Bu nedenle de sadece \u2018bilirki\u015filer\u2019in \u00fczerinde de\u011ferlendirme<br \/>\nyapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, as\u0131l \u00fcretenlerin, ekonomiye temel olan toplumsal kesimlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na<br \/>\nitildi\u011fi bir konuma indirgenmi\u015f. Ekonomiyi yaratanlar, y\u00fcr\u00fctenler, ya\u015fam\u0131 idame<br \/>\nedenler yani \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin i\u00e7inde olanlara ise sadece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, ancak<br \/>\n\u00fcrettiklerinin nereye ve hangi bi\u00e7imde sunulduklar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, m\u00fcdahale<br \/>\netme bu s\u00fcrece y\u00f6n verme yetilerinin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir duruma getirilmi\u015f<br \/>\nolmakta. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Kapitalizm kendini ekonominin s\u0131rt\u0131ndan ya\u015fatan bir<br \/>\nkamburdur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Toplumun en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck biriminden yani aileden, en geni\u015f \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc<br \/>\nkurumlar\u0131na kadar yani devlet vb. olu\u015fumlara kadar t\u00fcm toplumsal alan kendisini<br \/>\nbir ekonomik alana g\u00f6re \u015fekillendirmek zorundad\u0131r. Bu ekonominin ger\u00e7ek do\u011fas\u0131ndan<br \/>\nkaynaklanan bir durumdur. Ekonomi, en basit tan\u0131m\u0131yla ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in<br \/>\ngerekli olan \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131na sahip olmak ve \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek olarak<br \/>\ntan\u0131mlanabilir. Bunun g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kendisini ekonomik bir sistem olarak g\u00f6steren<br \/>\nkapitalist modernite ile hi\u00e7bir alakas\u0131 yoktur. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve toplumun ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nsa\u011flayan bir ekonomik sistemde, vurgunlar \u00fczerinden para kazanmak, spek\u00fclasyon<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden toplumsal de\u011ferlere el koymak ve faiz borsa senet \u00fczerinden ya\u015fam\u0131<br \/>\nidame etmek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Bir toplumun hepsinin bu \u015fekilde kendi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\n\u00fcretti\u011fini hayal etti\u011fimizde bile g\u00f6rece\u011fiz ki, ortada \u00fcretimle ili\u015fkisi olan<br \/>\nkimse kalmayacakt\u0131r. Bu anlamda ekonominin sahibi, ilerletici g\u00fcc\u00fc kapitalizm<br \/>\nde\u011fil, bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan kesimler olmak durumundad\u0131r. Bu sistem olsa olsa<br \/>\nekonominin s\u0131rt\u0131ndan ya\u015fayan t\u00fcketici bir kamburdur. Yani b\u00f6ylesi bir sistem<br \/>\nkapitalist olmayan ger\u00e7ek ekonomi sahiplerine kendisini dayand\u0131rarak ya\u015famak<br \/>\nzorundad\u0131r. \u00d6yleyse ekonomi nedir, kimlerin elindedir. Ger\u00e7ek ekonomistler<br \/>\nkimlerdir? Bu sorunun cevab\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Neden mi, toplumsal adaletin<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in, ekonomiyi yaratan ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcrenlerin bu de\u011ferlerine sahip<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131n gerekli olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Ekonomi, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaratan ana-kad\u0131n\u0131n bir<br \/>\nyarat\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ekonomiyi ilk olarak tan\u0131mlayanlar Yunanl\u0131lar olmu\u015ftur. Ev<br \/>\nyasas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen, ekonomi, iki kavramdan \u00fcretilmi\u015ftir. Eko ve nomos.<br \/>\nBuradan yola \u00e7\u0131karak belirtebilece\u011fimiz ilk \u015fey ekonominin kad\u0131nla ilgili bir<br \/>\ntemelinin oldu\u011fudur. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 destekleyecek veriler toplumsalla\u015fman\u0131n<br \/>\ngeli\u015fti\u011fi organik-do\u011fal toplum s\u00fcrecinde yo\u011fun olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBizi kad\u0131n merkezcilikle su\u00e7layacak olanlara bir kez daha hat\u0131rlatmak gerekir<br \/>\nki, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaratan ana kad\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fc, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce ya\u015fam\u0131n idame<br \/>\nedilmesine, bu anlamda besinlerin toplanmas\u0131na ve toplulu\u011fa da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131yla<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7lenme ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f ve kutsanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik bi\u00e7imi birikime de\u011fil, payla\u015fmaya ve<br \/>\narma\u011fan etmeye dayal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ekonomiyi ya\u015fam i\u00e7in maddi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 olarak<br \/>\ntan\u0131mlad\u0131k. Maddi ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in<br \/>\nbir \u00f6n ko\u015ful olarak g\u00f6rmeye kimsenin itiraz\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmeyecektir. Neolitik<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrle birlikte d\u00fczenli ve g\u00fcvenlikli bir ekonominin geli\u015fme g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Ana kad\u0131n\u0131, toplay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131ktan d\u00fczenli bitki ekimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi<br \/>\ntar\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ge\u00e7i\u015fteki rol\u00fc, toplulu\u011fun beslenme ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 gidermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan<br \/>\nekonomideki ba\u015fatl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir. Bunun i\u00e7in gerekli olan ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda<br \/>\nbunu takiben geli\u015ftirilmesi insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en eski ve g\u00fcvenlikli ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imini<br \/>\nte\u015fkil etmektedir. Yine hayvanlar\u0131n evcille\u015ftirilerek etinden, s\u00fct\u00fcnden ve<br \/>\ny\u00fcn\u00fcnden yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de devam eden bu ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminin etkisi<br \/>\nolmaktad\u0131r. Klan-kabile d\u00fczeninde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen bu topluluk, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fcr\u00fcn<br \/>\nfazlalar\u0131n\u0131 da saklayarak ilk ambar\u0131 olu\u015fturma \u00f6zelli\u011fini de ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBunun \u00f6nemi k\u0131tl\u0131k, felaket ve benzeri dar g\u00fcnlerde toplulu\u011fun ya\u015fam<br \/>\nko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 garantiye alma bilinciyle ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 vard\u0131r. Demek ki ekonominin<br \/>\nilk ve ana sahibi, kad\u0131nd\u0131r. Ve ekonomik bi\u00e7imi birikime de\u011fil, payla\u015fmaya,<br \/>\narma\u011fan etmeye dayal\u0131d\u0131r. Biriktirmek toplum kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanan bir<br \/>\nyakla\u015f\u0131m olarak ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Ek<br \/>\nolarak ekonomiye insan toplumunun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan<br \/>\nko\u015fullar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 olarak bakarsak, kad\u0131n\u0131n insan neslini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmedeki<br \/>\nrol\u00fcn\u00fc, 9 ay karn\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131yarak var etti\u011fi \u00e7ocu\u011fu da \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde ele almak<br \/>\nm\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u0130nsan kendi eko-sistemini ekonomos olarak kendisi<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130nsan\u0131n biyolojik ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131ndan do\u011fan ekonomik s\u00fcre\u00e7leri,<br \/>\ndi\u011fer canl\u0131lar d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda g\u00f6zlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Her canl\u0131, beslenme, \u00fcreme ve<br \/>\ng\u00fcvenlik zinciri i\u00e7erisinde kendisini var edebilir. Bu anlamda her canl\u0131<br \/>\nkendisine uygun bir eko sistem yarat\u0131r. \u0130nsan i\u00e7in ise bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 bilin\u00e7li,<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc ve kurumsal olarak geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerle tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Yani insan kendi<br \/>\neko sistemini ekonomos olarak kendisi \u00f6rg\u00fctler. Bu anlamda ekonominin evrensel<br \/>\nbir karakter ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ekonomiyi yaratan kad\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlerine el koyan<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131f\u00e7\u0131-iktidarc\u0131 uygarl\u0131k sistemidir<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise kapitalist sistem her canl\u0131da olan bu geli\u015fim<br \/>\nzincirini kendisine mal etmekte, ekonomiyi kendisinden ba\u015flatmak istemektedir.<br \/>\nNeredeyse kapitalizm olmadan ekonominin olamayaca\u011f\u0131 yarg\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcrmeyi<br \/>\nhedefliyor. Bunun i\u00e7in manip\u00fcle ediyor, \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131yor, kendisini gizliyor.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Toplumsal geli\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde ekonomiyi yaratan<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlerine el koyma bi\u00e7iminde geli\u015fen s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131-iktidarc\u0131 uygarl\u0131k<br \/>\nsistemi, tarihsel toplumsal s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde k\u00f6lele\u015ftirme, serfle\u015ftirme ve<br \/>\ni\u015f\u00e7ile\u015ftirme ile toplumu ezen ve ezilenler bi\u00e7iminde b\u00f6l\u00fcmlemeye u\u011frat\u0131rken<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekte, kendisini ekonominin sahibi olarak ilan ediyor. Ekonomiye \u00fcstten<br \/>\ntalanc\u0131 bir \u015fekilde dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde! Bu hiyerar\u015fik tabloda ekonominin ger\u00e7ek<br \/>\nsahibi olan kad\u0131n en alt zeminde konumland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, i\u015f\u00e7iler, k\u00f6yl\u00fcler ve<br \/>\nserfler, zanaat\u00e7\u0131lar ile ekonominin \u00fcretici kesimi \u00fczerinde talana, istismara<br \/>\ndayal\u0131 bir d\u00fczen geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ekonomi anla\u015f\u0131lmak isteniyorsa her \u015feyden<br \/>\n\u00f6nce ana kad\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu toplumsal devrim s\u00fcrecine adeta bir kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\ndevrim gibi geli\u015ftirilen bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kapitalist modernitenin ilahla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 paran\u0131n ekonomiyle<br \/>\nbir alakas\u0131 yoktur<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kapitalist sistemin hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131 ilan etti\u011fi zaman\u0131m\u0131zda<br \/>\npara-ekonomi ili\u015fkisi sorgulanmaya de\u011ferdir. \u00d6yle ki paran\u0131n boyun<br \/>\ne\u011fdiremeyece\u011fi hi\u00e7bir g\u00fc\u00e7 yok gibidir. T\u00fcm ya\u015fam biraz daha fazla para kazanmak<br \/>\ni\u00e7in gibi bir hal alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Oysaki ekonominin geli\u015fti\u011fi ve toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctledi\u011fi d\u00f6nemlerde para yoktu, \u00e7ok sonralar\u0131 geli\u015fti. B\u00f6yle bir d\u00fczen <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">i\u00e7erisinde de toplum arma\u011fan ve de\u011fi\u015fim \u00fczerinden<br \/>\nihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabiliyordu. Para belki de de\u011fi\u015f-toku\u015f s\u00fcrecinin daha<br \/>\nkolay ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan bir olguydu. Her halde paray\u0131 ilk<br \/>\nbulanlar, paran\u0131n tanr\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 haline<br \/>\ngetirilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemi\u015flerdi. Paran\u0131n icad\u0131yla birlikte \u00fcretim alan\u0131n da<br \/>\n\u00f6z\u00fcnde spek\u00fclasyonlara a\u00e7\u0131k hale geldi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. Kapitalist sistemle<br \/>\nbirlikte ekonomi denilince akla para gelir oldu. Oysaki paran\u0131n ekonomiyle<br \/>\nili\u015fkisi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlere kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnmemektedir.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015fte kapitalizmin kendisini ekonominin \u00fczerinde hakim k\u0131lmas\u0131 yine bu \u00e7irkin<br \/>\nara\u00e7la m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u2018Aileyi kuran, di\u015fi ku\u015ftur\u2019 atas\u00f6z\u00fc kad\u0131n-ekonomi ili\u015fkisini<br \/>\nortaya koymaktad\u0131r<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de ekonominin ger\u00e7ek sahibi olan, evi \u00e7ekip<br \/>\n\u00e7eviren, ya\u015fam\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan, \u00fcretime aktif bi\u00e7imde kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayarak<br \/>\nge\u00e7im g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koyan kad\u0131nd\u0131r. Bu atas\u00f6zlerinde de yerini bulmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nYuvay\u0131 yapan yani aileyi kuran, geli\u015ftiren, di\u015fi ku\u015ftur ifadesi b\u00f6ylesi bir<br \/>\nger\u00e7eklikten g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc alsa gerek. Buna ra\u011fmen sanki hi\u00e7bir etkinli\u011fi yokmu\u015f gibi<br \/>\nyakla\u015f\u0131lan, kad\u0131n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 en zahmetli ev i\u015flerini i\u015ften saymayan, ekonomideki<br \/>\nesas rol\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rmeyen, de\u011fersizle\u015ftirerek ekonomi d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir yere yerle\u015ftiren<br \/>\nanlay\u0131\u015f b\u00f6ylesi bir istismar zihniyetinden kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 almaktad\u0131r, ger\u00e7eklikle<br \/>\nher hangi bir ba\u011f\u0131 yoktur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu konuyla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilecek bir\u00e7ok ba\u015fl\u0131k<br \/>\nvard\u0131r. Emek-de\u011fer teorisi bunlardan biridir. Ancak ekonomi ve ekonominin<br \/>\ntemelleri hakk\u0131nda ilk elden s\u00f6yleyebileceklerimiz bunlard\u0131r.
