na &#8220;\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131 buna g\u00f6re yap.&#8221; talimat\u0131 verdi.&nbsp;&nbsp; Recep Tayip Erdo\u011fan\u2019n\u0131n Japonya \u00fclkesinden \u00f6rnek alaraktan&nbsp; kad\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 ve kad\u0131n kimli\u011fini bitirmek ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u00fcniversite projesini 2021\u2019de uygulama karar\u0131 verdi. Bizde Kad\u0131n \u00dcniversiteleri modeli ile ne ama\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu modelin ideolojik arka plan\u0131nda ne yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, neye hizmet edece\u011fini ve kad\u0131nlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ,hangi ihtiya\u00e7tan ve nas\u0131l ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlara&nbsp; dair haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zAKP-MHP FA\u015e\u0130ZM\u0130N KADINI YILDIRMA POL\u0130T\u0130KASI: KADIN \u00dcN\u0130VERS\u0130TELER\u0130 adl\u0131&nbsp; dosyada gerekli bilgilere de\u011finece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ortado\u011fu erke\u011fi, tarihten bu yanad\u0131r cins olarak kad\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131rpalam\u0131\u015f, fizi\u011fini, zek\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 ve duygular\u0131n\u0131 mahvetmi\u015ftir. Halbuki&nbsp; erkek olgusunun zihniyetinin&nbsp; hi\u00e7 bir oyunu yoktur sadece kas g\u00fcc\u00fc ve d\u00f6lleme g\u00fcc\u00fc vard\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden kad\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda herhangi bir yenilgiyle b\u00fct\u00fcn yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131 kas g\u00fc\u00e7le ve tecav\u00fczlerle kad\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp; \u015euanda da AKP-MHP fa\u015fizm iktidar\u0131nda bunun derinle\u015ftirilmi\u015f halini&nbsp; a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6rebiliriz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AKP\u2019nin iktidara geldi\u011fi g\u00fcnden beri en \u00e7ok kad\u0131n katliamlar\u0131 ,tecav\u00fczler, tacizler ve tutuklanmalar ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Cinayetlerini Durduraca\u011f\u0131z Platformu y\u0131ll\u0131k raporuna g\u00f6re; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2000&#8217;li y\u0131llarda ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llara g\u00f6re b\u00fcy\u00fck art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015f; 474 kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 2019 y\u0131l\u0131, \u00fclkede son 10 y\u0131lda en fazla kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u0131l olmu\u015ftur.\u00a0Kad\u0131n Cinayetlerini Durduraca\u011f\u0131z Platformu y\u0131ll\u0131k raporuna g\u00f6re 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise erkekler taraf\u0131ndan 300 kad\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, 171 kad\u0131n \u015f\u00fcpheli \u015fekilde \u00f6l\u00fc bulunmu\u015ftur. Ayr\u0131ca 2019 Kad\u0131n, Bar\u0131\u015f ve G\u00fcvenlik Endeksi ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re; 167 \u00fclke aras\u0131ndan kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in hayat kalitesinin en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu \u00fclke\u00a0Norve\u00e7\u00a0olurken, tabi \u015funu unutmayal\u0131m parantez i\u00e7ine al\u0131rsak ( Norve\u00e7\u2019in Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 kad\u0131nd\u0131r) T\u00fcrkiye 114. s\u0131rada yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcresel Cinsiyet E\u015fitsizli\u011fi raporuna g\u00f6re de T\u00fcrkiye 153 \u00fclke aras\u0131ndan 130. olmu\u015ftur. Dahas\u0131 pandemi de ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en \u00e7ok etkilenen kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iler oldu. D\u0130SK\/Genel-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 raporuna g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de her on kad\u0131ndan yaln\u0131zca \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 OECD (Ekonomik \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi ve Kalk\u0131nma \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc)\u00a0\u00fclkeleri ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00dclkede istihdam edilen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 40&#8217;\u0131ysa kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki erkeklerin i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 72 civar\u0131ndayken kad\u0131nlarda bu oran y\u00fczde 34,2&#8217;ye kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Genel tabloya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lanlar planl\u0131 ve bilin\u00e7lidir. Bir yandan kad\u0131n katliamlar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131rken bir yandan ekonomik kriz varken di\u011fer yandan \u0130stanbul S\u00f6zle\u015fmesini reddederek iktidar\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.&nbsp; Kad\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yenilmemek&nbsp; &nbsp;ve kad\u0131n\u0131 bast\u0131ran tecav\u00fczlerle, katliamlarla ve siyasi soyk\u0131r\u0131mlarla iktidar bunun \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc almak istiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bizzat Erdo\u011fan, iktidar\u0131n\u0131 bunlar \u00fczerinde ya\u015fat\u0131yor. Bunlar yetmezmi\u015f gibi Erdo\u011fan iktidar\u0131 bunlar\u0131 &nbsp;&nbsp;gizlemek i\u00e7in&nbsp; &nbsp;kad\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7le\u015ftirecek kad\u0131n \u00fcniversite projesiyle kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam hakk\u0131 ihlallerinin \u00fcst\u00fc kapanmas\u0131 yani bir maske arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu. Asl\u0131nda bunun tarihsel bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131&nbsp; &nbsp;s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Nas\u0131l m\u0131? Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde de kad\u0131n \u00fcniversitelerin oldu\u011fu sadece kad\u0131n\u0131 erke\u011fi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek kibar ve kukla kad\u0131nlar yaratmak i\u00e7in e\u011fitilmi\u015flerdir.&nbsp; Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminden beridir kad\u0131nlara cinsiyet\u00e7i meslekler dayat\u0131l\u0131yor bu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de devam ediyor. Osmanl\u0131 devletinde oldu\u011fu gibi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczle de ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131rmak gerekirse AKP-MHP fa\u015fizmi bu ama\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda devlete kul, erke\u011fine k\u00f6le robot kad\u0131nlar yaratmak ama\u00e7 ediniyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osmanl\u0131 D\u00f6neminden Beri Kad\u0131na Cinsiyet\u00e7i Meslekler Dayat\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 devleti\u2019nde\u00a0 \u00a0sadece han\u0131mlara mahsus derslerin g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 12 Eyl\u00fcl 1914\u2019te\u2019 <strong>\u0130nas Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019u,\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0 \u0130stanbul\u2019da Zeynep Han\u0131m Kona\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sa\u011f kolunda resmi olarak a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<em> Osmanl\u0131 Devleti<\/em>\u2019nin ilk y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011frenim kurumu olan Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun, 1912 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde Vezneciler\u2019deki\u00a0Zeynep Han\u0131m Kona\u011f\u0131\u2019nda \u201c<em>\u0130stanbul Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnunu<\/em>\u201d ad\u0131yla yaln\u0131z erkek \u00f6\u011frencilere hizmet vermekteydi. K\u0131zlar i\u00e7in imparatorlu\u011fun \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinde Avrupa\u00ee tarzda ilk, orta ve lise d\u00fczeyinde okullar a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, orta \u00f6\u011frenimden sonra devam edebilecekleri bir \u00fcniversite hen\u00fcz kurulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.\u00a0II. Me\u015frutiyet\u2019ten sonra \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen kad\u0131nlar; e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131 temel sorunlar\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcp, y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rmeyi Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019a girmeyi talep etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Bu taleplere ve ihtiyaca cevap vermek \u00fczere kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in bir y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011frenim kurumu olu\u015fturulmas\u0131\u00a0Balkan Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan sonra g\u00fcndeme geldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 devleti de bunu kendi aleyhinde f\u0131rsata \u00e7evirerek <strong>\u0130nas Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019u,\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0 adl\u0131 kad\u0131n \u00fcniversitesi kurumu\u015ftur. K\u0131zlar\u0131n \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011freniminden hemen faydalanmak i\u00e7in kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda sadece kad\u0131nlara mahsus dersler uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Derslerin i\u00e7eri\u011fin de ev bilgileri, tabiat, sa\u011fl\u0131k (hem\u015firelik), \u00e7ocuk geli\u015fimi gibi konular vard\u0131r. Ders veren \u00f6\u011fretmenler aras\u0131nda\u00a0,Doktor Besim \u00d6mer Pa\u015fa,\u00a0Ahmet Cevdet Pa\u015fa\u00a0Sait Bey,\u00a0Mahmut Esat Efendi,\u00a0\u0130smail Hakk\u0131 Bey\u00a0gibi isimler bulunur. Bu isimlerden de g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz gibi eril zihniyetli kad\u0131nlar, ev han\u0131m\u0131 ve sadece \u00e7ocuk yapan ve bakan alg\u0131lar geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7inde e\u011fitimlerini verenler sadece erkek \u00f6\u011fretmenlerdir. Zeynep Han\u0131m Kona\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Konferans Salonu\u2019nda verilen bu dersler, bir y\u0131l boyunca say\u0131s\u0131 600-700\u2019e varan \u00e7ok kalabal\u0131k bir kad\u0131n grubu yer al\u0131yormu\u015f. Osmanl\u0131 devletinde bilin\u00e7li ve planl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde kad\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131ld\u0131rmak i\u00e7in e\u011fitim bir asimilasyon arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaten kad\u0131n i\u00e7in; at ,avrat ve silah olarak g\u00f6ren, haremlerde kad\u0131n\u0131 kendi i\u00e7in kullanan Osmanl\u0131 devleti bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla kad\u0131n e\u011fitim yerlerini geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise\u00a0 Erdo\u011fan iktidar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve haremlerini kad\u0131n \u00fcniversitelerinde kurarak bunu daha \u00e7ok derinle\u015ftirmek istiyor. 1919 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erkeklere daha \u00e7ok meslek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan alan verdikleri i\u00e7in itirazlar ediliyor. Bundan dolay\u0131\u00a0\u015e\u00fck\u00fbfe Nihal\u00a0(Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019daki erkek \u00f6\u011frencilerin tabi oldu\u011fu s\u0131navlara girdi ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olarak \u201c<em>Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019dan mezun ilk kad\u0131n<\/em>\u201d unvan\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131).ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki bir \u00f6\u011frenci heyeti, Maarif Naz\u0131r\u0131\u2019n\u0131 ziyaret etmi\u015f; erkeklerle birlikte \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rme talebini dile getirmi\u015fti. \u0130stekleri 1918-1919 \u00f6\u011frenim y\u0131l\u0131nda kabul edildi. \u0130nas ve Z\u00fck\u00fcr Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnunu\u2019nu (sadece erkeklerin e\u011fitildi\u011fi okulun ad\u0131d\u0131r.) birle\u015ftirme karar\u0131, ba\u015fta \u015feyh\u00fclislam olmak \u00fczere pek \u00e7ok kimsenin tepkisini \u00e7ekmi\u015f. Bu tepki sonucu \u0130nas Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnunu 1921-1022 ders y\u0131l\u0131na kadar resm\u00ee olarak kapanmay\u0131p varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Bu konuda yo\u011fun tart\u0131\u015fmalar devam ederken k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler, ayr\u0131 dershanelerde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rme usul\u00fcn\u00fc protesto edip erkek dershanelerine devam ettiler; karma e\u011fitim fiilen 1918-1919 d\u00f6neminde ba\u015flad\u0131. 16 Eyl\u00fcl 1921\u2019de Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun Divan\u0131, \u0130nas Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnunu\u2019nu\u00a0 kapatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131\u00a0 d\u00f6neminden\u00a0 beridir kad\u0131nlara cinsiyet\u00e7i meslekler dayat\u0131l\u0131yor bu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de devam ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Erdo\u011fan iktidar\u0131 da Osmanl\u0131 hayallerinde yan\u0131p tutu\u015ftu\u011fu i\u00e7in o d\u00f6nemde kalan cinsiyet\u00e7i mesleklerle kad\u0131n \u00fcniversiteler kurma cabas\u0131nda.&nbsp; Ayr\u0131ca kad\u0131na at, avrat, silah zihniyetini a\u015f\u0131lamak , Osmanl\u0131 haremlerini canland\u0131rmak ve kad\u0131n militanlar\u0131 dev\u015firmek&nbsp; i\u00e7in kad\u0131n \u00fcniversite projesini bir maske gibi kullanacakt\u0131r. Tabi bunu yaparken de ba\u015fta kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi olmak \u00fczere Erdo\u011fan sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan b\u00fct\u00fcn kad\u0131nlara kar\u015f\u0131 politik bir bi\u00e7imde daha derin ve ince dokunu\u015flarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131n Direni\u015finin Kad\u0131n \u00dcniversitelerinde Hapsedilmesi Ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;AKP-MHP fa\u015fizminin erkek egemen kapitalist politikalar\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda derinle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n&nbsp; hayat\u0131na, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, kimli\u011fine, bedenine y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n \u015fiddetlendi\u011fi, b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n kemi\u011fe&nbsp; dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6ylesi g\u00fcnlerde cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 cezalar yerine kad\u0131n\u0131 asimile etmek i\u00e7in asimilasyon merkezleri nden biri olan kad\u0131n \u00fcniversiteler kurulmak isteniyor. Bununla kad\u0131n\u0131 hapsetmek ve&nbsp; hayattan kopar\u0131lmas\u0131 demektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131nlar bu ya\u015fam\u0131n kilit ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r onlars\u0131z ya\u015fam m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.&nbsp; Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n m\u00fccadele ve birikimleri ile \u00f6yle doludur ki ve bu halende \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde devam ediyor. Tarihte bu geli\u015fmi\u015fliklere&nbsp; \u015fahitlik etmi\u015ftir. Erdo\u011fan iktidar\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n tarihi geli\u015fmi\u015fliklerinden&nbsp; koparmak, yok saymak istiyor. Bunu da Japon \u00f6rnekli kad\u0131n \u00fcniversite y\u00f6ntemiyle&nbsp; diplomal\u0131 ev kad\u0131n\u0131 yeti\u015ftirip \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na anne ,kocas\u0131na k\u00f6le kad\u0131nlar yaratarak erke\u011fin g\u00f6lgesinde b\u0131rakmak istiyor. \u00d6zellikle de K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n kazan\u0131mlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lacak \u00f6zel sava\u015f arac\u0131d\u0131r. Tarihten beri K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131n\u0131n ve onun yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 olan K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 asimile edilmek i\u00e7in her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yol ve y\u00f6ntemler kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna \u00f6rnek verilirse 1900 y\u0131llarda \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Ba\u015fbakan oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde \u2018Yeni Cumhuriyet&#8217; asimilasyon politikas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli iki K\u00fcrt \u015fehrini \u00f6ncelikler aras\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131;&nbsp;Bunlardan biri Dersim di\u011feri ise Bitlis&#8217;tir. Neden Japonya \u00f6rnekli kad\u0131n \u00fcniversitesi diye sorarsak yerinde olur.Tarihsel olarak uzun y\u0131llar feodal bir yap\u0131n\u0131n egemenli\u011finde kalan Japonya&#8217;da 1860&#8217;lara dek h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcren samuray gelene\u011fine g\u00f6re kad\u0131n\u0131n yeri evi, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ve kocas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 oldu.
