Bir zamanlar milyona<br \/>\nyak\u0131n m\u00fcridi oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenen Kotku, \u00fclkede o y\u0131llarda giderek a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nhissettiren Liberalizm ve Marksizm kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bocalayan gen\u00e7leri \u015fiirsel<br \/>\nyakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla etkiliyordu. H\u0131zla geli\u015fen durumlara uyum sa\u011flama yetene\u011fi olan<br \/>\nKotku, insanlar\u0131 Allah\u2019a ula\u015fabileceklerine ve bu yolda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc fedakarl\u0131\u011fa<br \/>\ng\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs gerilece\u011fine ikna ederek onlar\u0131 \u2018yaln\u0131zl\u0131k duygusu\u2019ndan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131p geni\u015f bir<br \/>\ncemaat i\u00e7ine \u00e7ekiyordu. M\u00fcrit toplulukta \u00f6nce \u015feyhe ba\u011flan\u0131yordu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc temel<br \/>\ndirek \u015feyhti.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kotku\u2019nun siyasal politikas\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famal\u0131 bir boyutta<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Birinci a\u015famada, resmi ideolojinin aralad\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm kap\u0131lar\u0131<br \/>\nzorlayarak, m\u00fcritleri Kuran kursu a\u00e7ma, cami kurma ve olanlara sahip \u00e7\u0131kma,<br \/>\n\u00f6\u011frenim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in yurt ve pansiyon imkan\u0131 gibi konularda seferber<br \/>\netme  ikinci a\u015famada ise ekonomik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, siyasi sorunlar\u0131yla ilgilenme ve<br \/>\nm\u00fcritleri bu y\u00f6nde te\u015fvik etme esas al\u0131n\u0131yordu. Nihai a\u015famada ise devlet i\u00e7inde<br \/>\nkadrola\u015farak devletin ku\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 ard\u0131ndan \u2018\u0130slamile\u015ftirilmesi\u2019 hedeflenmi\u015ftir.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kotku\u2019nun \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra yerine ge\u00e7en damad\u0131 Mahmut Esat<br \/>\nCo\u015fan\u2019\u0131n \u015feyhli\u011fi devralmas\u0131yla Nak\u015fibendi tarikat\u0131n\u0131n en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kolunda yeni<br \/>\nbir d\u00f6nem a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yordu. \u0130lk 3 y\u0131l boyunca T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin siyasi g\u00fcndemiyle do\u011frudan<br \/>\nilgilenen yaz\u0131lardan \u0131srarla ka\u00e7\u0131nan, buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan ya\u015fanan en ufak geli\u015fmeleri bile aktaran \u0130slam dergisi, bu \u00e7izgisini<br \/>\n1987 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren de\u011fi\u015ftirdi. \u00dclke g\u00fcndeminde \u00f6nemli bir yer i\u015fgal eden<br \/>\nba\u015f \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla ba\u015flayan bu \u00e7izgi de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi imam-hatip liseleriyle<br \/>\nilgili dosyalarla devam etti. Refah Partisini alenen destekleyen Co\u015fan, \u0130slam<br \/>\ndergisinin 1987 Aral\u0131k say\u0131s\u0131nda (se\u00e7im \u00f6ncesi say\u0131s\u0131) yanl\u0131\u015f se\u00e7im yapanlar\u0131n<br \/>\nk\u0131yamete kadar vebal alt\u0131nda kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylerken, at\u0131lan isabetli oydan sonsuz<br \/>\nsevaplar kazan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyordu. Bunlara ra\u011fmen % 10 baraj\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lamamas\u0131<br \/>\netkilerinin san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar fazla olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Erbakan<br \/>\nile aralar\u0131ndaki gizli g\u00fc\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131, ili\u015fkilerin tekrar zay\u0131flamas\u0131na hatta<br \/>\nkopmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Son se\u00e7imlerde cemaatin hangi partiye oy verdi\u011fini g\u00f6steren<br \/>\nbir ara\u015ft\u0131rma olmasa da se\u00e7im sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla bir tahmin yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>2-Erenk\u00f6y Cemaati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Nak\u015fibendili\u011fin G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhaneli dergah\u0131ndan yeti\u015fme olan Mahmut<br \/>\nSami Ramazano\u011flu\u2019nun \u00f6nderli\u011finde faaliyete ge\u00e7mi\u015f, sesini Alt\u0131noluk dergisiyle<br \/>\nduyurmay\u0131 hedeflemi\u015ftir. \u0130slami bir d\u00fczene ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in radikal devrimlere<br \/>\ngerek duymuyor ve insan\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirerek bunun kendili\u011finden olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorlard\u0131. Bu tarz ile temel, insana \u00f6nem verme ve bireysellik \u00fczerine<br \/>\nkurulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">12 Eyl\u00fcl \u00f6ncesi Milli Selamet Partisinden yana olan<br \/>\ndeste\u011fini sivil hayata ge\u00e7erken ANAP\u2019a kayd\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130stanbul kanad\u0131 ANAP\u2019a<br \/>\ndeste\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken, Anadolu kanad\u0131 Refah Partisi\u2019ne destek vermi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nErenk\u00f6y cemaatinin \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenemez fakat g\u00fcc\u00fc m\u00fcritlerinin maddi<br \/>\nzenginli\u011finden gelmekteydi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>3- \u0130smail A\u011fa Cemaati<span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Mahmut Ustaosmano\u011flu\u2019nun \u015feyhli\u011fini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Nak\u015fibendili\u011fin<br \/>\n\u0130smail A\u011fa cemaati di\u011ferlerine nazaran daha kat\u0131 ve radikal tutumuyla g\u00f6ze<br \/>\nbat\u0131yor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kara \u00e7ar\u015fafa b\u00fcr\u00fcnmesinin ve erkeklerin sakal b\u0131rakmas\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nmecbur k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarikatta g\u00fcndelik i\u015fler, en ufak ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na kadar \u015feyhler<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan karar verilip m\u00fcritlerine yay\u0131l\u0131yordu. Kendi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck cemaatlerini,<br \/>\ni\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 topluma kar\u015f\u0131 bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131, do\u011fal olarak<br \/>\ni\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 toplumu da kendilerine kar\u015f\u0131 bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131na<br \/>\nneden oluyordu. Yeni d\u00fcnyan\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn yeniliklerini reddeden Mahmut Hoca fazla<br \/>\nbir etkinlik ve g\u00fcc\u00fc bulunmamakla beraber m\u00fcritlerini MNP-MSP-RP-FP \u00e7izgisine<br \/>\noy atmaya sevk ediyordu. M\u00fcritlerinin siyaset yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 tasavvuftan uzakla\u015f\u0131r<br \/>\nkorkusuyla istemiyordu.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>4- Menzil Dergah\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">M\u00fcritlerinin \u2018sultan hazretleri\u2019 diye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mehmet Re\u015fit<br \/>\nErol\u2019un \u00f6nderli\u011fini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hareketin Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131n Kahta<span>\u00a0 <\/span>il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Menzil k\u00f6y\u00fcnde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131<br \/>\nve devam etmesiyle ismini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Alkolik, esrarke\u015f, kumar ve i\u00e7ki d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\ngibi k\u00f6t\u00fc al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 olanlar\u0131n, omzuna dokunup iyi olacaks\u0131n demesi i\u00e7in<br \/>\noralara kadar gelerek elini \u00f6pmek ve derdini d\u00f6kmek i\u00e7in s\u0131ra beklemeleri ile<br \/>\nad\u0131 her tarafta duyulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu 300 n\u00fcfuslu k\u00f6ye olan ak\u0131n\u0131n sebebi devletin de dikkatini<br \/>\n\u00e7ekmi\u015f ve 12 Eyl\u00fcl sonras\u0131 2 y\u0131l \u00c7anakkale\u2019ye s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edilmi\u015ftir. 87 se\u00e7imleri<br \/>\n\u00f6ncesi Erbakan\u2019\u0131n Menzil k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc ziyarete gitti\u011fi iddialar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bulunduysa<br \/>\nda ispat edilememi\u015ftir. Erol kendi siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc ziyaret\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nazalaca\u011f\u0131 endi\u015fesi ile alenen s\u00f6ylemekten \u00e7ekinmi\u015ftir. Gelen ziyaret\u00e7ilerin<br \/>\nama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 siyasi bir giri\u015fimi olmam\u0131\u015f, siyaset<br \/>\nsahnesine direkt etki de bulunamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>5- Kadiriler Cemaati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin eski tarikatlar\u0131ndan olan<br \/>\nKadirilik, eski g\u00fc\u00e7 ve etkisini yitirmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u0130cmal ve \u00d6\u011f\u00fct<br \/>\nDergileri etraf\u0131nda toplanan Kadirilerin liderli\u011fini, sanayici-i\u015fadam\u0131 Haydar<br \/>\nBa\u015f yapmaktad\u0131r. Bununla<br \/>\nda yetinmeyen grup Kom\u00fcnizm tehlikesine kar\u015f\u0131, Said Nursi\u2019nin \u2018dinsizlere kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nehl-i kitap olan H\u0131ristiyanlarla i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi\u2019 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6n<br \/>\nplana \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri tepkiyle kar\u015f\u0131lansa da kendi i\u00e7lerinde tutarl\u0131<br \/>\nbir politika izlemekteydiler. 1990\u2019da Yeni Nesil &#8211; Yeni Asya olarak ikiye<br \/>\nayr\u0131lana dek kopmalar\u0131 pek \u00f6nemsemediler. G\u00fclen \u00e7evresinde toplanan grubun<br \/>\nolu\u015fturdu\u011fu<span>\u00a0 <\/span>cemaat, radikalden \u00e7ok sa\u011fa<br \/>\nyak\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc benimsemesiyle dikkati \u00e7ekmi\u015f, sesini Zaman gazetesi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla<br \/>\nduyurmay\u0131 uygun bulmu\u015ftu. \u0130lk a\u015famada bir partiyi desteklemekten \u00e7ok kendi<br \/>\nvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 peki\u015ftirip g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyle ilgilenmi\u015f, bu do\u011frultuda vak\u0131flar kurmu\u015f,<br \/>\n\u00f6zel dersler vermi\u015f, dershaneler a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Verdi\u011fi vaazlar\u0131nda kendini k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck g\u00f6stererek dinleyicilerin<br \/>\ngururunu ok\u015fayan G\u00fclen\u2019in, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n radikal yorumlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bazen sert bir<br \/>\n\u00fcslupla ele\u015ftirilerde bulunmas\u0131 di\u011fer cemaatlerin tepkilerine ve G\u00fclen\u2019i CIA<br \/>\najan\u0131ndan devletin adam\u0131 oldu\u011funa kadar varan su\u00e7lamalara yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Fetullah G\u00fclen, bir yandan \u2018dini ve milli geleneklere\u2019 uygun<br \/>\ndin tefsiri yaparken di\u011fer taraftan her f\u0131rsatta devletin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda de\u011fil<br \/>\nyan\u0131nda olduklar\u0131 imaj\u0131 \u00e7izmekteydi ve cemaatin asker ve polise olan ilgisi<br \/>\nyo\u011fundu. Yaln\u0131zca \u2018onlara kur\u015fun s\u0131kanlar\u0131 ihbar etmeyenlerin Allah kat\u0131nda sorumlu<br \/>\nolduklar\u0131n\u0131\u2019 bildirmekle kalmam\u0131\u015f, askeri liselere ve polis kolejlerine s\u0131zma<br \/>\ngiri\u015fimleri olmu\u015ftur. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 tedbir alan askeri yetkililer, Fetullah\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n<br \/>\ntemas kurdu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok askeri \u00f6\u011frenciyi okuldan atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Cemaatin \u00f6rne\u011fin sadece \u00d6zbekistan\u2019da 3343 \u00f6\u011frencisi ve 209<br \/>\nT\u00fcrk \u00f6\u011fretmeniyle 17 orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumu, 1 dil merkezi  T\u00fcrkmenistan\u2019da 293<br \/>\n\u00f6\u011frencisi ve 28 T\u00fcrk \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesiyle 1 \u00fcniversitesi, 163 T\u00fcrk \u00f6\u011fretmeni, 63<br \/>\nbelletmeni var. E\u011fitim alan\u0131ndaki \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye ili\u015fkin bu veriler sadece var olanlar\u0131n<br \/>\nyan\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir \u00f6rnektir. \u00d6\u011frenim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki gen\u00e7leri hedef kitle se\u00e7en<br \/>\nFetullah\u00e7\u0131lar, yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fi gen\u00e7leri \u00f6zellikle devlet kurumlar\u0131na girmeye<br \/>\nte\u015fvik etmektedir. Cemaatin mevcut kadrola\u015fmas\u0131 tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda veya<br \/>\nkendilerine g\u00fcvenleri geldi\u011finde siyasi iktidara daha stratejik bir tarzda<br \/>\nsahip olmak istedi\u011fi daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 bir<br \/>\nb\u00fct\u00fcn olarak yeniden toplumsal, siyasal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015fama egemen k\u0131lmak<br \/>\namac\u0131yla<span>\u00a0 <\/span>hareket eden \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131na kadar Osmanl\u0131daki en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc siyasal<br \/>\nak\u0131mlardan biriydi. T\u00fcrk \u2018Kurtulu\u015f sava\u015f\u0131\u2019 s\u0131ras\u0131nda da m\u00fccadeleyi desteklemek<br \/>\ni\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, zaman zaman t\u00fcm siyasi iktidarlar<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan oy toplamak amac\u0131yla k\u00f6r\u00fcklendirilmi\u015f ya da s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmeye<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Tek parti d\u00f6neminde de, \u00e7ok partili d\u00f6nemde de \u0130slamc\u0131lar oy<br \/>\nkayna\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, militan laiklik politikas\u0131 daha \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 bir laiklik<br \/>\npolitikas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ancak Siyasal \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de as\u0131l<br \/>\ny\u00fckseli\u015finin 1980 sonras\u0131 oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir.
