D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 taraf ve iki ideolojik \u00e7izgi, paradigma vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Birinci \u00c7izgi:<\/strong> D\u00fcnyay\u0131 yeniden \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na g\u00f6re bi\u00e7imlendirmek isteyen k\u00fcresel sermaye g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin \u00e7izgisidir. ABD, Rusya, \u0130ngiltere, AB, \u00c7in ve Yahudi sermaye tekelleri olarak \u0130srail\u2019 de bu blokta yer almaktad\u0131r.&nbsp; Bu blok kapitalist modernitenin k\u00fcresel e\u011filimini temsil etmektedir.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130kinci \u00c7izgi;<\/strong> K\u00fcresel sisteme ba\u011fl\u0131 ancak b\u00f6lgesel \u00f6l\u00e7ekteki T\u00fcrk, Arap ve Fars ulus-devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayanan tek\u00e7i, milliyet\u00e7i, dinci ve stat\u00fckocu s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci g\u00fc\u00e7lerin \u00e7izgisidir. Stat\u00fckocu Ulus-devlet iktidarlar\u0131yla k\u00fcresel sermaye tekelleri ars\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde de \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma vard\u0131r. Ancak b\u00fcy\u00fck sava\u015f\u0131n merkezi Ortado\u011fu\u2019dur. 3. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 k\u00fcresel sermaye tekellerinin Ortado\u011fu\u2019yu yeniden d\u00fczenleme plan\u0131na dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan b\u00f6lgedeki ulus-devlet sistemleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve sava\u015f ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Birinci ve ikinci \u00e7izgi \u00f6zde ayn\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u0131kar ve g\u00fc\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131 veren devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve kapitalist modernitenin iki blo\u011fudurlar. \u0130ktidarc\u0131, devlet\u00e7i, cinsiyet\u00e7i, milliyet\u00e7i, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci paradigman\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7leridirler. Aralar\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma stat\u00fckolar\u0131n\u0131 koruma ve hegemon olma istemlerinden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7izgi:<\/strong> Demokratik Uygarl\u0131k gelene\u011fine dayanan ve alternatif olarak geli\u015fen Demokratik Modernite \u00e7izgisidir. Demokratik Modernite demokratik toplum perspektifine dayal\u0131 geli\u015fen Demokratik Ulus \u00e7izgisidir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, ekolojik, halklar\u0131n e\u015fit ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr birli\u011fine dayanan adil ve e\u015fitlik\u00e7i Demokratik Sosyalist \u00e7izgidir. Demokratik Ulus modeliyle Demokratik Ortado\u011fu Konfederasyonu ve D\u00fcnya Demokratik Uluslar Konfederasyonu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc esas alan Demokratik Modernite \u00e7izgisi Rojava Devrimiyle Kuzey-Do\u011fu Suriye\u2019de kendini \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7izgi olarak sistemle\u015ftirmektedir. Rojava Kuzey-Do\u011fu Suriye devrimine y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan yo\u011fun sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n amac\u0131 yeni modernite in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 engellemektir. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistem sava\u015f\u0131nda egemen g\u00fc\u00e7ler i\u00e7in insan haklar\u0131n\u0131n, hukuk ve ahlak\u0131n bir de\u011feri yoktur. Bu olgulara bel ba\u011flamak, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc bunlara endekslemek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yan\u0131lg\u0131d\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan Demokratik Modernitenin en \u00f6nemli y\u00f6n\u00fc Me\u015fru Savunma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 en yetkince kullanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Demokratik Modernite bir taraftan Devlet+Demokrasi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla kapitalist sistemle diyalog ve politik uzla\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcrken di\u011fer taraftan da ideolojik m\u00fccadelesini, savunmas\u0131n\u0131 ve ilerleyi\u015fini \u00f6z \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dayand\u0131r\u0131r. Sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendini \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc k\u0131lar. Demokratik Modernite siyasal demokratik hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini toplumsal \u00d6z Savunma \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle sa\u011flar. Devrimci Halk Sava\u015f\u0131 Demokratik Modernite sisteminin \u00d6z Savunma stratejisidir. Kapitalist modernite g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin imha sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 Demokratik Modernitenin savunma stratejisi Devrimci Halk Sava\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde hayati \u00f6nemdedir. 3. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda Demokratik Modernite in\u015fas\u0131nda Devrimci Halk Sava\u015f\u0131 belirleyici konumdad\u0131r. Devrimci Halk Sava\u015f\u0131 olmadan hi\u00e7bir uzla\u015fma ve in\u015fa ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmez, toplumsal sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemez, insan haklar\u0131ndan, hukuktan, demokratik siyasetten, demokrasiden ve \u00f6z y\u00f6netimden bahsedilemez. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ORTADO\u011eU\u2019DA ASIL SAVA\u015e S\u00d6M\u00dcRGEC\u0130 T\u00dcRK REJ\u0130M\u0130 \u015eAHSINDA KAP\u0130TAL\u0130ST MODERN\u0130TE \u0130LE K\u00dcRT \u00d6ZG\u00dcRL\u00dcK HAREKET\u0130 \u015eAHSINDA DEMOKRAT\u0130K MODERN\u0130TE ARASINDA YA\u015eANMAKTADIR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi 50 y\u0131ld\u0131r T\u00fcrk soyk\u0131r\u0131m rejimi \u015fahs\u0131nda k\u00fcresel sitemle m\u00fccadele i\u00e7indedir. K\u00fcrt soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek failleri; Soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmini kurgulayan Yahudi sermayesi, \u0130ngiltere, Amerika, Fransa ve Alman emperyalizmidir. K\u00fcrtleri ink\u00e2r ve imha s\u00fcrecine alan soyk\u0131r\u0131m Lozan anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan da yine bu g\u00fc\u00e7ler olmu\u015ftur. Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi kapitalist modernitenin milliyetsiz dev\u015firmelerden do\u011furttu\u011fu toplumla T\u00fcrkl\u00fck, K\u00fcrtl\u00fck ve di\u011fer Anadolu\u2019daki halklarla da bir ilgisi olmayan \u00fcsten zorla dayat\u0131lan siyasi pi\u00e7 bir sistemdir. Soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 T\u00fcrk devleti 3. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 tamamen i\u015fgal etme, K\u00fcrt soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 tamamlama ve egemenlik s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fleterek b\u00f6lgede hegemon olma f\u0131rsat\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirmektedir. En b\u00fcy\u00fck engel g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketini ve \u00d6nderli\u011fini tasfiye etmek i\u00e7in k\u00fcresel sistemin deste\u011fini de alarak t\u00fcm imkanlar\u0131n\u0131 seferber etmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan ve Rojava i\u015fgal sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131, Hareketin kadro ve y\u00f6netimlerini hedef alan suikastlar, gerillaya kar\u015f\u0131 yasakl\u0131 kimyasal silahlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 dahil yo\u011fun imha operasyonlar\u0131 k\u00fcresel sistemin onay\u0131 ve deste\u011fiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. \u0130ki paradigman\u0131n sava\u015f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur. PKK kadro ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 Demokratik Modernitenin kadro ve militanlar\u0131 olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in kapitalist sistem temsilcileri taraf\u0131ndan imha edilmesi gereken b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlike olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. \u0130mral\u0131 tecridi ve PKK\u2019ye y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131rlar Demokratik Modernite sistemini \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fcz b\u0131rakmak ve geli\u015fimini engellemek i\u00e7indir.&nbsp; B\u00fct\u00fcn kapitalist sistem g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin PKK\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 ortak hareket etmesi ayn\u0131 paradigmaya dayanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6nderlik Demokratik Modernite sisteminin ideolojik, teorik, politik ve stratejik kuramc\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Kapitalist sistem temsilcilerinin \u00d6nderli\u011fi \u0130mral\u0131 i\u015fkence sisteminde a\u011f\u0131r tecrit alt\u0131nda tutma \u00e7abas\u0131 bundan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00d6nderli\u011fin Hareketle, halklarla, devrimci ve demokrasi g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle olan ili\u015fkilerini keserek, s\u00fcrece m\u00fcdahale etmesini engellemek, K\u00fcrdistan ve Ortado\u011fu Devrimini perspektifsiz b\u0131rakmay\u0131 hedeflemektedirler. Sistemleri i\u00e7in \u2018<strong>\u2019b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlike\u2019\u2019<\/strong> g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri \u00d6nderlik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin insanl\u0131\u011fa ula\u015fmas\u0131ndan korkmaktad\u0131rlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00d6nderlik alternatif paradigman\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011fidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0130mral\u0131 tecrit sistemi T\u00fcrk devletini de a\u015fan uluslararas\u0131 sistemin bir uygulamas\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devletine verilen <strong>\u201cgardiyanl\u0131k\u201d<\/strong> g\u00f6revidir. \u0130mral\u0131 iki paradigman\u0131n, iki modernitenin sava\u015f alan\u0131d\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131-iktidarc\u0131-devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k paradigmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 alternatif paradigma geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ve bunun devrimci sava\u015f\u0131na \u00f6nderlik etti\u011fi i\u00e7in kapitalist hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7ler \u00d6nderli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 komplo ve \u0130mral\u0131 sistemini geli\u015ftirerek yeni paradigmay\u0131 tasfiye etmek istediler. \u00d6nderlik; <strong>\u2018\u2019\u0130mral\u0131 en yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, derinle\u015fmi\u015f sava\u015f merkezi konumundad\u0131r. (..)<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>\u0130mral\u0131\u2019da<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>ki durum; eski paradigmayla yeni paradigman\u0131n yani kapitalist modernite ile Demokratik modernitenin oda\u011f\u0131, en amans\u0131z sava\u015f\u0131m yeri konumundad\u0131r. Devlet\u00e7i, iktidarc\u0131 paradigma ile \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, demokratik paradigman\u0131n, bu iki \u00e7izginin, sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n oda\u011f\u0131 konumundad\u0131r<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><strong>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0130mral\u0131 sistemine, paradigmal temelde bak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong><strong>\u2019\u2019<\/strong>demektedir.&nbsp; \u00d6nderlik ve PKK\u2019nin b\u00f6ylesi tarihsel bir direni\u015fi ger\u00e7e\u011fi vard\u0131r. \u00d6nderlik ve PKK ger\u00e7e\u011fi yine \u0130mral\u0131 sistemi ve \u00d6nderlik direni\u015fi anla\u015f\u0131lmadan 3. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyadaki hi\u00e7bir siyasal geli\u015fme anla\u015f\u0131lamaz, tan\u0131mlanamaz ve kapitalist sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 devrimci m\u00fccadele verilemez verilse de ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olunamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>KAP\u0130TAL\u0130ST MODERN\u0130TEYE KAR\u015eI \u00c7\u00d6Z\u00dcM DEMOKRAT\u0130K MODERN\u0130TE \u00c7\u0130ZG\u0130S\u0130NDE GEL\u0130\u015eMEKTED\u0130R<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapitalist modernite do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kriz ve sorunlarla devam ettirmektedir. 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda ba\u015fvurulan<strong> \u2018\u2019K\u00fcresellik\u2019\u2019<\/strong> hamlesi kapitalist sistemin bio-iktidar tarz\u0131nda ezilen s\u0131n\u0131flara, halklara, kad\u0131nlara, gen\u00e7lere y\u00f6nelik geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi k\u00fcresel ideolojik, politik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ekonomik ve ekolojik bir sald\u0131r\u0131 bi\u00e7imidir. <strong>K\u00fcresellik;<\/strong> insanl\u0131\u011fa ve do\u011faya kar\u015f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck sald\u0131r\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki havan\u0131n, suyun, topra\u011f\u0131n, madenlerin, enerji rezervlerinin ve bizzat toplumun kendisini sonuna kadar k\u00fcresel sermayenin kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7makt\u0131r. Demokratik Modernite sistemi buna kar\u015f\u0131 <strong>\u2018\u2019K\u00fcresel Demokrasi\u2019\u2019<\/strong> tezi ve <strong>Demokratik, Ekolojik, Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc Toplum paradigmas\u0131yla<\/strong> cevap vermektedir. 20. Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n \u2018\u2019ulus-devlet\u2019\u2019 modeli 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n finans-kapital sistemi i\u00e7in dar kalmaktad\u0131r. Eski siyasal yap\u0131lar\u0131n&nbsp; \u2018<strong>\u2019k\u00fcresel pazar ekonomisi\u2019\u2019<\/strong> ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re yeniden d\u00fczenlemesi gerekmektedir. <strong>\u2018\u2019Global ticaret sistemi\u2019\u2019<\/strong> veya <strong>\u2018\u2019serbest ticaret\u2019\u2019<\/strong> denilen K\u00fcreselcilik finans-kapitalin global iktidar sistemini ifade etmektedir. Bu bak\u0131mdan k\u00fcresellik denen politika uluslararas\u0131 kapitalist tekellerin ulus-devlet s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015farak hi\u00e7bir engele ve m\u00fcdahaleye maruz kalmadan pazar alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmeyi hedefleyen bir s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirme bi\u00e7imidir. Engel hale gelen baz\u0131 ulus-devletlerin y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p par\u00e7alara b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesi, yeni devletlerin kurulmas\u0131, i\u00e7 sava\u015flar bu plana ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak geli\u015ftirildi. 1. ve 2. K\u00f6rfez sava\u015flar\u0131, Afganistan, \u0131rak, Suriye, Libya askeri m\u00fcdahaleleri bu projeyle hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Ulus devlet sistemindeki kriz b\u00f6ylece a\u015f\u0131lmak istenmi\u015ftir. Fakat tersine kriz, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve sava\u015f daha da derinle\u015fmi\u015f ve sorunlar artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1991 K\u00f6rfez sava\u015f\u0131yla ba\u011flayan 3. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 Rusya-Ukrayna sava\u015f\u0131yla alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fleterek devem etmektedir. Yeni alanlara s\u0131\u00e7rayacak bu hegemonik sava\u015f\u0131n nereye kadar gidece\u011fi bilinmemektedir. N\u00fckleer silahlar\u0131n bile kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bir \u015fiddet evresine kadar gidece\u011fi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ihtimaldir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finans-kapital sistem krizin kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcresel kapitalist sistemin sanal sermaye tekeli topluma kar\u015f\u0131 bir imha operasyondur. Finans-kapital sistemi toplumu da\u011f\u0131lmayla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze getirmi\u015ftir. <strong>\u2018\u2019Toplum k\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u2019<\/strong> faaliyetiyle toplumun maddi, manevi, ahlaki ve politik de\u011ferleri par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sermaye egemenli\u011findeki medya ve \u2018\u2019sosyal ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131\u2019\u2019 topluma kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten en a\u011f\u0131r ve etkili silah durumundad\u0131r. Milliyet\u00e7ilik, dincilik, cinsiyet\u00e7ilik, bilimcilik, sinema, sanat ve spor ad\u0131yla toplumu her g\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6kertmektedir. K\u00fcresel \u015firketlerin \u00f6zel m\u00fclk\u00fc haline gelen medya ikinci analitik ak\u0131l d\u00fczeyinde toplum \u00fczerinde g\u00fcnl\u00fck kesintisiz bir yozla\u015ft\u0131rma, aptalla\u015ft\u0131rma, belleksizle\u015ftirme ve s\u00fcr\u00fcle\u015ftirme operasyonlar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmekte ve <strong>\u2018\u2019sanal toplum\u2019\u2019<\/strong> yaratmaktad\u0131r. <strong>Sanal toplum<\/strong> toplumun ger\u00e7ek olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kopyalanmas\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Sanal toplum bio-iktidar\u0131n sahte insan ve toplum yaratma faaliyetidir.<\/strong> Bio-iktidar tarz\u0131yla beyinleriyle de\u011fil g\u00fcd\u00fcleriyle ve mideleriyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen (d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme yetilerini yitiren) biyolojik ya\u015fama mahk\u00fbm edilmi\u015f insan s\u00fcr\u00fcleri yarat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kapitalist k\u00fclt\u00fcrle insan olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan insan varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir metaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp kapitalist sistemin bir nesnesi haline getirilip de\u011fersizle\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kendisini sonul uygarl\u0131k ilan eden kapitalist sistem s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131z kar h\u0131rs\u0131yla gezegenimizin do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 da t\u00fcketerek ya\u015fanmaz hale getirmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkiye ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da k\u00fcresel neoliberal politikalar\u0131n en iyi uygulay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 AKP iktidar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Uluslararas\u0131 sermaye tekkelerine verdi\u011fi hizmet dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Erdo\u011fan AKP\u2019si 22 y\u0131ld\u0131r iktidarda tutulmakta, K\u00fcrt soyk\u0131r\u0131m politikalar\u0131 dahil her t\u00fcrl\u00fc destek verilmektedir. 22 y\u0131ll\u0131k AKP icraatlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n Do\u011fu de\u011ferlerine sald\u0131ran bir ABD ve Bat\u0131 k\u00fcresel sermaye tekellerinin ajan\u0131 oldu\u011fu rahatl\u0131kla anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7 olarak:<\/strong> Kapitalist modernitenin yeniden in\u015fa \u00e7abas\u0131 iflas etmi\u015ftir. Devlet\u00e7i Uygarl\u0131k tahakk\u00fcmc\u00fc ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrgendir. \u0130ktidarc\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle Birinci ve ikinci Do\u011fa ars\u0131ndaki semiyotik ili\u015fkiyi y\u0131karak s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z ve istismar geli\u015ftirmi\u015f ve iki do\u011fada da felaket d\u00fczeyinde b\u00fcy\u00fck tahribatlara yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ya\u015fanan kriz ve \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n de\u011fil kanserojen hastal\u0131k t\u00fcr\u00fc olan devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k ve onun varyant\u0131 kapitalist modernitenin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcd\u00fcr. Ortado\u011fu\u2019da \u00e7ocukluk ve gen\u00e7lik \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fayan devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k Bat\u0131\u2019da ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00f6l\u00fcm \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. \u00c7are olarak g\u00fcndemle\u015fen ve ba\u015fat hale gelen ve yeni \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n umudu Demokratik Modernitedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm Demokratik Modernite perspektifinde kendini dayatmaktad\u0131r. Demokratik Konfederalizm veya Demokratik Ulus sistemi, kapitalist modernitenin ulus-devlet \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tek\u00e7i, homojen, fa\u015fist toplum modelinden kaynaklanan sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm se\u00e7ene\u011fini sunmaktad\u0131r. Kapitalist pazar ve ulus-devlet modelinden kaynaklanan sorunlar\u0131 ancak Demokratik Modernitenin Demokratik Konfederalizm ve demokratik Ulus sistemi a\u015fabilir. Demokratik Konfederalizmde; her toplumsal kesim, etnisite, ulus, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, demokratik inan\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri, anti-tekel ekonomik \u00fcnite radikal demokrasi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla \u00f6z kimli\u011fiyle do\u011frudan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 demokrasi ilkeleriyle kendilerini \u00f6zerk\u00e7e ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrce yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131p ifade edebilir.&nbsp; Demokratik Modernite kapitalizmin k\u00fcresel ve b\u00f6lgesel hegemonik iktidar ve kurumla\u015fmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131; Demokratik Uluslar\u0131n K\u00fcresel Birli\u011fi\u2019ni savunur. Egemen g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ara\u00e7lar\u0131 haline gelen BM (Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler) gibi birliklere kar\u015f\u0131 D\u00fcnya Demokratik Uluslar Konfederasyonu\u2019 nu hedefler. Demokratik Moderniteyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmeyle e\u015f zamanl\u0131 Ekolojik dengede sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be\u015f bin y\u0131ld\u0131r Yukar\u0131 Mezopotamya\u2019nda \u015fekillenen Demokratik Uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n e\u015fitlik\u00e7i, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, Tanr\u0131\u00e7a Kad\u0131n de\u011ferleri ile egemen erkek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne dayal\u0131 geli\u015fen s\u0131n\u0131fla\u015fmaya, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye, k\u00f6leli\u011fe, yalana dayal\u0131 A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 Mezopotamya\u2019n\u0131n iktidarc\u0131-devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k asistemi aras\u0131nda m\u00fccadele ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Anti kapitalist olmak uygarl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 zihniyeti, ara\u00e7, s\u00f6ylemlerin ve ya\u015fam modernitesinin reddiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Uygarl\u0131k ve kapitalist kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmamalar\u0131n\u0131n nedeni uygarl\u0131k paradigmas\u0131n\u0131, kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015famamalar\u0131ndand\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir zihniyet devrimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirememelerindendir. Niyetleri ve \u00f6zlemleri iyi olsa da esas ald\u0131klar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f tahlili, alt yap\u0131 analizleri, kaba materyalist felsefe, iktidar ve devlet ara\u00e7lar\u0131 onlar\u0131 uygarl\u0131k sistemiyle yeniden birle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Reel sosyalizm ve Ulusal Kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadeleleri bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6rnektir. Uygarl\u0131k sistemini a\u015famam\u0131\u015f tersinden g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015f, onun mezhebi durumuna gelmi\u015f ve da\u011f\u0131larak sisteme entegre olmu\u015flard\u0131r. \u00d6nderlik be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k uygarl\u0131k ger\u00e7e\u011fini \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyerek a\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zihniyet devrimiyle yeni \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc paradigmaya ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nderlik s\u0131n\u0131f, iktidar, devlet ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye dayanan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tekelci uygarl\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 reddederek \u00f6zg\u00fcr birey ve toplum paradigmas\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kartm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. PKK\u2019de yarat\u0131lan Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesi uygarl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck darbe ve zafer anlam\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kapitalist uygarl\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin \u00d6nderli\u011fe ve PKK\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015fmanla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda bu hususlar bulunmaktad\u0131r. On binlerce y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinde Xerawre\u015fk\/G\u00f6bekli Tepe ve Neolitik de\u011ferlerle \u015fekillenen Demokratik Uygarl\u0131k gelene\u011findeki insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ana nehir ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrdistan devriminde s\u00fcrmektedir.&nbsp; Bu anlamda<strong> PKK ve PKK \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Gerillas\u0131 <\/strong>sadece bir ulusun kurtulu\u015f sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 vermiyor; salt soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 TC ve di\u011fer b\u00f6lgesel i\u015fgalci g\u00fc\u00e7lerle de\u011fil; be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidarc\u0131-devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 Demokratik Uygarl\u0131k de\u011ferlerinin m\u00fccadelesini y\u00fcr\u00fctmekte ve t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sava\u015f\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Demokratik Uygarl\u0131k de\u011ferlerini temsil eden <\/strong>K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi b\u00fcy\u00fck direni\u015f ve bedeller sonucunda evrensel bir hakikat haline gelmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcm sald\u0131r\u0131lara ra\u011fmen ilerleyi\u015fi engellenemeyen PKK \u00d6nderli\u011fi K\u00fcresel \u00d6nderlik d\u00fczeyinde kabul g\u00f6rmekte, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in bir umut kayna\u011f\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Felsefesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen, evrenselle\u015ferek t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011fa mal olan bu \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin engellenmesi ve yok edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. PKK\u2019nin temsil etti\u011fi Demokratik Modernite ile soyk\u0131r\u0131m rejimlerinin temsil kapitalist modernite aras\u0131nda ideolojik, felsefik, sosyal, siyasal, ahlaki, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ekonomik ve askeri sava\u015f ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r.
