G\u00fcne\u015f \u201cgen\u00e7 kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi emek\u00e7i, \u00f6\u011frenci, i\u015fsiz vb toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli alanlar\u0131nda bulunan gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n mevcut erkek egemenlikli sistemin bask\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 kendi \u00f6z bilincine ve \u00fcretimine dayal\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmektedir. Alternatif \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam\u0131 yakalama g\u00fcc\u00fcne kavu\u015ftu\u011fu bir geli\u015fim d\u00fczeyi i\u00e7in gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gen\u00e7lik hareketi i\u00e7inde temel bir ihtiya\u00e7 olarak a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r  dedi.<br \/>G\u00fcne\u015f, gen\u00e7lik toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n, gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n kimli\u011fi ile \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir kimlik etraf\u0131nda \u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve bunun bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda gen\u00e7 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini belirterek \u201cbu daha \u00e7ok \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, daha \u00e7ok e\u015fitlik demektir. Apocu gen\u00e7lik hareketi gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n hareketinin \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve demokratik geli\u015fimini ama\u00e7layan onun t\u00fcm \u00f6rg\u00fctsel karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve organlar\u0131na aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 esas alan bir \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahiptir. Apocu gen\u00e7lik hareketi i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 Kad\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f \u0130deolojisi ya\u015famsalla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n teminat\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan gen\u00e7lik hareketine gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n iradi bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ideolojik bir \u00e7izgi esas\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Demokratik \u00e7izginin temel bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve kat\u0131l\u0131m d\u00fczeyi olacakt\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle her t\u00fcr cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fe ve e\u015fitsizli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etmeyi kendisine temel alan gen\u00e7lik hareketimiz Kad\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f \u0130deolojisi\u2019nin gen\u00e7lik i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015fmesi ve pratikle\u015fmesinin m\u00fccadelesini verecektir  diye ekledi.<br \/>Gen\u00e7li\u011fin ideolojik kimlik kazanmas\u0131nda ve buna paralel toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikli bir role sahip olan gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n ayn\u0131 zamanda gen\u00e7lik konfederalizminde \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n kimli\u011finin ve geli\u015ftirilmesinden sorumludur. Gen\u00e7lik hareketi erkek egemenlikli zihniyetten kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131ma kar\u015f\u0131 en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc m\u00fccadelenin verilece\u011fi zemindir. Bu konuda ise G\u00fcne\u015f \u201cBu m\u00fccadelede ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak \u00f6ncelikle gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin d\u00fczeyi ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda etkin olan bir gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n her alanda yani \u00f6rg\u00fct, eylem, e\u011fitim vb alanlarda kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcn zeminlerini yaratmas\u0131 iradele\u015fmede \u00f6nemli bir role sahiptir. Kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc yaratan ve iradesini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karan gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n hareketi gen\u00e7lik hareketinin de rengini belirleyecektir  dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi KK\u0130 en h\u0131zl\u0131 pratikle\u015fme zemini<br \/>Gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n hareketiyle gen\u00e7lik hareketinin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bulu\u015fma zeminidir. Koma Jinen B\u0131l\u0131nd\u2019\u0131n (KJB) bir bile\u015feni olan gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n, gen\u00e7lik hareketinde oldu\u011fu kadar Kad\u0131n Hareketi i\u00e7inde de \u00f6nemli bir role sahiptir. Gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n kimli\u011fiyle, kad\u0131n eksenli toplumsal demokrasinin geli\u015ftirilmesi temelinde kad\u0131n\u0131n konfederal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak ideolojik, toplumsal, siyasal ve me\u015fru savunma alan\u0131nda m\u00fccadelenin ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerinin geli\u015ftirilmesinde aktif bir konumad\u0131r. Her gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n hareketinin de bir \u00fcyesidir ve m\u00fccadele ilkelerini bu temelde belirlemektedir. Kad\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f \u0130deolojisinin en h\u0131zl\u0131 pratikle\u015fme zemini olarak gen\u00e7lik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n bunda oynayaca\u011f\u0131 rol belirleyicidir.<br \/>G\u00fcne\u015f, kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yaratan gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n, cinsiyet\u00e7i zihniyet ve yap\u0131lanmalarla m\u00fccadele ederek, ataerkil devlet\u00e7i toplum sistemini a\u015fmada, kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f ideolojisi temelinde kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131ndaki \u00f6zg\u00fcr kimli\u011fini geli\u015ftirilmesinden sorumlu oldu\u011funu belirterek \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti. G\u00fcne\u015f \u201cDemokratik-ekolojik ve cinsiyet \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc toplum paradigmas\u0131 temelinde, kad\u0131n\u0131n konfederal sistemini geli\u015ftirmek ve demokratik konfederalizmi kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde in\u015fa etme g\u00f6reviyle de kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya olma bilinciyle her alanda m\u00fccadele vermeyi esas almaktad\u0131r  dedi.<br \/>Demokratik konfederalizm \u00f6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n \u201cB\u0130R HALKI SAVUNMAK  adl\u0131 eserinde kad\u0131n ve gen\u00e7lik hareketlerini demokratik konfederalizmin \u00f6nc\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7leri olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen G\u00fcne\u015f \u201c\u00d6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tan\u0131mlarken ne klasik toplum \u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ne de \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fcz kendili\u011findencili\u011fi kabul etti\u011fini ortaya koydu. Toplumu kendi de\u011ferleriyle yaratma ama\u00e7l\u0131 toplumsal \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn tarihsel arka plan\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyarak bu \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ne g\u00fcncel ne de taktik ele ald\u0131. \u0130ki hareketi toplumu yeniden kurma yolunda temel iki stratejik g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r  diye ekledi.<br \/>Toplumsalla\u015fma, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kad\u0131n eksenli ya\u015famdan alarak geldi\u011fini ifade eden G\u00fcne\u015f, erkek egemenlikli zihniyet bu s\u00fcrecin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fckten sonra uygulamalar\u0131yla bu toplumsal \u00fcretimi ele ge\u00e7irmek \u00fczerinden devlet\u00e7i ve iktidarc\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimini sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu devlet\u00e7i yap\u0131, do\u011fal toplum de\u011ferleriyle \u00e7at\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ele ge\u00e7irece\u011fi en \u00f6nemli de\u011fer tabi ki toplumsall\u0131k oldu\u011funu belirtti. G\u00fcne\u015f \u201cbu tarih ve toplumdaki temel \u00e7eli\u015fkinin iktidar-toplum \u00e7eli\u015fkisi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Ve bundan en \u00e7ok etkilenen kesimler bu toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaratan g\u00fc\u00e7ler olan kad\u0131nlar ve gen\u00e7ler olmu\u015ftur. 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ile beraber \u00e7ok sert bir bio-iktidar d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve bu y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonuna do\u011fru g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilerek t\u00fcm topluma ve bireylerine yayd\u0131r\u0131larak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yani \u015fu anda iktidar\u0131n denenmeyen bi\u00e7imi hemen hemen kalmam\u0131\u015f gibidir. Toplumun iktidara tabi tutulmayan organlar\u0131 kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Duygusu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi iktidardan ge\u00e7memi\u015f birey ve toplum b\u0131rak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gelinen a\u015fama toplumun var olmas\u0131n\u0131 tehlike alt\u0131na koymu\u015ftur. Bio-iktidarla \u015fu anda insan\u0131n duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri en ince ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na kadar merkezi \u00fcretim sistemine uyumlu hale getirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bir toplumsalla\u015fma bast\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p yerine yeni bir toplumsalla\u015fma ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Zaten devletin kendi ba\u015f\u0131na bir g\u00fcc\u00fc yoktur. Toplumsalla\u015fman\u0131n ele ge\u00e7irilmesini kamufle etmek i\u00e7in felsefe, din, do\u011fa, bilimler ve bunlar\u0131n kurumla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n hepsi kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kamu g\u00fcvenli\u011fini, e\u011fitimi, politikay\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, sosyal alan\u0131, bas\u0131n yay\u0131n\u0131 vb. her alan\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlemektedir. Devlet\u00e7i yap\u0131lar\u0131n bu sistemi bu haliyle toplum nezdinde kabul edilip, sorgulanamaz bir hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Bu toplumda ya\u015fam\u0131n her an\u2019\u0131 tahakk\u00fcm alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bununla en \u00e7ok y\u00fcz y\u00fcze kalan ve ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 kendi \u00f6z de\u011ferleriyle ya\u015famaktan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan kesimler ise kad\u0131nlar ve gen\u00e7lerdir  dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6calan ideolojisi anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131<br \/>G\u00fcne\u015f, demokratik ekolojik cinsiyet \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc toplum paradigmas\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine vurgu yaparak \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti. G\u00fcne\u015f \u201cKad\u0131n ve Gen\u00e7lik hareketleri olarak \u00d6nderlik ideolojisini bilmek, derinle\u015fmek ve uygulamak olmazsa olmaz kabilindedir. Bu \u015fekilde ya\u015fama ve tarihe bakmak onun do\u011fru \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de do\u011furacakt\u0131r. Kendisinde komple bir ideoloji yaratma, do\u011faya yakla\u015f\u0131m, hiyerar\u015fiyi reddetme, toplum organizasyonuna do\u011fru kat\u0131lma, toplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fi do\u011fru \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleme ve me\u015fru savunma \u00e7izgisini kendinde i\u00e7selle\u015ftirme kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 kendisinde bir geli\u015fme yaratmaya dayal\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m her iki hareketin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fecektir  dedi.<br \/>Demokratik konfederalizm i\u00e7inde \u00f6nc\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler olarak konfederal yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan kad\u0131n ve gen\u00e7lik hareketleri ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre\u00e7te bu misyona denk bir prati\u011fin sahibi olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten G\u00fcne\u015f \u201cDemokratik kom\u00fcnalizmde \u0130ktidar, yetki ve bunun alt zemini olarak \u015fiddet d\u0131\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in sosyalist, demokratik, ekolojik, toplumsal cinsiyet, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131yla \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck yapma \u00f6ne ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Bunun \u00f6z\u00fc toplumdaki en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck toplulu\u011fun bile \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmesi, kendi demokrasilerini kurmas\u0131, bunun dilini eylemleriyle yaratmas\u0131, kendine veya de\u011ferlerine gelecek sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6z savunmas\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek topluma \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck yapmakt\u0131r. Fakat ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre\u00e7te bunlara cevap olunamam\u0131\u015f daha \u00e7ok pasif, edilgen ve vasat bir duru\u015fun sahibi olunmu\u015ftur. Birbirinden kopuk, g\u00fcndemleri farkl\u0131 ve mevcut enerjileri ortakla\u015ft\u0131rmayan g\u00fc\u00e7ler olarak hareket etmek zaman ve enerji kayb\u0131na neden olacakt\u0131r ki ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre\u00e7 bunu bize g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Muhakkak her iki hareket a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fcklerde, farkl\u0131l\u0131klarda s\u00f6z konusudur. Demokratik Ekolojik cinsiyet \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc paradigmaya dayanan yeni ya\u015fam sistemimiz do\u011fal topluma dayanmaktad\u0131r ki, buda kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir ve onun ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini \u00f6z\u00fcnde ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nd\u0131r. Do\u011fal olarak m\u00fccadelesini y\u00fcr\u00fctecek olanda en ba\u015fta yine kad\u0131n\u0131n kendisi olacakt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Apocu hareketin ideolojik \u00e7izgisi kad\u0131n eksenli bir ideolojidir. Onun \u00f6z\u00fcnde var olan \u00f6zellikleri yeniden yaratmay\u0131 ve bunun m\u00fccadele g\u00fcc\u00fc olarakta kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc yaratmas\u0131 belirleyici bir konumdad\u0131r  diye ekledi.<br \/>Tahrip edilen demokratik kom\u00fcnal de\u011ferlerin yeniden kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle ve ilk olarak kad\u0131n\u0131n kendisinde yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 toplum ger\u00e7e\u011fine de uygun d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eden G\u00fcne\u015f \u201cbu ideolojik yakla\u015f\u0131m ayn\u0131 zamanda insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n tarih boyunca \u00f6zlemini duydu\u011fu ya\u015fam \u00fctopyalar\u0131n\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru belirlemesidir. \u0130\u015fte kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f ideolojisi \u00fczerinden geli\u015fen \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Hareketi b\u00f6ylesi bir ya\u015fam\u0131 yaratman\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fc olman\u0131n iddias\u0131ndad\u0131r. Yeni bir toplumsalla\u015fmay\u0131 kurmay\u0131 \u00f6n g\u00f6ren kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f ideolojisinin benimsenece\u011fi ve ya\u015fam \u015fans\u0131 bulaca\u011f\u0131 toplumsal kesim ise gen\u00e7lik olacakt\u0131r. Bu anlamda gen\u00e7lik kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f ideolojisinin en h\u0131zl\u0131 ya\u015fam bulaca\u011f\u0131 zemindir. Yine kad\u0131n hareketi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi bir tecr\u00fcbe ve deneyim s\u00f6z konusudur.
