Amerikan iktisat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 Fukuyama\u2019n\u0131n \u201cneo-liberal kapitalizmin insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in tek ideal sistem oldu\u011funu\u201d \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek, tarihin son ekonomik-siyasal sistemini ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00f6ylemesi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, 1 May\u0131s ruhunun yeniden canland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Reel sosyalizmin y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kapitalizmin zaferi anlam\u0131na gelmedi\u011fini teorik ve pratik olarak ortaya koymak, 1 May\u0131s\u2019\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fine ve ruhuna verilecek en anlaml\u0131 cevap olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n ruhunun \u00e7\u0131karlar u\u011fruna bu kadar kirlendi\u011fi bir tarih ya\u015fanmad\u0131. Bencil \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 u\u011fruna halklar\u0131n ezilmesi, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, bug\u00fcne kadarki temel tarihsel ger\u00e7ekliktir. Ancak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n insanlar\u0131 bu kadar y\u00f6nlendirmesinin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir tarihe ilk defa rastl\u0131yoruz. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kirlenmesi ve y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131na yol a\u00e7acak b\u00f6yle olumsuz bir geli\u015fmeyi birey \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile a\u00e7\u0131klamak ve mazur g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Kutsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kavram\u0131 ile \u201c\u00e7\u0131kar\u201d gibi \u00e7irkin bir kavram\u0131 ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131rmak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. \u00d6zg\u00fcr bireyi yaratma gibi \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fimi \u201c\u00e7\u0131kar\u201d kavram\u0131 ile bir arada d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek, en ba\u015fta \u00f6z-g\u00fcr bireyi rahats\u0131z edecek bir durumdur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla reel sosyalizmin y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve sosyalizm prati\u011finin a\u011f\u0131r hatalar\u0131, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n binlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadele ile kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcz bir d\u00fcnyada \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7inde ya\u015fama idealine ve bunun mevzilerine \u00f6dettirilemez. Reel sosyalizm y\u0131k\u0131larak hatalar\u0131n bedelini \u00f6demi\u015ftir. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan sorumlu olan kapitalizme daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bedeller \u00f6dettirece\u011fi de a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihin sonu gelmemi\u015ftir. Yeni liberalizmin en iyi sosyo-ekonomik sistem oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131, kendini bilin\u00e7-li kand\u0131rma de\u011filse kazan\u0131lan Pir\u00fcs zaferinin sarho\u015flu\u011fudur. Kald\u0131 ki bunlar insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yeni duydu\u011fu masallar de\u011fildir. K\u00f6lecilik ve feodalizm de kendini ebedi sistemler olarak sunmu\u015flard\u0131. Hatta d\u00fczenlerine tanr\u0131sal ebedilik sa\u011flama gibi bir sigortay\u0131 ellerinde tuttuklar\u0131n\u0131 san\u0131yorlard\u0131. Feodal sistemin ebedi oldu\u011fu yalan\u0131n\u0131 en iyi bi\u00e7imde de burjuvazi ortaya koymu\u015f, y\u0131k\u0131lmaz ideolojik ve fiziksel \u015fatolar\u0131n\u0131 yerle bir etmi\u015ftir. Kapitalizmin en iyi sistem oldu\u011funu iddia etmek ve \u201cbundan ba\u015fka iyi d\u00fczen olamaz\u201d demek, asl\u0131nda insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bitirmektir. Emek\u00e7ilere s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bir kader oldu\u011funu, durumlar\u0131na raz\u0131 olmalar\u0131n\u0131 telkin etmektir. Bunun insanl\u0131\u011fa ve insanl\u0131k tarihine en b\u00fcy\u00fck sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k oldu\u011fu g\u00fcn gibi ortadad\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131 ama\u00e7s\u0131z, tasar\u0131ms\u0131z, \u00fctopyas\u0131z b\u0131rakarak, sadece yiyip i\u00e7en varl\u0131k haline getirmek; \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeyi bir sistem haline getirmeye soyunmakt\u0131r. Bir Japon atas\u00f6z\u00fc, \u201cMal\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden bir \u015feyini, onurunu kaybeden \u00e7ok \u015feyini, umudunu kaybeden her \u015feyini kaybetmi\u015ftir\u201d diyor. Kapitalizmi alternatifi olma-yan sistem olarak sunmak, insan\u0131n s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcz d\u00fcnya umudunu ve hayalini bitirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Daha do\u011frusu, insan\u0131n y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyu kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 her \u015feyi kaybetmesini sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131n kendini ama\u00e7s\u0131z ve umutsuz b\u0131rakmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 kazanan sosyalizm m\u00fccadelesidir<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 May\u0131slar, kapitalizmin kendini tek alternatif olarak sunmak istedi\u011fi 22. y\u00fczy\u0131lda, emek\u00e7ilerin hem kendini sorgulama, hem de 22. y\u00fczy\u0131lda sosyalizmin zaferinin nas\u0131l kazan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyma g\u00fcnleri olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Emek\u00e7ilerin kendine g\u00fcvenlerinin daha da artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bug\u00fcn de, birikiminin ve belle\u011finin g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne tekrar tekrar getirilmesinde yarar vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emek\u00e7iler \u015funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6rmelidirler: Kapitalizmin zafer kazanmas\u0131 diye bir \u015fey s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Hatta reel sosyalizmin y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131yla, sosyalizmin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazan\u0131mlar\u0131, kapitalizm kendi b\u00fcnyesine zorunlu olarak almak ve ya\u015fatmak durumuyla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onurla ve gururla iddia edebiliriz ki, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 kazanan da, sosyalizm ve bunun i\u00e7in verilen m\u00fccadeledir. 20. y\u00fczy\u0131la damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuran, Leninizm\u2019in ideolojik ve politik etkisidir. Burada Lenin\u2019in sosyalizmi kuramsal olarak yeterli bir bi\u00e7imde ortaya koydu\u011funu iddia etmiyoruz. \u0130deolojik, moral ve kuramsal d\u00fczeyde \u00f6nemli eksiklikleri ortaya konabilir. Kapitalizmin a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ko\u015fullar\u0131nda ve buna kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele i\u00e7inde \u015fekillenen Leninizmde, politik ve taktik yan a\u011f\u0131r basm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ko\u015fullar Leninizmi a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak b\u00f6yle etkilemi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Leninizm, sosyalizmde taktik a\u015fama olarak da kabul edilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekim Devrimi, kapitalist-emperyalist sisteme a\u011f\u0131r bir darbe vurdu\u011fu gibi, emek\u00e7ilerde ve bask\u0131ya u\u011fra-yan halklarda muazzam bir uyan\u0131\u015f ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen ve ezilenlerin m\u00fccadelesi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir s\u0131\u00e7ra-maya ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. D\u00fcnyadaki t\u00fcm geri de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131 ve bir\u00e7ok tabu yerle bir olmu\u015ftur. Emek\u00e7ilerin Sovyet Devrimi\u2019nden ald\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7le kendilerine g\u00fcvenleri artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1789 Burjuva Devrimi\u2019nin d\u00fcnyada yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 depremden daha b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, 1917 Devrimi ya\u015fatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihini h\u0131zl\u0131 bir devinim i\u00e7ine sokan sosyalizm ideolojisi ve onun prati\u011fini ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hatalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 inkar etmek, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadeleyi, eme\u011fi ve fedakarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rmezlikten gelmek olur. Reel sosyalizmin hatalar\u0131 ne kadar a\u011f\u0131r olursa olsun, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131la emek\u00e7iler ve ezilenlerin bi\u00e7im verdi\u011fi inkar edilemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131 nas\u0131l esmi\u015ftir? Halklar\u0131n ve ezilenlerin bask\u0131c\u0131 rejimlere kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadelesini kimler \u00f6rg\u00fctlemi\u015ftir? \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi m\u00fccadelesinde daha \u00e7ok hangi ideoloji k\u0131lavuzluk yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Bu sorulara verilecek cevap, g\u00fcnahlar\u0131 ve sevaplar\u0131yla sosyalizm ve sosyalistlerdir. Toplumsal hare-ketlerin ezici \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ya sosyalizm damgal\u0131d\u0131r, ya da ondan etkilenme ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feodalizme ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc gerici yap\u0131lanmalara kar\u015f\u0131 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda geli\u015fen ulusal ve demokratik hareketler olma-sayd\u0131, bug\u00fcn demokrasinin geli\u015fiminin d\u00fcnya genelinde-ki zemini bug\u00fcnk\u00fc gibi olabilir miydi? Tabii ki hay\u0131r! \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, ideoloji ve ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imleri, Avrupa ve Amerika\u2019n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmaktan \u00f6teye gidemezdi. Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f de\u011ferleri ve ideolojileri, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n di\u011fer alanlar\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131ran da yine sosyalistler ve Ekim Devrimi olmu\u015ftur. Burjuva demokratik fikirleri de, emperyalist-burjuvazinin gericile\u015fti\u011fi 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda yine sosyalistler ta\u015f\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 sosyalizmsiz ve emek\u00e7ilerin m\u00fccadelesini d\u0131\u015ftalayarak a\u00e7\u0131klamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n g\u00fczelliklerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, emek\u00e7iler ve onlar\u0131n sosyalizm m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7inde yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapitalizmin kar h\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131n iki b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 insanl\u0131\u011fa ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 unutturulamaz. B\u00fct\u00fcn gerici iktidarlar\u0131, fa\u015fist diktat\u00f6rl\u00fckleri ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc rejimlerini b\u00fcy\u00fck devletlerin ayakta tuttu\u011fu iyi biliniyor. Amerika, \u0130ngiltere, Fransa ve Almanya\u2019n\u0131n 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda hangi su\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u015fledi\u011fi, ne kadar insan\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne dolayl\u0131 ve dolay-s\u0131z kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rsa, ortaya korkun\u00e7 bir tablo \u00e7\u0131kar. \u0130leti\u015fim olanaklar\u0131n\u0131, ideolojik ve propaganda ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ellerinde tutan burjuvazi, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n hatalar\u0131n\u0131 ve su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcrken, kendisininkileri ise k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck g\u00f6stermeye gayret etmektedir. Biz, \u201csoyalizmin a\u011f\u0131r hatalar\u0131n\u0131, yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmeyelim, \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rtelim\u201d demiyoruz. B\u00f6yle bir yakla\u015f\u0131m, en ba\u015fta sosyalizmin \u00f6z\u00fcne ihanet olur. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fctopyas\u0131n\u0131 lekelerden ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak, sosyalistlerin birinci sorumluluklar\u0131ndan birisidir. Bunun yan\u0131nda kapitalizmin \u00e7ir-kinli\u011fini t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6zlerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne sermek, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n aldat\u0131lmas\u0131na izin vermemek de sosyalizmin en ba\u015fta gelen g\u00f6revidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyalizm bireyi ve toplumu birlikte \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirecek ideolojik ve felsefi olarak emek\u00e7iler ve sosyalizm, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temiz yan\u0131n\u0131 temsil etmektedir. Emek\u00e7ilerin ve sosyalistlerin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u00e7\u0131kar d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fcne g\u00f6re hareket etmeleri s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u00e7\u0131kar d\u00fczenini ama\u00e7 edinmedikleri i\u00e7in, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 aldatmaya ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 da yoktur. Bir de bu a\u00e7\u0131dan emek\u00e7iler ve sosyalistler bilimsel olmaya ihtiya\u00e7 duyarlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ger\u00e7eklerin sapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan bir \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 yoktur. Emperyalistler ve kapitalistler ise, d\u00fcnyaya hakim olduklar\u0131 ve emek\u00e7ileri s\u00f6m\u00fcrd\u00fcklerinden, bu d\u00fczeni s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in yalana ba\u015fvururlar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla burjuvazi bir taraftan s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in bilimi geli\u015ftirme zorunlulu\u011fu duyarken, di\u011fer taraftan ger\u00e7ekleri saklayarak bilimsel olmaktan uzak durur. Bundan dolay\u0131 kapitalist d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceliler eklektiktir. Kendi i\u00e7inde her zaman tutars\u0131z olmaya mahkumdur. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kutsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 da kapitalizmin \u00f6z\u00fcndeki \u00e7\u0131kar d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fcyle sapt\u0131rmakta ve kirletmektedir. Sosyalistlerin en b\u00fcy\u00fck amac\u0131, hem toplumu, hem bireyi \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirmektir. Bu iki kavram\u0131 birbirinin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na koymak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7arp\u0131tmad\u0131r. \u0130nsan toplumsal bir varl\u0131kt\u0131r; toplumsalla\u015farak insan olmu\u015ftur. Ancak birey olarak insan\u0131 y\u00fcceltme, insana de\u011fer verme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde de bug\u00fcne kadar \u00f6nemli a\u015famalar kaydetmi\u015ftir. Bireye yaln\u0131zca kapitalizmin de\u011fer verdi\u011fini, birey olarak insana daha \u00f6nce hi\u00e7 yer verilmedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek ise, kapitalizmin insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendisiyle ba\u015flatmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131k ne kapitalizmle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f-t\u0131r, ne de onunla bitecektir. Kapitalizmde ortaya konan bireycilik ve bireysel \u00e7\u0131kar ile s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczeni aras\u0131nda yak\u0131n bir ba\u011f vard\u0131r.
