Ancak insan t\u00fcr\u00fcnde sadece<br \/>\nfiziki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumaya y\u00f6nelik de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn var olu\u015fu,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>toplumsalla\u015fmada ya\u015fanan derinle\u015fme ve<br \/>\nkapsaml\u0131la\u015fmayla beraber yeni bir nitelik kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n halklarda e\u015fit-\u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam<br \/>\naray\u0131\u015f\u0131yla bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6z savunmalar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirerek m\u00fccadele<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fctmektedirler. Kapitalist modernite,<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>sadece halklar\u0131 bask\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131p k\u00f6lele\u015ftirmiyor veya fiziki olarak yok<br \/>\netmiyor. Daha da tehlikeli olan\u0131, insan\u0131 insan yapan toplumsal de\u011ferlerinden<br \/>\nkopar\u0131p kendisine yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rarak ulus-devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla tek tip<br \/>\ninsan-toplum yaratmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsana, onun toplumsal ger\u00e7e\u011fine en b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\nsald\u0131r\u0131 da budur.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Bu  canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n,<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131n, insan\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcne ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsan, do\u011fan\u0131n i\u00e7indeki b\u00fct\u00fcn renklerin<br \/>\ni\u00e7inde bir renktir. Bunu da kendi toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7inde reng\u00e2renk olarak ifade<br \/>\netmektedir. Rengiyle, diliyle, inanc\u0131yla, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn zenginli\u011fiyle ifade<br \/>\netmektedir. Bunu ya\u015famas\u0131 ve ya\u015fatmas\u0131 insan-toplum olmas\u0131n\u0131n gere\u011fidir. Bundan<br \/>\ndolay\u0131, bu de\u011ferlere y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar onun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lard\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda insan\u0131n-toplumun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunmas\u0131 \u00f6z savunmas\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\ngere\u011fidir. Bunu yapmamas\u0131 ahlaki- politik de\u011ferlerden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi anlam\u0131na<br \/>\ngelmektedir. O zaman bu ya\u015fama ya\u015fam, bu topluma toplum, bu insana insan<br \/>\ndenebilir mi? <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130nsan, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131yla insand\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7inde yeti\u015fti\u011fi ahlaki ve<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerle insand\u0131r. Demokratik-kom\u00fcnal olan bu de\u011ferler insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n<br \/>\nvarolu\u015f de\u011ferleridir. Devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k tarihi boyunca, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu<br \/>\nde\u011ferlerine y\u00f6nelik s\u00fcrekli sald\u0131r\u0131lar geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kapitalist moderniteyle bu<br \/>\nsald\u0131r\u0131lar daha fazla derinle\u015ferek ve kapsaml\u0131la\u015farak s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u0130nsanl\u0131k,<br \/>\nvarolu\u015funu tehdit eden sald\u0131r\u0131lara bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te maruz kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bundan dolay\u0131 Say\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00d6calan\u2018\u2019 Ahlaki ve politik toplumun g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7eklik, yani<br \/>\n\u00f6ncelikli sorunu \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, e\u015fitlik ve demokratikle\u015fmenin de \u00f6ncesinde<br \/>\nvarolu\u015fsald\u0131r. \u2018\u2019 demektedir. Sorun insanlar\u0131n-halklar\u0131n fiziki imhas\u0131 de\u011fil,<br \/>\ninsan\u0131 insan yapan toplumsal de\u011ferlerin imha edilmek istenmesidir. O y\u00fczden<br \/>\ntehlike daha b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u0130nsanl\u0131k, toplumsalla\u015fmayla- sevgiyle ya\u015fam bulan<br \/>\n\u00fcretim, payla\u015f\u0131m, dayan\u0131\u015fma dolay\u0131s\u0131yla e\u015fit ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam<span>\u00a0 <\/span>de\u011ferlerinden bo\u015falt\u0131larak anlams\u0131zl\u0131k<span>\u00a0 <\/span>dehlizine<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>\u00e7ekilmektedir. K\u00f6klerinden kopar\u0131larak kendisine yabanc\u0131 hale getirilerek<br \/>\nteslim al\u0131nan, modern bir k\u00f6le haline getirilmektedir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Bir anlamda insan\u0131 ya\u015fayan bir \u00f6l\u00fc haline<br \/>\ngetirmek ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Do\u011fadaki her varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n varolu\u015fuyla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak<br \/>\nvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik tehlikeler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendini savunma bi\u00e7imi vard\u0131r. Devlet\u00e7i<br \/>\nuygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve onun zirvele\u015fmi\u015f hali olan kapitalist modernitenin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda halklar da kendilerini demokratik modernite de\u011ferleriyle<br \/>\nsavunmaktad\u0131r. Bu de\u011ferler toplumu toplum yapan ahlaki-politik de\u011ferlerdir. Bu<br \/>\nde\u011ferler,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>zihniyet-maneviyat durumunu<br \/>\nifade etmektedir. Kapitalist modernite en fazla da insan\u0131n-toplumun zihniyet<br \/>\nd\u00fcnyas\u0131na sald\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar S\u00fcmer rahiplerinden beri devam<br \/>\netmektedir. Zihniyet d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f insan, sistemin \u00e7arklar\u0131nda<br \/>\n\u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve di\u015flisi haline getirilmi\u015f insan olmaktad\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Sistem, toplumu kendi iktidar \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na<br \/>\ng\u00f6re in\u015fa etmenin \u00f6nemini o d\u00f6nemden beri fark etmi\u015ftir. Zihniyeti tarumar<br \/>\nedilen insan toplumsal haf\u0131zadan kopar\u0131lan, g\u00fcn\u00fc birlik ya\u015fayan insand\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\ninsan\u0131n hisleri, sezgileri, duygular\u0131 toplumsal de\u011ferlerden giderek kopar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ni\u00e7in bireycili\u011fe y\u00f6nelen insan olmaktad\u0131r. Bireycili\u011fe y\u00f6nelen insan ise<br \/>\n\u2018\u2019gemisini kurtaran kaptand\u0131r\u2019\u2019 misali maddi de\u011ferler ve g\u00fcd\u00fcler i\u00e7in ya\u015fayan<br \/>\ninsand\u0131r. Bu insan kendini bilmeyen, tan\u0131mayan, anlamland\u0131ramayan insan olmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu insan\u0131n b\u0131rakal\u0131m toplumu savunmas\u0131 kendisini savunmas\u0131 bile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<br \/>\nde\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sevgisizlik i\u00e7indedir. Kendisine ve toplumuna kar\u015f\u0131<span>\u00a0 <\/span>sevgi<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>beslememektedir. \u00d6z savunmas\u0131n\u0131 yapabilecek de\u011ferlerinden bo\u015falm\u0131\u015f bir<br \/>\ninsand\u0131r. Refleksleri \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015f, tepkileri zay\u0131flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz insan\u0131 en fazla<br \/>\nda kendini bilmemesinden,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>tan\u0131mamas\u0131ndan<br \/>\ndolay\u0131 kendini savunamaz durumdad\u0131r. Zaten sistemin yapmak istedi\u011fi de budur.<br \/>\n\u0130nsan\u0131n-toplumun kendini savunamaz duruma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesidir. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ne kadar bu<br \/>\nduruma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcrse o kadar ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, teslim alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>bask\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc sistemini daha rahatl\u0131kla<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilece\u011fini<span>\u00a0 <\/span>bilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu y\u00fczden sistemin ideolojik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda insan\u0131n<br \/>\nkendini savunmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. Kendini savunmay\u0131 bilmek  kendini bilmekten,<br \/>\ntan\u0131maktan, anlaml\u0131 k\u0131lmaktan ge\u00e7mektedir. Kendini bilen insan, sistemin t\u00fcm<br \/>\nsald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6z savunmas\u0131n\u0131 yapabilecek durumda olan insand\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\ny\u00fczden bilin\u00e7 \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. Bilin\u00e7, insan\u0131n toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck de\u011ferlerine<br \/>\ng\u00f6re<span>\u00a0 <\/span>kendisini olu\u015fturmas\u0131, bu de\u011ferlere<br \/>\nuygun ya\u015fama \u00e7abas\u0131 ve m\u00fccadele etme durumudur. Bilin\u00e7, ideolojikle\u015fme durumunu<br \/>\nifade etmektedir. \u0130deolojikle\u015fme ise belli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler etraf\u0131nda olu\u015fan bir<br \/>\nya\u015fam ve m\u00fccadele tarz\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer dile gelen toplumsal de\u011ferler ya\u015fama yans\u0131m\u0131yor<br \/>\nve bir m\u00fccadele a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131yorsa ona ideolojikle\u015fme denemez. Bu durum en<br \/>\nfazla<span>\u00a0 <\/span>lafazanl\u0131k, oport\u00fcnizm veya<br \/>\nyozla\u015fm\u0131\u015f insan ger\u00e7e\u011fini ifade etmektedir. Bu da, kapitalist modernitenin<br \/>\nyaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 insan tipi olmaktad\u0131r. Kendi ger\u00e7e\u011finden toplumsal de\u011ferlerinden<br \/>\nuzak, bireyci, maddiyat\u00e7\u0131, anlam yitimini ya\u015fayan insan ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. \u0130nsan<br \/>\nkendini bildi\u011fi, tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 oranda toplumunu anlamland\u0131r\u0131r. Toplumunu bildi\u011fi,<br \/>\ntan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 oranda da kendisini anlamland\u0131r\u0131r. Kendisinin tek ba\u015f\u0131na anlam ifade<br \/>\netmedi\u011fini, toplumuyla anlam kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131ndad\u0131r. Toplumunun ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nac\u0131s\u0131, sevin\u00e7lerinin sevinci oldu\u011funu hisseder, anlar ve ona g\u00f6re ya\u015far. \u0130\u00e7inde<br \/>\nya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halk\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleriyle de\u011fer kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\nde\u011ferleri korumas\u0131n\u0131n, savunmas\u0131n\u0131n kendisini savunmak oldu\u011funu bilir.<br \/>\nKapitalist modernitenin bu de\u011ferlere y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n varolu\u015funa y\u00f6nelik<br \/>\nsald\u0131r\u0131lar oldu\u011funu bilerek kendisini ayakland\u0131r\u0131p, \u00f6z savunma durumuna<br \/>\nge\u00e7ebilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Demokratik-kom\u00fcnal de\u011ferlere dayal\u0131 ideolojikle\u015fme \u00f6nemli<br \/>\nbir \u00f6z savunma bi\u00e7imi oldu\u011fu kadar, bu de\u011ferlere dayal\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme de bir o<br \/>\nkadar \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Sonu\u00e7ta, insan \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelir.<br \/>\nKapitalist modernite gibi, insan\u0131n-toplumun h\u00fccrelerine kadar girip toplumsal<br \/>\ndokusunu bozmak isteyen sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 demokratik-kom\u00fcnal de\u011ferlerle \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmek<br \/>\ngerekmektedir. Demokrasi, toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imidir. Toplumsall\u0131k bir<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck durumu oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckte ancak demokrasinin oldu\u011fu ortamlarda<br \/>\nya\u015fanabilir. Ne kadar demokrasi geli\u015fmi\u015fse o kadar \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa<span>\u00a0 <\/span>\u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olur. Radikal demokrasi, toplumun<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck alanlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcr. \u0130nsan\u0131n iktidarc\u0131-devlet\u00e7i sistemler taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\nbask\u0131 at\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin, fiziki katliamlara u\u011framas\u0131n\u0131n,<br \/>\nkendisine ve toplumsal de\u011ferlerine yabanc\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7er. \u0130nsan\u0131  kendi<br \/>\nad\u0131na s\u00f6z s\u00f6yleyen, tart\u0131\u015fan, karar alan ve uygulayan durumuna getirir. Al\u0131nan<br \/>\nkararlara ortak olan insan, bu kararlar\u0131n takip\u00e7isi olur ve kararlar\u0131n<br \/>\npratikle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcn enerjisiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Radikal demokrasi insan\u0131n iradesini<br \/>\nortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131, kendisi yapar. Kendisi olan insan, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ntopluma anlaml\u0131 bir kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayabilir. Toplum, kendisini y\u00f6neten d\u00fczeyi kazan\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden toplumun<br \/>\ndemokratikle\u015fmesi,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>m\u00fccadeleyle a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kar. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn kul, modern k\u00f6leler d\u00fczeyine indirgenmi\u015f, kendi ad\u0131na s\u00f6z<br \/>\ns\u00f6yleyemeyecek duruma getirilmi\u015f bireyleri ancak demokrasiyle kendi ger\u00e7e\u011fiyle<br \/>\nbulu\u015fabilirler. Sistemin, insan-toplum \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahribatlar ancak<br \/>\ntoplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe dayal\u0131 demokrasinin geli\u015fmesiyle giderilebilir. Bu anlamda<br \/>\ndemokrasi, bilin\u00e7li insan\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karan eylemin ad\u0131d\u0131r. Her renkten, her dilden,<br \/>\nher inan\u00e7tan insan\u0131n birlikte ya\u015fayabilece\u011fi, payla\u015fabilece\u011fi ve gerekti\u011finde<br \/>\nsavunabilece\u011fi sistemin ad\u0131d\u0131r. Demokrasi bilinci-k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc geli\u015fkin<br \/>\ninsan-toplum, kendisini korumas\u0131n\u0131, savunmas\u0131n\u0131 bilir. Varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik<br \/>\ntehlikeler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda refleksleri g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr, tepkileri geli\u015fkindir. Sistemin her<br \/>\nt\u00fcrl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda uyan\u0131kt\u0131r ve kendisini savunabilecek durumdad\u0131r.<br \/>\nHi\u00e7bir k\u00f6lelik bi\u00e7imini kabul etmeyecek durumdad\u0131r.
