Tolumun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve iradesi k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015f hali, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye yabanc\u0131 hali, yoksulluk durumu, kapal\u0131 ve kast sistemine dayal\u0131 toplumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n dogmatik zihniyet yap\u0131s\u0131 da eklenince \u015eengal direnicinin anlam\u0131 daha iyi a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Yani direni\u015fin verildi\u011fi zemini ve toplumsal ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda, alan\u0131n imkans\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131, olanaks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 da dahil edildi\u011finde direni\u015fin boyutlar\u0131na daha iyi \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6z\u00fcnde bir direni\u015f hareketi olan PKK\u2019nin 45. kurulu\u015f y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcne yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu g\u00fcnlerde direni\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn h\u0131z\u0131ndan hi\u00e7bir \u015fey kaybetmeden farl\u0131 co\u011frafyalarda boy vermesi de anlaml\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp; PKK&#8217;nin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7taki \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131na bira anlamda denk diyebilece\u011fimiz ko\u015fullarda, \u015eengal\u2019de kadim Ezidi inanc\u0131yla PKK direni\u015f gelene\u011finin bulu\u015fmas\u0131 da ayr\u0131ca farkl\u0131 bir anlam ifade etmektedir. \u00d6nder Apo\u2019nun r\u00fcyalar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi, istekleri ve beklentisinin bir nebze de olsa ya\u015fam bulmas\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp; Sussuz topra\u011f\u0131, kurumaya y\u00fcz tutmu\u015f a\u011fac\u0131 su ile bulu\u015fturma diyebilece\u011fimiz bir bulu\u015fmad\u0131r. K\u0131sacas\u0131, &nbsp;\u015eengal direni\u015fi Ezidi toplumunu yutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Leviahtan\u0131 alt eden bir direni\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PKK\u2019nin \u015eengal\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi direni\u015f m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7inde yeni bir toplum filizlenmektedir. Ezidi halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hayat\u0131na, toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131na bir\u00e7ok alanda ilk diye bilece\u011fimiz ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7lar yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Son nefesini vermekte olan hastaya can katm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nanc\u0131yla, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleriyle ve son olarak fiziki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla son bulma a\u015famas\u0131na gelmi\u015f bir toplumsal kesimin yeniden var olma dirili\u015fidir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ezidi halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n dirili\u015fi Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 a\u015famas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede bir uyan\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tarihinde belki de ilk kez kendi toplumsal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gelece\u011fi hakk\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131d\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f tarihi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde bunun f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131 yakalayamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00fcrekli d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerin hakiminde ya\u015fayan az\u0131nl\u0131ktaki Ezidi inan\u00e7 toplulu\u011fu hep bask\u0131ya maruz kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 ya\u015famay\u0131 bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirmi\u015ftir. G\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu toplumun kaderi olmu\u015ftur. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ma\u011fduriyetlerin s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 yoktur. Her kesimden d\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Farkl\u0131 zihniyet kal\u0131plar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yok edilmesi gereken bir inan\u00e7 olarak varsay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle kendi deyimleriyle ge\u00e7mi\u015f tarihlerinden bu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelmi\u015f tarihi \u00f6\u011fretilerine g\u00f6re 73 kez fermana maruz kalm\u0131\u015flar. Ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 zorbal\u0131\u011fa ve zulme kar\u015f\u0131 yine de ayakta kalmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f ve bir \u015fekliyle varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz toplumsal formlar\u0131n geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeyleriyle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 mevcuttur. Geri kalm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n yan\u0131nda orijinalliklerinden, \u00f6zlerinden fazla bir \u015fey yitirmeden sadelikleriyle, kapitalist modernitenin fazla etkilemedi\u011fi ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleriyle mevcut varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 korumay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fermanlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ayakta kalmak asl\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir direni\u015ftir. K\u00fcllenmeye y\u00fcz tutmu\u015f ge\u00e7mi\u015f direni\u015fi g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131karmak, PKK direni\u015fiyle harmanlamak Ezidi toplumuna m\u00fcthi\u015f bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapt\u0131racakt\u0131r. Bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te ba\u015far\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken biraz da budur. Kadim ge\u00e7mi\u015fi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki halklar\u0131n kurtulu\u015f paradigmas\u0131 ile bulu\u015fturmak bu a\u00e7\u0131dan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bu konuda az\u0131msanmayacak ve hi\u00e7 de k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131 sevindiricidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ezidilerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 73. Ferman asl\u0131nda yeni bir ya\u015fama ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapmalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan milad olarak ele almak gerekir. Hemen her konuda kendi tarihlerini ilk kez kendileri yazma durumuyla ka\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelmi\u015f ve bu d\u00fczeyi yakalam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu dirili\u015fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in a\u011f\u0131r bedeller \u00f6denmi\u015ftir. Yani kendili\u011finden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir geli\u015fme de\u011fildir. \u015eengal da\u011f\u0131na tutunmak, yeni bir toplumsal gelece\u011fi in\u015fa etmek ve bunun m\u00fccadelesini her alanda vermek i\u00e7in 300\u2019e yak\u0131n \u015fehit verildi\u011fini ak\u0131lda tutmak gerekir. \u0130\u00e7erden d\u0131\u015fardan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc engellemeye ra\u011fmen Ezidi halk\u0131n\u0131n dirili\u015fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kadim bir inanc\u0131n temsilcileri olan Ezidiler, var olma ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesini g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde daha \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc, daha bilin\u00e7li verme a\u015famas\u0131na gelmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131rlar. Askeri, siyasi, diplomatik faaliyetlerini \u00f6rg\u00fctlemi\u015f ve kendileri y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr duruma gelmi\u015ftir. \u00d6z savunmadan, \u00f6z y\u00f6netim organlar\u0131na kavu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Her alanda dirili\u015fin n\u00fcveleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ferman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ya\u015fanan travman\u0131n atlat\u0131lmas\u0131, yaralar\u0131n sar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve da\u011f\u0131lan halk\u0131n yeniden \u015eengal alan\u0131nda toplanmas\u0131, yeni bir ya\u015fama ba\u015flamas\u0131, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131, alt yap\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6tesinde sistem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da var h\u0131z\u0131yla devam etti. Bir yandan DA\u0130\u015e sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 savunma sistemi geli\u015ftirirken di\u011fer yanda ise toplumsal in\u015fan\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesine de a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmi\u015ftir. \u015eengal ezidi toplulu\u011funun \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 halen \u015eengal d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda m\u00fclteci kamplar\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 idame ettirmektedir. Geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler olmakla birlikte b\u00f6lgede s\u00fcren istikrars\u0131zl\u0131k nedeniyle sekteye u\u011fram\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Son olarak Kerk\u00fck m\u00fcdahalesi sonras\u0131 alana gelen \u0130ran destekli He\u015fdi \u015eabi g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgesel y\u00f6netimi ile ya\u015fanan gerginliklerden dolay\u0131 Ezidilein geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerini olumsuz etkilenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi\u00e7bir d\u0131\u015f destek olmadan tamamen kendi \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcne dayanarak ya\u015fam sava\u015f\u0131 vermenin yan\u0131nda, kendi sistemini kurmas\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek bir ba\u015far\u0131d\u0131r. Elbette daha al\u0131nacak \u00e7ok yol vard\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015eengal \u00fczerinde var olan hakimiyet son s\u00fcr\u00e7lerde s\u0131k\u00e7a el de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Uzun y\u0131llar Saddam iktidar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Ezidiler devlet otoritesi alt\u0131nda k\u0131smen sakin ve kendi halinde bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ge\u00e7irdiklerini belirmekte fayda vard\u0131r. Fakat toplumsal geli\u015fmeye herhangi bir katk\u0131 yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sosyal ekonomik geli\u015fmeyi yaratacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saddam sonras\u0131 \u015eengal alan\u0131na hakim olan KDP, halk\u0131 Pe\u015fmerge g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak kullanmaya a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k vermi\u015ftir. KDP kendi parti kurumla\u015fmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7ine girmi\u015ftir. \u0130ktidar erki olarak Ezidi toplumunun geli\u015fmesine, de\u011fi\u015fmesine, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesine, bilin\u00e7lenmesine, e\u011fitilmesine k\u0131sacas\u0131 kamusal alana hizmet g\u00f6t\u00fcrerek ya\u015fam\u0131n geli\u015fmesine katk\u0131 sunmaktan uzakt\u0131r. Tabiri uygunsa \u015eengal\u2019i elinden geldik\u00e7e semirmi\u015ftir. Bir yay\u0131lma alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve bu temelde yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dai\u015f \u00e7etelerinin sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 arifesinde alan\u0131 terk etmi\u015ftir. PKK\u2019nin DA\u0130\u015e\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadelesi sonras\u0131 ve yine PKK\u2019den yard\u0131m alarak alana tekrardan geri d\u00f6n\u00fcp yerle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kaybetti\u011fi itibar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden tesis etmek i\u00e7in g\u00f6z\u00fc kara bir \u015fekilde d\u00f6n\u00fcp PKK\u2019ye sald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. PKK\u2019nin \u015eengal\u2019den&nbsp; \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 \u00f6ncelikli g\u00f6revi olmu\u015ftur. 25 Eyl\u00fcl referandum karar\u0131yla birlikte sars\u0131lan otoritesi Kerk\u00fck m\u00fcdahalesiyle bir kez da \u015eengal alan\u0131ndan ka\u00e7mak durumunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu k\u0131sa anlat\u0131mdan anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi KDP\u2019nin \u015eengali savunmaktan, sahip \u00e7\u0131kmaktan ziyade faydac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mdan ibarettir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Irak merkezi h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin He\u015fti \u015eabi milis g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle birlikte KDP\u2019nin elindeki sorunlu b\u00f6lgeler kapsam\u0131na giren alanlara m\u00fcdahalesiyle birlikte \u015eengal alan\u0131ndaki y\u00f6netim bir kez daha el de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. He\u015fdi \u015eabi alana girmesiyle birlikte Ezidiler farkl\u0131 bir y\u00f6netimle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f oldular. Ard\u0131ndan Irak merkezi h\u00fck\u00fcmetin ilk kez Saddam sonras\u0131nda alana y\u00f6netimi ele ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi bir d\u00f6neme girilmi\u015ftir. \u015eengal\u2019de ki bu y\u00f6netim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi toplumsal yap\u0131da fazla bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmasa da d\u0131\u015f g\u00fcce dayanarak ayakta kalma gibi ge\u00e7mi\u015ften kalan al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Her gelen egemen g\u00fcc\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile fazla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmekten ziyade uyum sa\u011flayarak ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyi kendisine y\u00f6ntem olarak se\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00f6ntem bilin\u00e7li bir tercihten ziyade, zorunluluklar\u0131n dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 idari yap\u0131lar\u0131n&nbsp; d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir se\u00e7eneklerinin olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bu s\u00fcre\u00e7leri bu \u015fekilde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f Ezidi toplumu d\u0131\u015f egemenliklere intibak etmek d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda se\u00e7ene\u011finin olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu nedenle anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r durumdur. Ama art\u0131k kendisi i\u00e7in yeni bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u015flemeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 bir dirili\u015f s\u00fcrecidir ve PKK&#8217;nin \u015eengal\u2019de DA\u0130\u015e\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadeleyle birlikte ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce de uyan\u0131\u015f giderek iradeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Belki de ilk kez iradeli bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olma yoluna girmi\u015f bulunan Ezidilerde \u00f6z g\u00fcven geli\u015fmektedir. Kendisine g\u00fcveni giderek geli\u015fen Ezidler yeni bir toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye ad\u0131m at\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131rlar. Tarihleri boyunca ya\u015famad\u0131klar\u0131, pekte al\u0131\u015f\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yine bu konuda g\u00fcvensizlik i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131 konularda ilk kez \u00f6z savunma, \u00f6z y\u00f6netim konular\u0131nda kendi geleceklerini \u00f6rmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6z savunma kapsam\u0131nda Ezidi toplumu kendisini savunmak i\u00e7in silahlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. YB\u015e (Yekineyen Berxwedana \u015eengale) ve YJ\u015e (Yekineyen J\u0131nen \u015eengale) birliklerini kurarak kendi co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n savunma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctlediler. Giderek tecr\u00fcbe ve deneyim kazanarak yetkinle\u015fmi\u015fmi\u015f konuma gelmi\u015flerdir. Ezidi kad\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn silahlanmas\u0131 ise ayr\u0131 bir de\u011ferlendirme konusudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ideolojisi ekseninde ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 anlamland\u0131rmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6neme sahiptir. Kapal\u0131 toplumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n geleneksel, yerle\u015fik ya\u015fam tarz\u0131nda adeta bo\u011fulan kad\u0131n, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck bilinciyle silah tutmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fmedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KDP\u2019nin Ezdileri koruma, savuma vaadi asla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi ve halk\u0131 tehlikelerle, yok olma sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6z savunma bilincinin gereklili\u011fini daha fazla ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r.
