Kapitalizm insan d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenirken, demokratik, ekolojik, kom\u00fcnal ekonomi de toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n, bireylerin, kad\u0131n\u0131n, do\u011fan\u0131n dostu, tamamlayan\u0131 olur<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3959-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p class=\" \">Toplumun en temel faaliyeti olan ekonomi tarihten g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze<br \/>\nkadar her zaman bir bi\u00e7imde varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumu\u015ftur. Toplumlar\u0131n geli\u015fim<br \/>\na\u015famalar\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sekteye u\u011frasa da kendi mecras\u0131nda halklar\u0131n temel<br \/>\nya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olarak bu g\u00fcne kadar ayakta kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lk toplumsalla\u015fmayla<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7li evresine ge\u00e7ilen ekonomi, toplumun en aktif yan\u0131 olarak varl\u0131k<br \/>\nbulmu\u015ftur. G\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc toplumsall\u0131ktan alan ekonomi, ya\u015fam\u0131n en dinamik yan\u0131 olarak<br \/>\ntarihte yer al\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Halklar\u0131n Toplumsal Ekonomisi<br \/>\n\u0130le K\u00e2r-Art\u0131 \u00dcr\u00fcn Ekonomisi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Toplumsalla\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00fc\u00e7 temel yan\u0131ndan biri olan ekonomi<br \/>\ninsanlar\u0131n en aktif faaliyet bi\u00e7imi olarak bir k\u00fclt\u00fcre d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Tar\u0131m k\u00f6y<br \/>\ntoplumuyla ya\u015famsal hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve zihniyete eri\u015fen, do\u011fa ve<br \/>\ncanl\u0131larla bilin\u00e7li ili\u015fki bi\u00e7imi en \u00e7okta ekonomi \u00fczerinden geli\u015fmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nToplumsalla\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi ve \u00f6ncesinden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck guruplar bi\u00e7iminde sadece<br \/>\ng\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7la ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren bir evreden do\u011fayla bilin\u00e7li ili\u015fki evresi<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u0130htiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131larken ayn\u0131 zaman da k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, toplumsal geli\u015fim<br \/>\nsa\u011flayan bir a\u015famaya ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir insanl\u0131k. Toplumun hen\u00fcz s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmedi\u011finden ekonomi faaliyetini do\u011fadan ihtiyac\u0131 kadar kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nMeta ve s\u0131n\u0131f kavramlar\u0131n bir anlam ifade etmedi\u011fi do\u011fal toplumda ya\u015fam\u0131n<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, savunma yan\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ekonomi t\u00fcm toplumun en temel ya\u015fam<br \/>\nalan\u0131 olarak ilerler.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nToplumsall\u0131ktaki Etkinli\u011fi \u00dcretimle \u0130\u00e7 \u0130\u00e7edir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ekonominin en temel akt\u00f6r\u00fc kad\u0131n olmu\u015ftur. Toplumsall\u0131kla<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirdi\u011fi maddi ve manevi de\u011ferler t\u00fcm halka mal olmaktad\u0131r. Yarat\u0131lan her<br \/>\n\u015feye manevi anlam bi\u00e7ilmesi de do\u011fayla ve yarat\u0131mla olan ili\u015fkisinden gelir.<br \/>\nS\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 toplum h\u00e2kim olana kadar asl\u0131nda do\u011fa kendi do\u011fal evresini tamaml\u0131yor<br \/>\nda denilebilir. \u0130nsan eliyle hen\u00fcz olumsuz, tahakk\u00fcme dair bir m\u00fcdahale<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimle ba\u011f\u0131 genel olarak \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. Ekonomi,<br \/>\n\u00fcretimin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, payla\u015f\u0131m, b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, ortakla\u015fmad\u0131r. Do\u011fan\u0131n evrim zincirinde<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7li yararlanma, ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lama, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme durumu ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Ona<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131k durumu yoktur. Kad\u0131nla birlikte erkekte \u00fcretimde yer al\u0131r. Ancak<br \/>\navc\u0131l\u0131k \u00fczerinden daha \u00e7ok topluma katk\u0131 sunan erkek, ekonominin destekleyicisi<br \/>\ndurumundad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Tarihin ilk d\u00f6nemlerinden ba\u015flayarak geli\u015fen i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc hen\u00fcz<br \/>\nbir bask\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Birbirini tamamlama daha fazla \u00f6n<br \/>\nplandad\u0131r. Zihinlerde \u00f6ncelikli, g\u00fc\u00e7 olgusu, tahakk\u00fcm, egemenlik egosu,<br \/>\nba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n eme\u011fi \u00fczerinden kendisini ya\u015fama durumu hen\u00fcz geli\u015fmemi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nToplumun ortakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, ortak de\u011ferlerde b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fti\u011fi, birey olarak ta g\u00fcc\u00fc<br \/>\noran\u0131nda ya\u015fama kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir do\u011fal ekonomi s\u00fcreci. Ekonominin<br \/>\nyani ya\u015fam\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen de\u011fer, \u00fcretim \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc topluma yararl\u0131l\u0131k<br \/>\nolmu\u015ftur. Zamanla geli\u015fen tecr\u00fcbenden de a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar \u00fczerinden kad\u0131n<br \/>\ndaha \u00e7ok \u00e7evresinde olu\u015fturdu\u011fu toplumsall\u0131kla ekonominin ba\u015fat kesimi haline<br \/>\ngelir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Tar\u0131m k\u00f6y devrimi s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7erisinden tahmin edilende de<br \/>\nfazla \u00fcr\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. K\u00f6yle\u015fmeye do\u011fru giden toplum, ekonomi yani ya\u015fam\u0131n<br \/>\nihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan alan \u00fczerinden daha fazla k\u00fclt\u00fcr, sosyal ya\u015fam,<br \/>\nteknik, yaz\u0131, bilim, icatlarda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar geli\u015fen toplumlardan<br \/>\nen \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve prati\u011fin i\u00e7-i\u00e7e ge\u00e7ti\u011fi birbirini tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde<br \/>\ndenilebilir do\u011fal toplum s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine. Toplumuna yararl\u0131 insan, \u00e7aba ve emek<br \/>\nveren insan en fazla olumlanan insan olma durumundad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bolla\u015fmas\u0131, toplumun n\u00fcfusunun fazlala\u015fmas\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel<br \/>\nolarak farkl\u0131la\u015fma ayn\u0131 zamanda bir \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi de kendisiyle ortaya<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak ko\u015fullar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc zamanla farkl\u0131 bir<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrle\u015fmeye neden olmu\u015ftur. Toplumda do\u011fal kabul g\u00f6ren kad\u0131n \u00fcretimin<br \/>\n\u00e7e\u015fitlenmesine \u00f6n a\u00e7\u0131c\u0131 olur. Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evresinde olu\u015fan toplumsall\u0131k i\u00e7erisinde<br \/>\nerkekte avc\u0131l\u0131ktan geli\u015fen k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc farkl\u0131 bir y\u00f6ne evriltir. Toplumsal tarihin<br \/>\nkom\u00fcnal ekonomiye d\u00f6n\u00fck olumsuz giri\u015fimleri pratikte yava\u015f yava\u015f a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar.<br \/>\n\u0130ki farkl\u0131 \u00e7izginin hiyerar\u015fik devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve demokratik kom\u00fcnal toplum<br \/>\n\u00e7izgisinin farklar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Arma\u011fan Ekonomisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Tar\u0131m devriminin ba\u015fat oldu\u011fu ve toplumun h\u0131zla nitelik ve<br \/>\nnicelik kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fal toplumun ekonomisi daha \u00e7ok arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerinden<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n toplay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131ktan, ekicili\u011fe ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve t\u00fcm toplumun<br \/>\nihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ortak kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ortamda arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc en temel zihniyet<br \/>\nyap\u0131s\u0131yd\u0131 denilebilir. \u0130\u00e7inde ahlaki duyguyu i\u00e7eren bu ili\u015fki bi\u00e7imi daha \u00e7ok<br \/>\ntoplumuna kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen sevgi ve sorumluluktan gelen bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Elindeki<br \/>\nt\u00fcm \u00fcretimi ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olanlar\u0131n hepsini yan\u0131ndaki ya da<br \/>\n\u00e7evresindeki in\u015falarla payla\u015f\u0131r. Arma\u011fan eder. Bu g\u00fcnde yerel topluluklar ve<br \/>\ndo\u011fal toplum \u00f6zelikleri ta\u015f\u0131yan toplumlara bak\u0131n, arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7ok belirgin bi\u00e7imde<br \/>\nkendisini hissettirir. Yan\u0131nda ve elindeki en g\u00fczel ve anlaml\u0131 olan de\u011ferini<br \/>\nbile payla\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6ncelikli sayar, payla\u015f\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011faltman\u0131n bir bi\u00e7imi olarak<br \/>\npayla\u015f\u0131r, arma\u011fan eder. De\u011fi\u015fim ekonomisinin \u00e7ok \u00f6nceki s\u00fcre\u00e7leri olarak<br \/>\ngeli\u015fen arma\u011fan ekonomisi insanl\u0131k tarihinde aktif olarak ya\u015fanmas\u0131 \u00e7ok uzun<br \/>\ns\u00fcreye tekab\u00fcl eder. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi toplumuna kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bu arma\u011fan<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, \u00fcretme, biriktirmeme, verme k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc kendi \u00e7ocu\u011funa ve \u00e7evresine kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\n(\u00e7evre insan\u0131 onun bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r) kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z sorumluluk ta\u015f\u0131ma duygusundan da<br \/>\ngelir. Anal\u0131k eme\u011finin en temel \u00f6zelli\u011fi de buradan gelir. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e de daye<br \/>\nkavram\u0131 \u201cveren  \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclecek bir ger\u00e7ek olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik<br \/>\nyakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131  a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan \u00fcretimin hepsi payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken, herkesin nasibini<br \/>\nalmas\u0131 gereken ihtiya\u00e7lar olarak bak\u0131l\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kad\u0131n\u0131n arma\u011fan ekonomisinin geli\u015ftirme k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, ara\u00e7lar\u0131n,<br \/>\n\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kullan\u0131m de\u011ferine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geli\u015fen bir durumda denilebilir.<br \/>\nKullan\u0131labilen, i\u015fe yarayan, ihtiya\u00e7 gideren her \u015fey anlaml\u0131d\u0131r ve arma\u011fan<br \/>\nedilir. Arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve kullan\u0131m de\u011feri bulur. Yani bir \u015feyi stoklamak,<br \/>\nsaklamak, bencillik yapmak, ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131 varken vermeme zihniyeti<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Metala\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 kendi ahlaki, politik<br \/>\ny\u00f6ntemleriyle cevap verir. Kullanmak i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 olan her \u015fey ortak<br \/>\nkullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Do\u011fal toplumun ekonomik zihniyeti arma\u011fan ve kullan\u0131m de\u011feri<br \/>\n\u00f6n planda olan bir de\u011fer sistemidir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Ekonomide Olu\u015fan \u00c7atlak<br \/>\nDe\u011fi\u015fim K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00c7ok sonralar\u0131 geli\u015fen ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelen de\u011fi\u015fim de\u011feri<br \/>\nkendisiyle birlikte uzun bir m\u00fccadele s\u00fcreci a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplum, bin<br \/>\ny\u0131llarca uzak durdu\u011fu ya da ay\u0131plad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu de\u011fi\u015fim ekonomisine nas\u0131l alan a\u00e7t\u0131.<br \/>\nKar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 m\u00fcbadele ya da al\u0131\u015f veri\u015f nas\u0131l oldu da bu kadar geli\u015fti. De\u011fi\u015fim<br \/>\nekonomisi kendi i\u00e7erisinde tarihsel gerek\u00e7elere dayan\u0131r. Do\u011fal toplumun arma\u011fan<br \/>\nekonomisinin yan\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fim ekonomisi de yan\u0131 s\u0131ra geli\u015fir. Tar\u0131m devriminin<br \/>\nkendisiyle a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcretim bollu\u011fu, n\u00fcfus yo\u011funlu\u011fu, kenar b\u00f6lgelere yerle\u015fme,<br \/>\nmek\u00e2nlar aras\u0131 mesafelerin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00fcretimin \u00e7e\u015fitlenmesi bunun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda<br \/>\ntoplumun ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 beraberinde bir takas, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 al\u0131\u015f veri\u015fi<br \/>\nde do\u011furmu\u015ftur. Takas ekonomisi ba\u015flarda ihtiya\u00e7 olarak geli\u015fir. \u0130htiya\u00e7lar\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131n kendisiyle getirdi\u011fi bir durumdur. Kendi \u00fcretimini, ba\u015fka bir<br \/>\n\u00fcretimle takas eder. Herkes \u00fcretim i\u00e7erisinde oldu\u011fundan ve herkesin bir<br \/>\nbi\u00e7imde tar\u0131m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyi yakalamas\u0131, bah\u00e7ecilik, hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k,<br \/>\nicatlar\u0131n geli\u015fimi de t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda neye ne kadar de\u011fer bi\u00e7ilir toplum<br \/>\nfark\u0131ndad\u0131r. Liberaliz ideolojinin<br \/>\nme\u015frula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in say\u0131s\u0131z akademiler kurulmu\u015f, devlet t\u00fcm bilimsel<br \/>\nara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak, topluma empoze etmek i\u00e7in<br \/>\nkullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yerele dayal\u0131, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli kom\u00fcnal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme bi\u00e7imleri<br \/>\nherkesin \u00fcretim i\u00e7inde \u00fcretim sahibi olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Demokratik<br \/>\ntoplumlar\u0131n en belirgin \u00f6zeli\u011fi bireylerinin kendini \u00f6zne olarak g\u00f6rme<br \/>\ndurumudur. Bireylerin kad\u0131n ve erkeklerin toplum i\u00e7in de e\u015fit ve demokratik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nolu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n bir boyutu da ancak \u00fcretimde s\u00f6z hakk\u0131na sahip olmayla geli\u015febilir.<br \/>\n\u00dcretim ile karar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin i\u00e7-i\u00e7eri\u011finin toplumsal ekonomiyle olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nbilincinin geli\u015fmesi gerekmektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Ekonomide Demokratik-<br \/>\nKominal Dayan\u0131\u015fmac\u0131 Kooperatifler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kooperatifler toplumun her d\u00f6neminde mevcut bi\u00e7imde<br \/>\nvarl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 korumu\u015flard\u0131r. Bi\u00e7im olarak k\u0131smi de\u011fi\u015fimlere gitseler de \u00f6z<br \/>\nolarak halk\u0131n dayan\u0131\u015fmac\u0131, ortakla\u015fmac\u0131 \u00fcretimiyle bir aradal\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nsa\u011flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ekonomi payla\u015f\u0131ma dayan\u0131r o da kom\u00fcnal, toplumsal ya\u015fam<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fi demektir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kooperatifler en \u00e7okta dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00fczerinden geli\u015fir.<br \/>\nDayan\u0131\u015fma ve e\u015fitlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olmazsa devlet kooperatiflerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kamaz. Bu<br \/>\ng\u00fcne kadar bunca zulme, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye kar\u015f\u0131 toplumlar dayan\u0131\u015fma duygusu ve<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesiyle ayakta kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Kooperatifler demokratik, kom\u00fcnal ilkeler \u00fczerinden<br \/>\nhareket ediyorsa halk\u0131n \u00f6z \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesidir denilebilir. Kooperatifler<br \/>\nbirbiriyle ili\u015fkilerinde daha b\u00fcy\u00fck kooperatiflere gidebilirler.
