Do\u011furan, besleyen, koruyan duygular\u0131 ve vas\u0131flar\u0131 kad\u0131n merkezli ya\u015fam ger\u00e7e\u011fini beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir. Toplumsal tarihin % 98\u2019ni olu\u015fturan kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fckl\u00fc bu ya\u015fam tarz\u0131ndan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelen, arkeolojik kaz\u0131larda 15 bin y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinin yerle\u015fim yerlerinde en \u00e7ok rastlanan kad\u0131n heykelcikleri bunun en somut g\u00f6stergesidir. Kad\u0131n bedeninde \u00fcreme organlar\u0131n\u0131n fazla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kartan bu heykelcikler, kad\u0131n bedeni \u00fczerinden s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen ya\u015fam\u0131n topluluk taraf\u0131ndan fark\u0131nda l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilincini, sayg\u0131s\u0131 ve de\u011ferini kan\u0131tlar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kad\u0131n bedeni kutsanmay\u0131 hak eden ve lay\u0131k oland\u0131r. Kad\u0131n bedeninden akan ya\u015fama kar\u015f\u0131 sadece minnettar olunur. Bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan en \u00f6zg\u00fcr emek bu a\u00e7\u0131dan kad\u0131n\u0131n bedeninden ba\u015flatarak yarat\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n eme\u011fidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o olmasa insan ad\u0131na hi\u00e7bir \u015fey olmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla egemen erke\u011fin kad\u0131n bedenine y\u00f6nelimi, k\u00f6lele\u015ftirme halkas\u0131n\u0131n ilkini ifade eder. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir ger\u00e7ekliktir. Kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ta\u015fan bir damla \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck istemini yok etmek i\u00e7in her t\u00fcrl\u00fc y\u00f6ntemi kullanmaktan geri kalmaz. Ama en etkili sindirme y\u00f6ntemi olan tecav\u00fcz erkek\u00e7e intikam duygular\u0131n\u0131 tatmin eden kusursuz bir silaht\u0131r. Hangi \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradelere bu y\u00f6ntemle boyun e\u011fdirmemi\u015f ki!\u00a0 Tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kahraman\u0131 egemen erkeklik bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7ok engin ve uzun bir pratik tecr\u00fcbe miras\u0131na sahiptir. B\u00f6yle s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lad\u0131ktan sonra tecav\u00fcz nesnesi olarak bak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. Yani insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcd\u00fclerine tatmin imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulmak i\u00e7in kad\u0131n bedeni \u015fahs\u0131nda emek\u00e7i halklar\u0131n, ezilenlerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck umutlar\u0131n\u0131, direni\u015flerini k\u0131rmaya, sindirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Egemenlikli erkek ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00f6m\u00fcr uzatt\u0131k\u00e7a daha \u00e7ok \u00e7irkinlik biriktiriyor. Bu birikintinin i\u00e7inden de her g\u00fcn daha vah\u015fi yeni y\u00fczleriyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131yoruz. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi, ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ideolojik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fc olarak esas alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe yol alan t\u00fcm m\u00fccadelelerin t\u0131kanma ve sonu\u00e7ta k\u0131r\u0131lma noktalar\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ilk halkas\u0131 olarak kad\u0131n\u0131 ezilen bir cins, s\u0131n\u0131f ve ulus olarak ele almamalar\u0131 ele\u015ftirisi \u00fczerinden kad\u0131n sorununa e\u011filmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n k\u00f6leli\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlendik\u00e7e K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131nda yeni bir geli\u015fim d\u00fczeyi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce K\u00fcrdistan co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n her yerinden ve hemen,\u00a0 hemen t\u00fcm siyasi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerden, de\u011fi\u015fik stat\u00fc ve mesleklerden bir araya gelerek kad\u0131n\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt sorununu tart\u0131\u015fan, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arayan ve bu anlamda ciddi kararlara ula\u015fan Amed kad\u0131n konferans\u0131 K\u00fcrt \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7inde kad\u0131n\u0131n geldi\u011fi d\u00fczeye bir \u00f6rnektir. Ancak di\u011fer yandan varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 ve kad\u0131n\u0131 \u015fahs\u0131nda ezilenler \u00fczerine kuran egemenlikli sistemin kar\u015f\u0131t sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 da binbir y\u00f6ntemle devam etmektedir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n en hassas y\u00f6n\u00fc olarak bilinen kad\u0131n\u0131n bedenine y\u00f6nelim t\u00fcm iktidar g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin elerinde s\u00fcrekli haz\u0131r bulundurduklar\u0131 silahlar\u0131 olan tecav\u00fcz, K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nana kar\u015f\u0131da yo\u011fun olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Cans\u0131z gerilla kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n bedenleri d\u00e2hil bu barbarl\u0131ktan kurtulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrt analar\u0131na ve k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015fkence odalar\u0131nda say\u0131s\u0131z tecav\u00fcz uygulamalar\u0131 ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n ve kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n bu t\u00fcr uygulamalar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda m\u00fccadeleden vazge\u00e7erek teslim bayra\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fi tarih otuz y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine aittir. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131 ve halk\u0131 bi\u00e7imi ne olursa olsun her sald\u0131r\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fczeyini katlayarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi haline getirmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6z konusu, Siirt\u2019te bir s\u00fcreden beri g\u00fcndemde olan tecav\u00fcz vah\u015feti t\u00fcm kad\u0131nl\u0131k kimli\u011fine, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 \u015fahs\u0131nda ezilen halklara kar\u015f\u0131, devletin bir sald\u0131r\u0131 politikas\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7l\u0131kla terbiye ederek kontrole alma, \u00f6zelliklede ahlaki y\u00f6nden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek stratejik y\u00f6ntemlerindendir. Bu sald\u0131r\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 gereken cevab\u0131 elbette vermesini biliyor.
