Fa\u015fist \u00c7ete h\u00fckumeti AKP-MHP, Hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7lerin onay\u0131 ve teknik deste\u011fiyle ve bunun\nyan\u0131nda i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i Barzani ailesini de yan\u0131na alarak Ba\u015fur K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a yeni bir i\u015fgal sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131lar. 17 Nisan\u2019da ba\u015flayan i\u015fgal sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 (s\u00f6zde Pen\u00e7e Kilit operasyonu) mevcut durumda Gerillan\u0131n tarihi direni\u015fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kilitlenmi\u015f ve \u00e7ak\u0131l\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcnde bazen 50\u2019yi a\u015fan u\u00e7ak sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 ve bunun yan\u0131nda al\u00e7ak\u00e7a kimyasal bombalar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen halen sonu\u00e7 alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, TC devleti gerilla direni\u015f kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r kay\u0131plar vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gerillan\u0131n yeni sava\u015f takti\u011fi, bunun yan\u0131nda fedai APO\u2019cu ruhuna sahip olmas\u0131yla i\u015fgale ge\u00e7it vermedi\u011fi gibi \u015fimdiye kadar bu i\u015fgal sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n T.C\u2019nin istedi\u011fi d\u00fczeyde geli\u015fmemesine neden olmu\u015ftur . Gerilla t\u00fcm yetenek ve g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc a\u015farak direnme ve i\u015fgalcileri bu kutsal topraklarda bar\u0131nd\u0131rmayaca\u011f\u0131na dair kahramanca sava\u015f tarz\u0131 ve iradesiyle ve alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu sonu\u00e7larla g\u00f6stermektedir. Yakla\u015f\u0131k iki y\u0131ld\u0131r K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin geli\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu \u2018Dem Dema Azadiye\u2019 hamlesine hareket olarak kendisini \u00d6nder APO\u2019nun fiziki \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc amac\u0131na kilitlemi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Ve bu temelde de Stratejisi olan Devrimci Halk Sava\u015f\u0131na t\u00fcm Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile g\u00f6rev ve sorumluklar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fa\u015fist \u00c7ete h\u00fckumetine son darbeyi vurabilmek i\u00e7in Devrimci Halk Sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru anlay\u0131p ona g\u00f6re sorumluk ve duru\u015f i\u00e7erisinde olmak gerekiyor. Bu noktada halen toplumsal alanda eksik ve s\u00fcreklile\u015fen bir eylemsellik hareketinin a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, uygulamada teredd\u00fctlerin-yetersizliklerin oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Devrimci Halk Sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru anla\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve sorumluklar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmamaya g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcn etkenler nedir, d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n kullanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu sava\u015f y\u00f6ntem ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131 nedir, her yerde tepkinin ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeyde olmamas\u0131, ayn\u0131 duygular\u0131n ve iradenin a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 fakt\u00f6r\u00fc nedir gibi bir\u00e7ok sor sorula bilir.\nBu noktada AKP-MHP gibi Fa\u015fist \u00c7ete olan Ulus Devlet yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131, kullanm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 \u00d6zel Sava\u015f y\u00f6ntemi nedir diye \u00fczerinde durmak gerekiyor. Kavram olarak yabanc\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz veya ilk defa duymam\u0131\u015f olsak da, \u00d6zel Sava\u015f y\u00f6ntemleriyle yarat\u0131lmak istenilen nedir, neyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor, birey ve toplumu ne hale getirmek istiyor diye s\u00fcrekli sorgulamak gerekiyor. \u00d6zel Sava\u015f bildi\u011fimiz klasik sava\u015f 21.yy\u2019da daha modern bi\u00e7imidir diye izah etsek, bu izah eksik ve yan\u0131lg\u0131l\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 kadar bizim ona kar\u015f\u0131 do\u011fru m\u00fccadele edemememizi de beraberinde getirecektir. Her ne kadar \u00d6zel Sava\u015f kavram\u0131 i\u00e7inde Sava\u015f kavram\u0131n\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yorsa da, bunun salt askeri olarak bildi\u011fimiz klasik s\u00f6m\u00fcrge sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan bir durum oldu\u011funu bilmek gerekiyor. Klasik sava\u015flar, belirlenmi\u015f olan d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 fiziki olarak imha etme ve iradesini k\u0131rma-h\u00fckmetme, bunun olabilmesi i\u00e7in kaba ve a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde uygulama y\u00f6ntemi olarak ifade edilmektedir. \u00d6zel sava\u015f ise topluma kar\u015f\u0131 hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7lerin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczenlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmeleri i\u00e7in olu\u015fturduklar\u0131\nsava\u015f tarz\u0131 olarak ifade edilebilir. Yani hedef bir b\u00fct\u00fcn toplum ve toplumla ilgili hangi alan varsa ona kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6ntem ve ara\u00e7larla sava\u015f y\u00fcr\u00fctme bi\u00e7imi olmaktad\u0131r. Y\u00f6ntemi kaba veya \u015fiddet ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak devreye koyma de\u011filse de bunlar\u0131 hi\u00e7 uygulamayaca\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmiyor.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esas burada hedef olan birey ve toplum olmaktad\u0131r. Birey ve toplumun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve duygular\u0131na h\u00fckmetme-y\u00f6nlendirme hedefi esas al\u0131n\u0131yor. Bunun uygulanabilmesi i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir kural \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel de\u011fildir daha do\u011frusu tan\u0131mamaktad\u0131r. Zaten \u00d6zel Sava\u015f i\u00e7inde ba\u015fka bir isim olarak da Kurals\u0131z Sava\u015f denilmektedir. 2. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131 ABD taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen bu sava\u015f tarz\u0131 giderek t\u00fcm S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan benimsenerek, bununla Halklar\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelelerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fa g\u00f6re uyarlan\u0131p y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sava\u015f tarz\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Toplumun Psikolojik, Ekonomik, Siyasal, Sosyal ve K\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlarda h\u00e2kimiyetini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmesi i\u00e7in her yolu kendisine reva g\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zel Sava\u015f\u0131n temel amac\u0131 toplumun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve duygular\u0131na h\u00fckmetme oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, her alan\u0131 kendisine g\u00f6re tekrar uyarlayarak uzun vadeli stratejileri belirlenmektedir. Bu anlamda yalan\u0131 do\u011fru, siyah\u0131 beyaz, k\u00f6t\u00fcy\u00fc de iyi g\u00f6sterme, toplum b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc par\u00e7alayarak k\u00f6le ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrmeye raz\u0131 haline getirme sava\u015f\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. \u0130stenildi\u011fi gibi kontrol edilen, y\u00f6nlendirilen, sorgulamayan, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci g\u00fc\u00e7le \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmayan, \u00f6z iradesinden yoksun, umudu k\u0131r\u0131lan, d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fman olarak g\u00f6rmeyen, cesareti ve inanc\u0131 olmayan, devlete ba\u015fkald\u0131rmayan toplum ve bireyler yarat\u0131lmak istenmektedir. Kaba anlamda bildi\u011fimiz Sava\u015f fiziki imhay\u0131 hedefliyorsa, \u00d6zel Sava\u015f da toplumun ruhsal \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc hedefleyerek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczenini koruma ve garantiye esas hedef al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Egemen G\u00fc\u00e7ler \u00d6zel Sava\u015f\u0131n hayat bulabilmesi i\u00e7in her anlamda imk\u00e2n ve olanak tan\u0131yarak kendisine g\u00f6re olu\u015fturmu\u015f oldu\u011fu uyduruk baz\u0131 yasalarla korumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. <span style=\"font-family: 'PT Serif'; font-size: 16px;\">Bu <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'PT Serif'; font-size: 16px;\">anlamda bir b\u00fct\u00fcn bu Sava\u015f her ne kadar gizli y\u00f6nleri bulunsa da, a\u00e7\u0131k ve yasal <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'PT Serif'; font-size: 16px;\">olarak <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'PT Serif'; font-size: 16px;\">\u00e7e\u015fitli toplumsal alanlarda ba\u015fka isimler ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.\u00a0<\/span>\u00d6zel Sava\u015f\u0131n bir y\u00f6ntemi de Psikolojik Sava\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Psikoloji insan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyen bilim dal\u0131d\u0131r, yani insan\u0131n neden, ni\u00e7in ve nas\u0131l davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Psikolojik Sava\u015f ise bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 yaparak birey ve toplumun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, duygu ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na h\u00fckmetme, yine kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00f6nlendirme ve hakikati ters y\u00fcz etme olayd\u0131r. S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci g\u00fc\u00e7ler i\u015fgali s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in birey ve toplumun duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini s\u00fcrekli farkl\u0131 alg\u0131larla denetim alt\u0131nda tutarak \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzatabiliyorlar. Bireyin nas\u0131l\nya\u015famas\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesi ve nas\u0131l davranmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine, olay ve olgular\u0131 nas\u0131l ele almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ona hissettirmeyerek y\u00f6nlendirirler. Bu noktada Psikolojik Sava\u015f\u0131n esas rol\u00fc bu olmaktad\u0131r. Ara\u00e7 olarak Bas\u0131n-Medya, sanal medya, akademiler, \u00e7e\u015fitli toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, ara\u015ft\u0131rma- inceleme kurulu\u015flar\u0131, diziler, \u00fcniversiteler, k\u0131sacas\u0131 toplumla ilgili t\u00fcm alanlara s\u0131zarak birey ahlak ve politikadan yoksun k\u0131l\u0131narak onu s\u00f6m\u00fcrmeye raz\u0131 haline getirmektedir. Di\u011fer taraftan Bas\u0131n-Medya ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla bireyin duygu d\u00fcnyas\u0131na girerek belirli duygular\u0131 (kayg\u0131, korku, k\u00fcsme, kendinden memnunluk, hayalcilik, g\u00fcvensizlik, kabullenme, pi\u015fmanl\u0131k, teslim olma vb.) duygular\u0131 tahrik ederek, baz\u0131 duygularda (cesaret, empati, g\u00fcven, nefret, co\u015fku, intikam, kin vb.) a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in buna g\u00f6re dizi, m\u00fczik medya ve bas\u0131n kurulu\u015flar\u0131 \u00fczerinde y\u00f6nlendirme yapmaktad\u0131r. Kurdistan\u2019da bireylerin baz\u0131 olaylar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tepki, kin, intikam duygusu ya\u015farken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 da ayn\u0131 olay\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda korku, kayg\u0131 ve teslim olma duygusu ya\u015f\u0131yorsa bunun topluma kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Psikolojik sava\u015fla alakas\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilmek gerekir. Bu anlamda bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak \u00d6zel Sava\u015f \u0130deolojik bir y\u00f6nelim olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zel Sava\u015f yukarda belirtmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz gibi birey ve toplumun t\u00fcm ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyerek toplumu sindirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011fu bu \u00d6zel Sava\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131, t\u00fcm alanlarda halk \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc esas al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Birey ve toplum ancak ahlak ve do\u011fru politik duru\u015fla varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilece\u011fini bilerek s\u00fcrekli bunu esas almal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zel sava\u015f y\u00f6ntemleri ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fhir ederek, toplumun her alanda \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmelidir. Ve bu m\u00fccadele tarz\u0131 s\u00fcrekli k\u0131l\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fccadelemizin ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u2018Dem Dema Azadiy\u00ea\u2019 hamlesini ya\u015fam\u0131n\nher alan\u0131nda en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015fekilde kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayarak, b\u00f6ylelikle bu \u00d6zel sava\u015f politikalar\u0131 bo\u015fa
