Devlet y\u00fccedir, kutsald\u0131r, temel kurtulu\u015f arac\u0131d\u0131r vb. kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rmalar, k\u00f6kenini ger\u00e7ekten ilk devlet in\u015fac\u0131lar\u0131 olan S\u00fcmer rahiplerden al\u0131r. &nbsp;Bu sistem sorunlar\u0131 kangrene, krize sokma ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme platformudur.Ulusun, dinin, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn olu\u015fturucu ve y\u00f6netici g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak da hi\u00e7bir \u015fey ifade etmez. t\u00fcm devletler ortal\u0131\u011f\u0131 mezbahaya \u00e7evirmekten, asimilasyondan, tembel toplum yaratmaktan, insan\u0131 spek\u00fclatif akl\u0131n aptal\u0131 k\u0131lmaktan \u00f6teye asli olarak pek fazla rol icra etmemi\u015ftir. \u00d6nderli\u011fin devlet \u00fczerine de\u011ferlendirmesi ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devletin kendi ideolojik, kurumsal ve ekonomik \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na g\u00f6re olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bireylerin, devletin hak ve g\u00f6revleri olan birer \u00fcyesiymi\u015f gibi devletle\u015ftirilmesi ulus-devletin \u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bunun i\u00e7in ideolojik, siyasi, ekonomik, hukuki, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, cinsiyet\u00e7i, asker\u00ee, dinsel, e\u011fitsel ve medyatik bir\u00e7ok unsurdan yararlanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Her \u015fey devlet i\u00e7in alg\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fturulur. Devletin kendisi zor bask\u0131 ayg\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r. Milliyet\u00e7ilik, dincilik ve cinsiyet\u00e7ilik ise sa\u00e7 ayaklar\u0131d\u0131r. Toplumu kutupla\u015ft\u0131ran her t\u00fcrl\u00fc d\u0131\u015flanmay\u0131 dayatan ve uygulayan zihniyetin ta kendisidir devlet. Din \u00fczerine kurulu d\u00fczen toplumu bu temelde kendisine k\u00f6le k\u0131lmay\u0131 da ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kendisini tanr\u0131 ilan eden iktidarlar Ulus devlet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131yla do\u011fal toplumun s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye u\u011framas\u0131 ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neme denk gelmektedir.Uluslar\u0131 kendi \u00f6z ger\u00e7ekli\u011finden koparan yap\u0131lanma bi\u00e7imi bu d\u00f6nemden ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &nbsp;Ulus devletle toplumlar\u0131n ya\u015famsal, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel anlamda kendine ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 k\u0131lan ve zihniyeti k\u00f6relten \u015fekillenme ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi s\u00f6z konusudur. Tarihi bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 olan ulus devlet toplumu esir alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve al\u0131\u015fa geldi\u011fi gibi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyide bilmi\u015ftir.Be\u015fbin &nbsp;y\u0131ll\u0131k bir ger\u00e7e\u011fi olan ve bu temelde de s\u00fcregelen sistem birey \u015fahs\u0131nda t\u00fcm topluma hakim olmu\u015ftur. Bu hakimiyetini bask\u0131, zorbal\u0131k ve ara ara yumu\u015fak g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanarak y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u0130ktidar kendine g\u00fcce dayand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bunu farkl\u0131 yol ve y\u00f6ntemlerle pratikle\u015ftirdi\u011fi bilinmektedir. Her diktat\u00f6r be\u015fin kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak &nbsp;bask\u0131, ger\u00e7e\u011fi tarihten bug\u00fcne s\u00fcre getirmi\u015flerdir. Milliyet\u00e7ilik, toplumun alt katlar\u0131n\u0131 dizginlemek i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt elle sar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 yeni \u2018b\u00f6l ve y\u00f6net\u2019 dininin stratejik arac\u0131d\u0131r. &nbsp;Din, uluslar\u0131n kendi inan\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re ve ki\u015filiklerinide bu temelde \u015fekillendirmeye yard\u0131m eder. Toplumun ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 ise do\u011fru ve g\u00fczel olan\u0131 benimseyip ahlak\u0131 kurallar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran temele dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi esas oland\u0131r. Ama bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011finden kopart\u0131lan din s\u00f6z konusudur. Ahlaken bo\u015falan toplumlar ya sapk\u0131nla\u015f\u0131r ya da kolayca teslim olurlar. &nbsp;Laiklik, din d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131kla dindeki ahlaki erdemi y\u0131kt\u0131. Devlet dini hukuk temellerine ve kurallara oturtup sistematik bir temelde zora dayand\u0131rd\u0131. Bu \u015fekilde toplum \u00fczerinde uygulamaya koydu ve ara\u00e7salla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Bunun su\u00e7lusu olanlar ise uluslar de\u011fildir, devletin kendisidir ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fc olan iktidarlard\u0131r. TC devletinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen tamda bu temeldedir. Ya\u015famsal anlamda herg\u00fcn ya\u015fananlar bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda hukuk,adelet ayaklar alt\u0131na al\u0131naktad\u0131r.Hukuk,adelet gibi i\u00e7i bo\u015falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kavramlar ve topluma dayat\u0131lan ahlaki olmayan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar resmiyete kavu\u015fmu\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Tamda bu temelde sistemin i\u015fine yarayan toplum \u015fekillenmesi yarat\u0131lmak istenmektedir. Ya\u015fanan tecav\u00fczler, \u00e7ocuk istismar\u0131ndan tutal\u0131m her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ahlak d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n cezas\u0131z kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ortam yarat\u0131lmak istenmekte. Bu \u015fekilde yarat\u0131lan bir ortam gidi\u015fat\u0131n\u0131n me\u015fru hale geldi\u011fini g\u00f6rmemek i\u00e7in insan\u0131n k\u00f6r olmas\u0131 ya da sa\u011f\u0131r olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ktidarlar Toplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fi kullanarak g\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc peki\u015ftirmi\u015f ve bunuda bireye empoze etmi\u015flerdir. Her erkek kad\u0131nlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda devlet demektir. Bu alg\u0131 toplumun b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da ge\u00e7erlidir. Ulus-devlet bu alg\u0131y\u0131 daha da geli\u015ftirip kendisine uyarlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bunu da aileden ba\u015flayarak uygulatm\u0131\u015f ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Tarihi bir kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 olan bu gidi\u015fat\u0131n toplumu k\u00f6le olmaktan \u00f6zellikle de kad\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6lele\u015ftirmekte esas rol \u00fcstlenmektedir. Toplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fi, toplumsal ve siyasal bir\u00e7ok alanda devlet kendisine koruyucu g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak bellemi\u015ftir. Ulus-devlet hem aile i\u00e7inde hem de d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda cinselli\u011fe y\u00f6nelik y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc politikalarla tam bir iktidar sap\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Devletin esas ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 milliyet\u00e7ilik, dincilik, cinsiyet\u00e7ilik her bireyi haf\u0131zas\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi toplumdan koparmas\u0131 asl\u0131ndan tarihten koparmay\u0131 temel g\u00f6rev belllemi\u015ftir. G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte moderndir, bilendir, i\u00e7erikte ise i\u00e7i bo\u015falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f karanl\u0131k emeller pe\u015finde ko\u015fturulun kitle toplumu asl\u0131nda bireysizli\u011fi s\u00f6z konusudur.\u0130ktidar kendisinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde s\u00fcrekli bir \u015feyleri g\u00fc\u00e7le ele ge\u00e7irme, kendine ait sayma, asimile etme, m\u00fclkle\u015ftirme, aksi durumlarda yine zorla kendisinden atma, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn etme, yurtsuzla\u015ft\u0131rma, i\u015fsizle\u015ftirme, m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015ftirme, genel olarak maddi ve manevi a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011fersizle\u015ftirme eylemidir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Halklar \u00fczerinde sistematik y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015fi vard\u0131r. K\u00fcrt sorunun k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir sorun oldu\u011fu ve tarihsel olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar. \u00d6nderlik \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde kapitalist sistemin kendisini ulus-devlet ile \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi ve y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini t\u00fcm inceli\u011fiyle sunmu\u015ftur. Ba\u015fta da k\u00fcrt sorununun nas\u0131l k\u00f6kle\u015fti\u011fi ve bu sorun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda d\u00fczenin nas\u0131l ve ne temelde yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rojava Devrimi \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde sistemin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kurulan \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam ile t\u00fcm uluslar\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u0131rk, din, mezhepten toplumlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rarak do\u011fru olan ile \u00f6ze d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc sa\u011flayan paradigma olmu\u015ftur. Halk\u0131n \u00f6z y\u00f6netimiyle demokrasiye dayal\u0131 sistemle yani demokratik ulusu esas almakla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecektir. Y\u0131k\u0131lan ulus devlete alternatif demokratik ulusun in\u015fas\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Evet k\u00fcrt sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc bu temelde olacakt\u0131r. K\u00f6kl\u00fc olarak \u00f6ze d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fle hakk\u0131 olan\u0131 al\u0131p ya\u015famakla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecektir. Devrimci bir halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi s\u00f6z konusudur ve tarihi bir rol \u00fcstelenen y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fc olan k\u00fcrtler vard\u0131r. K\u00fcrt sorunu birka\u00e7 g\u00fczel s\u00f6z s\u00f6yleyerek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclecek bir sorun de\u011fildir. TC devleti AKP-MHP &nbsp;fa\u015fist iktidar\u0131 ve destek\u00e7i konumda olan muhalefet bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi iyi bilmektedir. Bu temelde tarihten g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze bu zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131 haklara laik g\u00f6ren fa\u015fist sistemler \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015fle sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fc olan k\u00fcrt halk\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir konuma sahip olan k\u00fcrt halk\u0131 kolay kolay yalanlara kanmayaca\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi bilinmelidir. K\u00f6kl\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm Halk\u0131n \u00d6nderi olan \u00f6nc\u00fcn\u00fcn fiziki \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131yla olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9 Ekim uluslararas\u0131 komploya cevap, m\u00fccadele ile zafere do\u011fru yol almakta ve tarihi f\u0131rsatlarla dolu y\u0131la girilmektedir. Nas\u0131l ki \u00d6nderlik bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131ysa, bilince ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131ysa sa\u011flam zemine oturtulan ideolojikle y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcyse m\u00fccadele ile kazan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da kesinli\u011fe kavu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. \u00d6nderlik \u015fahs\u0131nda \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde k\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n ve yi\u011fit evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n tarihi direni\u015fi t\u00fcm halklara kurtulu\u015f yolu zaferi olmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zelliklede k\u00fcrt halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc fa\u015fist faaliyetlerden geri durmayan iktidar ve destek\u00e7ilerine kar\u015f\u0131 me\u015fru hakka sahip olan her canl\u0131 varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n cevap verme d\u00f6nemidir. \u0130ktidar\u0131n zay\u0131flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te gidi\u015fini beklemek en b\u00fcy\u00fck yan\u0131lg\u0131 ve gaflete yol a\u00e7acakt\u0131r.
