Bu g\u00fcn &#8221;Afrikal\u0131lara bile T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011fretip Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131lara \u00f6\u011fretememe&#8221; \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131 bu stratejinin yans\u0131malar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kemalist milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fini \u00e7ok daha geride b\u0131rakan bu \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n hem kapitalist \u00fclkelere b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k kap\u0131, hem de T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck modernizesinde ilgin\u00e7 bir hal almaktad\u0131r. Siyonizmin de kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 Neo-Osmanl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k giderek sermaye mezhebine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fclen gibileri bu \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma (laiklik-\u0130slami \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131) s\u00fcs\u00fcyle merkezi bir rol ald\u0131lar. G\u00fcya ihracat\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya yap\u0131lan bu ger\u00e7ekle dev bir milliyet\u00e7ilik yayd\u0131klar\u0131, i\u00e7eriden d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya  Avrupa \u00fclkelerine, ABD&#8217;ye ya\u015fanabilir bir laiklikle \u00fclkeyi pazarlad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Kemalizm-\u0130slamizm \u2018\u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019 85 y\u0131l boyunca tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan g\u00fcndemle\u015fen konulardan biri olsa da bu durum siyasetin hazc\u0131 durumu olmaktan \u00f6teye gidemedi. Oysa \u0130slamist siyaset T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn en k\u00f6kl\u00fc ideolojisidir. Kemalist ideoloji Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n bir iki ilinde etkili olsa da Siyasal \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n 22 ilin 20\u2019sinde \u00e7ok aktif oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Ne var ki  kapitalizmin liberal yay\u0131lmac\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi ve bu ger\u00e7e\u011fin kurban se\u00e7ti\u011fi \u00fclkeler ger\u00e7e\u011fi bu g\u00fcndemden \u00e7ok daha \u00f6tede durmakta, kendi amac\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektedir. Bu y\u00fczden halen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi iki kutba ay\u0131r\u0131p tart\u0131\u015fmak kolayc\u0131l\u0131k, hazc\u0131l\u0131k olacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>AKP projesiyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Kemalizm kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda CHP ve AKP  Yarg\u0131-Asker-Y\u00d6K gibi kurumlarda g\u00fcya sipere girip birbirleriyle \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar oysa tam aksine bu \u2018\u00e7at\u0131\u015fma\u2019 bu kurumlar\u0131n K\u00fcrt kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 koordine edilmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zde AKP-CHP \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla hedeflenen K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da bunlar\u0131n birbirlerinden farkl\u0131 ideolojilermi\u015f gibi bir alg\u0131y\u0131 yaratarak birini tercihe zorlamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda Hizbullah\u2019\u0131n etkin oldu\u011fu baz\u0131 alanlarda Hizbullah\/J\u0130TEM korkusuyla evlerine kapanan halka kar\u015f\u0131 ayn\u0131 eller taraf\u0131ndan pornografik TV kanallar\u0131 \u015fifresiz yay\u0131nlat\u0131l\u0131yordu. K\u00fcrdistan bunlar\u0131 ya\u015farken ya\u015fanan binlerce faili me\u00e7hul cinayetleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda bat\u0131da \u2018\u2019TELEVOLE\u2019\u2019 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle ya\u015fanan tarih haf\u0131zalardan sildiriliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdilerde AKP-CHP \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da yarat\u0131lan \u2018\u2019TELEVOLE\u2019\u2019 ile birlikte eksen kaymas\u0131 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u0130srail-T\u00fcrkiye \u2018\u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla\u2019 Orta Do\u011fuda daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7emberde ayn\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc dayatmaktalar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Yani ikisi birbirinin ayn\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir yerde g\u00f6rece bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmayla ya buna ya da buna mahk\u00fbmsun anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yarat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de uzun y\u0131llar sahil \u015fehirleri laiklikle s\u00fcslenirken Orta Anadolu muhafazak\u00e2r \u0130slami renge b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fc. Denizleri \u00e7epe\u00e7evre saran laikli\u011fin esas olarak H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 benimseyen halklar\u0131n T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirme bi\u00e7imidir. <\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 durumun K\u00fcrt Alevileri ve Ermeniler gibi kesimler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde sertle\u015ftirilen S\u00fcnnilikten ka\u00e7an topluluklar\u0131n laiklik oltas\u0131na tak\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Her ne kadar ge\u00e7en y\u00fcz y\u0131lda kapitalist pazarlar ulus-devletler \u00fczerine kurulduysa da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu iki e\u011filim her zaman bat\u0131ya ve do\u011fuya a\u00e7\u0131labilecek potansiyel pazarlar olarak a\u00e7\u0131k tutuldu.<\/p>\n<p>1980&#8217;lere do\u011fru Orta Do\u011fu \u00fclkelerinin rejimlerinin giderek sertle\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u015eah d\u00f6nemindeki \u0130ran&#8217;da toplumsal yap\u0131 bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye toplumundan \u00e7ok daha a\u00e7\u0131k bir toplum oldu\u011fu ortadayken 1979 Humeyni devrimiyle \u0130ran\u2019da bir medeniyet \u00e7orakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neme denk getirilen Saddam rejimi b\u00f6lgesel \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n habercisiydi.<\/p>\n<p>Sertle\u015fen, diktala\u015fan \u00fclkelerin muhalefet yap\u0131lar\u0131 her nedense \u0130ngiltere ve ABD&#8217;nin dikkatini \u00e7ekmi\u015f ve rejimlerden ka\u00e7anlar buralara yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015flerdir. Daima m\u00fcdahale pozisyonlar\u0131 yaratan ve muhalefeti kendi i\u00e7inde \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen bir tutum i\u00e7inde olan \u0130ngiliz merkezli siyaset, her m\u00fcdahale sonras\u0131nda arkas\u0131nda demokrasi ad\u0131na demokrasi enkaz\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Bu kadar sertle\u015fme ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalardan sonra Orta Do\u011fuda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye Neo-Osmanl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n dayat\u0131lmas\u0131 tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi her alanda alternatifle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktalar. \u0130slam dininin Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131 \u0130mparatorla\u015ft\u0131ran taktiksel etkin g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc yeniden g\u00fcncelle\u015ftirmekteler.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye kapitalist krizin imdad\u0131na, Orta Do\u011fuya a\u00e7\u0131lan acil g\u00fcmr\u00fck kap\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Erdo\u011fan ve AKP\u2019nin \u00e7abas\u0131 (g\u00f6revi) ise bu kap\u0131dan kapitalizmi ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in Orta Do\u011fu de\u011fer ve motiflerini bandrol olarak kullanmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1920\u2019de de i\u015fgalden bunalm\u0131\u015f Irak halklar\u0131 5 ayl\u0131k amat\u00f6r bir direni\u015fle \u0130ngilizlere b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u00fclfete mal olacak bir ders verdiler.<\/p>\n<p>Pozitivist y\u00f6ntemin \u00e7\u0131karc\u0131 ve rakamsal hesaplar\u0131 Orta Do\u011fu\u2019nun karma\u015f\u0131k toplumsal yap\u0131s\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda stratejik \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc yitirmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00fczden yerel (tarihsel olarak) olmayan, yerele dev\u015firilen T\u00fcrkiye gibi \u00fclkelere ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Kald\u0131 ki \u0130ngilizlerin dolayl\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc taktikleri en az \u0130ngilizler kadar eskidir. <\/p>\n<p>Devlet tarihi ve \u015fiddet  Orta Do\u011fuda \u00e7ok eski ve kal\u0131tsal g\u00f6r\u00fclse de aksine devletle\u015fmeyen, d\u00fczene gelmeyen, devlet\u00e7i hiyerar\u015fiden \u00e7ok istisna silsilelerinden olu\u015fan topluluklardan olu\u015fan bir co\u011frafya s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu g\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnen kaosun bu topluluklar\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlilik g\u00f6steren yap\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fil, devlet\u00e7i tarihin niteliksel dayatmas\u0131n\u0131n bir sonucudur. Yani devlet\u00e7i dayatma ile toplumcu e\u011filimin s\u00fcrekli \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kaosa tarihsel d\u00fczeyde derinlik kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece bu co\u011frafyadaki toplumsal gruplar\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ve buna paralel olarak bunal\u0131m kuyular\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kmamalar\u0131n\u0131n nedeni devlet\u00e7i zihniyet oldu\u011fu gibi, devletinde ayn\u0131 zamanda nitelikli kriz, hatta nitelikli kaos ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni bu toplumsal \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin direni\u015fidir. <\/p>\n<p>Toplumsal gruplar\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma hali arkas\u0131nda bin y\u0131llar\u0131 b\u0131raksa da \u00f6z\u00fcnde \u00e7at\u0131\u015fan gruplar\u0131n devlet\u00e7i zihniyet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki direni\u015fleri yekpare ve deh\u015fet verici ortakl\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Son Irak m\u00fcdahalesi sonras\u0131nda da demokrasi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck mezar ta\u015f\u0131na yine Baas vesayetini dikmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 bir yerde Irak\u2019\u0131n yap\u0131sal durumu kendini dayatm\u0131\u015f, \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar hesaplar\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>Hamasla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u0130srail-Filistin meselesinde benzer durumlar s\u00f6z konusudur. Daha laik ve d\u00fcnya devrimci \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin ilgi oda\u011f\u0131 haline gelen FK\u00d6 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na gerici HAMAS diktirilerek hem devrimci ba\u011f hem de laikli\u011fi nedeniyle H\u0131ristiyan Arap d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve bat\u0131n\u0131n ilgisi giderek kesildi.<br \/>Ortado\u011fu\u2019da Kahire yani M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019\u0131n ba\u015fkentinin rol\u00fcn\u00fc ayr\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmak gerekir. Buras\u0131 Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun mimar-m\u00fchendisler odas\u0131 gibidir. Ayn\u0131 anda hem FK\u00d6 hem de HAMAS burada kurulur ve 1988&#8217;e gelindi\u011finde HAMAS, FK\u00d6 ile \u00e7at\u0131\u015facak kadar sertle\u015fir. <\/p>\n<p>HAMAS 2004&#8217;te se\u00e7imlere s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc ve nihayet 12 Ocak 2007 \u0130srail D\u0131\u015f \u0130li\u015fkiler Savunma Komitesi toplant\u0131s\u0131nda \u0130srail Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Ehud Olmert   &#8221;Hamas\u2019\u0131 Netenyahu kurdu, hayat verdi, Ahmed Yasin&#8217;i (Hamas liderini) serbest b\u0131rakt\u0131 ve ona geli\u015fme \u015fans\u0131 verdi.&#8221; diyordu. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zcesi Hamas defalarca Filistin davas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc ve Hamasl\u0131lar\u0131n elerindeki \u0130srail silahlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan kur\u015funlar Filistin davas\u0131n\u0131 sapt\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Orta Do\u011fu da sorunlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan dinamiklerin bir biriyle ili\u015fkileri kesildi\u011finden, sorunlar ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar kal\u0131c\u0131 hal almaya devam etmektedir. Kal\u0131c\u0131 bunal\u0131mlar ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fckler sistemin en temel beslendi\u011fi alanlar oldu\u011fu yerde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc hamleler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek tarihsel bir zorunlulu\u011fu ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu veriler T\u00fcrkiye Siyasal \u0130slam Hareketi-\u0130srail ili\u015fkisini anlamland\u0131rmada \u00f6nemli kilometre ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmektedir. \u0130srail\u2019den &#8216;uzakla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a&#8217; Yahudi sermayesine yak\u0131nla\u015fan hatta teslim olmas\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan \u00f6nemli ipu\u00e7lar\u0131! <\/p>\n<p>HAMAS\u2019la\u015fan sadece HAMAS de\u011fil g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde AKP\u2019de K\u00fcrt davas\u0131n\u0131n HAMAS\u2019\u0131n\u0131 yaratman\u0131n pe\u015findeyken Ortado\u011fu Direni\u015f ruhuna kar\u015f\u0131 merkezi HAMAS rol\u00fcne de bizzat kendisi soyunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Eksen Kaymas\u0131&#8217; tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile safsatala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan AKP oyununa gelmeden a\u00e7\u0131k ve direkt olarak \u015fu soruyu sormak gerekiyor AKP neden \u0130srail\u2019den uzakla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a Yahudile\u015fiyor?<\/p>\n<p>\u0130srail devlet istatistik kurumundan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u0130srail&#8217;in T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye ihracat\u0131 y\u00fczde 32 artarak 811,8 milyon dolara y\u00fckseldi. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u0130srail&#8217;e ihracat\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 30 art\u0131\u015fla, 1,04 milyar dolara ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Nas\u0131l ki y\u0131llarca \u0130slamist-Laik \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla 85 y\u0131ld\u0131r bir \u00fclke s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131ysa \u015fimdilerde k\u00fcresel &#8216;\u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalarla&#8217; k\u00fcresel s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclerin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her ne kadar Bay Erdo\u011fan Davos&#8217;ta Simon Peres&#8217;e &#8221;one minute&#8221; yani &#8221;bir dakika&#8221; diye seslense de &#8216;Mavi Marmara krizine&#8217; ra\u011fmen ekonomik ili\u015fkilerin bir saniye dahi durmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 aksine %30\u2019 dan daha fazla bir art\u0131\u015f\u0131n oldu\u011fu resmi rakamlarca a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ispatlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7lerin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye AKP arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla verdi\u011fi roller kadar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de bu rol\u00fc kendisine g\u00f6re oynayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda bir ka\u00e7 ba\u015fl\u0131kta toplayabilece\u011fimiz yay\u0131lmac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n  k\u00fcresel, b\u00f6lgesel ve i\u00e7 hesaplar\u0131n\u0131 incelememiz gerekecek. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 *Sermayeci G\u00fc\u00e7lerin Beklentileri ve Jeoekonomik Alan<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel ekonomik dengeler ikinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra AB gibi bir projeyle sava\u015f\u0131 kapitalizmin merkezinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde sa\u011flanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Keynes ikinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra kapitalizmin re\u00e7etesini \u015f\u00f6yle veriyordu \u2018\u2019Sava\u015f\u0131, merkez kapitalist \u00fclkeler i\u00e7in bir olas\u0131l\u0131k olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n. Belki de b\u00f6ylece elli y\u0131l boyunca ekonomik kriz ertelenecekti.<\/p>\n<p>Gelinen a\u015famada AB ve ABD\u2019ye ra\u011fmen her seferinde yang\u0131n, kapitalist modernitenin bir k\u00f6\u015fesinden tutu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Avrupa\u2019da y\u0131llad\u0131r sava\u015f olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen Do\u011fu Avrupa Nuh\u2019un Gemisinden \u015fimdiden d\u00fc\u015fmek \u00fczeredir. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130htiya\u00e7 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fcretim \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yak\u0131n zamanda ihtiya\u00e7 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 t\u00fcketim partnerini bulmazsa var olan kriz derin bir hal al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tahminler 2011 ba\u015flar\u0131nda devlet\u00e7i zihniyetin zirvesi ABD olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkenin ekonomik \u00e7\u0131kmaza girece\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcndedir.<\/p>\n<p>Anla\u015fmalar daha \u00e7ok ticaridir\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Suriye, \u0130ran, Rusya, Irak ve bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkeyle \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 yap\u0131lan anla\u015fmalar\u0131n daha \u00e7ok ticari oldu\u011fu  enerji ve para dengelerinin kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n giderildi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu anlam\u0131yla Neo-Osmanl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k bir nevi kapitalizm halifeli\u011fine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc desek abart\u0131l\u0131 olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle GAP ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bahsedilen a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m sadece bir barajla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Bir tarafta her alanda gerillaya kar\u015f\u0131 olu\u015fturulan barajlar g\u00fcvenlik amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131rken di\u011fer tarafta derinle\u015fen su ve enerji sorununa kar\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye GAP\u2019la b\u00f6lgesel bir tehdit olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her ne kadar ticari ili\u015fkilerde bir ilerlemenin oldu\u011fu san\u0131lsa da T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6zellikle Irak ve Suriye\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde Atat\u00fcrk ve Il\u0131su barajlar\u0131n\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok barajla b\u00f6lgesel su ihtiyac\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 su sto\u011funa giderek yeni tehditler olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yani Kapitalist Modernitenin verdi\u011fi rol\u00fc laikiyle yerine getiren T\u00fcrkiye di\u011fer taraftan GAP gibi s\u00f6zde projelerle de\u011fil K\u00fcrt sorununu \u00e7\u00f6zme tam aksine b\u00f6lge devletlerine ve PKK\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 bu barajlarda tam anlam\u0131yla bir fa\u015fizm biriktirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>PKK\u2019ye Kar\u015f\u0131 Diplomatik Sava\u015f ve Ard\u0131ndaki Ger\u00e7ekler<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada PKK\u2019ye benzer bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fccadelesinin ya sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131,\u00a0 ya dev\u015firildi\u011fi ya da tasfiye edildi\u011fi bir yerde PKK tasfiye edilmedi\u011fi her an daha da ilgi \u00e7ekmekte ve b\u00f6ylece \u00fcst\u00fcne d\u00fc\u015fen alternatif hareket olma misyonunu art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>PKK\u2019nin k\u00fcresel devrimcilik misyonu art\u0131k\u00e7a k\u00fcresel kar\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131 da destek\u00e7ilerinin de \u00e7ap\u0131 geni\u015fliyor. Art\u0131k d\u00fcnya Filistin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131ndan ziyade \u2018\u2019ta\u015f atan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131\u2019\u2019 konu\u015fuyor.\u00a0 Chomsky gibi d\u00fcnya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrleri ayd\u0131nlar onlar\u0131 konu\u015fuyor&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>NATO\u2019nun \u2018\u2019ROJ TV\u2019\u2019 operasyonuyla d\u00fcnyaya verdi\u011fi mesaj ilgin\u00e7tir. NATO kurulu\u015f felsefesini yitirmi\u015f  \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kuruldu\u011fu Sovyetler Birli\u011fi y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Aksine bug\u00fcn Rusya NATO\u2019nun d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 de\u011fil \u00fcyesidir. Kurulu\u015f amac\u0131 kalmam\u0131\u015f b\u00f6ylesi bir g\u00fcc\u00fcn Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n merkezinde \u00e7izdi\u011fi zikzak gariptir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 T\u00fcrkiye kom\u015fulardan tutal\u0131m t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyayla kurdu\u011fu ili\u015fkilerde a\u011flayan sorunu  \u2018\u2019K\u00fcrt Sorununa\u2019\u2019 emzik aramaya devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Esnek taktiklerle sert stratejilere ge\u00e7i\u015f&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce gerek k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7ler gerekse T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sert taktiklerle sert stratejiler \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Oysa entegrasyon derin asimilasyon de\u011fil midir?<\/p>\n<p>Kendi toplumumuzu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc anlamalar \u00fczerine in\u015fa etmezsek kimlik aray\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z haf\u0131za kayb\u0131na u\u011frar. Entegrasyon durumu  derin \u00e7eli\u015fkilerimizin derin \u00e7eli\u015fmezi durumunu olu\u015fturma potansiyelindedir.<\/p>\n<p>AKP eksen stratejisini anlamak i\u00e7in Sovyetler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilen ve Avrupa da \u2018Sosyal Devlet\u2019 ad\u0131yla ne yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alg\u0131lamakta yarar var.<\/p>\n<p>Eme\u011fin t\u00fcketime t\u00fcketildi\u011fi g\u00fcya \u2018\u2019herkesin \u00fcretime d\u00e2hili\u2019\u2019 durumu tamda t\u00fcketim toplumu olma durumudur. <\/p>\n<p>Bu durumda devletin sosyalle\u015fti\u011fi de\u011fil, toplumun (sosyalin) devletle\u015fti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek daha do\u011frudur.\u00a0 Yani bu, devletin kitleselle\u015fen durumudur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketinin de t\u00fcm b\u00f6lgesel ve k\u00fcresel hareketlili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 beklenen devrimci rol\u00fcn\u00fc ancak t\u00fcm eylem ve etkinliklerini onun ya\u015fam modeli olan Demokratik \u00d6zerklik ve Demokratik Konfederalizm \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcterek yapaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.
