Bu sava\u015f; askeri alan\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra siyasi, ekonomik, diplomatik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ideolojik y\u00f6n\u00fc a\u011f\u0131r basan yeni bir \u00f6zel ve psikolojik sava\u015ft\u0131r. &nbsp;Fa\u015fist T.C. Devleti b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6nleriyle y\u0131llard\u0131r K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olan kurals\u0131z \u00f6zel psikolojik sava\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. Gayri Nizam\u0131 Harp\u2019dan tutal\u0131m istikrar y\u00f6ntemleriyle K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 psikolojik sava\u015f politikalar\u0131yla yok etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n t\u00fcm par\u00e7alar\u0131nda T\u00fcrk devletiyle birlikte ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 kimi y\u00f6ntemler ile yeni bir sald\u0131r\u0131 politikas\u0131 devam ediyor. Soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 T.C. Devleti \u00f6zellikle 17 Nisan tarihinden itibaren bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131llara oranla daha farkl\u0131 bir \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikas\u0131n\u0131 devreye koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; T\u00fcrk fa\u015fist devleti planlanm\u0131\u015f, psikolojik operasyonlarla; toplumun \u00f6nc\u00fclerini ya da toplumun temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden sorumlu olan K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere; devrimcilere, sosyalist siyasi partilere, ST\u00d6\u2019lere, sendikal hareketlere, kad\u0131nlara, gen\u00e7lere y\u00f6nelik olarak yap\u0131lan ve onlar\u0131n hislerini, g\u00fc\u00e7lerini, toplumsal m\u00fccadelelerini de\u011fi\u015fik y\u00f6ntemlerle par\u00e7alay\u0131p sonuca gitmek istiyor. Bundan dolay\u0131 AKP ve MHP art\u0131k NATO\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 bir sava\u015f rejimidir. Rejimlerin \u00f6zel sava\u015fa g\u00f6re \u015fekillenmesi ve bu boyuta d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi asl\u0131nda \u00f6zel sava\u015f\u0131n alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu en korkun\u00e7 bi\u00e7imi olmaktad\u0131r. Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 devlet ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kendi iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in bir ama\u00e7 haline getirmi\u015ftir. Ama\u00e7 haline gelmi\u015f ara\u00e7lar ise her \u015feyi; ekonomiyi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, siyaseti kendi hizmetinde kullan\u0131r. Y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6zel sava\u015f onun as\u0131l varl\u0131k gerek\u00e7esi haline gelmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Bununla birlikte; y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikalar\u0131yla toplumu mankurtla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ayn\u0131 zamanda kullanmaya haz\u0131r kesimleri de olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a d\u00f6n\u00fck sald\u0131r\u0131larda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi KDP ve onun t\u00fcrevleri T\u00fcrk sava\u015f rejiminin hizmetinde kendi halk\u0131n\u0131 katletmeye d\u00f6n\u00fck bir i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7erisindedir. &nbsp;\u0130\u015fbirlik\u00e7i KDP bug\u00fcn T.C.nin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikas\u0131 i\u00e7inde yer alarak kendi halk\u0131na ihanet etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; T\u00fcrk fa\u015fist devleti yukar\u0131da da belirti\u011fimiz gibi; b\u00fct\u00fcn ideolojik psikolojik sava\u015f ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak harekete ge\u00e7mi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Bundan dolay\u0131;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1-Y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sava\u015fta K\u00fcrdistan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck gerillas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tarihi bir yenilgi alan T\u00fcrk fa\u015fist devleti; sava\u015ftan beslenen fa\u015fist-\u015foven kesimin moralini y\u00fckseltme yollar\u0131n\u0131 aramaktad\u0131r. Asker \u00f6l\u00fclerini saklay\u0131p onun yerine ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldu\u011fu halde sporda milli ma\u00e7lar\u0131 ve T\u00fcrk tak\u0131mlar\u0131n Avrupa maceralar\u0131, yar\u0131\u015fmalarda birincilik, ekonomide enflasyon e\u011filimi, kendilerini \u00f6v\u00fcc\u00fc beyanatlar vb. bunlar\u0131n hepsi \u00f6zel sava\u015f malzemesidir. Kendi morallerini y\u00fckseltmek i\u00e7in yapar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2- Karalama ve iftira gibi y\u00f6ntemlerle yerelden genele kadar toplumun t\u00fcm \u00f6nemli \u015fahsiyetlerinin etkinliklerini yok etmeye, onlar\u0131n yerine toplumda yoz ki\u015filikleri \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3-T\u00fcrk devleti kara propaganda ile her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bas\u0131n- yay\u0131n organlar\u0131na s\u0131zarak ince bir taktikle insanlar\u0131 birbirine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. Yalan- yanl\u0131\u015f haberlerle toplumun bilincini mu\u011flakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Bundan dolay\u0131 propaganda genel olarak \u00f6zel sava\u015f\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir y\u00f6n\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bunun sebebi propagandan\u0131n alg\u0131lar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede kilit bir rol oynamas\u0131d\u0131r. Kitleleri \u00f6rg\u00fctlemede, kendi kamuoylar\u0131nda sahte zaferler olu\u015fturup desteklerini alma ve tarafs\u0131z olan g\u00fc\u00e7leri kendine \u00e7ekmede oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol\u00fc propaganda ile sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Propaganda s\u0131cak sava\u015f kadar tehlikelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sava\u015fta insan bedensel zarara u\u011frayabilir fakat propagandan\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 psikolojik sald\u0131r\u0131da ise alabilece\u011fi ruhsal darbelerin uzun s\u00fcre etkisi kalabilmektedir. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 haber ve yay\u0131nlarda alg\u0131lar\u0131 \u015fekillendirmede, kavray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmede y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sistemli bir sava\u015f giri\u015fimidir. Buradaki temel ama\u00e7; kendi \u00e7ete ordular\u0131n\u0131n manevi g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00fcksek tutmak, kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n moralini bozmak, karars\u0131zlar\u0131 kendi taraf\u0131na \u00e7ekmek. \u00d6zellikle 2015-2016 y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki \u00f6z y\u00f6netim direni\u015flerinde fa\u015fist T.C. Devleti Ekin Van yolda\u015f\u0131n \u00e7\u0131plak bedenini meydanlar da nas\u0131l te\u015fhir edildi\u011fine tan\u0131k olduk. \u015e\u0131rnak\u2019ta Hac\u0131 Birlik, Silopya\u2019da Taybet Anan\u0131n naa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l sokaklarda sergilenerek i\u015fkence edildi\u011fi, Cizre bodrumlar\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce yurtsever devrimci halk\u0131 nas\u0131l diri diri yak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015fehitliklere nas\u0131l sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve unutmayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir durumdur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4-Uluslararas\u0131 alanda sava\u015fta muaf tutulmas\u0131 gereken kesimler vard\u0131r. ST\u00d6, gazeteciler, sa\u011fl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar, insan haklar\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131, kad\u0131nlar, &nbsp;\u00e7ocuklar ve din g\u00f6revlileri diyebilece\u011fimiz kesimler sava\u015ftan muaf tutulanlard\u0131r. Fakat T\u00fcrk Devleti y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6zel sava\u015fta uluslararas\u0131 alanda kabul edilmi\u015f hi\u00e7bir kural-kaide tan\u0131mamakta ve muaf tutulan ki\u015filerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da yoklu\u011fu kendisi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli de\u011fildir. Hepsini \u00e7ok rahat bir \u015fekilde imha edebilmektedir. Yine ele ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi insanlar\u0131n kafas\u0131n\u0131 kesebilmekte, cesetleriyle oynayabilmektedir. Ve bunlar\u0131 kendisi i\u00e7in bir zafer ni\u015fan\u0131 ya da \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00e7 payesi haline getirmektedir. \u00d6zel sava\u015f\u0131, \u00f6zel harek\u00e2t olarak ele al\u0131p, onun ama\u00e7la, toplum ya\u015fam\u0131yla ve gelece\u011fiyle ile ilgili olan boyutunu hesaplayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fullarda s\u00fcrekli ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan olgulard\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte T\u00fcrk fa\u015fist devleti K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da bunu \u00f6zel sava\u015f y\u00f6ntemiyle uygulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve uygulamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sonu\u00e7 ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikalar\u0131yla K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketine kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle AKP-MHP-KDP ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini bilerek \u00f6zel sava\u015f kapsam\u0131nda ele almak durumunday\u0131z. E\u011fer ona g\u00f6re ele al\u0131rsak \u00f6rg\u00fctleme m\u00fccadelemizde buna g\u00f6re \u015fekillenecektir. En b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve eylem, AKP- MHP-KDP fa\u015fizmine kar\u015f\u0131 kendi alternatif sistemimizi olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r. Demokratik Konfederalizm\u2019in kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam\u0131 toplumda temel ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan da \u00f6zg\u00fcr birey ger\u00e7e\u011fi ile demokratik kom\u00fcn ger\u00e7e\u011fi ya da demokratik topluluklar ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok durmal\u0131y\u0131z. Demokratik kom\u00fcn olmay\u0131, topluluk olmay\u0131, bu temelde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve ya\u015famay\u0131 esas almak, toplumu bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede yeniden \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek, in\u015fa etmek, geli\u015ftirmek esast\u0131r. Tabanda, yerelde toplumun \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi, toplumun t\u00fcm ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7inde kendi iradesi ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi esast\u0131r. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck olmadan T\u00fcrk fa\u015fist devletinin \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele olmaz. Kendi m\u00fccadelemiz sonucunda yeni ya\u015fam modelimizi pratikle\u015ftirme diye bir sorunumuz var. Bu olgular bizi \u00f6zel sava\u015f\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bi\u00e7imin do\u011fru kavranmas\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcrecektir. Bu do\u011fru kavrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde T\u00fcrk Devleti\u2019nin K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc m\u00fccadeleler y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye g\u00f6t\u00fcrecektir.
