Gerillan\u0131n bir halk\u0131n kabul ve red \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerini, tahamm\u00fcl<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan belirleyicili\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrse e\u011fer, gerillan\u0131n<br \/>\nsorunda bir taraf ve ma\u011fdur taraf olan bir halk\u0131n olurunu almak bak\u0131m\u0131nda<br \/>\ng\u00f6zetilmesi zorunlu bir unsur olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi muhtemeldir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u201cGelinen noktada, K\u00fcrt sorunuyla PKK\u2019y\u0131 birbirinden ay\u0131rmak,<br \/>\nikisinin aras\u0131na duvar \u00e7ekmek olanaks\u0131z gibidir. Tersini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek ger\u00e7ekleri<br \/>\nzorlamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ve 1990\u2019larda yap\u0131labilecek olan bug\u00fcn art\u0131k m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<br \/>\nde\u011fildir. Yani hem PKK\u2019ya kar\u015f\u0131 silahl\u0131 m\u00fccadele, hem de e\u015fzamanl\u0131 olarak K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nmeselesini \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ray\u0131na oturtmak uzak ihtimaldir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>B\u00f6yle bir f\u0131rsat 1990\u2019larda vard\u0131 ama bug\u00fcn ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f<br \/>\ndurumda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">PKK ile K\u00fcrt sorunu bug\u00fcn art\u0131k birbirinin i\u00e7ine ge\u00e7ti\u011fi<br \/>\ni\u00e7in ka\u00e7t\u0131 bu f\u0131rsat. PKK, K\u00fcrtlerin \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kabul g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in<br \/>\nka\u00e7t\u0131. Da\u011fda PKK\u2019ya vurmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bunun sesi ve tepkisi b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\n\u015fehirlerden de gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in ka\u00e7t\u0131. Da\u011fdaki sava\u015f\u0131n \u015fehirleri de hareketlendirece\u011fi<br \/>\ni\u00e7in, da\u011f\u0131n yolunu daha fazla a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de ka\u00e7t\u0131. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu paragraflar K\u00fcrt sorunun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda uzun bir<br \/>\ns\u00fcredir tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda s\u0131k s\u0131k ad\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fitti\u011fimiz Hasan Cemal\u2019in 14 ocak<br \/>\ntarihli bir yaz\u0131s\u0131ndan al\u0131nt\u0131d\u0131r. Hasan Cemal\u2019in de yaz\u0131s\u0131nda i\u015faret etti\u011fi<br \/>\ni\u00e7i\u00e7eli\u011fin ger\u00e7ek nedeni i\u015fte gerillan\u0131n kendisi oluyor. PKK\u2019nin K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirdi\u011fi m\u00fccadeleyle yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar ve PKK\u2019nin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi<br \/>\ngerilla hareketinin bu g\u00fcn bir halk\u0131n kurtulu\u015f umudu olmas\u0131 bu i\u00e7i\u00e7eli\u011fin as\u0131l<br \/>\nnedenleri oluyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>GER\u0130LLA GER\u00c7E\u011e\u0130 HALK GER\u00c7E\u011e\u0130NE D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015eT\u00dc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Eski ad\u0131yla K\u00fcrdistan Halk Kurtulu\u015f Ordusu ad\u0131nda<br \/>\nanla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi bir halk\u0131n evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n neferi oldu\u011fu bir kuvvet. Bu bak\u0131mdan<br \/>\nt\u00fcm siyasal ideolojik politik nedenler bir tarafa b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131rsa bile neredeyse en<br \/>\naz bir ki\u015finin mensubu oldu\u011fu bir ailede gerilla ya\u015fat\u0131l\u0131yor. Halk evlad\u0131yla,<br \/>\ngerilla evlad\u0131yla ya\u015f\u0131yor. Hem de k\u0131sa bir d\u00f6nem, gelip ge\u00e7ici bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011fil<br \/>\nart\u0131k hayat\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelen bir ger\u00e7ek olarak ya\u015f\u0131yor. Yeniden<br \/>\nevlad\u0131 ile bir arada ya\u015faman\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131kla alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdikleri \u2018onurluca\u2019 bir<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn olmas\u0131 dahilinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilece\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fiyle ya\u015f\u0131yor. Yani gerilla<br \/>\nba\u015fta da ifade etti\u011fimiz gibi konunun ideolojik siyasal toplumsal y\u00f6nleri bir<br \/>\ntarafa dahi b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131rsa dahi bu nedenden dolay\u0131 bir halk\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f<br \/>\ndurumda.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Konumuza tekrardan d\u00f6necek olarsak \u2018k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgiler\u2019 diye<br \/>\nifade etti\u011fimiz \u015feyin toplam\u0131n\u0131n bir \u2018s\u0131n\u0131r\u2019 \u00e7izdi\u011fi tart\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6t\u00fcrmez. Bu<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131r tabi ki kabul edilebilirliklerin ve kabul edilemeyeceklerin s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131.<br \/>\nKonumuz itibariyle de gerillan\u0131n k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgilerinin \u2013ki asl\u0131nda buna ayn\u0131<br \/>\nzamanda PKK\u2019nin k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgileri demek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn- a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n bir<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131 olan PKK\u2019nin tart\u0131\u015fma mecras\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k. Ama<br \/>\nbug\u00fcne kadar \u00f6zel bir \u00e7abayla tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n bu mecran\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda geli\u015fti\u011fi de<br \/>\nku\u015fku g\u00f6t\u00fcrmez. Hasan Cemal\u2019in de yaz\u0131s\u0131ndan anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n<br \/>\ngeldi\u011fi a\u015fama itibariyle hem gerillaya kar\u015f\u0131 askeri operasyon ve sald\u0131r\u0131lar<br \/>\nyap\u0131p bir taraftan da AKP patentli a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n ad\u0131m ad\u0131m uygulanmas\u0131 bir se\u00e7enek<br \/>\nolarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u2018K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgiler\u2019 kavram\u0131n\u0131n konuyla ilgili y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen<br \/>\ntart\u0131\u015fmalardan da bildi\u011fimiz gibi asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok pozitif kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131yor art\u0131k.<br \/>\nSorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde gerekli olan so\u011fuk kanl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00fczerine serpi\u015ftirilmi\u015f<br \/>\nideolojik politik gerginlik, veya faturas\u0131 \u2018toplumun bizden beklentileri\u2026\u2019<br \/>\ns\u00f6zc\u00fckleri ile halka \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan gerginlik yarat\u0131c\u0131 bir bask\u0131lama olarak<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Bunu b\u00f6yle de\u011ferlendirenlerin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131n Ordunun k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131<br \/>\n\u00e7izgileri, muhalefetin halk ad\u0131na ortaya koydu\u011fu k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgiler, MHP\u2019nin<br \/>\nk\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgileri, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgileri oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse yanl\u0131\u015f bir<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendirme olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. \u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131n buralar olmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni yani<br \/>\nbu \u00f6rnekten feyz al\u0131narak k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgiler tu-kaka ediliyor olmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni<br \/>\nise bug\u00fcne dek ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgilerinin yans\u0131mamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgilerin bu tip s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde g\u00f6zetilen hususlar<br \/>\nolmas\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. Ancak gerekli olan ortaya konulan bu \u00e7izgilerin hangi<br \/>\nsorumlulukla ne gibi olgular \u00fczerinde ortaya konuldu\u011fudur. \u00d6rne\u011fin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de<br \/>\nbug\u00fcne dek ortaya konan \u00e7izgilerin neler oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilirse bir taraf\u0131<br \/>\nt\u00fcmden reddetti\u011fi esas\u0131n kendisi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. Bu zaman zaman T\u00fcrkiye<br \/>\ni\u00e7 siyasetinde dengelere g\u00f6re yarat\u0131l\u0131rken, s\u0131cakkanl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fcz negatif ve bir<br \/>\ndevlet politikas\u0131ndan uzak bir parti politikas\u0131 niteli\u011findedir. Ayr\u0131ca baz\u0131<br \/>\n\u2018pembe\u2019 \u00e7izgilerin de a\u011f\u0131r k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve tahrik\u00e7i bir propaganda<br \/>\nbombard\u0131man\u0131 alt\u0131nda t\u0131rt\u0131klan\u0131p k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, iyi birer siyaset<br \/>\nmalzemesi haline getirildi\u011fi de T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in s\u00f6ylenebilecek hususlard\u0131r. Bunun<br \/>\napa\u00e7\u0131k bir \u00f6rne\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye toplumunun hassasiyeti olarak yans\u0131t\u0131lan \u2018PKK ile<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc konusunda toplumun ikna edilemeyece\u011fi, toplumun buna r\u0131za<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermeyece\u011fi\u2019 propagandalar\u0131n\u0131n, ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz s\u00fcre\u00e7te<br \/>\nortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>GER\u0130LLANIN \u00dc\u00c7 KIRMIZI \u00c7\u0130ZG\u0130S\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Gerillan\u0131n k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgilerini HPG Askeri Konsey \u00dcyesi \u015eahin<br \/>\nCilo\u2019ya sorduk.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>* Gerillan\u0131n k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgisi nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Gerillan\u0131n k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgisi \u00fc\u00e7 tanedir. Gerilla \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmemizin ad\u0131 Halk Savunma G\u00fcc\u00fc (HPG)\u2019dir, ve halk\u0131n<br \/>\nsavunmas\u0131na g\u00f6re kendini \u00f6rg\u00fctlemektedir. Halka yap\u0131lan her sald\u0131r\u0131 gerillaya<br \/>\nyap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak kabul ediyoruz. Halka kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen \u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 gerilla da<br \/>\nsavunma g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak devreye girer.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Di\u011fer husus, gerillan\u0131n kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen sald\u0131r\u0131lar<br \/>\nolmaktad\u0131r.
