K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck demokratik k\u0131p\u0131rdanma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine girdi\u011fi d\u00f6nemlerde hemen K\u00fcrt ihanet\u00e7ili\u011fi olarak devreye konmaktad\u0131r<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/5317-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tBilindi\u011fi gibi halklar\u0131n bahar\u0131n\u0131n umut olmay\u0131 a\u015f\u0131p ete<br \/>\nkemi\u011fe b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve bu u\u011furda g\u00f6rkemli direni\u015flerin sergilendi\u011fi, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla<br \/>\nkahramanl\u0131k destanlar\u0131n\u0131n yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir o kadar da ihanet ve d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcnl\u00fcklerin<br \/>\nya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemden ge\u00e7mekteyiz. Kobane Direni\u015fi, Rojava Devrimi ve Bakur\u00ea<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki Demokratik \u00d6zy\u00f6netim Direni\u015fleri bir halk\u0131n \u201cxweb\u00fbn  olmaktaki<br \/>\n\u0131srar\u0131n\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kendi kendini y\u00f6netmekteki ahlaki ve politik tutumunu ve<br \/>\nbu anlamda \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015famdaki etik ve estetik de\u011ferlerinin y\u00fcceli\u011fini ifade<br \/>\netmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Demokratik Ulus paradigmas\u0131 anlaml\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam\u0131 her<br \/>\n\u015feyin \u00fcst\u00fcnde oldu\u011funu, do\u011fru ve insanca ya\u015faman\u0131n, ya\u015fama ihanet edilerek<br \/>\nyanl\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru ya\u015faman\u0131n da toplumsalla\u015fmadan ge\u00e7ti\u011fini,<br \/>\nbireylerin ancak kendi tarihsel ve toplumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve kimlikleriyle varl\u0131k<br \/>\nkazand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bunun \u00f6tesinin biyolojik ya\u015fam d\u00fczeyinde seyretmek oldu\u011funu,<br \/>\nbunun da insanca bir ya\u015fam olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ya\u015fam\u0131n ink\u00e2r\u0131 demek oldu\u011funu<br \/>\nispatlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Yedi bin y\u0131ll\u0131k hegemonya tarihinde hi\u00e7bir sistem Kapitalizm<br \/>\nkadar insanca ya\u015famaya kar\u015f\u0131 ihanet i\u00e7erisinde olmad\u0131. Bunun kadar topluma<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131, soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131, ac\u0131mas\u0131z, zalim, al\u00e7ak, h\u0131rs\u0131z, yalanc\u0131, ikiy\u00fczl\u00fc ve hatta<br \/>\ny\u00fczs\u00fcz, komplocu ve d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcn vb. k\u0131saca toplum d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 olmad\u0131. Bu sistem 7 den 70\u2019e<br \/>\nherkesin hayat\u0131yla oynamaktad\u0131r. Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz bu bir zihniyet durumunu ifade<br \/>\netmektedir. Bu \u00f6yle bir zihniyet durumu ki patolojik yani hastal\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nAlg\u0131lama da ya\u015fanan karga\u015fa durumu kendisini g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fama karabasan olarak<br \/>\ndayatmaktad\u0131r. Zihniyette toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n etik ve esteti\u011finin yitirilmesinin<br \/>\nyan\u0131 s\u0131ra ahlaki \u00f6rg\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u0131rt\u0131lmas\u0131 zihniyet ke\u015fmeke\u015fli\u011finin ana<br \/>\nkayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Hayat\u0131n her an\u0131na ve de\u011ferine mekanikle\u015ftirip para ile de\u011fer<br \/>\nbi\u00e7en, her \u015feyde ku\u015fku ile yat\u0131p ku\u015fku ile kalkan ayn\u0131 zamanda kendisini<br \/>\nmodernlik ve bilimsellik ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda pazarlayan en kof mitolojik s\u00f6ylemli bir<br \/>\ndini, Modernite dinini ifade ediyor. Olduk\u00e7a kat\u0131, dogmatik ve fanatik bir din<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kald\u0131 ki din, bilimin ana kaynaklar\u0131ndan birisidir.<br \/>\nMitolojik s\u00f6ylemi, kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rarak toplumsal ahlak\u0131 \u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ancak dini<br \/>\niktidara bula\u015ft\u0131ranlar\u0131n gayesiyle birlikte bu vasf\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir.<br \/>\nDinler d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam\u0131 sal\u0131k verirken, Peygamberler toplumsal<br \/>\nyozla\u015fmalara kar\u015f\u0131 toplumsal haf\u0131zan\u0131n vicdan\u0131 olarak toplumsal ahlak\u0131 ve<br \/>\npolitikay\u0131 \u00f6rd\u00fcler. Oysa Modern de\u011ferler dizisi toplumsal ahl\u00e2k ve politikay\u0131<br \/>\nhalla\u00e7 pamu\u011fu gibi atmaktad\u0131r. O ise alg\u0131 operasyonlar\u0131yla toplum k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\ngizlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Kapitalist Modernite g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc veya g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bu<br \/>\n\u00f6zelli\u011finden almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kapitalizmin d\u00fcnya sistemi olabilmek i\u00e7in Merkezi Uygarl\u0131k<br \/>\nSisteminin do\u011fu\u015f kaynaklar\u0131na emperyalist y\u00f6nelimleri kendisiyle birlikte<br \/>\n\u00e7eli\u015fki ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yo\u011funluk kazanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kaosun<br \/>\nderinle\u015ftirilmesini getirmi\u015ftir. Sistem, d\u00fcnya hegamonik g\u00fcc\u00fc olabilmek i\u00e7in<br \/>\nb\u00f6lgeye t\u00fcm h\u0131\u015fm\u0131yla y\u00fcklenirken, b\u00fcy\u00fck yalanlarla \u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc ulus- devletleri imal<br \/>\netmedi\u011fi gibi eski devlet gelene\u011finin yerine oryantalistleri ikame etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Modernite ve oryantalizm diyalekti\u011fini efendi ve k\u00f6le<br \/>\ndiyalektik b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmeleri<br \/>\nkavramakta zorlan\u0131yoruz. <strong>K\u0130ME G\u00d6RE DO\u011eU?<\/strong> Sorusu bile bat\u0131n\u0131n kendisini<br \/>\nmerkeze koyup, do\u011fuya d\u00f6n\u00fck emperyalist ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci emellerini ele<br \/>\nvermektedir. Yereldekiler ise Moderniteyi medeniyet ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yere g\u00f6\u011fe<br \/>\ns\u0131\u011fd\u0131rmayan a\u00e7\u0131k ya da gizli, derinden ya\u015fayan k\u00f6ks\u00fczlerdir. Ba\u015fta b\u00f6lgemiz<br \/>\nOrtado\u011fu olmak \u00fczere kaos olu\u015fturmak ve derinle\u015ftirmek bu Modernitenin yap\u0131sal<br \/>\nbir \u00f6zelli\u011fi oldu\u011fu kadar, buna uygun siyasi ve askeri yap\u0131lar\u0131 geli\u015ftirip \u00f6ne<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karmak di\u011fer bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi olmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bilindi\u011fi gibi 19. yy Kapitalist Modernitenin bir d\u00fcnya<br \/>\nhegemonya sistemi olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinin y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczy\u0131l ayn\u0131 zamanda<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlerin ba\u015f a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 gidi\u015fat\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ngilizlerin Ortado\u011fu\u2019ya<br \/>\ns\u0131zmalar\u0131 b\u00f6lge halklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tam bir felaketle sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>K\u00fcrtler askeri, siyasi, ekonomik, sosyal,<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrel olarak soyk\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine al\u0131n\u0131rken sadece biyolojik bir ya\u015fama<br \/>\nmahk\u00fbm edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te K\u00fcrtlerin pay\u0131na ink\u00e2r ve imha d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. K\u00fcrtler<br \/>\nad\u0131na, co\u011frafik par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k, soyk\u0131r\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 ve derin toplumsal<br \/>\npar\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k ilk elden s\u00f6ylenebilecek hususlar olmaktad\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcrecin sonunda<br \/>\nkendini ink\u00e2r eden K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn para etti\u011fi bir d\u00fcnya ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi \u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yak\u0131n<br \/>\nge\u00e7mi\u015fteki nesil az ya da \u00e7ok bu duyguyu derinden hissetmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrtler ve K\u00fcrdistan d\u00f6rt ulus-devletin aras\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131p,<br \/>\n\u00e7arm\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7ekilirken K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da sistemin esasl\u0131 yedek koruyucu, kollay\u0131c\u0131 ve<br \/>\nkolluk kuvveti i\u015flevini g\u00f6ren temel yap\u0131lar tarikatlar, a\u015firetler ve aileler<br \/>\naras\u0131ndan derlenmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da Nak\u015filik ve Barzan\u00eecilik bu<br \/>\nparadigmadan t\u00fcretilmi\u015ftir. Kendi toplumsal dinamiklerine dayanmayan, burjuva<br \/>\nanlamda bile bir de\u011feri olmayan, ilkel milliyet\u00e7ilik kendini d\u00f6nemin<br \/>\nko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re uyarlayarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelen K\u00fcrt g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc, K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Barzan\u00ee\u2019nin KDP\u2019sinin 2. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n hemen akabinde<br \/>\n\u0130srail gizli servisleri ve o d\u00f6nem etkisi alt\u0131ndaki \u0130ran \u015eah\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Savak\u2019\u0131<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan kuruldu\u011fu \u015f\u00fcphe g\u00f6t\u00fcrmez bir ger\u00e7ektir. Arap d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda monar\u015filere<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 bir tepki olarak geli\u015fen BAAS milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi ve d\u00fcnyada geli\u015fen ulusal<br \/>\nkurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadeleleri uluslararas\u0131 gericili\u011fi erkenden b\u00f6yle bir tedbir almaya<br \/>\ndo\u011fru itmi\u015ftir. Ve nitekim Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da geli\u015fen Kurdistan\u00ee hareketlerin ve<br \/>\nba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131 isyanlar\u0131n bast\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda ve katliamlarla sonland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda en<br \/>\n\u00f6n saflarda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">KDP ve benzeri olu\u015fumlar ayn\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 G\u00fcney<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da daha fazlas\u0131yla sergilemi\u015flerdir. G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da a\u015firet, parti<br \/>\nve \u015fahsiyetlerden te\u015fekk\u00fcl olan \u00f6zg\u00fcr, devrimci demokratik dinamiklerin<br \/>\nt\u00fcketilmesinde, yine Enfal ve Halep\u00e7e ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere halk\u0131n katliamlardan<br \/>\nge\u00e7irilmesinde ilkel milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin rol\u00fc belirgindir. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da devrimci<br \/>\ndemokratik bir geli\u015fmenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemesi g\u00f6revini ament\u00fc olarak benimsemi\u015f<br \/>\nolan, sava\u015f a\u011falar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan bu g\u00fcruh her zaman mazlum K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131rt\u0131nda<br \/>\nki han\u00e7er olmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da KDP demek K\u00fcrtl\u00fck ad\u0131na ya\u015fam\u0131n yerlerde<br \/>\ns\u00fcr\u00fcnmesi veya \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fama ihanetin ad\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck demokratik<br \/>\nk\u0131p\u0131rdanma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine girdi\u011fi d\u00f6nemlerde hemen K\u00fcrt ihanet\u00e7ili\u011fi olarak<br \/>\ndevreye konmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Devlet paradigmas\u0131 normlar\u0131nda bile kabilecili\u011fi ve<br \/>\nailecili\u011fi a\u015famayan bir KDP\u2019nin devletle\u015fme dayatmas\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan dirili\u015f<br \/>\ndevriminin tamamlanmas\u0131 ve K\u00fcrdistan demokratik devrimine denk gelmektedir. O<br \/>\nda efendilerinin dayatmas\u0131yla olmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde PKK hareketinin<br \/>\nulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 sistemi sarsmas\u0131 sonucunda K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fanan devrimci<br \/>\ndemokratik geli\u015fmelere kar\u015f\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan K\u00fcrdistan ulusal<br \/>\ndemokratik devrimine kar\u015f\u0131 bir kar\u015f\u0131-devrim olarak dayat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. PKK\u2019nin<br \/>\nm\u00fccadeleyi yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve umut oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nem de g\u00fcneyde tek bir pe\u015fmergenin dahi<br \/>\nbar\u0131namad\u0131\u011f\u0131, hepsinin \u0130ran\u2019da m\u00fcltecile\u015fti\u011fi bir d\u00f6nem de K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nhareketine kar\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere Barzan\u00ee ve Talaban\u00ee\u2019nin ayaklar\u0131nda \u00e7ar\u0131kla<br \/>\nGever\u2019e kadar getirilerek oradan helikopterlerle Silopya\u2019ya ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 ve<br \/>\nAnkara da s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci T.C. devletinin kendilerine diplomatik pasaportlar verdi\u011fi<br \/>\nd\u00fcn kadar yak\u0131n durmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fin G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n en temel nedenlerinden birisini te\u015fkil eden bu yap\u0131<br \/>\ns\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilikle olan i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f ili\u015fkileri bir hayli ilerletmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcney<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 vah\u015fi T\u00fcrk kapitalizminin talan rejimine sonuna kadar a\u00e7m\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br \/>\nS\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci T\u00fcrk devlet yetkililerin beyanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re  her devlet yetkilisinin<br \/>\nziyaretinde bu kader birli\u011finden dem vuruldu\u011fu ve KDP\u2019nin kraldan daha kral M\u0130T<br \/>\ndemek oldu\u011funu ifade ediyorlar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla KDP\u2019lilerin pe\u015finden gitmek,<br \/>\ns\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fin ve insanl\u0131kta dibe vuranlar\u0131n pe\u015finden gitmektir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n en de\u011ferli ve yi\u011fit evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n kanlar\u0131<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden palazlanan bir sava\u015f a\u011fal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fta Hewler ve Ava\u015f\u00een hastanelerindeki<br \/>\nsavunmas\u0131z yaral\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok yerde tarihin en vah\u015fi<br \/>\nkatliamlar\u0131n\u0131 dayatmaktan geri durmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda ABD\u2019nin Irak\u2019a m\u00fcdahalesi yeni bir k\u00fcresel<br \/>\nhamleyi zirveye ta\u015f\u0131r\u0131rken i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i ve ihanet\u00e7i yap\u0131n\u0131n rol ve misyon<br \/>\naray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirecektir. K\u00fcreselle\u015fme b\u00f6lge ayaklar\u0131ndan birisini Hewler<br \/>\nmerkezli olarak \u00f6rmektedir. Ancak beyaz K\u00fcrt\u2019le\u015fme sa\u011flanmadan<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirilemeyecek olan sosyal doku, \u015fimdiden G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u00fcretici<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7leri, tar\u0131m ve k\u00f6y toplumunu, t\u00fcketilip, bitirilerek, halk\u0131 Hewler\u2019in<br \/>\nvaro\u015flar\u0131na mahk\u00fbm etmi\u015ftir. Kendisi olma \u0131srar\u0131ndaki \u00f6zg\u00fcr K\u00fcrtl\u00fck ise her zaman<br \/>\nhedef g\u00f6sterilerek Hewler seremonisine uyarlanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">KDP\u2019nin K\u00fcrt ihanet\u00e7ileri temelli mevcut alt yap\u0131s\u0131 devlet<br \/>\ngibi geli\u015fmeleri kar\u015f\u0131lamaktan uzak oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131 art\u0131k uluslararas\u0131<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7lere ayak ba\u011f\u0131 te\u015fkil etmektedir.
