Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te kapitalist modernitenin y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011fu politikalar\u0131n ve stratejilerin temel hedefinde \u00d6nder Apo \u00f6zelinde K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 ve K\u00fcrdistan vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6nder Apo\u2019nun \u0130mral\u0131 i\u015fkence sisteminde ve a\u011f\u0131r tecrit ko\u015fullar\u0131 alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 24.y\u0131l\u0131na girdi. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n karakterine kar\u015f\u0131 en etkili alternatif \u00d6nderli\u011fin \u2018\u2019Demokratik Ulus\u2019\u2019 paradigmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6nderlik paradigmas\u0131 ekolojik, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokratik bir toplumdan bahsediyor. Yani \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karacak olanda yine \u00d6nderlik paradigmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130mral\u0131da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu tecrit ve soyutlama politikas\u0131n\u0131n temel nedeni \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin yaratm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu demokratik, ekolojik ve kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisidir. Kapitalist modernite, kendisini ya\u015fatmak ve b\u00fcy\u00fctmek i\u00e7in \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin yaratm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu alternatif sistemi t\u00fcmden hedef haline getirmi\u015f ve sald\u0131r\u0131ya ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 ve ikinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 iktidarlar aras\u0131ndaki sava\u015fken, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 ise t\u00fcm iktidarlar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lerini birle\u015ftirerek \u00d6nder Apo\u2019nun yaratm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu demokratik moderniteye kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bir sava\u015f olmu\u015ftur. Direnen, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in yola \u00e7\u0131kan halklara kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bir sava\u015f oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ekseni daha \u00e7ok Ortado\u011fu\u2019dur. Uluslararas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7ler birle\u015ferek, Ortado\u011fu\u2019ya kar\u015f\u0131 200 y\u0131ld\u0131r b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sald\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7erisindedir. \u00a0Toplumlar\u0131n ve halklar\u0131n o direni\u015f\u00e7i k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, uluslararas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin plan ve projelerine ge\u00e7it vermedi.\u00a0Kapitalist moderniteye kar\u015f\u0131 Ortado\u011fu bir direni\u015f halindedir. Bundan dolay\u0131 bu sava\u015f daha farkl\u0131 planlar ve projelerle devam ettirilmektedir. \u00a0Asl\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131nda geli\u015fen bir direni\u015f, bir sava\u015f oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n daha \u00e7ok kilitlendi\u011fi noktalar Suriye ve Irak\u2019t\u0131r. Ortado\u011fu\u2019da da bu sava\u015f\u0131n merkezi K\u00fcrdistan\u2019d\u0131r. Suriye\u2019de \u00d6nderlik paradigmas\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l somutla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Rojava devriminde \u00e7ok net g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Rojava devrimiyle K\u00fcrdistan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin m\u00fccadelesinin ve \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin paradigmas\u0131n\u0131n daha fazla me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtebiliriz. Bunun yan\u0131nda \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin felsefesini, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini tan\u0131d\u0131lar ve insanlar ak\u0131n ak\u0131n Rojava devrimine kat\u0131ld\u0131. Enternasyonal kesimlerin de ilgisi ve kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 geli\u015fti. Rovaja devrimini \u0130spanyol devrimine de benzetebiliriz. Nas\u0131l ki, \u0130spanya\u2019daki devrime enternasyonal kesimler ak\u0131n ak\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131ysa, Rojava devrimine de ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde kat\u0131l\u0131p uluslararas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin yaratm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu DA\u0130\u015e \u00e7etelerine kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015ft\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin gardiyan\u0131 olan T\u00fcrk devletini her yere sald\u0131rtarak var olan iradeyi ve direni\u015fi teslim almak istemektedir. T\u00fcrk devleti e\u015fi benzeri g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f, fedai ruhla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bir direni\u015fle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131 ve istedi\u011fini elde edemedi. Rojava\u2019da Arap halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00d6nderlik paradigmas\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgisi olmu\u015ftur. Y\u00fczlerce Arap kad\u0131n\u0131 bu paradigmadan dolay\u0131 kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketine kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bunun direni\u015fini ve m\u00fccadelesini vermektedir. Y\u00fczlerce Arap kad\u0131n\u0131, genci YPG\u2019ye, YPJ\u2019ye ve QSD\u2019ye kat\u0131ld\u0131 ve hala kat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Uygulamak istedi\u011fimiz demokratik ulus projesi Rojava\u2019da ya\u015fam buldu, kendi sistemini kurdu ve geli\u015fmeye devam ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczy\u0131l hem \u00e7ok kanl\u0131 bir y\u00fczy\u0131l, \u015fiddetin \u00e7ok yo\u011fun olaca\u011f\u0131 bir y\u00fczy\u0131ld\u0131r, hem de m\u00fccadelenin \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu bir y\u00fczy\u0131ld\u0131r. Hem direni\u015f hem de sald\u0131r\u0131lar da \u00e7ok u\u00e7larda ya\u015f\u0131yor. Bu kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck sald\u0131r\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir direni\u015f var. Bu direni\u015fin \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc g\u00fcce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Sokaklara \u00e7\u0131kan y\u00fczlerce binlerce kad\u0131n ve halklar var ve k\u0131ran k\u0131rana bir m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Fakat bunlar \u015fuan i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fumuz \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n karakterine ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc daha \u00f6nce hi\u00e7 bu kadar istemi\u015f bir halk\u0131n inanc\u0131na yeterli de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek olan amans\u0131z m\u00fccadelenin genetik \u015fifresi, d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik verdi\u011fi sava\u015f teknikleri ve y\u00f6ntemlerinde gizlidir. Bug\u00fcn Zap, Ava\u015fin, Metina, \u015eengal, Maxmur ve Rojava\u2019ya y\u00f6nelik d\u00fc\u015fman sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak g\u00f6rmeden ve anlamdan d\u00fc\u015fman ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi bilincine tam olarak ula\u015famay\u0131z. Uluslararas\u0131 yasakl\u0131 t\u00fcm geli\u015fmi\u015f ve kimyevi silahlara kar\u015f\u0131 ferdi silahlar&#8230; B\u00f6yle bir sava\u015f\u0131 sadece sava\u015f teknikleriyle a\u00e7\u0131klamak \u00e7ok yetersiz kal\u0131r. Bu sava\u015f\u0131n i\u00e7inde \u00d6nder Apo\u2019nun yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferler toplam\u0131, ideoloji, harekete inanamak ve sonunda zaferi g\u00f6rmek vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumu en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek ve in\u015fa etmek gerekiyor. Demokratik ulusu in\u015fa etmemiz gerekiyor. Ancak b\u00f6yle devrimci halk sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctebiliriz. Demokratik ulus halklar\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ulus ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini ifade ediyor. Bunun i\u00e7in en ba\u015fta bir zihniyet devrimini yaratmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Kendimizi bu paradigma ekseninde geli\u015ftirmeden, in\u015fa etmeden demokratik devrim yaratamay\u0131z, toplumsal devrimi yaratamay\u0131z, devrimci halk sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da y\u00fcr\u00fctemeyiz. En ba\u015fta zihniyet devrimini yaratmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Sadece kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc yaratmak yetmez, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctmemiz gerekiyor. Eylemliklerimizi \u00e7o\u011faltmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Mahalle mahalle, k\u00f6y k\u00f6y, kom\u00fcn kom\u00fcn, meclis meclis bir b\u00fct\u00fcn kendimizi \u00f6rg\u00fctlememiz gerekiyor. Sistemi b\u00f6yle \u00f6rersek, devrimci halk sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da topyek\u00fbn y\u00fcr\u00fctebiliriz. Topyek\u00fbn bir seferberlik i\u00e7erisine girmemiz gerekiyor. Yediden yetmi\u015fe, t\u00fcm halklar bu s\u00fcrece dahil olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130n\u015fa eksenli kendi sistemimizi \u00f6rmeliyiz. B\u00fct\u00fcn kad\u0131nlara, gen\u00e7lere ve halklara \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131z bu temeldedir.
