Neoliberalizm olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan politikalar\u0131n yak\u0131c\u0131 ve y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkilerini g\u00fcncel olarak t\u00fcm D\u00fcnya ezilen toplumlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan en a\u011f\u0131r bi\u00e7imde hissedilir olmu\u015ftur. A\u011f\u0131r bir sistemsel krizi ya\u015fayan kapitalist modernite, krizden \u00e7\u0131kman\u0131n de\u011fil, krizi y\u00f6netmenin aray\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r. Buna da kriz y\u00f6netimi diyorlar. Kriz s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine giren t\u00fcm devlet\u00e7i sistemler, kendilerini daha fazla yayarak ( emperyalizm) yani D\u00fcnya sistemi haline gelerek, \u00f6m\u00fcrlerini uzatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. Bu durum ise, \u00f6z\u00fcnde kriz halinin daha fazla derinlik ve geni\u015flik kazanmas\u0131 demektir. <\/p>\n<p>Kapitalizm 19. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki \u201csanayi devrimi  ile birlikte Avrupa\u2019daki egemenli\u011fini garantileyince, t\u00fcm hegemonik sistemlerin yap\u0131s\u0131 gere\u011fi, D\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde tahakk\u00fcm ve h\u00fck\u00fcmdarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kurumla\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131na girdi. Sanayi devrimini end\u00fcstriyalizm bi\u00e7iminde kendi tekeline alarak, azami k\u00e2r kanunun gere\u011fi, ucuz i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc ve ham madde ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in yerel, b\u00f6lgesel ve D\u00fcnya sava\u015flar\u0131yla hegemonik \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 19. ve 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l boyunca, ezilen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n ve halklar\u0131n direni\u015fleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131.\u00a0 Kapitalist g\u00fc\u00e7ler t\u00fcm bu s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc y\u00f6nelimlerini halklar\u0131n \u00fczerinde geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ekonomik soyk\u0131r\u0131mla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fen bu emperyalist sald\u0131r\u0131lara, en a\u011f\u0131r bi\u00e7imde ba\u015fta b\u00f6lgemiz olmak \u00fczere Ortado\u011fu da maruz kald\u0131 ve kal\u0131yor. Buna ra\u011fmen Ortado\u011fu kapitalizmin, kontrol\u00fcne tam olarak alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir b\u00f6lge konumunu ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Elbette ki K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da t\u00fcm bu sald\u0131r\u0131lardan nasibini almaktad\u0131r. Hatta K\u00fcrdistan, bug\u00fcn B\u00f6lge\u2019de en a\u011f\u0131r ekonomik, ekolojik sald\u0131r\u0131 ve soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u00fclke ve toplumdur dersek, abart\u0131 say\u0131lmaz. Zengin yer alt\u0131 ve yer \u00fcst\u00fc ekonomik varl\u0131klar\u0131na, geni\u015f tar\u0131msal alanlara sahiplik eden bir co\u011frafyada toplum kendi ekonomisinden ve \u00fcretiminden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde yetmi\u015fi i\u015fsiz b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7lik olmak \u00fczere, toplumunun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kesimi, metropollerde mevsimlik tar\u0131m i\u015f\u00e7isi, amelelik, merdiven alt\u0131 i\u015fleri gibi en a\u011f\u0131r ve g\u00fcvencesiz i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrdistan, \u00f6zellikle 2000\u2019lerden bu yana, T\u00fcrk ( bunlarla birlikte ajanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f K\u00fcrt kapitalistlerinin de i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle ) uluslararas\u0131 sermaye tekellerinin talan\u0131na maruz kalmaktad\u0131r. Son bir iki y\u0131lda bu \u015firketlerin talan faaliyetleri \u00e7ok daha fazla yo\u011funluk kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle son s\u00fcre\u00e7te b\u00f6lgede \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n azalmas\u0131yla birlikte, bunu f\u0131rsat bilen bu kesimler, faaliyetlerini K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n her taraf\u0131na yayma \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7erisine girmi\u015flerdir. Bir yandan T.C. devletinin kalekol, karakol, HES ve baraj yap\u0131mlar\u0131  \u015firketlere yeni ve kolay s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc alanlar\u0131 amac\u0131yla k\u00f6y arazi ve meralar\u0131n\u0131n ticarile\u015ftirilmesi yasas\u0131, 2B ad\u0131ndaki Orman yasas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131  di\u011fer yandan tekelci \u015firketlerin maden, petrol ve gaz \u00e7\u0131karma faaliyetlerinin yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131, ekolojik ve ekonomik soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n geldi\u011fi d\u00fczeyi g\u00f6stermektedir. Amed\u2019de kayagaz\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131, maden ve di\u011fer maddelerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan kimyasallar, ya\u015fam\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak geri d\u00f6n\u00fclemez noktaya g\u00f6t\u00fcrmektedir. Bu \u015fekilde K\u00fcrdistan eko-sistemi y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011frat\u0131lmakta, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da milyarlarca dolar, bu \u015firketlerin kasalar\u0131na akmaktad\u0131r. Bu ya\u011fmadan elbette ki yerel K\u00fcrt i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ileri de paylar\u0131n\u0131 almaktalar. Bu temelde halk\u0131n demokratik m\u00fccadelesine kar\u015f\u0131t konumlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedirler. Toplumun ekonomik ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 par\u00e7alay\u0131p da\u011f\u0131tan, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n ekolojisini y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011fratan bu sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 toplumun her alanda demokratik kon-federal tarzda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi, g\u00fcncel olarak hayatiyet kazanm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin ve K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131rk y\u0131ll\u0131k m\u00fccadelesi bunun zeminini yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ortado\u011fu ve \u00f6zellikle K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fanan sosyal ve siyasal geli\u015fmeler s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 direni\u015f i\u00e7in her zamankinden daha fazla imk\u00e2nlar sunmaktad\u0131r. Rojava devrimi de bunun somut \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Rojava, kendi demokratik kom\u00fcnal sistemimizi olu\u015fturmak ve \u201colabilirli\u011fini  kan\u0131tlamak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tarihi de\u011ferdedir. D\u00fcnya devrim \u00f6rneklerinden iyi biliyoruz ki toplumsal bir devrimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ne kadar zor ise, belki de ondan zor ve \u00f6nemli olan o devrimi korumak ve geli\u015ftirip s\u00fcrekli k\u0131lmakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Toplumlar i\u00e7in ekonomi tarihsel olarak toplumlar\u0131n esas konulardan birisini te\u015fkil etmektedir. Bu anlamda kendisini kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131k\u00e7a varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha anlaml\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr bi\u00e7imde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ekonomik sitemini toplumsal bir temelde geli\u015ftiremeyen bir devrim ve in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve kal\u0131c\u0131 olamayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Demokratik ulus in\u015fa s\u00fcrecinin nas\u0131l ki t\u00fcm boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmek gerekli ve hayatiyse bu boyutlardan biri de mutlaka \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmesi ve pratikle\u015fmesi gereken kom\u00fcnal ekonomi boyutudur. Ekonomi alan\u0131 toplum olarak \u00fczerinde en az yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve pratikle\u015fti\u011fimiz alanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Pratikle\u015fme olmadan, somut ya\u015famla, toplumla ba\u011f\u0131 kurulmadan eksikler, yanl\u0131\u015flar veya do\u011frular ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaz.
