B\u00f6yle ele al\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131 ekonominin i\u00e7eri\u011fini bo\u015falt\u0131rken, kad\u0131n\u0131 bu sistemin kurban\u0131 yaparak sistemin en a\u011f\u0131r y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7eken konumuna getirmektedir. Kad\u0131n eme\u011finin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesi bir yana v\u00fccudunun par\u00e7alara ayr\u0131larak reklam malzemesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131, kad\u0131n\u0131 cinsel meta olarak kullanma \u00fczerinden toplumu ahlaki de\u011ferlerden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rarak insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi, kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiye \u00e7ekilmesiyle de\u011fil, ekonomiden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Aile i\u00e7inde evin yasas\u0131n\u0131 koyan, ev i\u00e7erisine huzurlu ya\u015fam\u0131 sa\u011flayan kad\u0131n, evin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan, piyasaya sunulan bir meta d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, bir anlam ifade etmemesi ekonomiye katk\u0131 de\u011fil, ekonomik olarak bunal\u0131mlar\u0131n ya\u015fanmas\u0131na da kaynakl\u0131k etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist modernitenin ekonomiyi ele alma y\u00f6ntemine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, kad\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u015flevli hale getiremeyece\u011fini net olarak g\u00f6rebiliriz. En ac\u0131 olan\u0131 ise kad\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n fark\u0131na varmamas\u0131 sonucu, sistemin kad\u0131n \u00fczerinden kendisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesidir. Ekonominin sadece para kazanmak oldu\u011fu, kad\u0131n\u0131nda aile b\u00fct\u00e7esine katk\u0131 sunma aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ekonomiyi yanl\u0131\u015f anlaman\u0131n da sonucudur. Kad\u0131n bir nevi kendini ifade etme y\u00f6ntemi olarak da bu sistemin i\u00e7ine girerken, asl\u0131nda ne kadar ifadesiz bir konuma d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn fark\u0131na varmamaktad\u0131r. Ekonomik olarak \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kazanma ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kad\u0131n k\u00f6leli\u011fi daha da kapsaml\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Kapitalist modernite \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda, reklam\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kazanmas\u0131 \u015furada kals\u0131n metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmayan tek bir h\u00fccresi b\u0131rak\u0131lmayacak denli derinle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir piyasa k\u00f6leli\u011fini ya\u015famas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n<p>Her canl\u0131 varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n do\u011fal hakk\u0131 olan beslenme, ekonominin kendisi olurken, kapitalist sistem bu beslenme olana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 insanlar\u0131 kendisine mecbur ve muhta\u00e7 bir hale getirmesine kadar vard\u0131r\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerinde iradelerinin k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 esas al\u0131n\u0131rken, toplumda bu konuda ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm sorunlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda refleksiz bir insanl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar. Burada kapitalist sistem asl\u0131nda amac\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Kendisine k\u00f6le yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hi\u00e7bir canl\u0131 b\u0131rakmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan her kesimi de etkisiz k\u0131lman\u0131n hesab\u0131n\u0131 da yapmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki evin ge\u00e7imini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in insanlar\u0131n en do\u011fal hakk\u0131 olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131n\u0131 bile elinden almas\u0131, i\u015fsizler ordusunun yarat\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Bu g\u00fcn i\u015fsizlikten kaynakl\u0131 bunal\u0131mlardan en \u00e7ok olumsuz etkilenen kesim yine kad\u0131nlar olmaktad\u0131r. Artan i\u015fsizlik ve yoksulluk kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, uygarl\u0131k toplumunda gelenekselle\u015fen aile kurumunun maddi ko\u015fullar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda ortadan kalkar.  Evin, ailenin ge\u00e7imi i\u00e7in kendi bedenini satmaktan ba\u015fka \u00e7aresi kalmayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu kadar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn nedeni kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiden kopar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekonomik sorunlar esas olarak kad\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlerinin gasp\u0131 ile ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> \u201cUygarl\u0131k \u00f6ncesi toplum \u00e7a\u011flar\u0131nda \u2018g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc adam\u2019\u0131n ilk zor \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi sadece hayvanlar\u0131 tuza\u011fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmedi. Kad\u0131n\u0131n duygusal eme\u011finin (g\u00f6z nurunun) \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan aile-klan birikimine de g\u00f6z koyan yine ayn\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeydi. Bu ilk ciddi zor \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesidir. El konulan, kad\u0131n\u0131n kendisi, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ve di\u011fer kan h\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131yd\u0131  hepsinin maddi ve manevi k\u00fclt\u00fcr birikimleriydi  ilk ev ekonomisinin talan\u0131yd\u0131. Bu temelde proto-rahip \u015faman, tecr\u00fcbe sahibi \u015feyh ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc adam\u0131n zor \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn el ele verip, tarihin ilk ve en uzun s\u00fcreli ataerkil hiyerar\u015fik (kutsal y\u00f6netim) g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturdu\u011funu t\u00fcm benzer a\u015famadaki toplumlarda g\u00f6zlemlemekteyiz. S\u0131n\u0131fla\u015fma, kentle\u015fme ve devletle\u015fme a\u015famas\u0131na kadar toplumsal ve ekonomik ya\u015famda bu hiyerar\u015finin belirleyici rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.  Kad\u0131n eme\u011finin gasp\u0131yla ba\u015flayan sorunlar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nderlik belirlemesinde net olarak g\u00f6rebilmekteyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu g\u00fcnde ayn\u0131 sorunlar farkl\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131f alt\u0131nda s\u00fcr\u00fcp gitmekte insanlar do\u011fal olan beslenme ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layamaz duruma getirilmektedir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n en do\u011fal hakk\u0131 olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131 bile elinden al\u0131n\u0131rken, devasa i\u015fsizler ordusu da yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz de ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 sadece i\u015fsizlik de\u011fildir. Bununla birlikte artan n\u00fcfus oran\u0131, k\u00f6y ile kent aras\u0131nda olu\u015fan u\u00e7urum, \u00e7arp\u0131k sanayile\u015fme, ekolojik dengenin bozulmas\u0131, endistriyalizmin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehlikeler gibi saymakla bitmeyecek insanl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l kayna\u011f\u0131 toplumlar\u0131n sermayele\u015ftirilmesi \u015fahs\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n sermayele\u015ftirilmesidir. \u0130lk k\u00f6lele\u015ftirmenin kad\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi, bu g\u00fcn ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sorunlar\u0131n sebebi olmu\u015ftur. Kad\u0131n\u0131n yaratm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlere el koyarak sistemini geli\u015ftiren uygarl\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7leri bu g\u00fcn i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmaz sorunlara da neden olmu\u015f, kapitalist modernite \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda bu sorunlar adeta bunal\u0131m d\u00fczeyinde insan ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 etkiler duruma gelmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc ile ba\u015flayan ve toplumda insanlar aras\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131fla\u015fmalara, ulusal, etnik ve ideolojik \u00e7eli\u015fki  \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve sava\u015flara kadar varan ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n temeli kad\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma de\u011ferlerinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak erkek sistemine sunulmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hiyerar\u015fik sistemin geli\u015fmesiyle birlikte kad\u0131n\u0131n binbir emekle olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ya\u015fam yasalar\u0131n\u0131, \u2018me\u2019lerini erke\u011fin gasp etmesi toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n ba\u015f g\u00f6stermesine sebep olmu\u015ftur. Birinci cinsel k\u0131r\u0131lma olarak da de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimiz bu d\u00f6nem kad\u0131n eme\u011finin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, kutsal de\u011ferlerinin elinden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kendine ait olman\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Do\u011fal ya\u015fam ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tersine d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve kad\u0131n\u0131n kutsallar\u0131n\u0131n anlams\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ya\u015fam\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 b\u00f6yle olu\u015furken, Tek tanr\u0131l\u0131 dinlere ge\u00e7i\u015fle birlikte kad\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda ikinci cinsel k\u0131r\u0131lman\u0131n ya\u015fanmas\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6z\u00fcne daha da uzakla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, tam bir cinsel meta olarak ele al\u0131nmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131n, toplumsalla\u015fman\u0131n, g\u00fczelli\u011fin ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn simgesi kad\u0131n bu g\u00fcnden sonra d\u00f6rt duvar aras\u0131na da, erke\u011finden izinsiz bir ad\u0131m dahi atamayaca\u011f\u0131 i\u015fkenceli bir ya\u015fam\u0131 kader olarak g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  Kad\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6rt duvar aras\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131, onu \u00fcretimden kopar\u0131rken, ev i\u00e7inde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015flerinde hi\u00e7bir de\u011feri olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcn yirmi d\u00f6rt saatini evine ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na adayan kad\u0131n\u0131n benim diyebilece\u011fi ya\u015fam\u0131 kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Ana eme\u011finin de\u011fersiz g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi kad\u0131n\u0131 ekonomiden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHi\u00e7bir birey (efendi, bey, patron, serf ve i\u015f\u00e7i olarak) ve devlet ekonomik eylemin akt\u00f6r\u00fc olamaz. \u00d6rne\u011fin en tarihsel-toplumsal bir kurum olan annelik i\u015finin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7bir patron, bey, efendi, i\u015f\u00e7i, k\u00f6yl\u00fc, kentli birey \u00f6deyemez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc annelik toplumun en zor ve gerekli eylemini, ya\u015fam\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesini belirliyor. Sadece \u00e7ocuk do\u011furmaktan bahsetmek istemiyorum. Anal\u0131\u011fa bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr, s\u00fcrekli y\u00fcre\u011fiyle ayaklanma halinde bir olgu, zek\u00e2 y\u00fckl\u00fc eylemin sahibi olarak geni\u015f a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131yorum.  Do\u011fru olan da budur.  Peki, bu kadar zorunlu, zorlu, eylemli, y\u00fcrek ve ak\u0131l dolu s\u00fcrekli ayaklanma halindeki kad\u0131na \u00fccretsiz emek\u00e7i muamelesi yapmak hangi ak\u0131l ve vicdanla ba\u011fda\u015fabilir?  \u00d6nderli\u011finde belirtti\u011fi gibi ana eme\u011finin para ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclemeyece\u011fi \u00e7ok nettir. \u00c7ocu\u011fu dokuz ay karn\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131yan, do\u011furan ve belli bir ya\u015fa kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcten t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 yaparken hi\u00e7bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k beklemeyen bir insan\u0131n eme\u011finin de\u011feri nas\u0131l \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fclse bile neye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelebilir. Sevginin, ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n, a\u015fk\u0131n de\u011ferini \u00f6l\u00e7ebilir miyiz? Bir anan\u0131n \u00e7ocu\u011funa verdi\u011fi asl\u0131nda budur.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k beklenmeden verdi\u011fi bu emeklerin zorunlu g\u00f6revi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve sayg\u0131 verilmemesi, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131 eme\u011finin \u00fcretim olarak ele al\u0131nmamas\u0131, t\u00fcm sistemlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck yan\u0131lg\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. S\u0131radan bir i\u015f\u00e7inin eme\u011finin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olurken, bu i\u015f\u00e7iyi do\u011furan, b\u00fcy\u00fcten anan\u0131n eme\u011finin de\u011fer olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmemesi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fanan ekonomik sorunlar\u0131nda nedenidir. Ya\u015fam\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in verilen bunca eme\u011fin mutlaka bir de\u011feri olmal\u0131. Anan\u0131n bu eme\u011fine anlam vermeme kadar, kad\u0131n\u0131 bu anlamda \u00fccretsiz emek\u00e7i olarak g\u00f6rmek toplumsal sorunlar\u0131nda nedenidir.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist modernite sistemi kad\u0131n\u0131n bu eme\u011fini g\u00f6rmedi\u011fi gibi kad\u0131n\u0131n hamilelik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini \u00fcretimde kopma olarak ele almas\u0131, en \u00e7okta kad\u0131n\u0131 emeksiz olarak g\u00f6rmesi, asl\u0131nda ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kad\u0131n\u0131n sistemine hizmet etmemesinin korkusudur. <\/p>\n<p>Kom\u00fcnal de\u011ferlere sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak onun zihniyetini g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olu\u015fturmak kad\u0131n\u0131 ekonomi ile bulu\u015fturacak<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomiyi evi ge\u00e7indirme, aile yasas\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlamak kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiden \u00f6ncelikli olarak kendisi sorumlu g\u00f6rmesi, ona g\u00f6re kendisi \u00f6rg\u00fctleyerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara kat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsalla\u015fmay\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131 \u00f6z\u00fcnde kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur. Ana olmas\u0131 bunu daha g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmektedir. Bir anan\u0131n adaletsiz oldu\u011funu, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ya\u015fama kar\u015f\u0131 duyars\u0131z oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyemeyiz. \u00d6zellikle payla\u015f\u0131mc\u0131 olmas\u0131 onun kom\u00fcnalli\u011fini simgeler.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n\u0131n herhangi bir \u015feye verdi\u011fi emek kendisi i\u00e7in de\u011fildir. Mutlaka i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu topluma, ailesine kar\u015f\u0131 sorumluluk temelindedir. Bunu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k beklemeden yapar ve \u00e7evresindeki insanlar\u0131n mutlu olmas\u0131 onun i\u00e7in yeterlidir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n bu kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 asl\u0131nda ekonominin kendisidir. Bunun emekle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi kad\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda somutla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kad\u0131n ekonominin as\u0131l sahibi olmaktad\u0131r. O zaman kad\u0131n ekonominin as\u0131l sahibi oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fanan ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n nedeni kad\u0131n\u0131n bu alandan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda da belirleyici bir role sahip oldu\u011funu bilmesi, kedisini bu alan\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rakmamas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n\u0131n ev i\u00e7inde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015flerden tutal\u0131m, \u00e7ocuk b\u00fcy\u00fctmeye kadar, evin ge\u00e7imini d\u00fczenleyen t\u00fcm faaliyetlerden kendisinin \u00f6ncelikli sorumlu oldu\u011funu bilerek ya\u015fama kat\u0131lmas\u0131 gereklidir. Ya\u015fama kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n bilin\u00e7lilik temelinde olmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir konudur. Tarihten g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kad\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n huzur i\u00e7inde ya\u015fanmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol\u00fcn sahibi iken, bu hep kad\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, erke\u011fe maledilen \u00f6zellikler olarak ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f kad\u0131nda b\u00f6ylelikle bu ya\u015fam\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun bilincine vararak kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fama kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 olursa, \u00fcstesinden gelinemeyecek sorunlar kalmaz. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan ya\u015fam\u0131 bilerek ya\u015famak \u00f6nemlidir. Bize sunulan ya\u015fam\u0131 de\u011fil de, \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ya\u015fam\u0131 eme\u011fimize do\u011fru sahip \u00e7\u0131karak in\u015fa edebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumuna kar\u015f\u0131 sorumlu olan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomi gibi ya\u015famsal olan bir konuyu erke\u011fe teslim etmesi kabul edilemez. Emek sarf eden kad\u0131n bu eme\u011fine bilin\u00e7lice sahip \u00e7\u0131karken, kendisiyle birlikte \u00e7evresini de \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek ve bilin\u00e7lendirmek zorundad\u0131r.  Kad\u0131nlar aile i\u00e7erisinden tutal\u0131m, kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm i\u015f sahalar\u0131nda ve alanlarda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen halen kendini ekonomi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6rmesi bilin\u00e7sizlikten kaynakl\u0131d\u0131r. Zihniyet boyutunda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendilerini e\u011fitmeleri, sorumluluk almalar\u0131 \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k sistemine ge\u00e7erken S\u00fcmer rahipleri insanlar\u0131 \u00f6nce zihniyette boyutunda ikna ederek, sistemlerini bu zihniyet yap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinde in\u015fa ettiler. Toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcne ters olan bu sistemi de\u011fi\u015ftirmekte \u00f6nce zihniyette olacakt\u0131r. Bizde sistemimizi \u00f6nce zihniyette in\u015fa edebiliriz. Bir \u015feye inanmak ve bunun zihniyette alt yap\u0131s\u0131n olu\u015fturmak yap\u0131lacak i\u015fin yar\u0131s\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Zihniyet ayd\u0131nlamas\u0131 da \u00f6ncelikli olarak e\u011fitim yoluyla olur. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan kad\u0131n ekonomi akademileri kurarak burada projelerin kendi ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131 ona g\u00f6re \u00f6rg\u00fctlemeleri \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. D\u00fcnyada geli\u015fen devrim \u00f6rneklerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kad\u0131n\u0131n aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kendine ait bir ekonomik sistemi olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  Asl\u0131nda bunun bilinci olu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in sistemi de olu\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ekonomi akademileri bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6nemlidir. Kad\u0131n kendi alan\u0131nda bunu \u00f6rg\u00fctleyece\u011fi gibi genel olarak olu\u015fturulacak ekonomi akademilerine aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayarak da \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sunabilir.  Akademisiz, projesiz, sistemsiz ekonomi de ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde gelinemeyece\u011finin bilincinde olarak, kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6ncelikli kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revidir.   <\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekonomik \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yap\u0131lmas\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131 ekonomi ile bulu\u015fturacak<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekonomik sorunlar kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiden uzakla\u015fmas\u0131yla ba\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fine g\u00f6re, bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc de kad\u0131n\u0131n bu alanda kendini do\u011fru \u00f6rg\u00fctlemesiyle olacakt\u0131r. Ev i\u015flerinden tutal\u0131m kad\u0131n\u0131n aile ge\u00e7imine katk\u0131 sunma amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 her alanda olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen kad\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm bu konularda \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc olmamas\u0131, kad\u0131n eme\u011finin belirgin olarak a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin bu g\u00fcn tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n % 80\u2019 inden fazlas\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131n olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu sekt\u00f6r de kendini sorumlu g\u00f6rmemesi, sadece ucuz i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara kat\u0131lmas\u0131 kad\u0131n eme\u011finin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin en \u00fcst boyuta ula\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn t\u00fcm y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7eken kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hi\u00e7bir sosyal g\u00fcvencesi yoktur. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte kendi topraklar\u0131ndan kopart\u0131larak, \u015fehirlere g\u00f6\u00e7 eden halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fimizde kad\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 daha da zorlay\u0131c\u0131 olmu\u015f, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7e\u015fitli illerinde tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 da kabul edilemez bir a\u015famaya ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir yandan aile ekonomisine katk\u0131 sunman\u0131n \u00e7abas\u0131 di\u011fer yandan mevsimlik i\u015f\u00e7i olarak hi\u00e7bir ya\u015fam de\u011ferlerinin olmamas\u0131, i\u015fsizlik sorunun had safhada oldu\u011fu yerlerde ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi ve sosyal g\u00fcvencesinin de olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kurmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nderli\u011fin, \u201cAile, kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda olu\u015fur. Kad\u0131nlar \u00fcreticidirler.  \u00dcrettikleriyle kendi ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zebilirler. Mesela bir tarla kiralayarak organik tar\u0131m yapabilirler. B\u00f6ylece i\u015fsizlik sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde katk\u0131lar\u0131 olur.  belirlemesi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Mevsimlik i\u015f\u00e7i olarak hi\u00e7bir garantisi olmayan i\u015f ve ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 yerine kendi topraklar\u0131nda \u00fcretime daha aktif kat\u0131labilirler. Kad\u0131n\u0131n toprakla ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olarak kendi \u00fclkelerinde sa\u011flayabilirler. Bunun i\u00e7in kom\u00fcn tarz\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlemeler geli\u015ftirilebilir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu konuda giri\u015fimci olmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrdistan ko\u015fullar\u0131nda en iyi geli\u015ftirilebilecek organik tar\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 uygulama imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 her ilde \u00fcretilebilecek tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine g\u00f6re kooperatiflerin kurulmas\u0131na kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmesi zaten emek verdi\u011fi bu sekt\u00f6rde aktif \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan olarak yer almas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n emeklerine sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Kom\u00fcnal tarzda geli\u015ftirilecek bu \u00f6rg\u00fctleme tarz\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sosyal ya\u015fam g\u00fcvencesini de beraberinde getirecektir. Kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sahas\u0131n\u0131 kendisi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 da ona g\u00f6re tanzim edecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Kooperatifle\u015fmelerin yine kom\u00fcnlerin, ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 kad\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Bu tarz \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin sadece ekonomik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 yetersiz bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olacakt\u0131r. Demokratik \u00f6zerkli\u011fin in\u015fas\u0131nda ahlaki ve politik toplum esaslar\u0131na g\u00f6re ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmesi \u00f6nemli bir durumdur. Bu tarz do\u011fru \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerle kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda aktif \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir, kom\u00fcn, meclis ve kooperatiflerle \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fcz bir tek insan kalmazsa, ekonomik olarak ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131ndan \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmi\u015f olur.  Kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik ya\u015fama kat\u0131lma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsememe kadar kad\u0131n\u0131n ev i\u00e7inden tutal\u0131m her t\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u015f alanlar\u0131nda kendini etkin k\u0131lmas\u0131 onun ekonomiye kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tarz \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler i\u00e7in \u00f6yle \u00e7ok fazla uzaklara gitmeye gerek yoktur. Kad\u0131n i\u00e7in gerekli olan \u00f6z\u00fcnde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131, kom\u00fcnal de\u011ferleri ya\u015famsalla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 yeterlidir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 burada \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc g\u00fcce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bu esaslar \u00fczerinde i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne giderek g\u00fcc\u00fcne g\u00f6re kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 esas almalar\u0131 her kesimin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayati de\u011ferdedir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da kad\u0131nlar zaten kom\u00fcnal ekonominin esaslar\u0131na g\u00f6re ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmelerinden kaynakl\u0131 kom\u00fcnler, kad\u0131n meclislerini, kooperatifleri \u00f6rg\u00fctlemeleri de \u00e7ok zor olmayacakt\u0131r. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler sadece tar\u0131m \u00fczerinden de\u011fil, tar\u0131mdan sanayiye, hizmetlerden bilime, at\u00f6lyelerden zanaatlar\u0131n her alan\u0131nda olabilir. K\u00f6y-kent ekonomisinin kom\u00fcn ekonomisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenemeyece\u011finin bilinciyle kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiye yakla\u015fmas\u0131 ekonomiyle bulu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.  Hem ev ekonomisine katk\u0131, hem de sosyal ya\u015fam\u0131n kolektifli\u011finin esas al\u0131nmas\u0131, bu alanda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha belirgin olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin k\u00f6ylerde tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcnlere, \u00e7e\u015fitli ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 \u00fczerinden kad\u0131n kooperatifle\u015fmelerinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na, yak\u0131n k\u00f6ylerdeki kad\u0131nlarla s\u00fcrekli bir payla\u015f\u0131m zemininin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi ahlaki ve politik toplumun gereklili\u011fidir. Kentle ili\u015fkilerde kapitalist toplumun yaratmak istedi\u011fi k\u00f6y-kent ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil de, k\u00f6y ve kentte birbirini tamamlayan tarzda kom\u00fcnal ekonominin esas al\u0131nmas\u0131, kent ya\u015fam\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kom\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri kapitalist sistemin ekonomik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na da b\u00fcy\u00fck darbe olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde i\u015fsizli\u011fin en \u00e7ok \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlar kentler olmaktad\u0131r. Yine kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam\u0131n en \u00e7ok par\u00e7aland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bireysel ya\u015fam olanaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerler olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kentlerde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu alanlarda mutlaka bir kom\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yer almalar\u0131, kentin bireysel ya\u015fam aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir duru\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Kapitalist modernitenin end\u00fcstriyalizmine kar\u015f\u0131 eko-end\u00fcstri anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bilinciyle ekonomiyi geli\u015ftirmek ihtiya\u00e7 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcretimin i\u015fsizlik kadar insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir durum oldu\u011funun bilinciyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakt\u0131r esas olan.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a \u00fcreticidir. Bu sistem i\u00e7erisinde i\u015fsizlik sorunu olabilir ama kad\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir sorunu asla olamaz. Ev i\u00e7i u\u011fra\u015flar\u0131nda, el i\u015flerinin geli\u015ftirilmesinde bunlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde yarat\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131 kendi ekonomisini yaratmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Bu yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ayn\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapanlar\u0131n kom\u00fcn \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131nda birle\u015ftirerek de\u011ferlendirilmesi kendi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sunacakt\u0131r.  Demokratik \u00f6zerkli\u011fin in\u015fas\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n kom\u00fcnal ekonomiyi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n da temeli olaca\u011f\u0131ndan bu tarz \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri  ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeleri \u00f6nemli olacakt\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiye katk\u0131 sunmas\u0131 yan\u0131nda kolektif ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n yaratmas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u011fitiminde kendilerini sorumlu g\u00f6rmeleri, kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumda nesne olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmemesi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan belirleyici olacakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekonomi jineolojinin temel bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demokratik- Ekolojik ve Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc paradigman\u0131n ya\u015famsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmesiyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Ekonominin de bu esaslar temelinde ele al\u0131n\u0131p kurumla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n esas faaliyeti olarak geli\u015ftirilmesi, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik alana \u00e7ekilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ekonomiye \u00e7ekilmeleri anlam\u0131na gelmemektedir. \u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar emeklerine do\u011fru sahiplenerek, ekonomiyi kuram olarak ele almas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fi vard\u0131r.  Ya\u015fam\u0131n i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ya\u015fam\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n jineoloji- kad\u0131n bilimini geli\u015ftirmeleri, kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> Ya\u015fam\u0131n temel faaliyetlerinden olan ekonominin de bir bilim olarak geli\u015ftirilmesi yine kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00f6revi olacakt\u0131r.
