Bunun i\u00e7in az<br \/>\nzaman harcan\u0131yordu. O zamanda \u00f6\u011frenmek gerekiyordu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Peki, insan\u0131 insan yapan ve<br \/>\ntecr\u00fcbe sahibi yapan tarih nas\u0131l ba\u015flad\u0131, nas\u0131l ters y\u00fcz edildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">\u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilk geli\u015fme<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemlerinde insan\u0131 yaratan ve var eden onu sosyal ve toplumsal ya\u015fama katan<br \/>\ntemel g\u00fc\u00e7 kad\u0131n de\u011fil miydi? Bu nedenle toplumun \u015fekilleni\u015f bi\u00e7imi anaerkil<br \/>\nbi\u00e7imde \u015fekillenmemi\u015f miydi?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde dillerden hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015fmeyen<br \/>\nanaerkil s\u00fcre\u00e7 nas\u0131l geli\u015fti? Bu sorunun cevab\u0131 ile ba\u015flarsak <span>\u00a0 <\/span>anaerkil topluma damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuran kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\noldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k. Din, hukuk, inan\u00e7, edebiyat, sanat, ekonomi gibi olgular kad\u0131n<br \/>\neksenli geli\u015fir. Bu d\u00f6nemde topra\u011f\u0131n i\u015flendi\u011fi tar\u0131m\u0131n geli\u015fti\u011fi, el<br \/>\nsanatlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7anak \u00e7\u00f6mle\u011fin yayg\u0131nl\u0131k kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mezopotamya da ilk<br \/>\ntanr\u0131lar kad\u0131n olarak tanr\u0131\u00e7a s\u0131fatlar\u0131 ile ya\u015famam\u0131\u015flar m\u0131yd\u0131?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Kad\u0131n eksenli ilkel d\u00f6nemin ilk<br \/>\ns\u00fcreci olan anaerkil, hukukunun adil e\u015fitlik\u00e7i ve her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle insan\u0131n do\u011fal<br \/>\ngeli\u015fimini esas alan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ko\u015fullar\u0131nda insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeniden var ederken \u00f6nemini<br \/>\ndaha fazla anlamak gerekmez mi?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Kad\u0131n neden toprak ile e\u015f anlamda<br \/>\ntutulur? Kad\u0131n ve toprak aras\u0131ndaki benzerlikler hangi temellere dayan\u0131r.<br \/>\nTopra\u011f\u0131n do\u011furganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve anal\u0131k g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn getirdi\u011fi koruma ve sevgi duygusunu<br \/>\nyaratmas\u0131 daha ilk insanda topra\u011f\u0131 ve anay\u0131 y\u00fcceltmeye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Sadece buda de\u011fil, bereketin,<br \/>\nbollu\u011fun iyili\u011fi yaratan g\u00fcc\u00fcn ve ya\u015famla ilgili t\u00fcm kavramlar\u0131n kad\u0131n da<br \/>\nsomutla\u015fmas\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fccelmesi ve haf\u0131zalara ge\u00e7mesi \u00f6nemli temelleri te\u015fkil<br \/>\neder. Kad\u0131n\u0131n do\u011furganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve anal\u0131k duygusu zamanla korumay\u0131 sevgiyi ve<br \/>\nba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 getirir. Bu sevgi ilk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tohumu olmu\u015ftur. Ger\u00e7ek \u015fudur ki, t\u00fcm<br \/>\nbunlar yaz\u0131s\u0131z tarih ile g\u00f6m\u00fclmek istendi. Erke\u011fin zihniyeti ile yaz\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131<br \/>\ntarihe mal edildi. Ancak bilimsel bulgularda g\u00f6sterdi bizlere her \u015fey kad\u0131nda<br \/>\nve yaz\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f tarihinde gizlidir. \u0130nsanla\u015fma kad\u0131n ile ba\u015flad\u0131. Erke\u011fi topluma<br \/>\nkazand\u0131randa kad\u0131n\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fc, enerjisi ve \u00fcretkenli\u011fidir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi,<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131 yaratan ve var eden kad\u0131n\u0131n ta kendisidir. Kad\u0131n toplumun yarat\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\ng\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>do\u011fa toprak anad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n<br \/>\ntarihi demek bu\u011fdaygillerin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boylu s\u0131\u011f\u0131rlar\u0131n meyve a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n, k\u00f6y<br \/>\nhanelerinin, dokuman\u0131n, kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n, el de\u011firmenlerinin tarihi<br \/>\ndemektir. Sayg\u0131 temelinde sevginin \u00fcretimin eme\u011fin toplumudur. Emek ile<br \/>\nyarat\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ve b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kurulan ev d\u00fczenlerinin tarihi<br \/>\ndemektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Bu kadar emek sahibi olan kad\u0131n<br \/>\nnas\u0131l kaybetti? G\u00fcn geldi ki g\u00fc\u00e7 olgusu yarat\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00fcn geldi ki ihanetler,<br \/>\nkomplolar insanlar\u0131n belleklerine oturtuldu. Art\u0131k insanlar i\u00e7in \u00f6\u00e7 alma g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fc<br \/>\n\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir konuyu te\u015fkil etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00d6\u00e7, intikam ve komplolar\u0131n entrika<br \/>\nduygular\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nem ba\u015flad\u0131 insanl\u0131k tarihinde. Kad\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nvurmak ezmek eme\u011fine konmak erke\u011fin t\u00fcm \u00e7abalar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yer edinmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<br \/>\nKad\u0131n\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fc bilgeli\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fckle, falc\u0131l\u0131kla, entrikalarla,<br \/>\n\u015feytanl\u0131kla su\u00e7land\u0131. Kad\u0131n her yeni g\u00fcnde d\u0131\u015ftalanarak toplumsal stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\nkaybetmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Egemen ideoloji kad\u0131nla ba\u015flayarak, do\u011fa ve t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011fa<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 hakimiyetini kurmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Dini bi\u00e7imde kad\u0131nlar\u0131 insanlar\u0131 kendine<br \/>\nitaat etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Egemenlikli sistem kendi hakimiyetini her y\u00f6nl\u00fc kurmaya<br \/>\nve kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Kendi erkek sistemi ile tekle\u015fen sistemi<br \/>\nyaratt\u0131. Kald\u0131 ki kad\u0131n kendi insanl\u0131k sistemini yarat\u0131rken hi\u00e7bir bi\u00e7imde<br \/>\negemenlikli veya bask\u0131ya dayal\u0131 geli\u015ftirmemi\u015fti. Ancak erkekte olan tek \u015fey<br \/>\nzorba ve bask\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131ndaki daha verimli ve kendini her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle \u00fcretime<br \/>\ndayand\u0131ran inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 dahi y\u00fcksek olan bir sistem anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na sahiptir.<br \/>\nKad\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile erke\u011fin y\u00fckselmesi zora dayal\u0131 geli\u015fti\u011fi gibi sistemlerinde<br \/>\nde zor \u00fczerine dayand\u0131r\u0131larak kurumsalla\u015f\u0131r. Erke\u011fin ac\u0131mas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vah\u015fili\u011fi<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kad\u0131n s\u00fcrekli tutunabilme aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olsa bile hep yenilmeye<br \/>\nu\u011frat\u0131l\u0131r. Din ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rt\u00fcnme<br \/>\nolaylar\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Kad\u0131n fiziksel mi \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fcyordu? Ku\u015fkusuz \u00f6rt\u00fclmek istenen<br \/>\nbilgisi g\u00fcc\u00fc iradesiydi.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nbilgisinin s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p \u00f6rt\u00fclmesi ve kad\u0131n\u0131n her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle etkisizle\u015ftirip hakimiyeti<br \/>\nalt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu korkun\u00e7 bask\u0131ya en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir bi\u00e7imde buna itiraz<br \/>\netti\u011finde de dayaktan cinayete kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli bi\u00e7imlerde cezaland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir cinayeti<span>\u00a0 <\/span>\u2018namusluluk\u2019 olarak g\u00f6rmenin, o \u00fclkenin namus<br \/>\nve ahlak anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tuhafl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu\u011fu bir ba\u015fka ger\u00e7ek tabi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Asl\u0131nda kad\u0131n intiharlar\u0131n\u0131 birer<br \/>\ncinayet olarak ele almak gerekmektedir. Kad\u0131n neden intihar ediyor sorusuna iyi<br \/>\ncevap ararsak anla\u015f\u0131lacak ki, kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal konumu onu intihara te\u015fvik<br \/>\nediyor.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Birazda bu konumu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnden<br \/>\nge\u00e7irelim ki bakal\u0131m nelerle y\u00fcz y\u00fcze kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ilerlemesini<br \/>\nengelleyen etmenler politik,<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>ekonomik,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>hukuki, e\u011fitsel ve dini ko\u015fullarla yak\u0131ndan<br \/>\nili\u015fkilidir. Bu unsurlar ailede,<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>toplumda, ulusal, b\u00f6lgesel ve uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik<br \/>\ne\u015fitsizlik, haks\u0131zl\u0131k ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ko\u015fullar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nKad\u0131na verilen stat\u00fcko t\u00fcm ev i\u015flerini yapmak, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bak\u0131m\u0131yla u\u011fra\u015fmak vb<br \/>\nolurken, hakk\u0131 olan \u015feylerde ise k\u0131s\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Oysa kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131<br \/>\nhak ihlalleri ilk \u00f6nce ailede \u00f6zel alanda ba\u015flamal\u0131. Okula gidemiyor, bir<br \/>\nmeslek sahibi olam\u0131yor,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>bir hak hukuka<br \/>\nsahip de\u011fil. Kad\u0131na yap\u0131lan haks\u0131zl\u0131k, hak ihlali olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmezken, olan<br \/>\nbask\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin 1948\u2019 de kabul edilen \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131<br \/>\nEvrensel Bildirgesi ise kad\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 hesaba katmadan yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu<br \/>\ni\u00e7in, insan haklar\u0131 ihlalleri ile ilgili t\u00fcm ilham\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6rneklerini gene<br \/>\nerkeklere ait olan kamu alan\u0131ndan al\u0131yor &#8211; ve bu hali ile de kad\u0131nlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015fl\u0131yor<br \/>\nCinayet i\u015fleyen bir tutuklunun i\u015fkenceye tabi olmas\u0131n\u0131 bir insan hakk\u0131 ihlali,<br \/>\nolarak tan\u0131mlarken,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>kad\u0131nlar\u0131n binlerce<br \/>\ny\u0131ld\u0131r u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131 aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddet ve cinsel taciz insan haklar\u0131 ihlali olarak<br \/>\ng\u00f6rm\u00fcyor. Gen\u00e7 k\u0131z yada kad\u0131n\u0131n &#8211; aile namusunu ihlal etti\u011fi gerek\u00e7esi ile \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesini<br \/>\ninsan hakk\u0131 ihlali kapsam\u0131na alm\u0131yor. Asl\u0131nda bu bir iktidar sorunudur. Namus<br \/>\nnedir,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>namus kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal kurallara<br \/>\nve erke\u011fe itaatidir. Namus ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kad\u0131n yok say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Toplumun<br \/>\nyar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan kad\u0131nlar namus kisvesi alt\u0131nda bast\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor, hayat\u0131n i\u00e7inde<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131yor ve b\u00f6ylesi erke\u011fin ev dahil her alanda iktidar\u0131n\u0131 kurmas\u0131<br \/>\nsa\u011fl\u0131yor.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddet, iktidar ve g\u00fc\u00e7<br \/>\nmeselesiyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Hi\u00e7bir iktidar sahibi, sahip oldu\u011fu alan\u0131 kolayca<br \/>\nb\u0131rakmaz. Bu her bir insan\u0131n kendine sormas\u0131 gereken, insanc\u0131l bir<br \/>\nsorudur. Aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddet sadece bizim toplumuzda de\u011fil, D\u00fcnyan\u0131n ileri<br \/>\n\u00fclkelerinde de kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yo\u011fun bir \u015fiddet var. Ku\u015fkusuz bizim toplumuz<br \/>\nkadar de\u011fildir. Bir k\u00f6yler de ya\u015fayan k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na bakal\u0131m, daha 10 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nge\u00e7memi\u015f ya\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131 bir erke\u011fe mal gibi sat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yada uyu\u015fturucuya,<br \/>\nmafyalara sat\u0131l\u0131r  ba\u015fl\u0131k paras\u0131 gibi \u015feylerle aile i\u00e7in bir ekonomi sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f<br \/>\noluyor. Yani burada mal konumuna d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclen kad\u0131n bir ekonomik ge\u00e7im kayna\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nolarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in, namus olgusunun \u00f6nemi buradad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n kendi iste\u011fiyle<br \/>\nevlenirse yada bekareti kirlenirse, erkek i\u00e7in<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>para etmez, bunun i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar \u00f6l\u00fcmle tehdit<span>\u00a0 <\/span>edilmekte. Ortado\u011fu da bu b\u00f6yledir. Bir<br \/>\n\u0130ran\u2019a bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bir gen\u00e7 k\u0131z sevemez, sevdi mi recim edilir. Namus ad\u0131<br \/>\nalt\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar zindana at\u0131l\u0131r,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>recim<br \/>\ni\u00e7in bekletiliyor ve g\u00fcn\u00fc geldi\u011finde ta\u015flarla vurulup \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclecek. Bunun ad\u0131na<br \/>\nda namussuzluk denilmektedir. Peki, o insanlar\u0131 ac\u0131madan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir<br \/>\nvicdans\u0131zl\u0131kla son nefesine dek ta\u015flamak namussuzluk olmaz m\u0131,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>bu olaylara kar\u015f\u0131 sesiz kalmak namussuzluk<br \/>\nde\u011fil midir? Yine \u0130ran\u2019da \u0130slam kurallar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal eden kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in topyekun<br \/>\nbir \u015fiddet, bask\u0131, idam s\u00f6z konusu. Oysa ki, kad\u0131n\u0131 ezen toplumlar fakir kal\u0131yor.<br \/>\n\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu toplumlar kad\u0131n\u0131n enerjisinden yararlanam\u0131yor. Toplumun yar\u0131s\u0131 yok<br \/>\nsay\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00c7ok iyi biliniliyor ki kad\u0131ns\u0131z geli\u015fim olmaz, kad\u0131n olmadan<br \/>\ndemokrasi, e\u015fitlik m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Bunun i\u00e7in kad\u0131n her alanda hak sahibi olmas\u0131<br \/>\n\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir husus olmaktad\u0131r. Siyasi, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ekonomi alanlar\u0131n<br \/>\nda hak sahibi olmas\u0131 gereken ve ba\u015fta da olmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nemli bir konu.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bilin\u00e7li topluma kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck e\u015fitlilik olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\" \">Kad\u0131nlar olarak aile i\u00e7inde, \u00f6zel<br \/>\nalanda ve kad\u0131n-erkek aras\u0131nda talep etti\u011fimiz demokrasi, genel olarak insan<br \/>\nhaklar\u0131 ve demokratikle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck<br \/>\nilkesine dayal\u0131 demokratik bir toplum d\u00fczeninin kurulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015fiddetin egemen<br \/>\noldu\u011fu, militarizmin artarken sivil toplumun k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ortamda,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>kad\u0131n\u0131n insan haklar\u0131 ihlallerinin kayna\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nolan ataerkil toplum yap\u0131s\u0131 giderek g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeye devam edecektir. \u00d6zel alanda,<br \/>\naile i\u00e7indeki ataerkil yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesinin do\u011fal bir sonucu olarak, kamu<br \/>\nalan\u0131na e\u015fit yurtta\u015flar olarak \u00e7\u0131kacak olan ve n\u00fcfusun hi\u00e7 de az\u0131msanamayacak<br \/>\nyar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden kad\u0131nlar, demokratik ve bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l bir toplum d\u00fczenin<br \/>\nkurulmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecine \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131da bulunacakt\u0131r. Kad\u0131n sorunu, toplumsal<br \/>\nkalk\u0131nma s\u00fcrecinin temel ta\u015flar\u0131ndan biridir. Ailede demokrasi olmadan toplumda<br \/>\nda demokrasi olmayacakt\u0131r.
