Onlar\u0131 b\u00f6yle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcren ne? Bu zihniyet neye dayan\u0131yor? K\u00fcrtler ger\u00e7ekten Suriye&#8217;de misafir mi yoksa aksine b\u00f6lgenin ger\u00e7ek sakinleri mi? Bu ve di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok soruyu bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma makalesinde cevaplamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20. yy\u2019da \u00f6zellikle Syces Picot Anla\u015fmas\u0131 ve ulus-devlet fikrine dayal\u0131 s\u00f6zde modern devletlerin kurulmas\u0131ndan sonra K\u00fcrtler \u00fczerinde soyk\u0131r\u0131m, imha, inkar ve asimilasyon politikalar\u0131 kesintisiz y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. D\u00fcnyaya hakim g\u00fc\u00e7ler Ortado\u011fu\u2019da kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na g\u00f6re devletler kurdu\u011fu zaman K\u00fcrtlere herhangi bir hak tan\u0131mad\u0131lar. Aksine K\u00fcrtlere ait topraklar\u0131 ve co\u011frafyay\u0131 par\u00e7alad\u0131lar. Buda K\u00fcrtleri b\u00f6lgesel devletlerin sert yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya getirdi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla b\u00f6lgede devam eden sava\u015f, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve istikrars\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131, b\u00f6lgeyi b\u00f6len \u00fclkelerin pay\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Stat\u00fc belirlememek, hegemon g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan K\u00fcrt sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmemesi ya da ask\u0131da b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131, b\u00f6lgede yeni kurulan devletlere K\u00fcrtlerin \u00fczerine gitmeleri, katliam, soyk\u0131r\u0131mdan ve asimilasyondan ge\u00e7irmeleri i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 ve cesaret verdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hem Arap g\u00fc\u00e7ler (Irak, Suriye) hem de \u0130ran, K\u00fcrtlere sald\u0131r\u0131 ve bask\u0131 yapmak ad\u0131na T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den cesaret almakta ve bu \u00fclkelerin (Irak, \u0130ran ve Suriye) her birinin K\u00fcrtlere kar\u015f\u0131 bir imha ve tasfiye politikas\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrtleri de i\u00e7ine alarak kendilerine bir taban edinmi\u015fler. Her biri K\u00fcrtlerin kimlik ve varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 boyunduruk alt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in K\u00fcrtlere \u00f6zel politikalar uygulam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devleti kurulu\u015fundan bu yana K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 fiziki olarak tasfiye etmek i\u00e7in var g\u00fcc\u00fcyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, bu ama\u00e7la her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ara\u00e7 ve y\u00f6ntemi kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Belki bir dereceye kadar ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f ve asimilasyon politikalar\u0131yla K\u00fcrtlerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirmi\u015f olsa da tam bir sonu\u00e7 alamam\u0131\u015f, K\u00fcrtleri fiziki olarak bitirememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrk devleti \u00f6ncelikle K\u00fcrtlerin ve di\u011fer halklar\u0131n inkar\u0131 \u00fczerinden kurulmu\u015f bir devlettir. Orta Asya\u2019dan gelen T\u00fcrkler; K\u00fcrt, Ermeni, Yunan, S\u00fcryan, Asuri ve di\u011fer halklar\u0131n topraklar\u0131na el koydu. T\u00fcrk ulusu temeli \u00fczerine T\u00fcrkiye devletini kurdu. Sonras\u0131nda di\u011fer halklar\u0131 soyk\u0131r\u0131mdan ge\u00e7irip tarihi ger\u00e7eklikleri g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ederek halklar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 inkar ettiler. Bu ger\u00e7ekleri gizlemek i\u00e7in ideolojilerine g\u00f6re tarihi ele ge\u00e7irdiler ve K\u00fcrtlerle ilgili her \u015feyi m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131lar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla K\u00fcrtlerin ve K\u00fcrdistan ger\u00e7e\u011fini kabul etmediler, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrtlerin ve di\u011fer halklar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye diye bir \u00fclkenin yoklu\u011fu anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini iyi bilmektedirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda K\u00fcrtler Bereketli Hilal (Hilala Zer\u00een) kemerinde Zagros, Amanos ve Toros s\u0131rada\u011flar\u0131nda ya da Yukar\u0131 Mezopotamya dedi\u011fimiz b\u00f6lgede tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ge\u00e7im ve yiyecek, sebze ve bitki temini a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu b\u00f6lgelerin ko\u015fullar\u0131, ya\u015fam\u0131n devam etmesine olanak sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu elveri\u015fli iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve tah\u0131l arz\u0131, ilk insanlar\u0131n s\u00fcrekli olan g\u00f6\u00e7 ya\u015fam\u0131na son vermesine, klanlar \u015feklinde bir araya gelmesine ve ana tanr\u0131\u00e7a etraf\u0131nda toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. Zamanla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u00f6y \u00f6rnekleri Toroslar, Amanoslar ve Zagroslar\u2019da olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flar. Ot, tah\u0131l, tohum elde edilmeye ba\u015flanmas\u0131yla birlikte \u2018Tar\u0131m Devrimi\u2019 denilen istikrarl\u0131 ya\u015fam s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmeye ba\u015flan\u0131r. K\u00f6ylerin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesiyle bir k\u0131sm\u0131 Mezopotamya&#8217;ya inmi\u015f, ard\u0131ndan S\u00fcmer d\u00f6neminde Mezopotamya&#8217;da \u015fehir devletleri kurulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrdistan dedi\u011fimiz ve bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Suriye topraklar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen co\u011frafyada K\u00fcrtlerin tarih, co\u011frafya ve dil varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 milattan en az alt\u0131 bin y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar uzanmaktad\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir etkiye sahip olan Til Xelef medeniyeti (M.\u00d6 4000-6000), Rojava K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n\u0131n Ser\u00eakaniye b\u00f6lgesine d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Kuzey Suriye&#8217;nin tamam\u0131, Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ve g\u00fcneyin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7ine alan geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyada s\u00f6z sahibi olan Til Halef medeniyeti ger\u00e7ekleri g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seriyor. Arkologlar, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar ve bilim adamlar\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerin k\u00fclt\u00fcr, dil, k\u0131l\u0131k ve k\u0131yafetlerinin Got\u00ee, Loloy\u00ee, Ka\u015f\u00ee, M\u00eetan\u00ee, Hur\u00ee(Xor\u00ee) ve Medlere dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tl\u0131yor. Ba\u015fkenti Wa\u015fokani (Ser\u00eakaniye) olan Mitan\u00eeler ilk K\u00fcrd kavimlerinden biri olarak kabul edilir. Ugarit ve Akdeniz&#8217;deki t\u00fcm Suriye k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131, Mari, Halep, Karkam\u0131\u015f ve genel olarak Suriye&#8217;nin kuzeyini kendi i\u00e7ine almaktad\u0131r. M\u00fbk\u00ee\u015fan krall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti olan Alalix\u00ea \u015fehrinin tarihi tun\u00e7 ve demir \u00e7aplar\u0131na M.\u00d6 3300-1200\u2019lerde M\u00eetan\u00eelere ba\u011fl\u0131yd\u0131. Kral Ed\u00eerm\u00ee 30 ya\u015f\u0131nda Alalix \u015fehrini y\u00f6netiyordu. Alal\u00eexe \u015fehri Mitanni&#8217;nin atalar\u0131 olan Hurriler veya Khoriler taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Tarihi milattan \u00fc\u00e7 bin y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine ula\u015fan Hurriler Kuzey Suriye, \u00f6zellikle Suriye&#8217;nin i\u00e7 kesimlerinde Humus kenti yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki Asi Nehri \u00e7evresindeki b\u00f6lgeler, Haleb\u2019in aras\u0131na denk gelen Alalix, Antakya(\u0130ntak\u00eeya) ve Lazkiye yine Akdeniz\u2019in Suriye k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ve Ugarit\u00ee yetkisi alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hurri ba\u015fkenti \u00f6nce N\u00fbz\u00ee (Kerk\u00fck yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda), ard\u0131ndan Rojava K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n Amud\u00ea- Ork\u00ee\u015f(Gir\u00ea M\u00fbzan) tepesiydi. Hurrilerin izleri ve kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 hala bir isim olarak Afrin b\u00f6lgesinde kendini ya\u015fat\u0131yor. Tarihi yerlerden biri olan \u201cKela Hurr\u00ee\u201d bu kadim isimlerdendir. Yine bu b\u00f6lgede \u00dbrya ve H\u00fbr\u00eek gibi erkek ve H\u00fbrriye gibi k\u0131z isimleri halen kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arap halk\u0131n\u0131n Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131yla bilindi\u011fi, k\u00f6klerinin bu b\u00f6lgelerden geldi\u011fi, bu b\u00f6lgenin Basra K\u00f6rfezi, Hint Okyanusu (Arap Denizi), K\u0131z\u0131ldeniz, Irak ve \u00dcrd\u00fcn aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Kurakl\u0131k ve ya\u011fmur eksikli\u011fi nedeniyle koyun sahibi Arap g\u00f6\u00e7ebeler ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in yeni otlaklar aramak zorunda kald\u0131lar. \u0130lk kez Ubeyd uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131yla Araplar, S\u00fcmerlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgede (Irak), F\u0131rat ve Dicle nehirlerinin birle\u015ferek denize d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u00f6lgede M.\u00d6.4000 Akkad, Babil ve Asur isimleriyle tarihin su y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p Biladesham denilen b\u00f6lgede ve di\u011fer yerlere yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suriye ve Bat\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;daki K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin \u00f6zg\u00fcn halklar\u0131ndan biridir, k\u00f6kleri tarihin derinliklerine kadar uzan\u0131r. K\u00fcrtler Suriye&#8217;de s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi gibi az\u0131nl\u0131k bir millet de\u011fil, K\u00fcrtler Suriye&#8217;de Araplardan sonra ikinci millettir. \u015eu anda Derik&#8217;ten Afrin&#8217;e kadar Rojava K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da ya\u015fayan K\u00fcrt say\u0131s\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Suriye&#8217;nin derinliklerinde de K\u00fcrtler vard\u0131. Yukar\u0131da da belirtti\u011fimiz gibi K\u00fcrtlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, K\u00fcrtlerin atalar\u0131 olan Med \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu ve Kuzey Suriye&#8217;yi y\u00f6neten Hurri ve Mitani devletlerinin uzak tarihine dayanmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrtler eski ve yeni Suriye tarihinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r, K\u00fcrtlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 siyasi, sosyal, ekonomik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve askeri y\u00f6nden tarihin her d\u00f6neminde var olmu\u015ftur. Selahaddin Eyyubi d\u00f6neminde \u015eam, Hama, Humus ve Halep \u015fehirleri Eyyubi devletinin idaresi alt\u0131ndayd\u0131. Humus \u015fehri ile Tartus aras\u0131nda yer alan tarihi yerlerin bulundu\u011fu ve en g\u00fczel kalelerden biri olan Suriye&#8217;deki (K\u00fcrt Kalesi), 11. y\u00fczy\u0131lda K\u00fcrtler taraf\u0131ndan, Selahaddin Eyyubi&#8217;yi korumak i\u00e7in kale in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Ticaret yollar\u0131 ve arka cephesi M\u0131s\u0131r ve d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnya taraf\u0131ndan denize ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa da ne yaz\u0131k ki daha sonra Araplar ondan (K\u00fcrt) kelimesini \u00e7\u0131kararak ad\u0131n\u0131 (Qal`et Elh\u00fbsn) de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir Mend (Mente\u015fah) ve ard\u0131ndan K\u00fcrt ve Yezidi k\u00f6kenli Can Polat ailesi iki d\u00f6nemde (MS 1200-MS 1600) Kilis krall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netti. Kilis krall\u0131\u011f\u0131 Halep, Antakya ve Antep olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6lgede kurulmu\u015ftur. Azaz, Bab b\u00f6lgesi, Kurman\u00e7 Da\u011f\u0131 (Efrin), Lazikiye&#8217;deki K\u00fcrt Da\u011f\u0131, Hema \u015fehrinin baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgeleri, Tilkelex, Humus ve Suriye&#8217;de Akdeniz&#8217;in t\u00fcm k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kendi i\u00e7ine al\u0131yordu. \u015eimdide Asi sular\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda Til Mend (Mend Tepesi) ad\u0131nda tarihi bir yer var. Hititler ile M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131lar aras\u0131ndaki Kade\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 (M\u00d6 1274) bu b\u00f6lgede ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ali Can Polant, Osmanl\u0131&#8217;ya isyan etti, ancak Osmanl\u0131lar \u015fiddetli bir \u015fekilde \u00fczerine giderek isyan\u0131 bast\u0131rd\u0131. Sonras\u0131nda Can Polant&#8217;\u0131n ailesinin yan\u0131na L\u00fcbnan&#8217;a g\u00f6\u00e7 etti. Ezidili\u011fi ve K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u0131rakt\u0131. D\u00fcrzi ve Arap oldu. Eski tarihin rakamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u015eam ve \u00e7evresinin yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 K\u00fcrt k\u00f6kenlidir. Son rakamlara g\u00f6re \u015eam&#8217;daki K\u00fcrt Mahallesi&#8217;ndeki K\u00fcrtlerin say\u0131s\u0131 \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n n\u00fcfus kay\u0131tlar\u0131na ve kay\u0131tl\u0131 evlerine g\u00f6redir. \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n kimlik tespitinde, 91 bin evin kayd\u0131 K\u00fcrt\u00e7e kay\u0131tlard\u0131r. Suriye&#8217;nin ortas\u0131nda yer alan Hama \u015fehrinin d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc, Humus \u015fehrine ba\u011fl\u0131 Cisir el-\u015fixor \u00e7evresinde ise \u00e7ok say\u0131da K\u00fcrt ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Halep \u015fehri ve \u00e7evresi ile Harim ve Kefer Tixarin y\u00f6resinde \u00e7ok say\u0131da K\u00fcrt k\u00f6kenli bulunuyordu. Kinsib&#8217;in Selma b\u00f6lgesindeki Laziqi&#8217;deki Cebel El Ekrad (K\u00fcrtlerin Da\u011f\u0131) \u00e7evresinde onlarca K\u00fcrt k\u00f6y\u00fc vard\u0131. Mushan, El \u00dbcan ve \u015e\u00eaxan, K\u00eexan (Kaxoda) a\u015firetlerinin isimleri hala K\u00fcrt\u00e7edir. Bazido, Zeh\u00fbri, Xelilo, Oso aileleri bu b\u00f6lgenin \u00fcnl\u00fcleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eyyubi ailesinden Kral Alefdal&#8217;\u0131n o\u011flu, ad\u0131 \u0130smail olan Hama \u015fehrinin sahibi tarih\u00e7i ve co\u011frafyac\u0131 Ebulfida, \u00f6nce \u015eam h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 olmu\u015f, daha sonra Hama \u015fehrinin sahibi olmu\u015ftur. Fakat bu b\u00f6lgelerin K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgelerinden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 ve uzakla\u015fmas\u0131, Arapla\u015ft\u0131rma, zul\u00fcm ve asimilasyon politikalar\u0131 nedeniyle bu b\u00f6lgelerin K\u00fcrtleri dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini kaybederek Arapla\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Eyyubi ailesinden Kral Alefdal&#8217;\u0131n o\u011flu, resmi ad\u0131 \u0130smail olan Hama \u015fehrinin sahibi tarih\u00e7i ve co\u011frafyac\u0131 Ebulf\u00eeda, \u00f6nce \u015eam h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 olmu\u015f, daha sonra Hama \u015fehrinin sahibi olmu\u015ftur. Fakat bu b\u00f6lgelerin K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgelerinden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 ve uzakla\u015fmas\u0131, Arapla\u015ft\u0131rma, zul\u00fcm ve asimilasyon politikalar\u0131 nedeniyle bu b\u00f6lgelerin K\u00fcrtleri dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini kaybederek Arapla\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 Mart 2004 n\u00fcfus say\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re \u015eam&#8217;\u0131n K\u00fcrt mahallesindeki (Rikinedin) K\u00fcrtlerin say\u0131s\u0131 400.000&#8217;den fazlad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Salihiy\u00ea Mahallesinde (Salihiya Kudan) ve daha onlarca mahallede K\u00fcrtler vard\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok aile de eski \u015eam mahallelerine da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. \u00d6zellikle Eski \u015eam\u2019da bulunan Sur taraflar\u0131, Hamidiye \u00e7ars\u0131na yak\u0131n Qemeriy\u00ea mahallesine da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.
