Zaman olu\u015fturucudur. \u0130lahlara atfedilen yarat\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\nrol\u00fc bizzat zaman\u0131n oynamas\u0131 adeta bir s\u0131r niteli\u011findedir. Olu\u015fumun h\u0131z\u0131na<br \/>\nzaman diyoruz. Olu\u015fum olmazsa zaman da \u2018yok\u2019 boyutundad\u0131r. S\u0131r niteli\u011fi insan<br \/>\nbilincine b\u00f6yle yans\u0131maktad\u0131r. Ya\u015flanmay\u0131 zaman\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc etkisine ba\u011flamak bu<br \/>\ndurumda do\u011fru bir tan\u0131m olu\u015fturmamaktad\u0131r. Zaman\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc etkisi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan<br \/>\nbu tan\u0131m\u0131n de\u011feri yoktur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6l\u00fcm yoktur. \u00d6l\u00fcm sosyolojik olarak in\u015fa<br \/>\nedilen bir insan an\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Yapay bir duygudur. Ama ya\u015fam i\u00e7in \u00e7ok de\u011ferli bir<br \/>\nan\u0131d\u0131r. Daha do\u011frusu uyar\u0131c\u0131 etkidir. Hegel gibi \u201cTin\u2019in yolculu\u011funa  \u00e7\u0131kma<br \/>\ngere\u011fi duymuyorum. Ama bununla Hegel\u2019in ne yapmak istedi\u011fini anl\u0131yorum. Her ne<br \/>\nkadar \u2018big bang\u2019 teorisi ile evrene bir ya\u015f bi\u00e7ilip (yakla\u015f\u0131k 13,8 milyar y\u0131l)<br \/>\ntarih \u00e7izilmek istense de, bunun Bat\u0131 uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yeni bir mitolojik anlat\u0131m\u0131<br \/>\nolmas\u0131 kuvvetle muhtemeldir. T\u00fcm bilimselli\u011fine ra\u011fmen, Kutsal Kitaplardaki<br \/>\nyarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f \u00f6yk\u00fclerine benzer bir toplumsal rol mesafesindedir. Fakat bu b\u00f6yledir<br \/>\ndiye zaman ink\u00e2r edilmiyor. Sadece s\u0131rl\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fini korudu\u011fu idea ediliyor.<br \/>\nKe\u015ffini k\u0131smen insan toplumunda yapabilmeyi \u015fahsen b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fans olarak de\u011ferlendiriyorum.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">Toplumsal tarihin insan\u0131<br \/>\nolu\u015fturmadaki rol\u00fc son derece \u00f6nemlidir. E\u011fer zaman\u0131n s\u0131rr\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclecekse, bunu<br \/>\nancak bu k\u0131sac\u0131k olu\u015fum s\u00fcrelerinde ke\u015ffedebiliriz. \u0130nsan toplumunun bireyini<br \/>\nolu\u015fturma g\u00fcc\u00fc san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha az anlam kazanm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00dczerinde \u00e7ok<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131larak anlam derinli\u011fi yakalanabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir fenomende zaman\u0131n<br \/>\ng\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ke\u015ffedemeyiz. Toplumsal bilimi bu nedenle t\u00fcm bilimlerin ana krali\u00e7esi<br \/>\nveya tanr\u0131\u00e7as\u0131 mesafesinde de\u011ferlendiriyorum. Toplumsal bilime dayanmayan t\u00fcm<br \/>\nbilimlerden \u015f\u00fcphe etti\u011fimi yine \u00f6nemli bir tespit olarak belirtmeliyim. Di\u011fer<br \/>\nt\u00fcm bilimlere do\u011fru giden yol toplumsal bilimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmemizden ge\u00e7ecektir.<br \/>\nMaddenin atom-alt\u0131 par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131ndan tutal\u0131m, halen geni\u015fledi\u011fi idea edilen<br \/>\nkozmik evrenin bilgisine ancak toplumsal bilimin geli\u015fimi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde<br \/>\nvarabiliriz. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">Sadece Hegel\u2019in de\u011fil, Kutsal<br \/>\nKitaptaki Tanr\u0131n\u0131n da yarat\u0131m ser\u00fcvenine ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131 \u2018anla\u015f\u0131lmak\u2019 arzusuna,<br \/>\nyani d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin kendini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131na ba\u011flamas\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir tespittir.<br \/>\nKendini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce hakikatin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc vermektedir. Bu da insan<br \/>\ntoplumu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bilebildi\u011fimiz kadar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesine hen\u00fcz tan\u0131k<br \/>\nolmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir durumdur. \u0130nsan\u0131n kendini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 t\u00fcm<br \/>\nyarat\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n temelidir. \u201cAcaba atom kadar kozmik evren i\u00e7inde de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce var<br \/>\nm\u0131d\u0131r?  sorusu sorulmaya de\u011fer ve hayli yak\u0131c\u0131 bir sorudur. Hem mikro hem de<br \/>\nmakro evrenlerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiz ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini sanmaya cesaret edemedi\u011fimi<br \/>\nbelirtmeliyim. Al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lageldi\u011fimiz \u2018cans\u0131z madde\u2019 kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok kof bir<br \/>\nsosyolojik kavram oldu\u011fu yeterince a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bundan hemen<br \/>\nHegelcilik yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m akla gelmemelidir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin insan beynindeki dalgalarla<br \/>\nili\u015fkisi saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r  enerji gibi bir \u015fey oldu\u011fu hemen hemen kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f<br \/>\ngibidir. T\u00fcm sorun bu kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7e\u011fi insan d\u0131\u015f\u0131 do\u011faya ne kadar yans\u0131tmaya<br \/>\ncesaret edebilece\u011fimizdir.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">\u015euraya varmak istiyorum: Negatif<br \/>\ntoplumculu\u011fun g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcze serpti\u011fi \u2018\u00f6l\u00fc topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u2019 ta\u015f\u0131mak zorunda de\u011filiz.<br \/>\nPozitif toplumculuk, di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle s\u00fcrekli \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fen toplum yeg\u00e2ne hakikat<br \/>\nzeminimizdir. Evrensel tarihin en yal\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131, hakikat zemini olarak toplumsal<br \/>\ngeli\u015fimdir. \u0130nsan toplumu bu anlamda sadece insan tarihi de\u011fil, ger\u00e7ek anlamda<br \/>\nda evren tarihidir. Basit\u00e7e 13,8 milyar y\u0131l diye tabir edilen s\u00fcre de dahil,<br \/>\nevren tarihidir. Bunun i\u00e7in insan\u0131, toplumunu ve tarihini \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsemek<br \/>\ngerekir.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><strong><span style=\" \">a- <\/span><\/strong><span style=\" \">Son Buzul \u00c7a\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yirmi bin y\u0131l \u00f6nce sona<br \/>\nerdi\u011fi belirlemesi, toplumsal tarihin geli\u015fiminde \u00f6nemli bir kilometre ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu tarihle ba\u015flayan Ortado\u011fu tarihinde \u00f6zellikle Toros-Zagros da\u011f sisteminin<br \/>\netekleriyle kom\u015fusu \u00e7\u00f6l b\u00f6lgeleri bu tarihin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 d\u00f6neminde insan t\u00fcr\u00fc<br \/>\ni\u00e7in ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir besin bollu\u011fu, g\u00fcvenlik ve \u00fcreme kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\n\u00fc\u00e7 etkenin birle\u015fimi ise herhangi bir canl\u0131 t\u00fcr i\u00e7in ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir ya\u015fam \u015fans\u0131<br \/>\nsay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Do\u011fu Afrika \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131 ve evrimine yakla\u015f\u0131k yedi milyon y\u0131l bi\u00e7ilen<br \/>\ninsan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ser\u00fcveninde Do\u011fu Afrika\u2019y\u0131 boydan boya ge\u00e7en, K\u0131z\u0131ldeniz\u2019den,<br \/>\nDo\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019in da\u011f eteklerinden Toroslara kadar varan Rif (iki anakara<br \/>\nk\u00fctlenin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu yar\u0131k) do\u011fal bir yay\u0131lma hatt\u0131 \u00e7izmektedir. Tespit<br \/>\nedilebildi\u011fi kadar\u0131yla en az bir milyon y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcreden beri bu yoldan Asya ve<br \/>\nAvrupa\u2019ya hep insan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu kan\u0131tlanabilmektedir. Toros-Zagros kavisi<br \/>\nbu yolculukta hep merkez\u00ee istasyon rol\u00fc oynamaktad\u0131r. Jeolojinin \u00f6nemini<br \/>\nb\u00f6ylece daha iyi anl\u0131yoruz. En az bu da\u011f etekleri kadar d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re hayli<br \/>\nverimli olan kom\u015fu \u00e7\u00f6ller de benzer bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Son Buzul \u00c7a\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n<br \/>\nsona ermesi ve bu istasyonlarda kal\u0131c\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lan ko\u015fullara eri\u015filmesi<br \/>\ninsan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fim tarihinde patlamaya yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn bu co\u011frafyaya<br \/>\nOrtado\u011fu diyoruz. B\u00f6lge jeolojik, biyolojik ve toplumsal \u00f6nemini bu yak\u0131n<br \/>\ntarihsel ger\u00e7eklikten almaktad\u0131r. Ortado\u011fu art\u0131k herhangi bir co\u011frafya par\u00e7as\u0131<br \/>\nde\u011fil, sahnesinde evrensel tarihin oynanaca\u011f\u0131 mek\u00e2n\u0131 te\u015fkil etmektedir. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">Son buzul d\u00f6nemi sonras\u0131na kadar<br \/>\ninsan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn 25-50 civar\u0131nda niceliklerden olu\u015fan klan tipi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeyi<br \/>\na\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin ortak bilimsel kan\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Klan toplumunu ilkel<br \/>\nkom\u00fcnal birimler olarak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsemek sonradan geli\u015fen bir \u2018uygarl\u0131k<br \/>\n\u015fovenizmi\u2019dir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k, tarihinin y\u00fczde 98\u2019ini bu tip toplumla ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nKlan, toplumun olu\u015fumunda ana h\u00fccre rol\u00fcndedir. T\u0131pk\u0131 canl\u0131lar\u0131n olu\u015fumunda ana<br \/>\nh\u00fccrenin milyar y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fan \u00e7abas\u0131 ile bitkisel ve hayvansal tiplerin olu\u015fumuna<br \/>\nge\u00e7ildi\u011fi gibi, klan toplumunun milyonlarca y\u0131ll\u0131k ya\u015fam ser\u00fcveni de heterojen<br \/>\ntopluma ge\u00e7i\u015fi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u2018\u00c7oklu Toplum Devrimi\u2019 evrensel tarihin en<br \/>\ntemel a\u015famalar\u0131ndan biridir. Esas olarak \u2018simgesel dil\u2019in \u2018i\u015faret dili\u2019nin<br \/>\nyerine ikame edilmesiyle bu a\u015fama kat edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan\u0131n simgesel dili beden<br \/>\nve g\u0131rtlak yap\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir geli\u015fim potansiyeline sahiptir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce<br \/>\ndevrimini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lacak olan da simgesel dil olana\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">Tarih\u00e7iler her ne kadar Afrika<br \/>\njeobiyolojik yap\u0131s\u0131nda simgesel dilin tahminen son buzul d\u00f6nemi \u00f6ncesinde, M.\u00d6.<br \/>\n100.000\u2019ler civar\u0131nda olu\u015fmu\u015f olabilece\u011finden bahsediyorlarsa da, as\u0131l simgesel<br \/>\ndil devriminin Ortado\u011fu jeobiyolojik yap\u0131s\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak son buzul d\u00f6nemi<br \/>\nsonras\u0131nda, M.\u00d6. 20.000\u2019ler civar\u0131nda patlama yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda hemfikirdirler.<br \/>\nYakla\u015f\u0131k alt\u0131 bin y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar zengin bir bitki yap\u0131s\u0131na sahip olan B\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\nSahra \u00c7\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019nden Arabistan ve \u0130ran \u00e7\u00f6llerine kadar Semitik olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan<br \/>\ntopluluklar\u0131n Sami dil k\u00f6keni etraf\u0131nda geni\u015f bir \u2018kabileler sistemi\u2019<br \/>\nolu\u015fturduklar\u0131na dair daha net tarihsel g\u00f6zlemler, etnik ve antropolojik<br \/>\nbilgiler mevcuttur. Afrika\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7ok zengin i\u015faret dillerinden Semitik simgesel<br \/>\ndil yap\u0131s\u0131na dayal\u0131 kabile sistemine ge\u00e7i\u015f, evrensel tarihin temel<br \/>\na\u015famalar\u0131ndan biridir. Bu dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr grubu gerek neolitik tar\u0131m ve<br \/>\nhayvanc\u0131l\u0131k devriminde, gerekse \u015fehir (medeniyet, uygarl\u0131k) devriminde b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\nrol oynayacakt\u0131r. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">\u0130kinci b\u00fcy\u00fck simgesel dil<br \/>\ndevriminin Toros-Zagros da\u011f sistemindeki jeobiyolojik yap\u0131ya dayal\u0131 ve<br \/>\nHint-Avrupa grubu olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan Aryenik kabile sistemindeki gruplarca<br \/>\nolu\u015fturuldu\u011fu yine tarihsel g\u00f6zlemler, etnik ve antropolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla daha<br \/>\nnet olarak kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Tar\u0131m ve \u015fehir devrimlerinde bu grubun<br \/>\nba\u015fat rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7e\u011fin \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6zelli\u011fidir. Bu rol\u00fc temelde<br \/>\nyerle\u015fim alan\u0131n\u0131n jeobiyolojik yap\u0131s\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck simgesel dil grubunu<br \/>\nSibirya ormanlar\u0131na dayal\u0131 ve g\u00fcneyinde ya\u015fayan Ural-Altay dil grubu olarak da<br \/>\nadland\u0131r\u0131lan kabile sistemleri olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Buzul d\u00f6nemi sonras\u0131nda bug\u00fcnk\u00fc<br \/>\n\u00c7in\u2019e, Mo\u011folistan, T\u00fcrkistan ve Finlandiya\u2019ya kadar yay\u0131lan bu gruplar\u0131n da<br \/>\nevrensel tarihe katk\u0131lar\u0131 ilk iki grup kadar olmasa bile, hem neolitik devrimde<br \/>\nhem de \u015fehir devrimlerinde \u00f6nemli olmu\u015ftur.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">Kafkasya, Amerika ve benzer daha<br \/>\nizole olmu\u015f baz\u0131 gruplar\u0131n marjinal de olsa gerek simgesel dil, gerek tar\u0131m ve<br \/>\n\u015fehir devrimlerinde rol\u00fc bulundu\u011funa dair tarihsel g\u00f6zlemler, etnik ve<br \/>\nantropolojik bilgiler mevcuttur.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">K\u00f6y-tar\u0131m devriminin esas olarak<br \/>\ntarihte \u2018Verimli Hilal\u2019 olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan Toros-Zagros da\u011f sisteminin i\u00e7<br \/>\nkavislerindeki eteklerinde jeobiyolojik yap\u0131 ve t\u00fcrlere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak geli\u015fti\u011fi<br \/>\nt\u00fcm dilsel, etnolojik, antropolojik, arkeolojik ve jeolojik bilimsel<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla kan\u0131tlanmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n evrensel tarihinde bu devrim a\u015famas\u0131<br \/>\nesast\u0131r. Devrim derken niteliksel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm geli\u015fimlerini kast etti\u011fimi bir kez<br \/>\ndaha belirtmeliyim. Bu devrimin \u00f6nemi \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Birincisi, toplum uzun<br \/>\ns\u00fcreli klan toplumu a\u015famas\u0131ndan (birbirine benzeyen homojen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck gruplar) heterojen<br \/>\n(farkl\u0131 \u00e7okluklar) \u2018kabile sistemleri\u2019 a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Bu hegemonik y\u00fckseli\u015fte<br \/>\nYahudi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn maddi ve manevi \u00f6\u011felerinin stratejik rol oynamada en az<br \/>\nH\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nkiler kadar etkili oldu\u011fu \u00f6nemle belirtilmek durumundad\u0131r. \u0130slam<br \/>\nd\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan t\u00fcm k\u00fclt\u00fcr unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n aktar\u0131m\u0131nda Yahudilerin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck rol\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\noynad\u0131klar\u0131 kesindir. Ticaret ve paran\u0131n Avrupa\u2019ya \u00f6\u011fretilmesinde hep ba\u015fat<br \/>\nrolde olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Her fikir, bilim ve felsefe hareketinde Yahudilerin kal\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\nizleri olmu\u015ftur. B\u00fct\u00fcn devrimlerde teorik ve taktik \u00f6nderlik etmede s\u00fcrekli<br \/>\nmevcudiyetlerini hissettirmi\u015flerdir. Ulus-devlet<br \/>\ntoplumun en mahrem g\u00f6zeneklerine kadar s\u0131zarak, iktidar ve devlet sorunsal\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nayn\u0131 zamanda bu bi\u00e7imiyle sonland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Hegel\u2019in felsefesi bu<br \/>\nbi\u00e7imiyle ayaklar\u0131 \u00fczerine oturtulursa (Marks\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi de\u011fil) \u00e7ok daha<br \/>\n\u00f6\u011fretici olacakt\u0131r. ABD 2000\u2019ler sonras\u0131ndaki Ortado\u011fu hamlesinde Saddam<br \/>\nH\u00fcseyin\u2019in ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcrken, acaba ulus-devletin sonunu ilan etti\u011finin<br \/>\nfark\u0131nda m\u0131d\u0131r diye kendime hep sordum. Cevap o kadar \u00f6nemli de\u011fil, ger\u00e7e\u011fin<br \/>\nkendisi \u00f6nemlidir. \u015eu benzetmeyi de yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m: Ulus-devletin in\u015fas\u0131 i\u00e7in<br \/>\nFrans\u0131z Devimi\u2019nde 16. Louis\u2019nin ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kopar\u0131lmas\u0131 ne kadar \u00f6nemliyse,<br \/>\nSaddam\u2019\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kopar\u0131lmas\u0131 da en az\u0131ndan Ortado\u011fu ulus-devletinin sonu i\u00e7in<br \/>\no denli \u00f6nemlidir. Evrensel tarihe do\u011fru ve derinden bakmas\u0131n\u0131 bilenler, daha<br \/>\n\u015fimdiden Afganistan\u2019dan ba\u015flay\u0131p Fas\u2019a kadar uzanan ulus-devlet halkalar\u0131nda<br \/>\nya\u015fanan k\u0131r\u0131lmalarda bu sonlanmaya ili\u015fkin bir\u00e7ok ipucunu yakalayacaklard\u0131r. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\" \">Fakat Hegel tarz\u0131<br \/>\niktidar-devlet-uygarl\u0131k fenomenlerinin sonlan\u0131\u015flar\u0131 evrensel tarihin sonu<br \/>\nde\u011fil, ba\u015fka bir paradigmadan yeni bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Demokratik uygarl\u0131k tezlerinde ne devletlerin<br \/>\nin\u015falar\u0131na ne de y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ili\u015fkin fazla idealarda bulunulur. Demokratik<br \/>\nuydarl\u0131k hiyerar\u015fik ve devletli uygarl\u0131kla aras\u0131nda stratejik ve taktik hatlar\u0131<br \/>\nhep netle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bu iki uygarl\u0131k evrensel tarihte hep var olmu\u015ftur,<br \/>\n\u015fimdi de vard\u0131rlar.
