Foucault\u2019nun bilgi ve<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkisi ve temsil kavram\u0131n\u0131, oryantalizme uygulayan Said, Do\u011fu<br \/>\nhakk\u0131ndaki her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bilginin, onu i\u015faretleyen, \u00e7evreleyen ve in\u015fa eden bir<br \/>\ns\u00f6ylemin (oryantalist s\u00f6ylem) nedeni ve sonucu oldu\u011funu ve son kertede Do\u011fu\u2019yu<br \/>\nBat\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcn tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcne ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcne a\u00e7ma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde hizmet g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ileri<br \/>\ns\u00fcrmektedir. Bunun i\u00e7in y\u00fczy\u0131llara yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f metinsel devasa bir oryantalist<br \/>\nk\u00fclliyat birikmi\u015ftir. Do\u011fu hakk\u0131nda yazanlar, konu\u015fanlar, siyaset\u00e7iler,<br \/>\nseyyahlar vb. her biri oryantalist yap\u0131ya bir bi\u00e7imde eklemlenmi\u015f, onun ku\u015faklar<br \/>\naras\u0131 aktar\u0131m\u0131 ve ge\u00e7i\u015fkenli\u011finde kendilerine d\u00fc\u015fen rol\u00fc oynam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\nnedenle s\u00f6z konusu ili\u015fki, metinsel bir ili\u015fki oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, oryantalizm de bir<br \/>\ns\u00f6ylem olarak kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Said\u2019in deyimiyle, Do\u011fu ile ilgili<br \/>\nmetinler Do\u011fu\u2019yu yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Said\u2019in ele\u015ftirisi, b\u00fct\u00fcn bir literat\u00fcr\u00fc \u2018oryantalist\u2019<br \/>\nolarak tan\u0131mlaman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde onu, \u00f6zellikle Michel Foucault\u2019nun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nkullanarak, s\u00f6ylem ve iktidar teorileriyle ili\u015fkilendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bu ele<br \/>\nal\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7iminde oryantalizm bir tahakk\u00fcm s\u00f6ylemidir. Hem Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n Ortado\u011fu\u2019ya<br \/>\nboyun e\u011fdirmesinin bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, hem de bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te kullan\u0131lan bir vas\u0131tad\u0131r. Onu<br \/>\nolu\u015fturan fikirler \u2013boyun e\u011fdirilmi\u015f halklar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve tarihini inkar eden<br \/>\nve onlar\u0131n bu egemenli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 meydana getirdikleri direni\u015f s\u00fcrecini<br \/>\ng\u00f6rmezlikten gelen- bu \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131 ve ara\u00e7sall\u0131k yoluyla a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir.<br \/>\nOryantalizmi olu\u015fturan fikirler bu egemenlik ya da emperyalizm projesi i\u00e7in<br \/>\nkullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131d\u0131r.<span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Oryantalizmin Tan\u0131m\u0131<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Oryantalizm Bat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n veya Do\u011fu\u2019nun d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki bilgi<br \/>\nmerkezlerinin Do\u011fu<span>\u00a0 <\/span>(\u0130slam, \u00c7in ve Hind)<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyetini tan\u0131mak i\u00e7in a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 bir ilim ekol\u00fc olup, \u201cDo\u011fu<br \/>\nara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131  anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Avrupal\u0131 i\u00e7in<br \/>\nDo\u011fu, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n bir icad\u0131 olup, eski \u00e7a\u011flardan beri insanlarda h\u00fclyalar uyand\u0131ran,<br \/>\ngarip izlenimler yaratan, kendine has yarat\u0131klar\u0131 ve manzaralar\u0131 ile fevkalade<br \/>\ndeneyimlere yol a\u00e7an bir yerdir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Amerikal\u0131lar i\u00e7in<br \/>\nDo\u011fu, Uzak Do\u011fu\u2019dur. Ve \u00f6zellikle \u00c7in ve Japonya\u2019d\u0131r. Amerikal\u0131lar\u0131n aksine<br \/>\nFrans\u0131zlar ile \u0130ngilizler ve onlar kadar olmasa da Almanlar, Ruslar,<br \/>\n\u0130spanyollar, Portekizliler, \u0130talyanlar, \u0130sve\u00e7liler uzun bir oryantalizm<br \/>\ngelene\u011fine sahiptir.<span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u201c\u00c7o\u011fu Do\u011fulu insan, Avrupal\u0131lar\u0131 kendine g\u00fcvenen, \u00e7ok ak\u0131ll\u0131<br \/>\ninsanlar san\u0131r. Ben ise her kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, her Avrupal\u0131y\u0131 \u00e7ok toy ve Do\u011fu<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde ya\u015fayamayacak kadar narin, saf ve donan\u0131ms\u0131z sayar\u0131m. Kurdu\u011fu medeniyetlerin ve konu\u015ftu\u011fu dilin<br \/>\nkayna\u011f\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel uzan\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. En \u00f6nemlisi Do\u011fu, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u2018kar\u015f\u0131t kalesi\u2019<br \/>\nolarak kendini tesisinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6nleriyle Oryantalizm,<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrel hatta ideolojik bir a\u00e7\u0131dan, arkas\u0131nda m\u00fcesseseler, kelimeler, ilim,<br \/>\ntasvirler, \u00f6\u011fretiler hatta m\u00fcstemleke (s\u00f6m\u00fcrge) b\u00fcrokrasileri, m\u00fcstemleke<br \/>\nusulleriyle kavramlar olan bir sorgulama bi\u00e7imidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Sorunum ne<br \/>\nDo\u011fuculuk, ne de Bat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k yapmakt\u0131r. Tarihsel toplumun b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc,<br \/>\nkesintisizli\u011fini ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclme farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 birlik i\u00e7inde do\u011fru bir yoruma<br \/>\ntabi tutmak temel endi\u015femdir, emel ve \u00e7abamd\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Oryantalizmi bir<br \/>\nsorgulama usul\u00fc olarak ele almaks\u0131z\u0131n ve Do\u011fu hakk\u0131nda s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylerken bu<br \/>\nsorgulaman\u0131n usullerine riayet etmeksizin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak yani Do\u011fu\u2019yu politik,<br \/>\nsosyolojik, askeri, ideolojik, bilimsel ve fikri bak\u0131mdan y\u00f6netmek imk\u00e2n\u0131<br \/>\nyoktur. Yani Oryantalizm \u015eark s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda otomatik olarak devreye<br \/>\ngiren ve tesir icra eden menfaatler \u00f6rg\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u201cOrtado\u011fu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr alan\u0131nda kapitalist<br \/>\nmoderniteye kar\u015f\u0131 direni\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmemi\u015ftir. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilse bile<br \/>\nyutulmaktan, i\u00e7inde erimekten kurtulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tan\u0131mlardan birincisi, oryantalizm oryantalistlerin yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ve<br \/>\nyapmakta olduklar\u0131 \u015feydir. Bir oryantalist \u2018Do\u011fu\u2019yu \u00f6zg\u00fcl ya da genel<br \/>\ny\u00f6nleriyle \u00f6\u011freten, hakk\u0131nda yazan ya da ara\u015ft\u0131ran kimseye\u2019 denir. Bu grubun<br \/>\ni\u00e7erisine akademisyenler ve h\u00fck\u00fcmet uzmanlar\u0131 girer: filologlar, sosyologlar,<br \/>\ntarih\u00e7iler ve antropologlar. \u0130kincisi, oryantalizm \u2018 Do\u011fu ile Bat\u0131<span>\u00a0 <\/span>aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ontolojik ve epistemolojik<br \/>\nbir ayr\u0131ma dayal\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme tarz\u0131d\u0131r\u2019. Do\u011fu ile Bat\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki temel bir ikili<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade eder. Son olarak, oryantalizm \u2018 Do\u011fu\u2019yla u\u011fra\u015fan ortak bir<br \/>\nkurumdur\u2019 ve bu kabaca on sekizinci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131n\u0131 takiben gelen s\u00f6m\u00fcrge<br \/>\n\u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda \u2018Do\u011fu\u2019ya egemen olan, Do\u011fu\u2019yu yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131ran ve onun \u00fczerinde<br \/>\notorite kuran\u2019 g\u00fcc\u00fc elinde bulundurur. Bu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc tan\u0131m di\u011fer ikisinin aksine<br \/>\ns\u0131k\u0131 bir birey \u00f6tesi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00fczeyde olu\u015fturulmu\u015f ve Do\u011fu hakk\u0131nda<br \/>\ns\u00f6ylenebilecek ya da yaz\u0131labilecek her \u015feyi \u00f6rg\u00fctleyebilecek ve b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda<br \/>\nbelirleyebilecek \u2018 muazzam d\u00fczeyde sistematik\u2019 bir mekanizma sunmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cKendimi modernite<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6zlemlerken, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7eli\u015fkiler i\u00e7inde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 fark ediyorum. Bunun<br \/>\niki nedeni vard\u0131r: birincisi, klasik Ortado\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn etkisidir. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn<br \/>\nkapitalist moderniteyle k\u00f6kl\u00fc \u00e7eli\u015fkileri vard\u0131r. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr<br \/>\ntopluma \u00f6ncelik vermede \u00e7ok radikaldir. Bireycilik toplumda kolay kolay y\u00fcz<br \/>\nbulamaz  toplumsal ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k ki\u015filik de\u011ferlendirmesinde temel bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctt\u00fcr.<br \/>\nToplumlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k hepten y\u00fcceltilmi\u015ftir. Bunda din ve gelene\u011fin etkisi<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun geleneksel hiyerar\u015fik ve devlet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc bu alg\u0131lamada da<br \/>\n\u00e7ok etkilidir. Bu \u00f6zelliklerin toplam etkisi nedeniyle d\u0131\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere, bu arada<br \/>\nmodern k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc kolay teslim olmaz. Daha do\u011frusu i\u00e7inde zor asimile olur. (<br \/>\nA.\u00d6CALAN &#8211; DEMOKRAT\u0130K UYGARLIK MAN\u0130FESTOSU) <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Burada hemen g\u00f6ze<br \/>\n\u00e7arpan bir nokta, Said\u2019in \u2018 tan\u0131mlar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n birincisinde ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcnde<br \/>\noryantalizmin, Do\u011fu diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan bir \u015feyle ili\u015fkilendirilirken ikincisinde<br \/>\nDo\u011fu\u2019nun salt sorgulanabilir bir zihinsel i\u015flemin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak var olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nSaid s\u0131k s\u0131k bir metnin ya da gelene\u011fin Do\u011fu\u2019nun ger\u00e7ek ya da sahici bir<br \/>\n\u00f6zelli\u011fini \u00e7arp\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, tahakk\u00fcm alt\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya da g\u00f6rmezden geldi\u011fini<br \/>\ns\u00f6yler. Fakat ba\u015fka bir yerde \u2018ger\u00e7ek bir Do\u011fu\u2019nun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yads\u0131r ve bu<br \/>\nhususta Foucault\u2019a ve zikretti\u011fi di\u011fer radikal temsil ele\u015ftirmenlerine daha<br \/>\ns\u0131k\u0131 bir ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k sergiler. Hatta \u2018Do\u011fu\u2019da yer alan k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin ve uluslar\u0131n\u2026<br \/>\nbunlar\u0131n ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n, tarihlerinin ve geleneklerinin ham ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi\u2019ne k\u0131sa<br \/>\nbir at\u0131f yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir \u015feyin olmamas\u0131, kendi cephesinden anlaml\u0131 bir<br \/>\ny\u00f6ntem tercihini ifade etmektedir. Oryantalist gayr-\u0131 sahicili\u011fe bir<br \/>\nsahicilikle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verilmez. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Said neredeyse totolojik ifadelere<br \/>\n(\u00f6rne\u011fin s\u0131k s\u0131k dile getirdi\u011fi, oryantalist s\u00f6ylemin \u2018Do\u011fu\u2019yu do\u011fula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019<br \/>\nyorumu) ya da yarars\u0131z saptamalara<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>(\u00f6rne\u011fin, \u2018oryantalizm g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrde Do\u011fu\u2019ya uygun mecburiyetlerin, bak\u0131\u015f<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, ideolojik e\u011filimlerin egemen oldu\u011fu d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f ( ya da<br \/>\nDo\u011fulula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f) bir yaz\u0131m, bir g\u00f6r\u00fc ve inceleme tarz\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir\u2019)<br \/>\nba\u015fvurmak zorunda kal\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u201cOrtado\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\nkapitalizme kar\u015f\u0131 savunmak gerekir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz bat\u0131 oryantalizmini a\u015fmadan<br \/>\nba\u015far\u0131lacak bir g\u00f6rev de\u011fildir bu. Yeniden \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k ise, tepeden t\u0131rna\u011fa<br \/>\nkadar en kof oryantalizm t\u00fcrevidir.<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>Kapitalizmin zafer mek\u00e2n\u0131 kuzey bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n sahilleri ve \u0130ngiltere<br \/>\nadas\u0131d\u0131r. Kapitalizm zafer y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00f6rt y\u00fcz y\u0131ld\u0131r d\u00fcnya-sistem seviyesinde<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. T\u00f6kezledi\u011fi yer Ortado\u011fu kadim k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezleridir. Asl\u0131nda<br \/>\nkapitalizmin kendisi bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn en son ink\u00e2rc\u0131, hay\u0131rs\u0131z evlad\u0131 konumundad\u0131r.<br \/>\nAralar\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha fazla derindir. \u015euan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen,<br \/>\nacemiler sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Adeta \u0130skender\u2019le \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Darius\u2019un kopyalar\u0131 oynanmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nG.W. Bush ne kadar \u0130skender ise, Ahmedi Necad da o denli Darius\u2019tur. Diyalektik<br \/>\n\u00e7eli\u015fki \u00e7ok derinlerde ve \u00e7ok bi\u00e7imlik alt\u0131nda cereyan etmektedir. \u00c7eli\u015fki<br \/>\nsadece egemen klikler aras\u0131nda dile gelmemektedir. Tolumun iktidar kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nda kapsaml\u0131ca devreye girmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r.
