Sorun T\u00fcrk devlet rejiminin kurulu\u015f<br \/>\nfelsefesinde ve akl\u0131ndad\u0131r. Halklar\u0131n imhas\u0131na ve asimilasyonuna dayanan fa\u015fist<br \/>\nrejimin ve bunun me\u015fruluk kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 anayasal zemin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmadan k\u00f6kl\u00fc<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fimlerle a\u015f\u0131lmadan sorunlar tan\u0131mlanamaz ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemez. Sorunlar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nsoyk\u0131r\u0131m rejiminin dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 mantalite, ak\u0131l ve ideolojidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 35.4pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"><span>\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Evrensel Rasyonel Ak\u0131l<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 35.4pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Rasyonel ak\u0131l demek ge\u00e7mi\u015ften ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f<br \/>\ndeneylerden ders \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya olumsuzluklar\u0131 tekrarlamamak<br \/>\ndemektir. Yap\u0131lan i\u015fi en az zararla yapabilmek ve zararlar\u0131 da giderebilmektir.<br \/>\nRasyonel ak\u0131l demek hatal\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rebilmek ve ayn\u0131 hatalara girmemek<br \/>\ndemektir. Rasyonel ak\u0131l demek yeni mant\u0131kl\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlere a\u00e7\u0131k olmak demektir. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Rasyonel devlet akl\u0131 demek k\u0131rk y\u0131ld\u0131r<br \/>\ndenenmi\u015f ve sonu\u00e7 almam\u0131\u015f \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma, sava\u015f ve y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak<br \/>\nyeni \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm y\u00f6ntemlerine imk\u00e2n sunmak demektir. Rasyonel devlet akl\u0131 demek<br \/>\ntoplumu \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcten, krizlere yol a\u00e7an \u015fiddet sarmal\u0131na son vererek demokratik<br \/>\nsiyasal y\u00f6ntemlere olanak sunmak demektir. Rasyonel ak\u0131l demek \u00e7\u00f6km\u00fc\u015f teoriyi<br \/>\nb\u0131rakmak ve yenisine y\u00f6nelmek demektir. Rasyonel ak\u0131l demek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm demektir,<br \/>\nmakul olan\u0131 se\u00e7mektir, birden \u00e7ok olur\u2019a \u015fans vermektir. Rasyonel ak\u0131l demek<br \/>\ndo\u011fru tan\u0131mlarla, do\u011fru olgularla ve mant\u0131ksal analizlerle sorunlar\u0131 tahlil ve<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fc olmak demektir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 35.4pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Evrende hi\u00e7bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma veya sava\u015f<br \/>\nsonsuz de\u011fildir. Kaos eninde sonunda bir dengeye yani bir stat\u00fcye kavu\u015fur. Hegel<br \/>\ndevleti toplumsal \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyici bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak denge yani stat\u00fc<br \/>\nkonumuna oturtur. Kaos karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k ve rasyonelitenin bir sisteme ve dengeye<br \/>\nkavu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman\u0131 tan\u0131mlar. Y\u00f6netim, d\u00fczen ve stat\u00fc ise kaostan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131, ortak<br \/>\ndengeye ve akla ula\u015fmak demektir. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Birinci do\u011fa denen olguda da bu durumu \u00e7ok<br \/>\nyayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6zlemleyebiliriz. Canl\u0131lar aras\u0131 s\u00fcreklile\u015fmi\u015f bir sava\u015f<br \/>\nveya t\u00fcmden yok etme diyalekti\u011fi yoktur. Yok etme bir istisnad\u0131r. Simbiyotik<br \/>\nbir ili\u015fki tarz\u0131 ile tez-antitez ve sentez geli\u015fim diyalekti\u011fiyle birbirinden<br \/>\nbeslenme ve bir dengede seyretme hali esast\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda bir uzla\u015fma ve bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm<br \/>\nhalidir. E\u011fer do\u011fada aslanla\u015fma -yani sadece etoburluk- h\u00e2kim olsayd\u0131 di\u011fer<br \/>\ncanl\u0131lar\u0131n t\u00fckenmesi gerekirdi. O zaman da aslan\u0131n da -etoburlu\u011fun- soyunun<br \/>\nt\u00fckenmesi s\u00f6z konusu olurdu. Tersine aslanlar olmasayd\u0131 do\u011fada bir s\u0131\u011f\u0131rla\u015fma<br \/>\n-ot oburluk- ger\u00e7ekle\u015firdi ki bu da bir\u00e7ok bitki t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yok olmas\u0131na ve canl\u0131<br \/>\nt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn de anlams\u0131zla\u015fmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanacakt\u0131. Birbirini yok etmeyen ve dengeleyen<br \/>\nbir evren akl\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ediyoruz. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Bu evrenin<br \/>\nrasyonel akl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 35.4pt\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u201cDogmatik<br \/>\nMarksizm d\u00f6neminde tez ve antitez toplumda yok etme bi\u00e7iminde yorumland\u0131. Bu<br \/>\ntarz bir yorum asl\u0131nda yap\u0131lan en temel teorik yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klardan biridir.<br \/>\nBiyoloji basta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm bilimlerde g\u00f6zlenen \u00f6zellik, olgular\u0131n geli\u015fim<br \/>\nve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerinde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 besleyici yan\u0131n \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Yok etmeye<br \/>\nbenzer durumlar istisnaidir. H\u00e2kim olan, tez ve antitez konular\u0131n\u0131n birbirini<br \/>\nbeslemesidir. Bunun en sade ifadesi c\u0327ocuk-anne ikilemidir. \u00c7ocuk, ana ile \u00e7eli\u015fki<br \/>\nhalinde geli\u015fir. Ama bundan \u00e7ocuk anay\u0131 yok ediyor yorumunu \u00e7\u0131karamay\u0131z. Olsa<br \/>\nolsa kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme ile neslin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir. U\u00e7\u0327<br \/>\nbir nokta y\u0131lan-fare ikilemidir. Burada bile olan, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 fare \u00fcreyi\u015fi ile y\u0131lan\u0131n<br \/>\nender \u00fcreyi\u015fi aras\u0131nda dengenin korunmas\u0131d\u0131r. Belki de y\u0131lan olmazsa fareler<br \/>\ndinozorlardan daha ezici tahrip rol\u00fc oynarlard\u0131. Do\u011fadaki varl\u0131klar\u0131n anlams\u0131z olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br \/>\nhepsinin belli bir ekolojik anlam\u0131 oldu\u011fu her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nAma yine de \u2018uc\u0327 nokta\u2019, \u2018mutlak s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u2019 kavram\u0131 \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir kesitte en<br \/>\naz\u0131ndan kavram olarak ge\u00e7erli olabilir. Temel do\u011fa yasas\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k<br \/>\nbi\u00e7iminde geli\u015fti\u011fi art\u0131k t\u00fcm bilimlerin fark etti\u011fi bir \u00f6zelliktir. Denge tam anlam\u0131yla bir bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 ifade etmez. Yar\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f anlam\u0131na da<br \/>\ngelen bu durum yeni bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kadar ge\u00e7ici bir uzla\u015fma anlam\u0131ndad\u0131r. Uzla\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nsa\u011flayan iktidar ve toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7ler aras\u0131ndaki siyasal, ideolojik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel<br \/>\nbir m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrer. Politik uzla\u015f\u0131 ve denge sa\u011flansa da s\u0131n\u0131fsal ve ideolojik<br \/>\nsava\u015f devam eder. Yani toplumsal do\u011fada t\u00fcmden yok edece\u011fim ben bask\u0131n olaca\u011f\u0131m,<br \/>\ntek \u0131rk yarataca\u011f\u0131m, tek renk olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131m demek fa\u015fizm olarak tan\u0131mlanan ve<br \/>\ntoplumsal yasalara ayk\u0131r\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u0131k\u0131mlara yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f bir sapk\u0131nl\u0131kt\u0131r. Fa\u015fizm<br \/>\ninsan akl\u0131n\u0131n birinci ve ikinci do\u011fa ger\u00e7e\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak insan akl\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nsapmas\u0131 ve sapk\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Birinci ve ikinci do\u011falar \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve<br \/>\nfarkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131yla vard\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle toplumsal do\u011fan\u0131n temel \u00f6zelli\u011fi farkl\u0131l\u0131k<br \/>\ni\u00e7inde \u00e7okluk bi\u00e7imde bir arada ya\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r. Demokrasi denen toplumsal sistem<br \/>\nkayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 buradan al\u0131r. Hitler fa\u015fizm milyonlarca Yahudi\u2019yi soyk\u0131r\u0131mdan<br \/>\nge\u00e7irmekle yok etmedi, Ortado\u011fu\u2019da en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc halk ve devlet d\u00fczeyine getirmi\u015f<br \/>\noldu. T\u00fcrk devletinin K\u00fcrtleri t\u00fcmden yok etme, k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fc kaz\u0131ma istemi ve amac\u0131 da<br \/>\nbenzerdir. Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 yok etmek isterken G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan stat\u00fcs\u00fc olu\u015ftu.<br \/>\nG\u00fcney ve Rojava\u2019y\u0131 yok etmek isterken Demokratik Kuzey ve Do\u011fu Suriye sistemi olu\u015ftu.<br \/>\nT\u00fcmden yok etme isteminin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir yandan da t\u00fcmden var k\u0131lmakt\u0131r. Yok<br \/>\nedemedi\u011fini var edersin. <span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yok<br \/>\netmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n toplumsal do\u011fad\u0131r. Toplumsal do\u011fan\u0131n refleksi, akl\u0131, \u00f6z<br \/>\nsavunmas\u0131 ve kendini var k\u0131lma, s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme ve \u00e7o\u011faltma rasyonelitesi vard\u0131r. \u00d6nlenemez<br \/>\nve yok edilemez bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck do\u011fas\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u00dcreme (\u00c7o\u011falma), beslenme, (kendini<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcrme) ve korunma (\u00f6z savunma) ilkeleri hem birinci hem de ikinci do\u011fada<br \/>\nge\u00e7erli olan temel ya\u015fam ilkeleridir. Yok etmek istenen varl\u0131klar, varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini korumak i\u00e7in en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde \u00e7abalar ve m\u00fccadele i\u00e7ine<br \/>\ngirerler. Kendilerini yayar ve evrenselle\u015ftirirler. K\u00fcrt sorunu ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da<br \/>\nevrensel bir boyut kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha yerel d\u00fczeydeyken yok edilemeyen K\u00fcrt halk<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekli\u011fi bundan sonra asla yok edilemezdir. Bunu anlayacak bir rasyonel<br \/>\ndevlet akl\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devletinin yoksun oldu\u011fu \u015fey budur. PKK<br \/>\n\u00d6nderli\u011fi bunu yaratmaya ve kavratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. PKK \u00d6nderli\u011fi T\u00fcrk devlet<br \/>\nakl\u0131na: \u201cYanl\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz, bu ak\u0131lc\u0131 de\u011fil, ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olanda \u0131srar<br \/>\nederseniz hem kendiniz hem de halklara kaybettireceksiniz, daha b\u00fcy\u00fck kay\u0131plara<br \/>\nve ac\u0131lara yol a\u00e7acaks\u0131n\u0131z \u201cdemekte ve devleti ak\u0131lc\u0131 davranmaya yani rasyonel<br \/>\nolmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. <span>\u00a0<\/span>S\u00fcrekli \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve<br \/>\nsava\u015f hali maddi ve manevi olarak toplumsal de\u011ferleri t\u00fcketen bir duruma<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden taraflar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 tavizler vererek bir noktada uzla\u015fmas\u0131 em<br \/>\nmant\u0131kl\u0131 olan\u0131d\u0131r. Rasyonel ak\u0131l denen \u015fey budur. D\u00fcnyada bu t\u00fcr sorunlar\u0131<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerin genelde ba\u015fvurduklar\u0131 bu y\u00f6ntem olmu\u015ftur. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify text-indent: 35.4pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">PKK \u00d6nderli\u011fi topluma zarar veren \u00f6l\u00fcp-\u00f6ld\u00fcrme<br \/>\nikilemi yerine ya\u015fa ve ya\u015fat ikilemini h\u00e2kim k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, bunun i\u00e7in<br \/>\nistikrar ya da uzla\u015fma metodunu \u00f6neriyor. Demokratik anaysa ve hukuk<br \/>\nolgular\u0131yla bir uzla\u015fma zemini yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu uzla\u015fma olgusu iki g\u00fc\u00e7 aras\u0131nda<br \/>\nge\u00e7ici bir denge anlam\u0131na gelecektir. Bu zeminde istikrar, s\u00fck\u00fbnet ve yar\u0131<br \/>\nbar\u0131\u015f hali olu\u015facakt\u0131r. Tam bar\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. T\u00fcmden bir uzla\u015fma ve<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelesizlik de\u011fildir. Bu durumda da iki g\u00fc\u00e7 aras\u0131nda \u0130\u00e7 i\u00e7e entelekt\u00fcel,<br \/>\npolitik ve ahlaki m\u00fccadele daha etkili olarak s\u00fcrecektir. Buna ideolojik,<br \/>\nsiyasal, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel m\u00fccadele diyebiliriz. Daha yal\u0131n bir ifadeyle bu<br \/>\nm\u00fccadeleyi sosyalist ideolojimizin temeli olan s\u0131n\u0131f ve cins m\u00fccadelesi olarak<br \/>\ntan\u0131mlayabiliriz. Kal\u0131c\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7ler ile ezen ve s\u00f6m\u00fcren egemen<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7ler aras\u0131nda \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve sava\u015fa neden olan gerek\u00e7elerin <em>ve onlar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olan ko\u015fullar\u0131n <\/em>t\u00fcmden ortadan<br \/>\nkalkmas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur ki buda uzun bir s\u00fcre gerektirir. <em>\u201cBar\u0131\u015f, \u2018istikrar\u2019 durumu olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan d\u00fczen tarz\u0131d\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\nd\u00fczlemde her iki g\u00fcc\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00fczeylerde aralar\u0131nda kurduklar\u0131 bir denge durumu<br \/>\nmevcuttur. S\u00fcrekli sava\u015f \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve gerginlik durumu, toplumun<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirli\u011fini tehlikeye atar. Taraflar s\u00fcrekli tehlike, sava\u015f hali<br \/>\ndurumunu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na uygun bulmayabilirler. Aralar\u0131nda<br \/>\n\u00e7e\u015fitli konsens\u00fcslerle -uzla\u015fmalar- bir \u2018bar\u0131\u015f ve istikrar\u2019 pakt\u0131nda uzla\u015fmaya<br \/>\ngiderler.
