Bu g\u00fcn vesilesiyle K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\nd\u00f6rt par\u00e7as\u0131nda, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, bulundu\u011fu her alanda, da\u011flar\u0131n doruklar\u0131nda,<br \/>\nd\u00f6rt duvar\u0131n aras\u0131nda, sokaklarda, ya\u015fam\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn alan\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir zaman<br \/>\nkendisine zorla i\u00e7irtilmek istenen egemenlikli zihniyeti ve sistemi<br \/>\nkabullenemeyen ba\u015fta K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar\u0131 selaml\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Biz K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak bu 8 Mart\u2019\u0131 \u00e7ok<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli bir d\u00fczeyde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz. K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Hareketi\u2019nin y\u0131llara<br \/>\ndayanan m\u00fccadelesi \u00f6nemli bir a\u015famaya gelmi\u015ftir. Bu g\u00fcn vesilesiyle b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya<br \/>\nkad\u0131nlar\u0131yla hareketimizin ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczeyi payla\u015fman\u0131n ve birikimimizi,<br \/>\ndeneyimimizi onlara ula\u015ft\u0131rabilmenin heyecan\u0131n\u0131 ve co\u015fkusunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz.<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Hareketi her \u015feyden \u00f6nce b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya kad\u0131n hareketlerinin<br \/>\nemeklerini, m\u00fccadelelerini, yaratt\u0131klar\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn bu de\u011ferlerin bilincinde olup<br \/>\nhi\u00e7bir zaman kendisini bu tarihi mirastan kopuk ele almad\u0131. Bundan hareketle<br \/>\n\u00f6zellikle 1857\u2019den bu yana ba\u015fta Clara Zeltkin, Rosa Luksenburg, Aleksandra<br \/>\nKollontay, Jan Dark, Leyla Kas\u0131m, Zilan ve Beritanlar\u0131n bu gelene\u011fin birer<br \/>\n\u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc oldu\u011funu bilmemiz gerekiyor. Bu de\u011ferlere ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir gere\u011fi<br \/>\nolarak bu de\u011ferlerin mutlaka ya\u015fat\u0131l\u0131p giderek kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kurtulu\u015funa<br \/>\nevriltmemiz gerekti\u011finin, kad\u0131n\u0131n kurtulu\u015funun ancak ve ancak \u00f6z \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve<br \/>\n\u00f6z bilinci ile geli\u015febilece\u011finin bilincindeyiz. Ba\u015fkan Apo tarihi \u00e7eli\u015fkiyi<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcp bu sorunun k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koyarak, kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile<br \/>\ntoplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde ele alarak kad\u0131n hareketimizin<br \/>\nfelsefesini olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak Ba\u015fkan Apo\u2019nun<br \/>\nideolojik, felsefik, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel, eylemsel, sistemsel olarak kad\u0131n\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu<br \/>\nekseninde geli\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisinin ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczeyin<br \/>\nbilincindeyiz. Hareket olarak yirmi d\u00f6rt y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe sahibiz.<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Hareketi\u2019nin otuz y\u0131ll\u0131k m\u00fccadelesinde her alanda yer<br \/>\nalm\u0131\u015f\u0131z. 1987\u2019den bu yana ise \u00e7e\u015fitli isimler de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f olsak da ilk<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlememiz 24 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine dayanmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan yurtsever kad\u0131nlar<br \/>\nbirli\u011finin ideolojik do\u011frultusunu, felsefik bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck modelini<br \/>\nve \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc koruma kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 temelinde 8 Mart 1987 deki ilk \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleme ve<br \/>\nperspektifler kad\u0131nlara ve kamuoyuna duyurulmu\u015ftur. O g\u00fcnden bu g\u00fcne \u00f6zellikle<br \/>\n8 Mart miras\u0131n\u0131 kendisine esas alan, bu do\u011frultuda, m\u00fccadele \u00e7izgisine de ba\u011fl\u0131<br \/>\nkal\u0131narak, her 8 Mart\u2019a yeni bir misyon bi\u00e7erek her 8 Mart\u2019\u0131 bir hamleye<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme m\u00fccadelesi geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. 8 Mart 1995\u2019te birinci ulusal kad\u0131n<br \/>\nkongremizi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. YAJK \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile K\u00fcrdistan ve Ortado\u011fu<br \/>\nco\u011frafyas\u0131nda ilk kez \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi eme\u011fi ve<br \/>\nyarat\u0131m\u0131yla birinci kongresini toplam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonucunda kad\u0131n<br \/>\nbilinci ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve \u00f6z iradesi, cins bilinci ve<br \/>\nkad\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc giderek daha da derinle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">8 Mart 1998\u2019de Ba\u015fkan Apo, kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f ideolojisini b\u00fct\u00fcn<br \/>\nd\u00fcnya kamuoyuna ilan edilerek, kad\u0131nlara en b\u00fcy\u00fck hediyeyi vermi\u015ftir. 1999\u2019da<br \/>\nuluslararas\u0131 komplocu g\u00fc\u00e7ler kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisinin mimar\u0131, ya\u015fam \u00f6\u011fretmeni<br \/>\nolan Ba\u015fkan Apo\u2019yu tasfiye ederek kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck umudunu yok etmek,<br \/>\nm\u00fccadele azmini k\u0131rmak istediler. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kad\u0131n hareketi Ba\u015fkan Apo\u2019nun<br \/>\n\u00f6\u011fretisi temelinde 8 Mart 1999\u2019da partile\u015fme karar\u0131 ald\u0131. Parti ilkelerini<br \/>\nfelsefesini, ya\u015fam iddias\u0131n\u0131, kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha ortaya koyarak<br \/>\nkomplocu g\u00fc\u00e7lere, egemenlikli zihniyet sahiplerine, zorba g\u00fc\u00e7lere, kad\u0131n<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bu anlamda kad\u0131n cephesinden \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir cevap verdi.<br \/>\nBunlardan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Hareketi tarihe k\u00f6k<br \/>\nsalm\u0131\u015f, tarihin derinliklerindeki kad\u0131n\u0131n emeklerine, miras\u0131na daha fazla sahip<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karak, bu m\u00fccadeleyi s\u00fcrekli k\u0131larak, kendi cephesinden tarihsel ad\u0131mlar<br \/>\natarak cevap olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Hareketi\u2019nin<br \/>\nyaratt\u0131klar\u0131 sadece K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011flamamaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n<br \/>\nHareketi bu anlamda b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya kad\u0131nlar\u0131na ilham verebilecek, deneyim ve<br \/>\ntecr\u00fcbeleriyle yol g\u00f6sterebilecek, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck d\u00fczeyiyle ciddi anlamda<br \/>\nkad\u0131nlar\u0131n birli\u011fini sa\u011flayabilecek bir durumdad\u0131r. Biz bu kapsamda b\u00f6ylesi bir<br \/>\nhaz\u0131rl\u0131kla 2010 y\u0131l\u0131 8 Mart\u2019\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>*Mevcut erkek egemenlikli zihniyet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7lendirilmesi ve hem K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 hem de d\u00fcnya kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7lendirilmesi gerekti\u011finden s\u00f6z ettiniz. Bu konuda ne t\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fctmektesiniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">-2005 Mart ay\u0131nda ilan edilen KCK sisteminin \u00f6nc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fc Koma<br \/>\nJine Bilind (KJB) \u00f6zg\u00fcn ve \u00f6zerk kad\u0131n sistemi olarak kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu sistem d\u00f6rt temel ayaktan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bunun ideolojik<br \/>\npartisi PAJK\u2019t\u0131r. Kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f ideoloji temelinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n<br \/>\npartisi PAJK \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, kad\u0131n\u0131n ideolojik, politik, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel ya\u015fam<br \/>\n\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerini, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerini, red ve kabul \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerini yeni bir paradigmayla,<br \/>\nyeni bir felsefe, yeni bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla ele al\u0131yoruz. Bu temelde kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7lenmesine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sunan, kad\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftiren, kad\u0131n<br \/>\nmotifli bir ya\u015fam\u0131 \u00f6ren kad\u0131n partile\u015fmesi bunun \u00f6nc\u00fc militan yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirerek ciddi bir partile\u015fme d\u00fczeyini ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. PAJK \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde kad\u0131n<br \/>\nmilitanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 her alanda kendi \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcne dayanan, kendi bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 esas alan,<br \/>\nideolojik do\u011frultusunu ya\u015famsalla\u015ft\u0131ran bir d\u00fczeyi yakalam\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Ba\u015fkan<br \/>\nApo\u2019nun 1999 sonras\u0131 geli\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu kad\u0131n eksenli yeni paradigma<br \/>\n\u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00e7e\u015fitli akademileri kurarak bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyini geli\u015ftirmede \u00f6nemli<br \/>\nbir d\u00fczeyi yakalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zeynep K\u0131nac\u0131 Akademisi, \u015e. Beritan Me\u015fru Savunma<br \/>\nAkademisi, \u015e Nuda Okulu, \u015e \u015eilan Okulu ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131nda<br \/>\n\u00e7e\u015fitli adlarla geli\u015ftirilen akademiler, kad\u0131n bilin\u00e7lenmesini esas alan<br \/>\ne\u011fitsel faaliyetlerdir. B\u00fct\u00fcn alanlarda, kadrolar\u0131m\u0131zda ortak bir bilin\u00e7, ortak<br \/>\nbir irade, ortak bir m\u00fccadele, ortak bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck, ortak bir tarz ve ortak<br \/>\nbir ya\u015fam\u0131 yaratman\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi ve kadro \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri temelinde partile\u015fme<br \/>\nfaaliyetimiz geli\u015fmektedir. Toplumsal alanda kendi kent<br \/>\nmeclislerini kurarak, kom\u00fcnlerini yaratarak \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc en \u00fccra k\u00f6\u015felere<br \/>\nta\u015f\u0131rarak b\u00fct\u00fcn alanlarda \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc derinle\u015ftirerek \u00f6zg\u00fcn<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2007, 2008, 2009 y\u0131l\u0131 8 Mart ve Newroz<br \/>\nserh\u0131ldanlar\u0131ndaki kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 demokratik sosyal devrim olarak<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendirildi. Bu kampanyayla \u00e7ok<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli bir d\u00fczeyin yakaland\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz. Kampanyam\u0131z sadece bir namus<br \/>\nkavram\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmama namusu salt kad\u0131n bedeniyle ele al\u0131nmamas\u0131<br \/>\nnoktas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7aba sahibi oldu. Giderek namus kavram\u0131n\u0131n yeniden<br \/>\ntan\u0131mlanarak, bunun cins, ulusal ve insani boyutu bu kampanya vesilesiyle<br \/>\nyeniden tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Biz bunu bir ad\u0131m daha ileriye ta\u015f\u0131rarak, \u201c \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelemizi y\u00fckseltelim, tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc a\u015fal\u0131m  \u015fiar\u0131yla yeni bir kampanya<br \/>\nba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu sloganla nas\u0131l bir mesaj vermek istedi\u011fimiz \u015f\u00fcphesiz<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendirilmeye de\u011ferdir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc zorla el koymad\u0131r.<br \/>\nTecav\u00fcz sadece bir kad\u0131n bedenine indirgenmemelidir. Tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc be\u015f bin<br \/>\ny\u0131ll\u0131k egemenlikli erkek sisteminin felsefesi haline gelmi\u015ftir. Her \u015feye zorla<br \/>\nel koyan, talan eden, i\u015fgal eden, \u015fiddetle sahip olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr.<br \/>\nZihinsel boyutu, felsefik boyutu, psikolojik boyutu var. Ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131na<br \/>\nsindirilmi\u015f, kabul ettirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi haline gelmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nToplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fin bunun \u00fczerine geli\u015fti\u011fi b\u00f6ylesi bir sistem ve ya\u015fam<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde kad\u0131n\u0131n yeri kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc kad\u0131n \u00fczerine<br \/>\ntahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kuran erkek zihniyetinin, kad\u0131n\u0131n ruhunu, fizi\u011fini, bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131,<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 bir atom gibi parampar\u00e7a etmesidir. Kad\u0131n ad\u0131na hi\u00e7bir \u015fey<br \/>\nb\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n bu eril zihniyet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tir tir titremektedir.<br \/>\nToplumsal ahlak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri bitirilmi\u015ftir. Bu g\u00fcn e\u011fer d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda<br \/>\nher g\u00fcn y\u00fczlerce kad\u0131n tecav\u00fcze maruz kal\u0131yorsa, e\u011fer d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde<br \/>\nhala kad\u0131n erkekle e\u015fit stat\u00fcye sahip de\u011filse, e\u011fer kad\u0131n hala katlediliyor, intihar<br \/>\netmeye s\u00fcr\u00fckleniyor, diri diri topra\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve recm ediliyorsa \u015f\u00fcphesiz bu<br \/>\ntecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sonucudur. Bu da bir tecav\u00fczd\u00fcr. B\u00fct\u00fcn toplumun<br \/>\nderinliklerine kad\u0131n\u0131 yerle\u015ftirerek, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakimiyeti<br \/>\ncinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fi kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde deneyerek, kad\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek topluma hakim olmaya<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir sistem var. \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz bunu be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k verili sistemin<br \/>\ntecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olarak de\u011ferlendirdi. Bu \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir tarihsel tespittir.<br \/>\nKat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir tespit, a\u015fmam\u0131z gereken bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr. Bunun b\u00f6yle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesi laz\u0131m.
