Bu \u00fclkelerin kendi i\u00e7erisinde kan\u0131ksam\u0131\u015f geleneklerinin, yeni bir zihniyetle donanmas\u0131 \u015fart olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi \u00fczerinde in\u015fa edilen iktidar ve egemen zihniyetin tazelenmesi, yenilenmesi gerekmektedir. Zihniyet sorununa dayal\u0131 bask\u0131, \u015fiddet ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ger\u00e7e\u011fi mevcut durumunu korurken, hi\u00e7bir kurtulu\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r&#8230; <\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3224-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\u015eiddet kavram\u0131 \u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6yle bir kavram ki, bu kavram duyulur duyulmaz insanda dilsel bir tepkiden \u00f6nce i\u00e7sel bir tepki geli\u015fiyor. Bir tuhaf oluyor insan bu kavram\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda. Ta derinliklerden gelen bir tepki, bir \u00f6fke, bir kabullenmeme durumu ya\u015fat\u0131yor. Asl\u0131nda belleklerimize bu i\u00e7erikte daktilo edilen o kadar \u00e7ok kavram var ki&#8230; Bask\u0131, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, korku, tehdit vb. olan nice c\u00fcmleler. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan uzatmadan as\u0131l konumuza girelim.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere \u015fiddet olgusu ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00e7a\u011flardan beri egemenler taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan bir y\u00f6ntem olmu\u015ftur. Nerede bir iktidar, g\u00fc\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131 olmu\u015fsa, orada mutlaka \u015fiddet y\u00f6ntemine ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftur. Nerede bir de\u011fer gasp\u0131, istismar ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fsa orada \u015fiddet olmu\u015ftur. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, tarihsel bir gelenek olarak gaspa ve h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa dayal\u0131 geli\u015fen bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr, ilk toplumsal geli\u015fmeyle birlikte bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr s\u00fcregelmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle devletli uygarl\u0131k geli\u015fimiyle birlikte bu olgu, giderek kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Erkek egemen sistemin ana kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda biriken ahlakl\u0131 ve politik de\u011ferlerine el konulmas\u0131yla ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla tarihte uygulanan \u015fiddetin ilk kurban\u0131 kad\u0131n olmu\u015ftur. Kad\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal ya\u015fam stat\u00fcs\u00fc, ahlak\u0131, kendi i\u00e7erisinde bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l demokrat \u00f6zg\u00fcr geleneklere sahiptir. \u00d6yle bir ya\u015fam \u00e7emberi olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur ki, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayal\u0131 hi\u00e7bir haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa, adaletsizli\u011fe korkuya ve \u015fiddete yer vermeden, gerek duymadan, her birey ve topluluk, var olan ya\u015fam normlar\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130fade etti\u011fimiz gibi \u015fiddet alanlar\u0131, iktidar ve egemenlik alanlar\u0131d\u0131r. Neolitik ya\u015fam k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde iktidar ve egemenlik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ya\u015fam bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc de yoktur, geli\u015fmemi\u015ftir. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck e\u011filiminin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu t\u00fcm farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n ve \u00e7e\u015fitliliklerin birbirini yok etmeden besledi\u011fi geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir toplumsal ger\u00e7eklikte neden \u015fiddete ve zora ihtiya\u00e7 duyulsun ki&#8230;\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>\u015eiddet olgusuyla birlikte tarih kad\u0131n aleyhine ters-y\u00fcz edilmi\u015ftir. Tarihi yaratan t\u00fcm insanl\u0131k de\u011ferlerini ba\u011fr\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131yan, besleyen kad\u0131n iken, adeta tarihin bir eki ya da bir soy s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc konumuna getirilmi\u015ftir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan eril sistem g\u00fc\u00e7leri kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 t\u00fcm \u015fiddet y\u00f6ntemlerini en ac\u0131mas\u0131z \u015fekilde uygulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tarihsel ve toplumsal ger\u00e7eklik kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 uygulanan zor ve \u015fiddet y\u00f6ntemleriyle in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n ev ekonomisinden tutal\u0131m, do\u011fal ya\u015fam ahlak\u0131n\u0131 ve politik de\u011ferlerini ifade eden y\u00fcz d\u00f6rt \u2018M\u2019lerine kadar zor ve \u015fiddet yoluyla gasp edilmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n ideolojik siyasal ve politik de\u011ferleri ilke ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri bu arg\u00fcmanlar da ifadesini bulmu\u015ftur. Kad\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6z ve kimlik sahibi k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu arg\u00fcmanlara darbeler vurularak iktidar alan\u0131 olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere ideoloji bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, bir fikir, bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131d\u0131r. Bir fikrin kendisini form\u00fclle\u015ftirdi\u011fi, ifadeye kavu\u015fturdu\u011fu kimlik kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir sahad\u0131r. Politika ise bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce bi\u00e7iminin pratik ifadeye kavu\u015ftu\u011fu t\u00fcm topluma mal edildi\u011fi bir sahad\u0131r. Ekonomi ise kad\u0131n\u0131n el eme\u011fi ile etraf\u0131nda biriken maddi de\u011ferlerin birikti\u011fi toplam\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0 Kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda biriken bu de\u011ferler e\u015fit da\u011f\u0131l\u0131ma dayal\u0131 bir sistem olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Her k\u0131lan ya da kabile ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re fazlal\u0131\u011fa ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 idame ediyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ideolojik ve politik alanda oldu\u011fu gibi ekonomik alanda da kad\u0131n\u0131n ev yasas\u0131na dayal\u0131 bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kad\u0131n olabildi\u011fince ekonomik alandan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Sistem s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda, sistemin e\u015fitlik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re siyasal alanda g\u00f6stermelik de olsa bir yer verilmektedir. Ancak ekonomi i\u015fleri t\u00fcm\u00fcyle erkek i\u015fleri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcp, kad\u0131n bu sahadan mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Oysa ilk \u00fcreten ve \u00fcrettiklerini de toplum i\u00e7erisinde t\u00fcm ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6zeterek payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 esas alan kad\u0131n olmu\u015ftur. Birikim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Biriken \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle do\u011fal anac\u0131l toplumda toplumsal gereksinimler \u00fczerinden bir kavga \u015fiddet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc gerektirecek hi\u00e7bir neden olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu g\u00fcn ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7a\u011fda kad\u0131n her \u00fc\u00e7 alandan da mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131larak bu alanlar kad\u0131n aleyhine en derin handikaplar haline getirilmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n her \u00fc\u00e7 alanda da s\u00f6z hakk\u0131na sahip de\u011fildir. Kendi \u00f6z de\u011ferlerini her \u00fc\u00e7 alanda da etkinle\u015ftirebilecek,\u00a0 toplumsal ger\u00e7eklikte kendi dilini, rengini yans\u0131tabilecek ideolojik siyasal bir \u00e7er\u00e7eveye kavu\u015fturacak ko\u015fullar bulamamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6nemli \u00e7eli\u015fkilerden biri de, her \u00fc\u00e7 alanda da kad\u0131n\u0131n en fazla darbe yedi\u011fi \u015fiddete maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlar haline gelmi\u015ftir. Siyasal ve kamusal alanlar kad\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u015fiddetin en yo\u011fun, en derin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlar olmu\u015ftur.\u00a0 Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l \u00e7a\u011f\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 olarak ifade edilmektedir. Ancak en fazla s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, e\u015fitsizli\u011fin, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcks\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00e7a\u011f bu \u00e7a\u011f olmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0 D\u00fcnya genelinde kad\u0131na uygulanan \u015fiddet oranlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bile, bu \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n de\u011fil \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 asl\u0131nda ne kadar \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten yoksun bir \u00e7a\u011f oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kendisini d\u00fcnyan\u0131n s\u00fcper g\u00fc\u00e7leri san\u0131p en fazla demokrasi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten dem vuran \u00fclkeler dahi kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 \u015fiddet oranlar\u0131na bile bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda asl\u0131nda ger\u00e7e\u011fin hi\u00e7te \u00f6yle olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar istatistikler kad\u0131na zaman\u0131n \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir diliminde bile \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fiddet t\u00fcrleri uygulanmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her taraf\u0131nda cinsiyet ayr\u0131m\u0131 politikalar\u0131na dayal\u0131 \u015fiddetin her t\u00fcr\u00fc kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Mal gibi piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclerek al\u0131n\u0131p sat\u0131lan cinsel bir obje d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda de\u011fer verilmeyen her t\u00fcr \u015fiddet uygulamas\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Somut \u00f6rneklerle konuya daha da a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k getirmek gerekirse <\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in\u2019de y\u0131lda bir milyon k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fu do\u011far do\u011fmaz \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. ABD\u2019de dakikada bir kad\u0131n tecav\u00fcze u\u011framaktad\u0131r. \u0130ngiltere\u2019de her yedi kad\u0131ndan biri beraber oldu\u011fu erkek taraf\u0131ndan tecav\u00fcze maruz kalmaktad\u0131r. Fransa\u2019da her ay alt\u0131 kad\u0131n aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddet nedeniyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmektedir. Tabi bu oranlar resmi dille ifade edilen oranlar ya da istatistiklerdir. Toplumsal kuytularda gizlenen ve hi\u00e7bir zaman g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kmayan o kadar \u00e7ok me\u00e7hul olay var ki, ne kimse \u00f6\u011frenecek, ne de bilecektir. T\u00fcm bunlar, zaman\u0131n bilinmezli\u011fine g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fcp giden ger\u00e7ekler&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>Bu bak\u0131mdan egemenler taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilen toplumsal ger\u00e7eklik, kad\u0131n\u0131 yutan, kaybeden bilinmezliklere g\u00f6t\u00fcren kara delikler misalidir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz toplumsal ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi, kad\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir canl\u0131 mezar haline gelmi\u015ftir. Ya\u015farken \u00f6lmek gibi bir durum. Ya\u015fars\u0131n ama ya\u015fam\u0131 anlamland\u0131ramazs\u0131n. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ruhsal d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel anlamda par\u00e7alara b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015fs\u00fcn. Bu anlamda kad\u0131n mikro devlet olan ailede ve devletin b\u00fcy\u00fck ailesi olan toplumda, \u00f6l\u00fcm s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda ya\u015fat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ay\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ve cinsiyet\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bat\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcm ona demokratik k\u0131staslar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, kad\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir ya\u015fam ger\u00e7e\u011finde bo\u011fu\u015furken, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun dinsel geleneksel ve dogmatik zihniyeti i\u00e7erisinde \u015fekillenen toplumda kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam ger\u00e7e\u011fi de \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 olmayacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle geleneklere, kal\u0131plara s\u0131\u011fd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hatta daha da derinle\u015ftirilmi\u015f,\u00a0 i\u00e7erilmi\u015f, sistem s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir \u015fiddet olgusu ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n bu gelenekler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imine sahiptir. Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik uygulanan \u015fiddet orta\u00e7a\u011f y\u00f6ntemlerini geride b\u0131rakmayan, kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam alan\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6rt duvar aras\u0131nda \u00f6ren bir ger\u00e7eklik ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l ger\u00e7e\u011finde bile dinsel, dogmatik gelene\u011fin a\u011f\u0131r bast\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ortado\u011fu co\u011frafyas\u0131 eril sistemin \u00e7ok daha fazla k\u00f6k sald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir co\u011frafya olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n bu co\u011frafyada da siyasal bir kimlik sahibi olmaktan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n, mikro devlet olan aile i\u00e7erisinde daya\u011fa, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanmaya, tacize, tecav\u00fcze her t\u00fcrl\u00fc istismara u\u011frat\u0131larak, \u00f6tekile\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ailede, \u00e7evrede, i\u015fyerinde kad\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu her alanda kad\u0131n\u0131 bask\u0131lamak ama\u00e7l\u0131 mutlaka \u015fiddet bir y\u00f6ntem olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Toplumun her alan\u0131nda do\u011fal bir hakm\u0131\u015f gibi ele al\u0131n\u0131r. Sisteme, erke\u011fe g\u00f6re olmayan kad\u0131n, dayak yemeyi hak etmi\u015f kad\u0131nd\u0131r. Ya erke\u011finin s\u00f6z\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ya da erke\u011finin erke\u011fi olan kapitalist sistemin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde en \u00e7ok uygulanan, neredeyse toplumun vazge\u00e7ilmez kanunu haline getirilen \u2018namus\u2019 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan t\u00f6re cinayetleri, bu zihniyetin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. Sistem, toplumu  kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan zinalar, tecav\u00fczler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, kay\u0131ts\u0131z ve sorgusuz b\u0131rakarak, birinci derecede su\u00e7lu sandalyesine kad\u0131n\u0131 oturtmaktad\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda \u00f6rnek verilmesi gereken o kadar olay var ki&#8230; Hangi birine yeti\u015ftirece\u011fini bilemiyorsun. <\/p>\n<p>Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun s\u00f6zde hukuk devleti olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019si mi (?), \u015feriat yasalar\u0131yla \u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f \u0130ran\u2019\u0131 m\u0131 (?), Irak\u2019\u0131 m\u0131 (?), Afganistan\u2019\u0131 m\u0131 anlatmal\u0131? Zihniyet sorununa dayal\u0131 bask\u0131, \u015fiddet ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ger\u00e7e\u011fi mevcut durumunu korurken, hi\u00e7bir kurtulu\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>25 Kas\u0131m Uluslararas\u0131 Kad\u0131na Kar\u015f\u0131 \u015eiddet G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019 n de, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n tek sesle hayk\u0131rmas\u0131, sesini t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya duyurmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bir as\u0131r boyu verilen \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fccadelesinin eylemle kucakla\u015fmas\u0131, dili, dini, rengi ne olursa olsun ortak \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve \u00f6z bilinci ta\u015f\u0131yarak, tek y\u00fcrekle mor bir ifadeye kavu\u015fturmak, hayati \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fccadelesin de genelde d\u00fcnya, \u00f6zelde Ortado\u011fu kad\u0131nlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck misyonu y\u00fcklenen K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131, kad\u0131n\u0131n sosyal, siyasal ve ekonomik alandaki toplumsal rollerini sorgulamay\u0131 ve sorgulatmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
