Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011finin, onda temsilini bulan e\u015fitlik\u00e7i, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, demokratik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn topluma dalga dalga yay\u0131lmas\u0131 devrimimizin a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 en ciddi kazan\u0131m, att\u0131\u011f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131md\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>E\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k modeli bu geli\u015fmelerin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zemin \u00fczerinde, bunlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlerle donanarak g\u00fcndemimize gelmi\u015ftir. Ve en az bu de\u011ferlerimiz kadar \u00f6nemlidir. <\/p>\n<p>E\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sisteminin esas al\u0131nmas\u0131. Bunun <em>Demokratik Modernitenin<\/em> somutla\u015fan siyaset anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak hayata ge\u00e7irilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur. Acemilikleri olacakt\u0131r, bir emekleme devresi ya\u015fayacakt\u0131r, erkekten-kad\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131, geleneksel k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve kapitalist moderniteden kaynakl\u0131 sorunlarla u\u011fra\u015facakt\u0131r ama bu tarihi ad\u0131m at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu dalga dalga toplumun demokratik k\u00fclt\u00fcre, demokratik zihniyete \u00e7ekilmesinde, bu temelde yeniden in\u015fa edilmesinde demokratik ulusun olu\u015fum s\u00fcrecine damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuran tarihi bir geli\u015fme olarak derinle\u015ferek s\u00fcrecektir. <\/p>\n<p>Engellerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilir ama daha \u015fimdiden \u00f6nemli bir toplumsal kabule ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan toplumu taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilmi\u015ftir. Bu anlam\u0131yla \u00f6nemlidir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc cinsel k\u0131r\u0131lman\u0131n kad\u0131n lehine ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinde at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f tarihi ad\u0131mlardan biri oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist modernite en krizli ve kaotik d\u00f6nemini ya\u015f\u0131yor. Demokratik modernite g\u00fc\u00e7leri ise tarihinde\u00a0 ne yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilir, hatalar\u0131ndan dersler \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f ve hakikate yak\u0131n bir noktada duruyor. Sorunlar\u0131, \u00e7eli\u015fkileri, yetersizlikleri olmakla birlikte sistemin krizli ger\u00e7e\u011fiyle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yine ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yan\u0131lg\u0131l\u0131 durumla k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en derli toplu s\u00fcrecini ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. En iddial\u0131, alternatif ortaya koymada en yarat\u0131c\u0131 d\u00f6nemindedir. <\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu durum kapitalist modernite ile demokratik modernite g\u00fc\u00e7leri aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eli\u015fki ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n da derinle\u015fmesi demektir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc alan\u0131n\u0131 bu \u00e7eli\u015fki ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde en belirleyici ve en sert m\u00fccadelelerin ya\u015fanmakta oldu\u011fu bunun daha da derinle\u015fece\u011fi alan olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kapitalist modernite ile demokratik modernite g\u00fc\u00e7leri aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma en \u00e7ok kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015fmaktad\u0131r ve bu daha da \u015fiddetlenecektir. \u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz budur. <\/p>\n<p>Yine ayn\u0131 bi\u00e7imde sistem d\u0131\u015f\u0131 alternatif aray\u0131\u015flar da en \u00e7ok kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczerinden, kad\u0131n sorunu temelinde \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapmaya, bu soruna yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00fczerinden kendini tan\u0131mlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu da bir di\u011fer \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczd\u00fcr. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan geli\u015fmeler de bu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerimizi do\u011frular niteliktedir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yakla\u015f\u0131m hem kapitalist modernite ile temel \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma konumuzdur, hem de sistem kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 demokratik hareketlerle en temel bulu\u015fma noktam\u0131zd\u0131r. Dikkat edilirse sistem d\u0131\u015f\u0131 t\u00fcm hareketler i\u00e7in kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc en ay\u0131rt edici konudur. Sistem kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 bir hareketin tutarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, e\u015fitlik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck iddias\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131, derinli\u011fi, b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve g\u00fcc\u00fc konusunda da kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yakla\u015f\u0131m temel parametredir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ger\u00e7ek \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Siyasetin de bu \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, onunla direkt ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve bunun \u00fczerinden demokratikle\u015ftirilmesi son derece anlaml\u0131d\u0131r.
