Askeri tempo, stratejik<br \/>\nhamleler, sava\u015f ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n topyekun t\u00fcm kesimlere kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00f6neltilmesi  askeri,<br \/>\nidari, ekonomik, sosyal&#8230; anlamda zihinlerde \u2018ne oluyor?\u2019 karma\u015fas\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\n\u2018ne\/neler olacak?\u2019 sorusunu da -kayg\u0131 merkezli- bir \u015fekilde artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00d6ncelikle Tiranla\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir Tayyip Erdo\u011fan<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekli\u011fini g\u00f6rmek gerekmektedir. Hukuktan kopuk, t\u00fcm devlet mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nkendi orijininde \u015fekillendiren, \u201chak k\u0131 iki duda\u011f\u0131n\u0131n aras\u0131nda g\u00f6ren, halk\u0131 ise<br \/>\nmutlak iktidar\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00f6z hakk\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n y\u00f6netilmek isteyen bir tarihsel<br \/>\n\u015fahsiyetle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. Peki tarih sahnesinde Tayyip Erdo\u011fan yaln\u0131z m\u0131,<br \/>\ntabi ki de de\u011fil\u2026 S\u00fcmerlerde krall\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve iktidar\u0131 i\u00e7in zul\u00fcm ve katliamlar<br \/>\nyapan Nemruttan, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da k\u00f6le cesetleri \u00fczerinden in\u015fa edilen g\u00f6rkemli iktidar<br \/>\nsembollerini bina ettiren Firavuna kadar bir\u00e7ok Tiran ile ayn\u0131 sahneyi<br \/>\npayla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u015fahsiyetler \u201cg\u00fc\u00e7, iktidar, tahakk\u00fcm  dedik\u00e7e  sonu\u00e7lar\u0131<br \/>\n\u201ckatliam, zul\u00fcm, soyk\u0131r\u0131m  olmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Holokost\u2019un (Yahudilerin u\u011fram\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu soyk\u0131r\u0131ma verilen<br \/>\nad) epistemi\u011fini de\u011ferlendirmeye alan Dinner, \u00f6zellikle Yahudi toplama<br \/>\nkamplar\u0131ndaki vah\u015feti tan\u0131mlaman\u0131n antropolojik sebeplerini ele al\u0131rken<br \/>\n\u201cHolokost\u2019un a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kabilmesi i\u00e7in modern(-diye dayat\u0131lan) bir y\u00f6netim<br \/>\nayg\u0131t\u0131na, sorumluluklar\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131ran bir i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne, b\u00fcrokratik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma<br \/>\ndisiplininin nesnellik ve so\u011fuklu\u011funa ve belki de totaliter bir siyasal sisteme<br \/>\nihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131r.  demektedir(Dan Dinner, Kar\u015f\u0131t Haf\u0131zalar: Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n \u00d6nemi<br \/>\nve Etkisi \u00dczerine, \u00c7ev. Hulki Demirel, \u0130leti\u015fim Yay., 2011-\u0130stanbul, s. 17).<br \/>\nYani \u00f6zcesi soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve kolektif \u015fiddet olaylar\u0131 kendili\u011finden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve<br \/>\ntoplumun veya toplumun belli bir kesiminin e\u015f g\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc bir sistematikle eyleme<br \/>\nge\u00e7ti\u011fi bir silsile olarak tan\u0131mlanamaz. Belli bir ideolojik hakimiyetin<br \/>\nsiyasi, askeri ve ekonomik ili\u015fkilerle bir y\u00f6netimsel form etraf\u0131nda<br \/>\ntetiklemesi gerekmektedir. Modern devlet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 ise merkeziyet\u00e7i mant\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nile bahsi ge\u00e7en g\u00fc\u00e7lerin bir biriyle etkile\u015fiminden \u00f6te i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015fli\u011fi<br \/>\nya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tekle\u015fti\u011fi bir soyk\u0131r\u0131m alan\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bauman\u2019\u0131n,<br \/>\nmodernitenin besledi\u011fi b\u00fcrokrasi ile Yahudi soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ili\u015fkisine ili\u015fkin<br \/>\ntespitleri dikkat \u00e7ekicidir: \u201cHolocaust, modern \u00e7a\u011f \u00f6ncesi barbarl\u0131klar\u0131n hen\u00fcz<br \/>\nsilinememi\u015f kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n irrasyonel bir bi\u00e7imde a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 de\u011fildir.<br \/>\nModernite evinin me\u015fru bir sakinidir  ayr\u0131ca modernitenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir yerde<br \/>\nde kendi evinde gibi olmayacakt\u0131r. (Z.Bauman, Moderniyt and the Holocaust,<br \/>\nCambridge: Polity Press, 1989). Yani 20.yy.\u2019\u0131n hacimli sava\u015f, katliam ve<br \/>\nsoyk\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n \u201cevi  asl\u0131nda modernitenin ve modern devletin kendisidir demek<br \/>\nm\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu tespit kimilerine determinist bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sonucu olarak<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fcnebilir. Ancak Osmanl\u0131, Almanya, Ruwanda, Yugoslovakya, Irak, Suriye ve<br \/>\nad\u0131n\u0131 sayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkenin adeta mezbaha alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesinin temel<br \/>\nsebebi \u201cmodern devlettir .<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00fcc\u00fcn, iktidar\u0131n ve tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn hem kayna\u011f\u0131 hem de vas\u0131tas\u0131<br \/>\nolan<span>\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cDevlet  ise g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiyesinde<br \/>\nTayyip Erdo\u011fan \u015fahsiyetine b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. AKP te\u015fkilat\u0131 ve devlet organizasyonu<br \/>\nbu formun bile\u015feni ve as\u0131l sahibi olan halklar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek yerine Tayyip<br \/>\nErdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n iktidar\u0131n\u0131 teminat alt\u0131na alma \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7erisindedirler. Me\u015fru \u00f6z<br \/>\ny\u00f6netim savunular\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ortaya serilen barbarl\u0131k ve vandall\u0131kla b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\ntaarruzlar sergilenmesinin sebebi budur. Hakk\u0131 ve hakl\u0131y\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karma ve<br \/>\npolitik d\u00fczlemde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arama \u00e7abas\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7ilmesinin sebebi de budur. G\u00fc\u00e7<br \/>\nmutlak bir bi\u00e7imde Tiranda olacakt\u0131r. Millet ise g\u00fcc\u00fcn temini i\u00e7in yeri<br \/>\ngeldi\u011finde menfaat tesis edilecek yeri geldi\u011finde ise tokatlanacak bir ayg\u0131t<br \/>\nhalini almaktad\u0131r. Siyasal muhaliflerin bask\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131, idari<br \/>\nkazan\u0131mlar\u0131n kayyumlarla gasp edilmesi  tecav\u00fcz, zul\u00fcm, katliam ve benzeri<br \/>\nbir\u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 da bundand\u0131r. AKP te\u015fkilat\u0131, devlet<br \/>\norganizasyonuna itibar-\u0131 iade ile d\u00f6nen ulusalc\u0131 gladyo \u015febekesi ve devlet eli<br \/>\nolarak tan\u0131mlanabilecek t\u00fcm pa\u00e7avralar\u0131n bu Tiran akl\u0131 etraf\u0131nda<br \/>\nb\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesinin tek gayesi menfaat iken, Tiran\u0131n tiranla\u015fma sevdas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi<br \/>\nise iktidar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve teminat alt\u0131na almakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrkiye devlet sistemi, Tiran\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc teminat alt\u0131na almak<br \/>\nad\u0131na, \u201cmillet  seramonisi e\u015fli\u011finde K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 tarih sahnesinden silmek i\u00e7in<br \/>\nelindeki t\u00fcm kartlar\u0131 canla ba\u015fla oynamaktad\u0131r. AKP  askeri, siyasi, idari ve<br \/>\nekonomik alanlardaki sindirmeye y\u00f6nelik b\u00fct\u00fcn ataklar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymakta<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ter\u00f6r estirerek s\u00f6z\u00fcm ona ter\u00f6r av\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcm bu<br \/>\nsald\u0131rganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sergilerken bir yandan da kendisine y\u00f6nelik tehdit olu\u015fturdu\u011funu<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc cemaat oyuncular\u0131n\u0131 devlet i\u00e7erisinden temizlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nDevlet olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u201cAKP&#038;amp CEMAAT denkleminden \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7=AKP  olunca<br \/>\nba\u015flayan bu temizlik harekat\u0131 ise bir anda t\u00fcm muhalif \u00e7evrelere y\u00f6nelen bir<br \/>\nkana susam\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011fa evrildi. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Klasik devlet kibri ile devlet temizlenmeye<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\/\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Tiran g\u00fcc\u00fcne g\u00fc\u00e7, iktidar\u0131na iktidar pompalay\u0131p duruyor.<br \/>\nPeki kim kimi temizliyor? Tiran ne kadar temiz ki devleti temizlesin veya<br \/>\nmodern devlet ne kadar temiz ki temizlenebilsin? Bir \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131n e\u015fi\u011finde olan<br \/>\nAKP\u2019nin, devletle\u015fme orta-oyununu canla ba\u015fla oynamas\u0131n\u0131 izleyen toplumsal<br \/>\ndinamikler T\u00fcrkiye sisteminde karar mercii olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131k\u00e7a, t\u00fcm olan<br \/>\nbitende as\u0131l s\u00f6z sahibi olan ve hesap sormas\u0131 gerekenler de yok edili\u015fi<br \/>\nya\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bunlar yetmezmi\u015f gibi topluma \u015fovenizm ve \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k pompalan\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u015eovenizm zihinlerden sokaklara ta\u015f\u0131p alevi evlerinin<br \/>\nkap\u0131lar\u0131nda bir \u00e7arp\u0131 i\u015fareti oluveriyor, bat\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan K\u00fcrt i\u015f\u00e7ilerini lince<br \/>\nmaruz b\u0131rak\u0131yor, Sinop\u2019ta K\u00fcrtlere mahalle bask\u0131s\u0131 ve evlerini terke davete<br \/>\nsebep olabiliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Tiran \u201cezer ge\u00e7eriz  derken toplumlardan<br \/>\nbahsetmektedir. M\u00fclkle\u015ftirdi\u011fi ve iktidar\u0131 i\u00e7in vas\u0131ta haline getirdi\u011fi<br \/>\n\u201cMillet-i-  ile K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 \u015fahs\u0131nda t\u00fcm \u2013demokrasi- \u00e7evrelerini temizlemeyi<br \/>\nhedeflemektedir. Devlet organizasyonu ve vas\u0131tala\u015fan millet bu noktada silindir<br \/>\ni\u015flevini g\u00f6recektir s\u00f6z\u00fcm ona.
