Kasaba politikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayak oyunlar\u0131na dayal\u0131, \u00fc\u00e7k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7eren, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 manip\u00fclasyonu esas alan, ajitatif, duygular \u00fczerinde oynayarak g\u00fcn\u00fc kurtarmak i\u00e7in uygulanan politikad\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Denilecek ki yukar\u0131da s\u0131ralananlar ba\u015fka ki\u015filik yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131nda da vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin feodallerin benzer bir y\u00f6netme y\u00fcr\u00fctme bi\u00e7imi vard\u0131r. Denilecek ki s\u00f6ylenenleri \u00f6zel sava\u015f kurumlar\u0131 da uyguluyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sosyal olaylar ba\u015fka sahalarda oldu\u011fu gibi b\u0131\u00e7ak gibi birbirinden ayr\u0131lmazlar, kesilmezler. Mutlaka benzerlikler, yak\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Ancak yukar\u0131da dile getirilen kasaba politikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n esas\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc kurtarmakt\u0131r. \u00d6zel sava\u015f sistemleri uzun vadeli politikalar \u00fcretirler. Bu politikalarla toplumlar\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmeyi esas al\u0131rlar. Yine feodal yap\u0131larda bu y\u00f6netme bi\u00e7imi kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f ya da atalarda \u00f6\u011frenilenin bir tarz haline getirilmesi s\u00f6z konusudur. .<br \/>Lakin bizim s\u00f6yledi\u011fimiz kasaba politikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7okta ciddi bir sistemi yoktur. Bir sorunla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa bu sorunu a\u015fmak i\u00e7in o an \u00fcretilen bir politikad\u0131r. Yani benzer sorunlar\u0131 ancak ortamlar farkl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri de farkl\u0131 \u00fcretebilirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc birinin yan\u0131nda zaman mek\u00e2n ko\u015fullar\u0131 farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc bir \u015fekildedir, di\u011ferinin yan\u0131nda zaman ve mek\u00e2n ko\u015fullar\u0131 farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc bir \u015fekildedir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin kasaba politikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan tipler birinin yan\u0131nda dindar olabilirler, ancak di\u011ferinin yan\u0131nda laikli\u011fin savunucular\u0131 da olabilirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu ki\u015filiklerde en az bulunan ilkelerdir. Esasta f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirler. F\u0131rsat\u00e7\u0131d\u0131rlar. Kapt\u0131 ka\u00e7t\u0131 diyorlar son zamanlarda bu tiplere\u2026 Kapt\u0131 ka\u00e7t\u0131 ki\u015filikleri vard\u0131r, yaranmac\u0131d\u0131rlar. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri yoktur. D\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri onlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131d\u0131r. O anki \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 demek gerekir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kasaba politikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na en iyi \u00f6rnek Aziz Nesin\u2019in \u00e7izdi\u011fi bu Z\u00fcb\u00fck tipidir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte en ileri d\u00fczeyde Z\u00fcb\u00fck olarak Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131 tarif etmi\u015ftik.
