YILI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>19 Temmuz 2012 \u2018de Kobani\u2019de at\u0131lan ilk ad\u0131m \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede t\u00fcm Rojava\u2019y\u0131 devrim co\u011frafyas\u0131 haline getirdi. Ku\u015fkusuz bu sadece bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7t\u0131 ve kar\u0131\u015f kar\u0131\u015f her t\u00fcrden \u00e7ete ve karanl\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7le m\u00fccadele ederek Suriye \u0130\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir \u0131\u015f\u0131k prizmas\u0131 yarat\u0131ld\u0131. Bug\u00fcn sadece K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011fil, ba\u015fta Ortado\u011fu olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir umut olan Rojava Devrimi onuncu ya\u015f\u0131na bas\u0131yor. Her demi b\u00fcy\u00fck fedak\u00e2rl\u0131klarla dolu on y\u0131l. Devrimin t\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ve etkilerini anlayabilmemiz i\u00e7in hen\u00fcz \u00e7ok erken. Ne de olsa baz\u0131 devrimler y\u00fczy\u0131llar\u0131 belirliyor, baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in aradan birka\u00e7 ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n ge\u00e7mesi gerekiyor. Ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131l bir devrimler y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131yd\u0131, baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7abucak g\u00fcndemden d\u00fc\u015ferken baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 anlama, sonu\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131karma \u00e7abalar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.&nbsp; Rojava Devrimi 21. y\u00fczy\u0131la damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurma potansiyeli bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor. \u00d6nder APO\u2019nun paradigmas\u0131 sadece \u00d6zg\u00fcr K\u00fcrdistan ve Demokratik Ortado\u011fu i\u00e7in de\u011fil evrensel d\u00fczeyde demokratik modernitenin in\u015fas\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcm d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel malzemeye bize sunuyor. Rojava Devrimi buradan yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve kapsam\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar derinle\u015fece\u011fi g\u00fcncel m\u00fccadele sorunudur. Bunun i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele bir an bile durmad\u0131, durmuyor. Fakat yine de Rojava Devrimi 10 y\u0131lda bile biz K\u00fcrtlere ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya bir\u00e7ok \u015feyi yeniden hat\u0131rlatt\u0131 ve ondan da fazla \u015feyi ise \u00f6\u011fretti, \u00f6\u011fretmeye devam ediyor. Bu nedenle \u015fimdiden tarihe ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rojava Devrimi tabi ki \u00f6ncellikle K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 etkiledi, e\u011fitti ve ona bilin\u00e7 kazand\u0131rd\u0131. Kobani, Efr\u00een ve Qam\u0131\u015flo\u2019ya ye\u015fil, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131, sar\u0131 bayraklar dikildi\u011fi andan itibaren t\u00fcm K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 bunun kendi tarihi i\u00e7in ne kadar \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme oldu\u011funu anlad\u0131. Anlamaktan \u00f6teye bunu hissetti. Bu, soyk\u0131r\u0131m cenderesinde tutulan bir halk\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in direnece\u011fini bir kez daha g\u00f6stermesi anlam\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a de\u011ferli bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcyd\u00fc. Emsalsiz bir i\u015fgalcili\u011fin cenderesinde d\u00f6rde b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n bu en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7as\u0131ndaki asl\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011fu kimsenin tahmin etmedi\u011fi devriminin t\u00fcm K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n kaderini belirleyece\u011fini K\u00fcrtler, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kavrad\u0131. K\u00fcrt i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ili\u011finin ve ihanet\u00e7ili\u011finin temsilcileri \u201cOrtada devrim yok\u201d nidalar\u0131 atsa kimse onlara kulak asmad\u0131. Nitekim bu nedenle bir s\u00fcre sonra bu s\u00f6ylemi onlar bile de\u011fi\u015ftirmek zorunda kald\u0131 ve u\u011fursuz rollerini ba\u015fka k\u0131l\u0131flar alt\u0131nda sergilemeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. K\u0131rman\u015fah\u2019tan A\u011fr\u0131\u2019ya, Dersim\u2019den Halep\u00e7e\u2019ye \u00fclkede ya\u015fayan ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki K\u00fcrtler devrimin her an\u0131n\u0131 soluksuz bi\u00e7imde takip ettiler. Devrime katk\u0131 sunma aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girdiler. Serekaniy\u00ea\u2019de devrime ilk \u00e7ete sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n her yerinden insanlar devrimi savunma seferberli\u011fine ko\u015ftular. \u00c7e\u015fitli bi\u00e7imlerde ekonomik dar bo\u011faza s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan devrim topraklar\u0131na maddi yard\u0131m K\u00fcrd\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu her yerden akt\u0131. \u00d6zellikle devrimin ilk zamanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in bu dayan\u0131\u015fma ya\u015famsald\u0131. G\u00f6z\u00fc d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f \u00e7etelerle ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilere kar\u015f\u0131 en zor imkanlarla sava\u015fan K\u00fcrt \u015fervanlar\u0131n\u0131n K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc savundu\u011fundan kim \u015f\u00fcphe duyabilirdi ki? Bu soruyu akla getirmek bile abesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn Kobani \u015fehrinin K\u00fcrtlerin haf\u0131zas\u0131na kaz\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 normaldir. Oysa devrim \u00f6ncesi b\u0131rakal\u0131m Kobani\u2019yi, K\u00fcrtler aras\u0131nda ulusal bilinci en y\u00fcksek kesimler ve PKK militanlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Rojava co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131yan,&nbsp; birka\u00e7 \u015fehrinin en az\u0131ndan ad\u0131n\u0131 duymu\u015f \u00e7ok az insan vard\u0131. Ku\u015fkusuz Bakur\u2019da Rojava s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda olan b\u00f6lgelerde hemen yan\u0131 ba\u015flar\u0131nda olan yerleri, akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00f6yleri insanlar biliyordu ve Rojaval\u0131 gerillalar Bakur her yan\u0131nda m\u00fccadele etmi\u015f, halkla tan\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve kan d\u00f6km\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u00d6nderli\u011fin uzun y\u0131llar Rojava\u2019da kalm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 Bakur\u2019da daha fazla insan Rojava\u2019y\u0131 bilmesini do\u011furuyordu.&nbsp; Ayr\u0131ca yine Bakur\u2019da \u201cbinxet\u201d kavram\u0131 ile bilinen zor durumda s\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131lacak yer olarak derin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131mlara sahipti. Fakat K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131n herkes taraf\u0131ndan bu kadar yak\u0131ndan, kent kent Kobani sava\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde ise neredeyse k\u00f6y k\u00f6y bilinmesi Rojava Devriminin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir durumdur. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan Rojava devriminin en kal\u0131c\u0131 etkisi tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z K\u00fcrtlerde yarat\u0131lan birlik duygusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu duygu ku\u015fkusuz en \u00e7ok Kobani direni\u015fiyle somutla\u015ft\u0131. Kobani direni\u015fi ile ilgili \u00e7ok \u015fey s\u00f6ylendi, ku\u015fkusuz daha da s\u00f6ylenecektir. Kapitalist modernitenin kusmu\u011fu olan DA\u0130\u015e \u00e7etelerinin sonunun ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olan Kobani t\u00fcm K\u00fcrtlerin harekete ge\u00e7mesi ile \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fti. Bakur en geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 serhildana kalk\u0131p 40\u2019a yak\u0131n \u015fehit vererek, fa\u015fist \u00e7etelerin atas\u0131 TC\u2019yi fel\u00e7 etti. Hala bunun sendromunu ya\u015f\u0131yor, intikam\u0131n\u0131 almaya u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bu diren\u00e7 anti-fa\u015fist bir ittifak\u0131n da olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Ve gen\u00e7ler ak\u0131n ak\u0131n fa\u015fist s\u00fcr\u00fclerin sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kobani\u2019ye, Gelhatlar\u0131n, Arinlerin komutas\u0131nda destan yazmaya ko\u015ftu. D\u00f6rt par\u00e7a K\u00fcrdistan\u2019dan gen\u00e7ler Kobani\u2019de sonsuzlu\u011fa ula\u015ft\u0131. Art\u0131k Kobani her K\u00fcrt i\u00e7in manevi bir de\u011fer haline geliyordu. Rojava t\u00fcm K\u00fcrdistan demekti. Bu nedenle TC DA\u0130\u015e maskesini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p do\u011frudan Efr\u00een\u2019e sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda K\u00fcrtler \u201c\u00c7a\u011f\u0131n Direni\u015fi\u201dnin, Avestalar\u0131n direni\u015finin kendi direni\u015fleri oldu\u011fundan emindiler. Ser\u00eakaniy\u00ea ve Gir\u00easpi\u2019ye i\u015fgal hareketi ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir K\u00fcrt art\u0131k TC t\u00fcm K\u00fcrtlere d\u00fc\u015fman soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 bir rejim oldu\u011fundan ku\u015fkusu kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. O g\u00fcnden bu yana Fa\u015fist TC\u2019nin K\u00fcrtlere de\u011fil, PKK\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015fman oldu\u011fu tekerlemesine ancak kendi kendini kand\u0131ran aymazlar inan\u0131yor. Yoksa bilin\u00e7li her K\u00fcrt ba\u015f d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n TC oldu\u011fundan emin ve Rojava\u2019ya yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 bunu netle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rojava Devrimi 10. y\u0131l\u0131nda herkese K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131k eskisi gibi ya\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, 20. Y\u00fczy\u0131l sisteminin kabul edilmeyece\u011fini kan\u0131tlad\u0131. \u00d6nderlik paradigmas\u0131n\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 mutlaka \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirece\u011fine somut bir \u00f6rnek oldu. Ve ayn\u0131 zamanda t\u00fcm K\u00fcrtlerin gurur kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu. Kobani ku\u015fat\u0131ld\u0131ktan \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l sonra fa\u015fist s\u00fcr\u00fclerinin ba\u015fkentinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi tahmin edilebilir miydi? Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc olumsuzluklara ra\u011fmen irade ve inan\u00e7la olmaz denilen her \u015feyin yap\u0131labilece\u011fi g\u00f6sterildi. Rojava Devrimi sadece kimsenin \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 DA\u0130\u015e\u2019i silmedi, ayn\u0131 zamanda onu bo\u011fmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmad\u0131k bir \u015fey b\u0131rakmayan TC\u2019ye ra\u011fmen dimdik ayakta durarak bitmez umudun kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan Rojava Devrimi demokratik de\u011ferlerle m\u00fccadele gelene\u011finin evrensel d\u00fczeyde canlanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. \u00d6ncellikle bir kad\u0131n devrimi olan bu m\u00fccadelenin d\u00fcnyay\u0131 etkilemesi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar Rojava Devriminde kendi iradelerinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n ve potansiyelini g\u00f6rd\u00fcler. \u0130nsanl\u0131k d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 DA\u0130\u015e\u2019te sembolle\u015fen en geri ataerkil zihniyete kar\u015f\u0131 silahla direnen sadece direnmekle kalmay\u0131p zafer kazanan kad\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc evrensel d\u00fczeyde kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6nemli belki de en \u00f6nemli cephesi oldu. K\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden YPJ\u2019nin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi bilincini geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rojava Devrimi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00fcndemine art\u0131k neredeyse kullan\u0131lmayan bir kavram\u0131 tekrardan soktu; \u201cEnternasyonalist Devrimci\u201d. Devrimin neredeyse ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnden itibaren devrimci de\u011ferler ba\u011fl\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinden gen\u00e7ler demokratik sosyalizminin bu deneyimine katk\u0131 sunmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Cephede sava\u015fan\u0131ndan diplomatik ya da maddi yard\u0131m i\u00e7in seferber olana, farkl\u0131 halklardan devrimciler Rojava devriminin savunulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7ti. Kobani\u2019nin yeni \u201cStalingrad\u201d olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan eden K\u00fcrtlerin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada anti-fa\u015fist g\u00fc\u00e7lerden destek bulmas\u0131 anlaml\u0131yd\u0131. 1 Kas\u0131m 2014 tarihinde t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya bu deste\u011fini g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in sokaklara \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ayn\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fma 2019 sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131nda da en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde sergilendi. TC\u2019yi durduran ev ev direnen sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lard\u0131 fakat t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyan\u0131n demokratik kamuoyunun duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da etkili oldu.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fakat anti-fa\u015fist geni\u015f sempati a\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n Rojava Devrimi\u2019ni as\u0131l sahiplenenler devrimciler oldu. Kapitalist moderniteye kar\u015f\u0131 yeni bir d\u00fcnya m\u00fccadelesi verenler i\u00e7in kendilerini Rojava Devrimcileri ile \u00f6zde\u015f g\u00f6rmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde hi\u00e7bir engel yoktu. Ayn\u0131 ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele ediyorlard\u0131. YPG bayra\u011f\u0131ndaki k\u0131z\u0131l y\u0131ld\u0131z ortak devrimci miras\u0131n hemen anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yordu. Sosyalizm daha ba\u015ftan t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 m\u00fccadele alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fcyor muydu?&nbsp; T\u00fcrkiyeli devrimcilerin bu enternasyonal direni\u015fin \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmas\u0131 ku\u015fkusuz tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her \u015feyden \u00f6nce ayn\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmana kar\u015f\u0131 fa\u015fist TC sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele ediyorlard\u0131. Demokratik sosyalizmin de\u011ferleri ile m\u00fccadele eden toplumun \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinde daha demokratik daha e\u015fitlik\u00e7i bir sistem \u00f6neren Rojava Devrimi devrimcileri \u00e7ekiyordu. Rojaval\u0131 devrimciler K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele ederken her zaman demokratik ulus mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile hareket ediyordu. Sadece K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil Rojava\u2019da ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm halklar\u0131n devrimi olmay\u0131 ba\u015faran bu hareket milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin k\u00f6r d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f\u00fc nedeniyle kan banyosuna d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f Ortado\u011fu\u2019da demokratik alternatifi temsil ediyordu. \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc ya da bireysel olarak bu devrime kat\u0131l\u0131p \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015fen y\u00fczlerce enternasyonalist gen\u00e7 ayn\u0131 zamanda devrimci ideallerin insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u00fcz ak\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fcnyaya bir kez daha kan\u0131tlad\u0131.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rojava Devrimi 10. Y\u0131l\u0131nda her \u015feyden \u00f6nce ulusal ve evrensel de\u011ferlerin nas\u0131l harmanlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe y\u00fcr\u00fcrken bunu hangi evrensel, demokratik de\u011ferlerle yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6nderlik a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kla ortaya koymu\u015ftu. Ve bu hem K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na hem de insanl\u0131\u011fa umut kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.
