Do\u011fru \u015fekilde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok bitki \u015fifa kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak, bitkiler \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapan bilim insanlar\u0131 her bitkinin farkl\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011finden kaynakl\u0131 do\u011fru kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyorlar. Bitkilerin faydalar\u0131 yan\u0131nda yan etkileri de olabiliyor. Bu ki\u015filerdeki belirtiler, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, mide a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve ishal bi\u00e7iminde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. \u00c7ay i\u00e7imine son verildi\u011finde rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar da sona erer. <br \/>Ki\u015fi kendi bedenini, metabolizmas\u0131n\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini tan\u0131d\u0131k\u00e7a, ona kulak verdik\u00e7e hangi bitkinin kendisine zarar ya da yayar verebilece\u011fini takip edebilir. U\u00e7ucu ya\u011f\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 bron\u015flarda spazm giderici ve salg\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 etkiye sahiptir. Tazesi de salata olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. <br \/>Gerillada \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7e\u015fidi tan\u0131n\u0131r. En keskin olan \u00e7e\u015fidi da\u011flar\u0131n y\u00fcksek yama\u00e7lar\u0131nda yeti\u015fir. Yapraklar\u0131 ince, uzun ve sivri u\u00e7ludur. Keskin bir kokusu vard\u0131r. Ke\u00e7iler bol bol yer. \u0130kinci \u00e7e\u015fidi limonlu kekiktir. Limon tad\u0131 verdi\u011finden limonlu kekik denilir. Yapraklar\u0131 yuvarlak ve parlak renktedir. Baharda erken a\u00e7\u0131p erken sarar\u0131rlar. <br \/>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7e\u015fidi ise, T\u00eanav (t\u00eenav, t\u00eahnavk da denilir) denilen \u00e7e\u015fididir. Uludere k\u00f6ylerinde sar\u0131l\u0131k olan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n banyosu t\u00eanav suyu ile yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130yi geldi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenir.<\/p>\n<p>ISIRGAN OTU(GEZGEZK) <\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da tan\u0131nan ve \u00e7ok\u00e7a yeti\u015fen bir bitkidir. Gezgez, baharda ve yaz aylar\u0131nda gerillalar\u0131n salata, yemek ve b\u00f6reklerde kulland\u0131klar\u0131 bir bitkidir. <br \/>Anadolu&#8217;da &#8216;Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015famak i\u00e7in y\u0131lda en az bir defa \u0131s\u0131rgan yemeli&#8217; inanc\u0131 h\u00e2kimdir. Is\u0131rgan\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin Yunanl\u0131 Hekim Dioskurides (MS 1.y\u00fczy\u0131lda) \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yler: \u201cTaze toplanm\u0131\u015f yapraklar\u0131 yaralar\u0131n mikrop kapmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemekte, burun kanamalar\u0131nda ve mirayla birlikte haz\u0131rlanan yeme\u011fi ise menst\u00fcrasyan kanamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.  Sebze olarak pi\u015firilerek yenilir. \u0130\u00e7inde mineral ve protein \u00e7oktur. Yapraklar\u0131 kurutulup \u00e7ay\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu nedele kullan\u0131mlarda belli aral\u0131klarla ara vermek faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>I\u015eKIN(R\u00caVAZ)<\/p>\n<p>Bitkinin sap\u0131 ye\u015fil, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131ms\u0131d\u0131r. Lif\u00e7e zengindir. \u015eekere ya da tuza banarak da yenilir. C vitamini, kalsiyum ve potasyumca zengindir. Kan damarlar\u0131n\u0131 temizliyor. Kan dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kalp i\u00e7in iyidir. <br \/>Taze yenmelidir. Meyvesi kurutulmaz.<br \/>R\u00eavaz hakk\u0131nda(\u015eehit Haki Urfa, K\u00eenda): K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da k\u00f6k\u00fc kurutularak \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedavisinde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu tedavi pek bilinmez. Kuru k\u00f6k yeniliyor. Ac\u0131d\u0131r. <br \/>Biz ad\u0131na \u201cgerilla muzu  da diyoruz. 7 farkl\u0131 tat veriyor. Bir sene eril, bir sene di\u015fil \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>KU\u015eBURNU(\u015e\u00ceLAN) <\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcl ailesindendir. Meyvelidir. C vitaminini bolca i\u00e7erir. So\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve nezle i\u00e7in iyidir. Meyvesinden \u00e7ay, \u015furup, re\u00e7el yap\u0131labilir. <br \/>K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u00e7ok\u00e7a yeti\u015fen, tan\u0131nan, kullan\u0131lan bir bitkidir. Gerillada \u015e\u00eelan g\u00fcl\u00fcnden ve meyvesinden re\u00e7eli ve \u00e7ay\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>EBEG\u00dcMEC\u0130(TOLIK)<\/p>\n<p>Yaprak ve \u00e7i\u00e7eklerinden \u00e7ay yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bo\u011faz iltihab\u0131, yanmas\u0131, kuru \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck, mide ve ba\u011f\u0131rsak sorunlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Deri iltihaplar\u0131nda iyi gelir. 2-4 \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131 kuru \u00e7i\u00e7ek veya \u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi 150 ml suya konur ve demlenir. Zehirli \u00f6zelli\u011fi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in dikkatli kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. <br \/>Pung hakk\u0131nda(\u00c7i\u011fdem Ard\u0131l): Biz pungu \u00e7ok kullan\u0131yoruz. Nane gibi baharat olarak kullan\u0131yoruz. \u0130\u015ftah a\u00e7\u0131yor. Buhar banyosu yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Zehirlenme gibi durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmad\u0131m. Baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde bu bitki yasaklanm\u0131\u015f. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc i\u00e7inde kumarin(latince ismi) diye bir asit varm\u0131\u015f. Bu asit derinin alt\u0131ndaki kaslar\u0131 gev\u015fetiyormu\u015f, cilt i\u00e7in iyi de\u011filmi\u015f. Fakat bu bitki sindirim ve kolon sisteminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. <br \/>Sumak hakk\u0131nda(Kinda ve Beritan Van): Yapraklar\u0131 ayak mantarlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Y\u0131lan sokmalar\u0131nda ezilip i\u00e7ine so\u011fan konuyor, yaran\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne konuyor. Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in, ezilip i\u00e7ine tuz konulup ba\u015fa kompres yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>YABAN\u0130 SARMA\u015eIK(REZK\u00ca ROV\u00ce) <\/p>\n<p>Suyu bo\u011faz i\u00e7in iyidir.
