Son direni\u015fte de g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, milliyet\u00e7i e\u011filimler \u00f6rne\u011fin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de oldu\u011fu gibi halklar\u0131 tamamen, birbirine kar\u015f\u0131 konumland\u0131rabilmi\u015f de\u011fildir. Bir\u00e7ok noktada, birlikte hareket edebilmekte dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7erisinde olabilmektedirler. Son direni\u015fte K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ba\u015flayan, \u201cJin Jiyan Azad\u00ee\u201d slogan\u0131 da, Zin Zendagi azadi, slogan\u0131 olarak Azerbaycan\u2019dan, Belucistan\u2019a, Huzistan\u2019dan, Tahrana kadar t\u00fcm halklar\u0131n, ortak slogan haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran, emperyal bir devlet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sahiptir. K\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kaybetmi\u015f olsa da Orta Do\u011fu d\u00fczleminde ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm geli\u015fmeler de \u015fu ya da bu \u015fekilde kendisini hissettirir. Ve mutlaka bir role sahiptir. Yani \u0130ran\u2019\u0131 hesaba katmadan, Orta Do\u011fu\u2019da bir oyun kurmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir, bu tarih boyunca b\u00f6yle olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1925\u2019ten itibaren \u015eahl\u0131k monar\u015fisi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilen \u0130ran toplumu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc tarihsel birikimi, etnik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi, entelekt\u00fcel toplumsal altyap\u0131s\u0131 ile \u015eah diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve \u0130ngiliz hegemonyas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrekli bir ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck aray\u0131\u015f i\u00e7erisinde olmu\u015ftur. Bunun en dramatik \u00f6rne\u011fi ise, Ba\u015fbakan Musadd\u0131k\u2019\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na gelenlerdir. Musadd\u0131k H\u00fck\u00fcmetinin, \u0130ran petrol \u015firketlerini millile\u015ftirerek ABD ve \u0130ngiliz egemenli\u011finden \u00fclkeyi kurtararak, \u015fah&nbsp; despotizmini zay\u0131flatmak istemi\u015f. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 ABD, Britanya ve \u015fah yanl\u0131s\u0131 ordu taraf\u0131ndan 15 A\u011fustos 1953 tarihinde darbeyle devrilerek etkisiz hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Bu durum \u0130ran toplumunda ciddi bir travma olarak yer etmi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan m\u00fcdahalelere kar\u015f\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bir duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa sahiptir sonraki t\u00fcm \u0130ran y\u00f6netimleri bu duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 halklar\u0131n direni\u015fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hep kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7ALINMI\u015e B\u0130R DEVR\u0130M<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eah despotizminin polis, ordu ve istihbarat yap\u0131lanmas\u0131yla t\u00fcm \u0130ran toplumunu, despotik bir cendere i\u00e7erisine ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde 70\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyadaki sol, sosyalist devrimci atmosferinden, \u0130ran toplumu da yo\u011funca etkilenmi\u015ftir. En g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc direni\u015f \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc olan \u0130ran Kom\u00fcnist Partisi, yine sosyalist halk\u0131n fedaileri, \u0130slami \u00e7izgiye sahip halk\u0131n m\u00fccahitleri ve Komala ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere irili ufakl\u0131 onlarca devrimci \u00f6rg\u00fct \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde \u015eah\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 halk ayaklanmalar\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Yo\u011fun \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ayaklanmalar\u0131n sonucunda \u0130ran ordusu da saf de\u011fi\u015ftirerek direni\u015f\u00e7ilerin yan\u0131nda yer ald\u0131. \u015eah ve y\u00f6netim erki \u00fclkeden ka\u00e7\u0131nca 11 \u015eubat 1979\u2019 da devrim s\u00fcreci ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f oldu. Devrim inisiyatifinin sol sosyalist kesimlerin eline ge\u00e7memesi i\u00e7in alelacele Paris\u2019te bulunan molla Ayetullah Humeyni, \u00f6zel bir u\u00e7akla Tahran\u2019a g\u00f6nderildi. \u0130ran devrimi, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta t\u00fcm bu g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ortak y\u00f6netti\u011fi bir devrimken kademe kademe di\u011fer \u00f6nc\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7ler tasfiye edildiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, yerinden y\u00f6netim ve federasyon tarz\u0131ndaki taleplerine, sald\u0131r\u0131larla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verilerek K\u00fcrdistan co\u011frafyas\u0131nda, devrimin hemen sonras\u0131nda katliamlara ba\u015fvuruldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, b\u00f6yle bir ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olan, devrimlerin halklar lehine \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc bir geli\u015fim seyri izlemesi beklenemezdi, nitekim \u00f6yle de oldu. Daha sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde anti Amerikanc\u0131l\u0131k anti Siyonizm s\u00f6ylemleri ile gerici molla rejimini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirirken, Orta Do\u011fu\u2019da \u015eii eksenli, hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131 kurmak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n bir bi\u00e7imde taraf\u0131 olarak geleneksel emperyalist karakterini bug\u00fcne kadar canl\u0131 tutmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. Bunu da yine halk\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm maddi de\u011ferlerini harcayarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Bu politikan\u0131n sonucu halka yoksulluk, sefalet ve despotizm olarak yans\u0131d\u0131. Zaman zaman toplumu bast\u0131r\u0131p s\u00fckuneti sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de \u0130ran halklar\u0131, hi\u00e7bir zaman molla rejimini ve dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131 benimsemedi. Her f\u0131rsatta tepkisini g\u00f6stermekten geri kalmad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00dcRTLER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran toplumunun, en b\u00fcy\u00fck bile\u015fimlerinden biri de K\u00fcrtler ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019d\u0131r. 1639 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan, \u0130ran egemenli\u011findedir. \u0130ran rejimi K\u00fcrtlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n do\u011fudan ink\u00e2r etmese de ulusal taleplerini kabul etmemekte, kendini y\u00f6netme iradesini tan\u0131mamaktad\u0131r. Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da, ulusal bilin\u00e7 son derece g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. Ancak K\u00fcrt n\u00fcfusunun \u015eii ve Sunni olarak b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olmas\u0131, \u0130ran rejimi taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmaya elveri\u015fli bir zemin olmu\u015f, mevcut K\u00fcrt partileri bunu a\u015fabilecek ideolojik ve \u00f6rg\u00fctsel bir performans g\u00f6sterememi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PJAK bu konuda en avantajl\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctt\u00fcr. Demokratik ulus ve kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisi, \u0130ran\u2019da ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm haklar\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck talebi olan t\u00fcm kesimleri kapsama yetene\u011fine sahiptir. Nitekim K\u00fcrt toplumu i\u00e7inde de t\u00fcm mezhep ve \u00e7evrelerde, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc olan tek yap\u0131 PJAK\u2019t\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7 K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131 Jina Amini\u2019nin sa\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fckt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gerek\u00e7esiyle g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131p burada \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi sonras\u0131, ba\u015fta K\u00fcrdistan olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm \u0130ran\u2019a, dalga dalga yay\u0131lan halk ayaklanmalar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130ran halklar\u0131n\u0131n, birikmi\u015f \u00f6fkesinin patlamas\u0131na vesile olan bu olay Jin Jiyan Azad\u00ee slogan\u0131yla ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar olmak \u00fczere toplumun t\u00fcm kesimlerini, etraf\u0131nda toplamay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Apocu hareketin, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisinin b\u00f6lgemizdeki, ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm toplum \u00fczerinde ciddi bir etkisinin oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Elbette bu durum beraberinde ciddi bir sorumluk \u00fcstlenme sonucunu da do\u011furacakt\u0131r. Hi\u00e7bir \u015feye kay\u0131ts\u0131z kalmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Senin insanl\u0131\u011fa mal etti\u011fin, sloganla insanlar soka\u011fa d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcp, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck talebiyle direnirken sessiz kalman m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. PJAK\u2019\u0131n tutumu da b\u00f6yle olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran devleti, hep yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7ler, Siyonizm, \u015feytan Amerika, s\u00f6ylemlerini kullan\u0131rken, \u00f6te yandan da K\u00fcrdistan ve Belucistan\u0131 adeta \u015feytanla\u015ft\u0131rarak, toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck talebini zay\u0131flatmak toplumlar aras\u0131nda var olan dayan\u0131\u015fmaya darbe vurmak ve zaman zaman kontra eylemlerle s\u00fcreci provoke etmek isteyecektir. Nitekim kimi giri\u015fimleri de olmu\u015ftur. Demokratik ulus ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri \u00f6nceleyen bir s\u00f6ylemde \u0131srar etmek, m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse t\u00fcm halklar\u0131n ortak bir devrimci Koordinasyon\u2019da bir araya gelmesini sa\u011flayacak \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck yararl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. \u00d6nc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc yaratamam\u0131\u015f halk hareketlerinin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc sonu\u00e7lar almas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Halk hareketleri, ciddi bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe kavu\u015fturulamazsa bir s\u00fcre sonra s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenecektir. Bu nedenle \u00f6rg\u00fctsel g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir m\u00fcdahale zorunludur. Bu a\u015famada halk eylemlerinin \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilip s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi yararl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Ancak kararl\u0131 halk ayaklanmas\u0131 ve s\u00fcren \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 dengeleri farkl\u0131 ko\u015fullar olu\u015fturmaya yatk\u0131nd\u0131r.
