PKK daha ilk \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda K\u00fcrdistan ve d\u00fc\u015fman ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini<br \/>\ndo\u011fru tahlil etmi\u015ftir. Buna uygun olarak \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz, \u00f6rg\u00fct, \u00e7izgi, militanl\u0131k<br \/>\nile devrimin tarz\u0131, \u00fcslubu ve temposunu geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. E\u011fer K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da PKK<br \/>\nba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmu\u015fsa ve yine bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rg\u00fct ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z kalm\u0131\u015fsa nedenini burada g\u00f6rmek<br \/>\ngerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kendi tarihsel bilinci olmayan ve \u00e7ok iyi tahlilini yapmayan<br \/>\nhem \u00f6rg\u00fctler, hem de halklar her ko\u015fulda kaybetmeye mahk\u00fbmlard\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\nger\u00e7eklikle yolla \u00e7\u0131karak, kendi tarihinin analizini derinden yapmak kadar,<br \/>\nkendi ki\u015fili\u011fimizi de ayn\u0131 derinlikte analiz s\u00fczgecinden ge\u00e7irmek durumunday\u0131z.<br \/>\nBiny\u0131llard\u0131r \u00f6zelde k\u00fcrde genelde ise ezilen halklara kan\u0131ksanmak istenen<br \/>\nsosyal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, ideolojinin ve ge\u00e7mi\u015flerine dair olan tarih bilincinin ne<br \/>\noldu\u011funu anlamak anlam\u0131 bilince \u00e7\u0131karmak b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc egemen sistem her yerde co\u011frafyalar\u0131n farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na<br \/>\ng\u00f6re, farkl\u0131 siyasetlerle kendi kullar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturma m\u00fccadelesini vermekte.<br \/>\nBunun i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir ahlak kural\u0131 tan\u0131madan, toplumlar\u0131n en kutsal de\u011ferlerine el<br \/>\nat\u0131p kendine mal edip, bu kutsall\u0131klarda bir kutsall\u0131k b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir, T\u00fcrkten daha T\u00fcrk olacaks\u0131n<br \/>\nki ya\u015fayabilesin. \u0130ki, ezilenlere kar\u015f\u0131 ac\u0131mas\u0131z olacaks\u0131n, yani caniden daha<br \/>\ncani. \u00dc\u00e7, tek \u0131rk, tek dil, tek ulus ideolojisine en \u00e7ok sen uyacaks\u0131n. Bunlara<br \/>\nuymayanlar\u0131n<span>\u00a0 <\/span>ya\u015fam haklar\u0131 hi\u00e7bir ko\u015ful<br \/>\nalt\u0131nda yoktur!. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0<\/span>K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 halklara<br \/>\nuygulanan bu as\u0131rl\u0131k politikalar\u0131n temel dayanaklar\u0131n\u0131 neden biz K\u00fcrd ve<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistanl\u0131lar kendimize soru sormaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmadan, en \u00f6nemlisi de cevab\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nbulmak i\u00e7in tarihi, ki\u015fili\u011fimizi, d\u00fc\u015fman ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini \u00e7ok derin bir tahlilden<br \/>\nge\u00e7irmemiz gerekmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin neden tek ulus, neden \u00e7ok renkliliklere<br \/>\nfarkl\u0131l\u0131klara hay\u0131r denilirken, insan ya\u015fam\u0131 bu kadar ucuzla\u015fmakta? Hele bir de<br \/>\ns\u00f6z konusu K\u00fcrd olunca buna kar\u015f\u0131 adeta duymayan ve g\u00f6rmeyen bir tutum al\u0131rken<br \/>\nuygulamalar daha da katmerle\u015fmektedir. Nedeni k\u00fcrd\u00fcn zengin bir tarihinin<br \/>\nolu\u015fumu mu?, yoksa insanl\u0131\u011fa anal\u0131k etti\u011fimi?<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Egemen sistemin yarat\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihanet\u00e7i k\u00fcrde kar\u015f\u0131, halen kendi<br \/>\ntemel de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, ona b\u0131rak\u0131lan kominal de\u011ferlere sahip \u00e7\u0131kan k\u00fcrd\u00fcn var<br \/>\nolmas\u0131 sistemin halen kazanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesi de\u011filmidir. Bundan kaynakl\u0131<br \/>\nda K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i K\u00fcrtler egemen k\u0131l\u0131narak, t\u00fcm K\u00fcrtler sermayenin<br \/>\ndenetimine al\u0131narak, kullan\u0131lmak isteniyor. Bu cinsiyet\u00e7i devlet ideolojisinin<br \/>\nba\u015fta K\u00fcrdistan ve Ortado\u011fu da ya\u015famas\u0131 demektir de ayn\u0131 zamanda. Bu zihniyeti<br \/>\nya\u015fatacak olan gericilik, kendi k\u00f6k h\u00fccresini ink\u00e2r eden kendi k\u00f6klerine kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nsava\u015fanlar\u0131n olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130lkel milliyet\u00e7ilik, i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilik farkl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lardan<br \/>\negem sistemi ayakta tutanlar olmaktalar. Bu \u00e7evreler ayn\u0131 zamanda kad\u0131na<br \/>\nyakla\u015f\u0131m konusunda egemen sistemin birer protipidirler de, birbirlerini<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeleri de bundand\u0131r. ald\u0131klar\u0131 temel besinler ayn\u0131, kar\u015f\u0131 olduklar\u0131<br \/>\ntemel noktalar ayn\u0131, varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n gerek\u00e7esi ayn\u0131 de\u011filmidir?. Toplumlar\u0131<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fctmenin temel ara\u00e7lar\u0131 neye hizmet etmekte, topluluklar\u0131n bir arada<br \/>\nya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran hukukun bile nas\u0131l i\u015flendi\u011fine bakarsak bile bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\nsorumuzun cevab\u0131n\u0131 bulaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za inan\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Tarihi bilincimizde canl\u0131 tuttu\u011fumuz oranda, gelece\u011fimiz<br \/>\ndaha net olacakt\u0131r. Bundand\u0131r, PKK\u2019y\u0131 anlamak, \u00f6nder Apo\u2019yu anlamaktan<br \/>\nge\u00e7mekte. K\u00fcrd\u00fcn ki\u015fili\u011finde yarat\u0131lan\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeden yeni k\u00fcrd\u00fc in\u015fa etmesi de<br \/>\nm\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamaktad\u0131r. Egemen sistemin, sermayenin k\u00fcrd\u00fcn \u00f6zerindeki oyunlar\u0131 ve<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan \u00f6zellinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen asimilasyon-imha, soyk\u0131r\u0131m konseptlerini bo\u015fa<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karmak ve onlara kar\u015f\u0131 verilen m\u00fccadelede ba\u015far\u0131 elde etmek i\u00e7in kesin kes<br \/>\ntarihi bilincimizi derinlemesine tahlil etmeliyiz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeye g\u00f6re<br \/>\nde kendimizle birlikte topluma yedirilen gerici ideolojilerden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131p kendi<br \/>\nk\u00f6k h\u00fccremize d\u00f6nerek, kendimizi Apocu ideolojiyle, ahlakla ve felsefesiyle<br \/>\nkendimizi donat\u0131p. Ya\u015famsalla\u015ft\u0131rarak topluma gereken \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc edelim.<br \/>\nToplumsal geli\u015fmeler \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fcz olmayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi \u00f6nc\u00fcn\u00fcn de kendini yeniden yaratma<br \/>\neyleminde savundu\u011fu ideolojiye g\u00f6re donat\u0131p ona g\u00f6re de ya\u015famas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<br \/>\nYani s\u00f6ylem ve eylem birlikteli\u011fini ya\u015famsal boyutta yakalamak gerekmekte, \u00d6nc\u00fc<br \/>\nyapan ve yapt\u0131rand\u0131r. Bunu yaparken insanlar\u0131 kendi ideolojisi do\u011frultusunda<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrten, sorgulayan ve ikna ederek yapt\u0131rtand\u0131r da. Giyilen ate\u015ften<br \/>\ng\u00fclme\u011fin anlam\u0131n\u0131 ne kadar bilince \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131rsak, tarihi o kadar haf\u0131zam\u0131zda<br \/>\ncanl\u0131 tutar\u0131z. \u00d6nder Apo\u2019yu da bir o kadar daha iyi anlar ve kavrar\u0131z. Onun<br \/>\nya\u015famsal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc halk\u0131n i\u00e7inde daha derin yay\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 da sa\u011flarken<br \/>\n\u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck g\u00f6revimizi yerine getirir, PKK\u2019n\u0131n fedai ruhunun co\u015fku ve heyecan\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\ny\u00fcre\u011fimizin derinliklerinde ya\u015farken, ki\u015fili\u011fimizde a\u015f\u0131lmayan yanlar\u0131m\u0131za daha<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00f6zerine gitmemizi de sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Art\u0131k bizlere reva g\u00f6r\u00fclen tarihe, bizler de yarat\u0131lan<br \/>\ngerici ki\u015filik \u00f6zeliklerine, k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerimizden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmalara ve bizleri<br \/>\nyaratan anal\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden koparmalar\u0131na \u2018dur\u2019 diyelim. Her t\u00fcrden asimile ve<br \/>\nink\u00e2ra, kendi dilimizi bizlere yasaklamalar\u0131na, K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00f6zerindeki<br \/>\nbask\u0131lar\u0131na, i\u00e7imize s\u0131zan uzant\u0131lar\u0131na dur!. \u00d6nc\u00fcl\u00fck g\u00f6revlerimiz \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel<br \/>\nolan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc engele, bizlerde ya\u015fan\u0131lan a\u015f\u0131nmalara, \u00f6nder Apo ve Apocu<br \/>\nideolojiden uzakla\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za, yeni paradigmay\u0131 kendimize g\u00f6re alg\u0131lamaya dur!<br \/>\ndiyelim.
