Bir yandan bu yay\u0131lma isteklerinin kurumsal altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 incelerken<br \/>\nresmi bu y\u00f6ndeki pratiklerine de de\u011finece\u011fiz.<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span>TC\u2019nin s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci e\u011filimlerini<br \/>\n\u015fekillendi\u011fi devlet gelene\u011fi \u00fczerinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ele alamay\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 20.y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n<br \/>\nba\u015f\u0131nda emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin dizayn\u0131 ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan T\u00fcrk devleti ayn\u0131 zamanda<br \/>\nbinlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k bir devlet gelene\u011fi birikimini i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yordu. TC\u2019nin<br \/>\nbi\u00e7imleni\u015finde bu fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nemli bir rol\u00fc oldu. Bu bak\u0131mdan TC\u2019nin tarih<br \/>\nboyunca geni\u015fleme giri\u015fimlerini ele al\u0131rken \u00f6ncellikle T\u00fcrk devlet gelene\u011fini<br \/>\nan\u0131msamal\u0131y\u0131z. Bu yay\u0131lma istekleri ile milliyet\u00e7ilikte kutsal bir tabu olarak<br \/>\nsunulan vatan olgusunun nas\u0131l ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da irdeleyece\u011fiz. Bu zemin<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden birka\u00e7 ba\u015fl\u0131k ile TC\u2019nin tarihi boyunca topraklar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletme<br \/>\ngiri\u015fimlerini de ele alaca\u011f\u0131z.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Ya\u011fmac\u0131, \u0130\u015fgalci T\u00fcrk Devlet Gelene\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Devlet\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temel<br \/>\ndinami\u011fi tekelle\u015fme \u00fczerinden ilerler. Hem sermayenin hem de iktidar\u0131n<br \/>\ntekelle\u015fmesi bu uygarl\u0131k sisteminin temel ak\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemidir. Yani bir yandan<br \/>\ntoplumun eme\u011fi s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken ve maddi birikim sa\u011flan\u0131rken di\u011fer taraftan zora<br \/>\ndayal\u0131 iktidar tarz\u0131n\u0131n birikimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Asl\u0131nda devletin bir iktidar<br \/>\nbirikimi \u015feklinde tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f olmaz. Bu sistemin kendini<br \/>\nme\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rabilmesi bu birikim \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde hareket etmesi sayesinde geli\u015fir. <\/p>\n<p> Devlet\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 uygarl\u0131k \u00f6zleri<br \/>\nayn\u0131 ama \u015fekilleri ve bi\u00e7imleri de\u011fi\u015fen devletlerden olu\u015fur. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan tek bir<br \/>\ndevlet olgusu fakat \u00e7e\u015fitli devlet modelleri vard\u0131r. Uygarl\u0131k \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde uzun<br \/>\nd\u00f6nem tarih ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda devletin ortak \u00e7ekirde\u011fi belirgin olurken daha k\u0131sa<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemler incelemeye tabi tutuldu\u011funda \u00f6zg\u00fcn yanlar a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Fakat<br \/>\nbiriken y\u00f6netim tarzlar\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar devlet gelenekleri \u015feklinde<br \/>\nayr\u0131mlarla incelenebilir. Ku\u015fkusuz egemen s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n karakterinden ideolojik<br \/>\nara\u00e7lara ya da d\u00fcnya sistemindeki konumuna kadar bir devletin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, \u015feklini<br \/>\nbelirleyen bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r vard\u0131r. Fakat bu devlet gelene\u011finin \u00f6nemli bir etken<br \/>\nolmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmez. Bu temelde esas olarak co\u011frafi devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n etkili oldu\u011fu<br \/>\ndevlet gelenekleri vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u00c7in\u2019de bu gelene\u011fin belirleyici y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\nrahatl\u0131kla g\u00f6zlemleyebiliyoruz. <\/p>\n<p> \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n devlet ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ng\u00fcnden bu yana ayn\u0131 zamanda \u201csava\u015f  olgusuyla y\u00fczle\u015fmek zorunda kal\u0131yor. Keza<br \/>\ndevlet mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaten sava\u015f \u00fczerine kuruludur. \u0130kili bir sava\u015f  ilki kendi<br \/>\negemenli\u011findeki insanlar \u00fczerinde uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zor ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ikincisi iktidar<br \/>\nalan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmek i\u00e7in uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u0131\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f. Toplumu s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc<br \/>\nmekanizmalar\u0131 ile kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131rken bu s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcden elde etti\u011fi kazanc\u0131<br \/>\ns\u00fcrekli art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in topraklar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmek ister. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan do\u011frudan i\u015fgali<br \/>\nhedefleyen sava\u015flar devletli uygarl\u0131\u011fa i\u00e7kin bir durumdur. Tarihteki baz\u0131<br \/>\ndevletler esas geli\u015fimlerini bu talan ve ya\u011fma sava\u015flar\u0131 \u00fczerinden<br \/>\n\u015fekillendirmi\u015flerdir. Her ne kadar kapitalizm \u00f6ncesi devletlerin \u00e7o\u011funda bu<br \/>\ni\u015fleyi\u015f h\u00e2kim olsa da baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerdeki devletlerin yeg\u00e2ne bi\u00e7imleni\u015fi budur.<br \/>\n\u0130mparatorluklar\u0131n bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fi olmakla birlikte buna \u00f6rnek<br \/>\ng\u00f6sterilebilir. T\u00fcrk devlet gelene\u011fini bu s\u00fcrekli yay\u0131lmaya ve al\u0131nan hara\u00e7<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden kendini ya\u015fatan imparatorluk d\u00fczleminde de\u011ferlendirebiliriz. <\/p>\n<p> Fakat \u00f6ncellikle \u201cT\u00fcrk devlet<br \/>\ngelene\u011fi  kavram\u0131n\u0131n asl\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok \u00e7arp\u0131tmay\u0131 i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek<br \/>\ngerekir. Bu \u00e7arp\u0131tmalardan ilki devletlerin bir halk\u0131n ya da ulusun olamayaca\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fidir. Yani T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n bir devleti yoktur, hi\u00e7 olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrk egemen<br \/>\ntekellerinin y\u00f6netti\u011fi devletler vard\u0131r. Baz\u0131 devletlerini y\u00f6neticileri<br \/>\nT\u00fcrk\u2019t\u00fcr ama o devlet halk\u0131n ya da ulusun de\u011fildir. Devletin i\u015flevi halk\u0131 ya da<br \/>\nulusu korumak ya geli\u015ftirmek de de\u011fildir. Devletin i\u015flevi toplumun egemenlik<br \/>\nalt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesidir. Devlet egemenlerin sistemlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme ve<br \/>\nkoruma arac\u0131d\u0131r. Yoksa bir b\u00fct\u00fcnen ulusun devleti olmaz. Kald\u0131 ki zaten bu<br \/>\niddia kapitalist modernite d\u00f6neminde ulus devlet ba\u011flam\u0131nda ideolojik<br \/>\nnedenlerle \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr, \u00f6ncesinde hi\u00e7bir devlet kendini bir ulusun devleti<br \/>\nolarak tan\u0131mlamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu Osmanl\u0131 devleti i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011fu gibi \u00f6rne\u011fin Frank<br \/>\nKrall\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de bu \u015fekildedir. Ulus devlet mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendini ulusun devleti<br \/>\nolarak sunarken tarihi de bu \u015fekilde yanl\u0131\u015f aktar\u0131r. TC\u2019nin kendisi gibi eski<br \/>\ndevletlerin de T\u00fcrk devleti oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131 bu a\u00e7\u0131dan temelsizdir.<em> <\/em>\u0130kincisi bu adland\u0131rma ile i\u015faret<br \/>\nedilen T\u00fcrk egemenlerin \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir devlet tarz\u0131 yoktur. Yani T\u00fcrk egemenleri<br \/>\ntarih boyunca y\u00f6nettikleri devletlerde \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir tarz oturtmu\u015f de\u011fillerdir. Ne<br \/>\nb\u00f6yle bir yetenekleri ne de b\u00f6yle bir yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Tarih boyunca<br \/>\nyapt\u0131klar\u0131 da zorla ele ge\u00e7irdikleri devletlerin tarz\u0131n\u0131 uygulamakt\u0131r, yoksa<br \/>\nyeni bir sentez yaratm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildirler. Ku\u015fkusuz k\u0131smi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar<br \/>\nyaratm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r ama bu \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir sistem anlam\u0131na gelmez. Mesela Anglo-Sakson<br \/>\ndevlet gelene\u011finden ya da bir d\u00f6neme kadar M\u0131s\u0131r devlet gelene\u011finden bahsetmek<br \/>\nm\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr ve bu bize kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemi kullanma olana\u011f\u0131 verir. Fakat T\u00fcrk<br \/>\ndevlet gelene\u011fi ifadesi b\u00f6yle ara\u015ft\u0131rma olanaklar\u0131 vermez, t\u0131pk\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fin<br \/>\n\u0130talyan devlet gelene\u011fi kavram\u0131 gibi. <em><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Buna kar\u015f\u0131n T\u00fcrk devlet gelene\u011fi ifadesini<br \/>\nkullanmak bu sak\u0131ncalarla beraber bize T\u00fcrk \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n devleti y\u00f6netme<br \/>\ntarz\u0131na ili\u015fkin biriktirdikleri ilkeleri g\u00f6rme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flar.<br \/>\nBa\u015fta da belirtti\u011fimiz gibi y\u00f6netim birikimi devletlerin yap\u0131s\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a<br \/>\netkilidir. Bu bak\u0131\u015fla T\u00fcrk devlet gelene\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fclen baz\u0131 ilkelerden<br \/>\nbahsedebiliriz.<em><span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p> Daha \u00f6nceleri de T\u00fcrk egemenlerin<br \/>\ndevlet olu\u015fumlar\u0131na gitti\u011fi g\u00f6zlemlenebilirse de esas \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u0130slamiyet\u2019i<br \/>\nkabul etmeleri ile beraber yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. T\u00fcrkmen<br \/>\nkabilelerindeki ahlaki ve politik \u00f6zle s\u00fcrekli \u00e7at\u0131\u015farak bu devletle\u015fme ortaya<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kar. Orta Asya\u2019dan \u00f6nce Yak\u0131n Do\u011fu\u2019ya ard\u0131ndan Ortado\u011fu\u2019da egemen olan<br \/>\ndevletler kuran T\u00fcrk elitleri askeri g\u00fcc\u00fcne dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7ebe T\u00fcrkmen a\u015firet<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden uzakla\u015farak \u00f6ncelikle yo\u011funca Pers devlet gelene\u011finden etkilenmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nO d\u00f6nemki devletlerde Fars ektisi devletin dilinden y\u00f6netim \u015fekline kadar<br \/>\nolduk\u00e7a belirgindir<span style=\"color: black\">. Ayr\u0131ca bu<br \/>\ngelene\u011fin transferinde \u00fcnl\u00fc Sel\u00e7uklu veziri Niz\u00e2m\u00fclm\u00fclk simgesel olarak da<br \/>\nzihinsel birikimin aktar\u0131lmas\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli bir rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 8pt line-height: 107% color: black\">1<\/span><span style=\"color: black\">. T\u00fcrk egemenlerinin devletleri K\u00fcrdistan<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden Bizans \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun egemen oldu\u011fu topraklara do\u011fru geli\u015ftik\u00e7e bu<br \/>\niki ana imparatorluk gelene\u011finden daha fazla etkilendi. Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu<br \/>\nise bu iki gelene\u011fin do\u011frudan kal\u0131t\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yd\u0131. <\/span><\/p>\n<p> \u0130mparatorluklar\u0131n y\u00f6netim sanat\u0131<br \/>\ntransfer edilen b\u00fcrokrasi sayesinde elde edilirken iktidar\u0131n biny\u0131ll\u0131k yozlu\u011fu<br \/>\nda i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmektedir. Bu devlet tarz\u0131n\u0131n kendini dayand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel<br \/>\nmotivasyon yay\u0131lmac\u0131l\u0131k ve sava\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130mparatorluk ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcrse y\u00f6netici<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 ve k\u00e2r\u0131 o denli b\u00fcy\u00fcr. \u201cFetih  ve \u201cCihad  gibi kavramlarla<br \/>\ndini bir sos verilerek \u0130slamiyet kullan\u0131lsa bile halklar\u0131n hem sava\u015flarda<br \/>\nk\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem de yo\u011fun bir s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye tabi tutuldu\u011fu Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fc de bu s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc<br \/>\nsistemidir. Askeri ve sivil b\u00fcrokrasinin egemen oldu\u011fu bu devlet tarz\u0131 TC\u2019ye<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrken yeni y\u00f6neticilerin zihin d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce y\u00f6netilen b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\ntopraklar ve s\u00fcrekli yay\u0131lma iste\u011fi temel bir rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcnlerde dile<br \/>\ngetirilen Osmanl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k hayalleri T\u00fcrk y\u00f6neticilerinin egemenlik \u00f6zlemleri ile<br \/>\nilgilidir ve TC tarihinden \u00f6rneklerle de g\u00f6rebilece\u011fimiz gibi AKP-MHP fa\u015fizmine<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fc de\u011fildir. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmeyen ve demokrasiye duyarl\u0131 hale gelmeyen devletin s\u00fcrekli<br \/>\ndaha b\u00fcy\u00fck devlet r\u00fcyalar\u0131 g\u00f6rece\u011fi ve imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 d\u00e2hilinde bu iste\u011fi<br \/>\npratikle\u015ftirmeyi isteyece\u011fi de kesindir. <\/p>\n<p> <strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>T\u00fcrk Milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finde \u201cVatan <\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Kapitalist modernitenin ulus<br \/>\ndevlet sisteminde kutsalla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kavramlardan biri \u201cvatan  kavram\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrk<br \/>\nmilliyet\u00e7ili\u011finde hem yay\u0131lma iste\u011finin temel al\u0131nmas\u0131 hem de s\u00fcrekli verili<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131rlar tan\u0131mlanan \u201cvatan \u0131 kutsanmas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr bir \u00e7eli\u015fkidir. \u00d6yle ya \u015fimdi<br \/>\nki topraklar \u201ckutsalsa  ve \u201ckanla  vatan haline getirildiyse neden yeni \u201ckutsal<br \/>\nolmayan  topraklar istensin ki? Kanla her toprak kutsal vatan\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131<br \/>\nhaline getirilebilecekse s\u0131n\u0131r neresidir? T\u00fcm d\u00fcnya kanla kazan\u0131lacak<br \/>\npotansiyel vatan olabiliyorsa \u015fimdiki topraklar\u0131n \u00f6nemi nedir? Bu \u00e7eli\u015fkiye<br \/>\nd\u00f6nmeden \u00f6nce vatan kavram\u0131 \u00fczerinde durmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p> Vatan kavram\u0131 toplumlar ve<br \/>\nhalklar i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir etmendir. Halklar\u0131n, toplumlar\u0131n olu\u015f mek\u00e2nlar\u0131<br \/>\nolarak ele almak gerekir. \u201cVatans\u0131z , \u201cWelats\u0131z  b\u0131rak\u0131lmak istenen K\u00fcrtler<br \/>\ni\u00e7in bunun \u00f6nemi \u00e7ok rahat anla\u015f\u0131labilir. Ulus-devletin s\u0131n\u0131r anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, s\u00f6zde vatan\u0131<br \/>\nnas\u0131l korudu\u011funun g\u00f6stergesi olarak bir k\u00fclt, bir ibadet gibi i\u015flenir. \u00d6z\u00fcnde<br \/>\nise, en geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve genelle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir m\u00fclkiyet s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. M\u00fclkiyetin en<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirilmi\u015f bi\u00e7imidir  bir tarlan\u0131n etraf\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7itlenmesiyle ba\u015flayan m\u00fclkiyet<br \/>\ntarihinin vard\u0131\u011f\u0131 en son a\u015famad\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131rlar o kadar kat\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131r ki, s\u00f6zde bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nu\u011fruna sava\u015flar verilir. Sava\u015flar verilir, ama bu sava\u015flar halk\u0131n, ulusun<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 u\u011fruna de\u011fil, i\u00e7erdikleri azami k\u00e2r potansiyeli nedeniyle verilir.<br \/>\nUlus-devlet s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ne denli kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa, o denli azami k\u00e2r sa\u011fl\u0131yor<br \/>\ndemektir. <\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"margin-right: 21.25pt text-align: justify\">Yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z son<br \/>\nal\u0131nt\u0131 ise vatana nas\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6sterir:<\/p>\n<p class=\" \" style=\"margin: 0cm 21.25pt 8pt 35.4pt text-align: justify\"><em>\u201cDemokratik ulus vatan\u0131 de\u011ferli sayar, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ulus zihniyeti ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc<br \/>\ni\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir imk\u00e2nd\u0131r  <span>\u00a0<\/span>an\u0131s\u0131nda yer<br \/>\nalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zihniyet ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Vatan\u0131 abartmamak da \u00f6nemlidir. \u201cHer \u015fey vatan i\u00e7in<br \/>\nanlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 fa\u015fist bir ulus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r. Her \u015feyin \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir topluma<br \/>\nve demokratik bir ulusa adanmas\u0131 daha anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. Bunu da tap\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fczeyine<br \/>\ngetirmemek gerekir. As\u0131l olan, ya\u015fam\u0131n de\u011ferli k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. Vatan bir ideal<br \/>\nde\u011fildir, ulus ve birey ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7in sadece bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r. <\/em><\/p>\n<p> T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin t\u00fcm<br \/>\nt\u00fcrevleri yay\u0131lma iste\u011fi ile maluld\u00fcr. Bu ister dini k\u0131l\u0131fla isterse \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 motiflerle<br \/>\nsunulsun sonu\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmez. Ulus devletin egemen s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n ve y\u00f6netici kli\u011fin<br \/>\nideolojisi olarak milliyet\u00e7ilik s\u00fcrekli pazar\u0131n\u0131 ve iktidar alanlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak<br \/>\nister. S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcden dev\u015firdikleri k\u00e2r\u0131 art\u0131rma amac\u0131 bu yay\u0131lma iste\u011finin temel<br \/>\ns\u00fctunudur. Yay\u0131lma alanlar\u0131nda halk\u0131n fiziksel ve zihinsel soyk\u0131r\u0131ma tabi<br \/>\ntutulmas\u0131 da bu iste\u011fin do\u011fal sonucudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 bu \u015fekilde garanti<br \/>\nalt\u0131na almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin zihin d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n derinlemesine<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeden bu yay\u0131lma iste\u011finin \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc esas alan bir ruh haline<br \/>\ndayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. \u201cBir T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyaya bedeldir  vecizesinde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz<br \/>\nbu hayali tan\u0131mlama T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin in\u015fa zeminidir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p> T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin kurucu<br \/>\n\u00e7ekirde\u011fini en a\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz nokta Turan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesidir. Turan\u2019\u0131n neresi<br \/>\noldu\u011funa ve burada kimlerin ya\u015fama hakk\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funa dair milliyet\u00e7i<br \/>\nmetinler ortak bir a\u00e7\u0131klama getirmez. T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin dilindeki vatan<br \/>\nkand\u0131rmacadan ibarettir. Onlar i\u00e7in vatan kendi s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve soyk\u0131r\u0131m<br \/>\nd\u00fczenleridir. K\u00fcrt soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamak i\u00e7in ya da kendi menfaatleri i\u00e7in<br \/>\nvermeyecekleri toprak da, taviz de yoktur. Nitekim T\u00fcrk Devleti A\u011fr\u0131 \u0130syan\u0131\u2019nda<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt hareketini imha edebilmek i\u00e7in kutsal topra\u011f\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7bir \u015fey<br \/>\nolmam\u0131\u015f gibi \u0130ran\u2019a b\u0131rakabiliyordu. Fakat bu<br \/>\nr\u00fcyalar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 Devletinin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131yla son buldu. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 \u015fef Enver\u2019in T\u00fcrkistan\u2019da<br \/>\nkuraca\u011f\u0131 orduyla Turan imparatorlu\u011funu kurma amac\u0131yla \u00f6lmesi bu s\u00fcrecin<br \/>\n\u00f6zetidir. <\/p>\n<p> 1919-1923 aras\u0131 \u0130ngiliz<br \/>\nhegemonyas\u0131 ile girilen m\u00fccadele s\u00fcreci asl\u0131nda emperyalizmin verdi\u011fi misyonla<br \/>\nilgilidir. \u00c7eli\u015fki yok de\u011fildir fakat bu \u00e7eli\u015fki \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemez bir \u00e7eli\u015fki<br \/>\nde\u011fildir. TC\u2019nin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 iddialar\u0131n aksine emperyalizme ra\u011fmen de\u011fil,<br \/>\nonun planlamalar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Geli\u015fen K\u00fcrt-T\u00fcrk ittifak\u0131<br \/>\n\u00e7er\u00e7evesinde demokratik bir cumhuriyetin ya\u015fam bulma ihtimali yok de\u011fildir.<br \/>\nFakat K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n d\u00f6rde b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesi sonucunda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 bir devlet<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fidir ve emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin onay\u0131 ve \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 gere\u011fi olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p> Son Osmanl\u0131 meclisinin mu\u011flak<br \/>\nolan Misak-\u0131 Milli karar\u0131 o d\u00f6nem K\u00fcrt ve T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n ortak vatan \u00fczerinde<br \/>\ndemokratik ittifak\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret etmesi anlam\u0131nda olumluydu. O d\u00f6nem sergilenen<br \/>\npolitika bu ittifak \u00e7er\u00e7evesindeydi. T\u00fcrk y\u00f6neticilerinin bu ittifakta ne kadar<br \/>\ni\u00e7ten oldu\u011fu \u00f6nemli de\u011fildi. Sorun yeni devletin ortak bir vatan m\u0131 yoksa<br \/>\nsoyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 bir ulus devlet mi olaca\u011f\u0131yd\u0131. B\u00f6l\u00fcnmemi\u015f bir K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrk<br \/>\nfa\u015fizmi taraf\u0131ndan soyk\u0131r\u0131m sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na hedef olmas\u0131 zordu. Fakat \u00f6ncellikle<br \/>\nFransa ile yap\u0131lan Ankara antla\u015fmas\u0131(1921) ile K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n Rojava par\u00e7as\u0131<br \/>\nb\u0131rak\u0131larak Misak-\u0131 Milliden taviz verildi. Ard\u0131ndan Lozan(1923) ve bu sefer<br \/>\n\u0130ngiltere ile yap\u0131lan Ankara Antla\u015fmas\u0131(1926) ile K\u00fcrdistan d\u00f6rt par\u00e7aya ayr\u0131l\u0131yordu.<br \/>\nNitekim \u0130ttihat ve Terakki\u2019nin soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 zihniyeti TC arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Kuzey<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 K\u00fcrt soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ile T\u00fcrk topra\u011f\u0131 haline getirmek isteyerek s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc.<br \/>\nMadem bu topraklar elde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 homojenle\u015ftirme i\u015flemi bu \u00f6l\u00e7ekte<br \/>\nyap\u0131lmal\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p> Lozan ve Misak-\u0131 Milli\u2019nin<br \/>\nanlamlar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin t\u00fcrevlerince farkl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelerini i\u015faret<br \/>\netmek gerekir. Lozan Antla\u015fmas\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f s\u00f6m\u00fcrge konumuna sokan<br \/>\nbir antla\u015fma oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Bu anlamda<br \/>\nolumsuz ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 do\u011fald\u0131r. Fakat T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin \u00f6nemli bir kesimi de bu<br \/>\nantla\u015fmay\u0131 olumsuz de\u011ferlendirmektedir, fakat farkl\u0131 nedenlerle. Lozan T\u00fcrk<br \/>\nmilliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun nedeni umulandan daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck<br \/>\nbir co\u011frafyaya s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeleridir. Onlar\u0131n derdi bir halk\u0131n binlerce<br \/>\ny\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fclkesinin par\u00e7alanmas\u0131 de\u011fil kendi devletlerinin yani s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc alanlar\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\n-sadece K\u00fcrdistan a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da de\u011fil- k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmesidir. Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zafer olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<br \/>\nLozan asl\u0131nda di\u011fer fa\u015fist ak\u0131mlar i\u00e7in bir yenilgi olarak<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendirilmektedir. Kald\u0131 ki t\u00fcm T\u00fcrk fa\u015fistlerinin bilin\u00e7alt\u0131nda d\u00fcnyaya<br \/>\negemen olmak vard\u0131r, sadece k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir yar\u0131madaya h\u00fckmetmek de\u011fil. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan<br \/>\nyak\u0131n zamanda fa\u015fist Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n bu antla\u015fmay\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseyen beyanlar vermesi<br \/>\nhat\u0131rlanabilir.<span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p> Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin zaman<br \/>\nzaman kendi s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci isteklerine atfen Misak-\u0131 Milliyi g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fini<br \/>\nbiliyoruz. Yukar\u0131da i\u015faret etti\u011fimiz gibi e\u011fer iki halk\u0131n demokratik ittifak\u0131<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden \u015fekillenirse Misak-\u0131 Milli\u2019nin g\u00fcncellenmesi anlaml\u0131 olur. \u00d6nderli\u011fin<br \/>\nzaman zaman Misak-\u0131 Milli\u2019ye at\u0131f yapmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni de budur. T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi ise<br \/>\nMisak-\u0131 Milli\u2019yi mevcut devlet yap\u0131s\u0131 ile s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci emellerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme<br \/>\nmant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00fcndeme getirmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a ili\u015fkin s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci<br \/>\nisteklerine bu b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrkmenleri alet etmeleri niyetlerini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>TC\u2019nin Yay\u0131lma Giri\u015fimleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi kurdu\u011fu<br \/>\ndevletin \u00f6neminin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izebilmek i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrde yay\u0131lma iste\u011finden vazge\u00e7ti\u011fini<br \/>\nvurgulad\u0131. Kaybedilen topraklar ifadesi bile sak\u0131n\u0131lan bir kavram haline<br \/>\ngetirildi. Esas vatan buras\u0131yd\u0131. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan Anadolu\u2019nun esas T\u00fcrk vatan\u0131<br \/>\noldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlamak i\u00e7in s\u00f6zde tarih teorileri(Hititler ve S\u00fcmerler T\u00fcrk\u2019t\u00fcr<br \/>\ngibi) uyduruldu. Misak-\u0131 Milli g\u00f6rmezden gelindi<span style=\"font-size: 8pt line-height: 107%\">4<\/span>. Turan ise \u00f6telenen bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce konumuna getirildi,<br \/>\ncumhuriyetin kurulu\u015fundan itibaren \u00f6nde gelen Turanc\u0131lar bile bu fikirlerden<br \/>\ncayd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ilan ettiler. Bu topraklar mecbur kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011fil, zaten<br \/>\nvatan oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in devletin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 gibi g\u00f6sterildi. Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi d\u0131\u015f<br \/>\npolitikada her \u015feyden \u00f6nce ger\u00e7ek\u00e7iydi. Fakat bu sadece Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin<br \/>\nkendini y\u00fcceltmesinin bir arac\u0131yd\u0131 ve y\u00fczeyseldi. F\u0131rsatlar olu\u015ftu\u011funda<br \/>\ntopraklar geni\u015flemeliydi. Mant\u0131k biny\u0131llardan beri ayn\u0131yd\u0131  ne kadar \u00e7ok toprak<br \/>\no kadar k\u00f6le ve bir o kadar k\u00e2r.<\/p>\n<p> <strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>HATAY <\/strong><\/p>\n<p> TC kuruldu\u011fundan 15 y\u0131l ge\u00e7tikten<br \/>\nsonra f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n olu\u015ftu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc ve g\u00fcneydeki \u0130skenderun Sanca\u011f\u0131 egemenlik<br \/>\nalt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7ildi. Topraklar\u0131n geni\u015flemesi umudunu yaratan<br \/>\ndurum 2.D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131na do\u011fru giden krizdi. Hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7ler yeni bir payla\u015f\u0131m<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelesine girerken as\u0131l ilgilerini Avrupa\u2019ya \u00e7evirmi\u015flerdi. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede<br \/>\nOrtado\u011fu\u2019daki manda y\u00f6netimleri 1930\u2019lar\u0131n ortas\u0131ndan itibaren yerini uydu<br \/>\ndevletlere b\u0131rak\u0131yordu. Fransa\u2019da bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede Suriye\u2019den \u00e7ekilme karar\u0131 verdi.<br \/>\nTam da bu noktada TC devleti devreye girdi ve b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrkleri gerek\u00e7e<br \/>\ng\u00f6stererek bu b\u00f6lge \u00fczerinde hak iddia etti.<\/p>\n<p> Milletler Cemiyetinde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan<br \/>\nsoruna bulunan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm b\u00f6lgenin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir devlet olmas\u0131yd\u0131. T\u00fcrk \u00d6zel Sava\u015f<br \/>\nmensuplar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun \u00e7abalar\u0131yla 1938\u2019de kurulan bu devlete \u201cHatay  ismi<br \/>\nverildi. Bu o d\u00f6neme kadar duyulmam\u0131\u015f bir isimdi. Oysa b\u00f6lgede Antakya gibi<br \/>\nbiny\u0131llar\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u015fehri vard\u0131, daha \u00f6tesi y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r b\u00f6lge \u0130skenderun sanca\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nolarak biliniyordu. Fakat bu iki isimle T\u00fcrkl\u00fck aras\u0131nda ili\u015fki kurmak \u00e7ok<br \/>\nzordu. Bu yerle\u015fik isimler devletin ad\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmad\u0131. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Bu isim yukar\u0131da da bahsetti\u011fimiz uydurulmu\u015f<br \/>\ntarih tezleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde T\u00fcrklerin atas\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterilen ve bir zamanlar bu<br \/>\nb\u00f6lgede devlet kurmu\u015f olan Hititlerden esinle icat edilmi\u015fti. <span>\u00a0<\/span>\u201cHatay  isminin kendisi bile bu \u00e7aban\u0131n<br \/>\ni\u00e7y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ve bu devletin gelece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyordu. Nitekim bir y\u0131l sonra yap\u0131lan<br \/>\nbir oldubitti ile Hatay TC s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan eden<br \/>\ndevletin t\u00fcm organlar\u0131 TC\u2019nin denetimindeydi. Hatay devletinin meclis<br \/>\n\u00fcyelerinin \u00e7o\u011fu do\u011frudan TC taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015fti. Ve i\u015fte bu meclis TC<br \/>\nile birle\u015fme karar\u0131 ald\u0131. S\u00f6zde biny\u0131llard\u0131r T\u00fcrk yurdu olan bir toprak daha<br \/>\nvatana kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu TC devletinin i\u015fgalci ge\u00e7mi\u015fine ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zellikle<br \/>\nOrtado\u011fu devletlerine ve halklar\u0131na g\u00f6stermi\u015fti. Aradan ge\u00e7en 80 seneye kar\u015f\u0131n<br \/>\nbu olay b\u00f6lge halklar\u0131n\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131nda hala canl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> \u00d6te yandan bu geni\u015flemeyi<br \/>\nemperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ele almak do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Fransa her ne kadar<br \/>\nayak diretiyor gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de t\u00f6renle b\u00f6lgeyi TC\u2019ye veren oydu. \u0130ngiltere ise<br \/>\nbu giri\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131ktan hi\u00e7 kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bu sonucu ilk tan\u0131yan devletlerden<br \/>\nbiri oldu. Yakla\u015fan D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131nda TC\u2019yi kendi taraflar\u0131nda \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in<br \/>\nverilen bir tavizdi. Ayn\u0131 zamanda onlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan ihlal etmeyen<br \/>\nbir tavizdi. \u00c7o\u011funlu\u011fu Arap olan ve S\u00fcryaniler, Ermeniler gibi bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\netniseteden olu\u015fan b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n zorla T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirilmesi ve tarihinden<br \/>\nkopar\u0131lmas\u0131 onlar\u0131n problemi de\u011fildi ve zaten bu onlar\u0131n sistemiydi.<\/p>\n<p> \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<br \/>\nsand\u0131\u011fa kapat\u0131lan \u2018Turan\u2019 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi tekrar g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Devletin resmi<br \/>\ngazeteleri Sovyet topraklar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan esir T\u00fcrklerden bahsediyor, Nazi Almanya\u2019s\u0131<br \/>\nile beraber bu \u00fclkeyle sava\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunuyordu. Fa\u015fist s\u00fcr\u00fcler<br \/>\nStalingrad \u00f6n\u00fcnde bozguna u\u011frayana kadar \u00fcst perdeden yap\u0131lan bu propagandayla<br \/>\nKara T\u00fcrk fa\u015fist e\u011filiminin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yordu. Fa\u015fist Almanya yenilince \u201cTuran<br \/>\nr\u00fcyas\u0131 ba\u015fka bahara kald\u0131. \u201cTuran  yine felaket getiren macerac\u0131l\u0131k olarak ele<br \/>\nal\u0131nd\u0131. Bu arada yenen ittifaka ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek i\u00e7in 1944\u2019te Turanc\u0131lar sadece<br \/>\nzindanlara at\u0131lmad\u0131, i\u015fkence de g\u00f6rd\u00fcler.<span style=\"font-size: 8pt line-height: 107%\">5<\/span> Devlet kendi a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 azd\u0131rmay\u0131 bildi\u011fi gibi<br \/>\nt\u00f6rp\u00fclemeyi de biliyordu!<span>\u00a0 <\/span><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>KIBRIS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> TC\u2019nin i\u015fgalci \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steren bir<br \/>\ndi\u011fer \u00f6rnek ise K\u0131br\u0131s sorunudur. 16. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda Osmanl\u0131 egemenli\u011fine giren ada \u0130ngiltere<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan 1878\u2019te para kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kiralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<span style=\"font-size: 8pt line-height: 107%\">6<\/span>. Osmanl\u0131 Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na kar\u015f\u0131 tarafta girince<br \/>\n\u0130ngiltere bu aday\u0131 ilhak eder. Lozan antla\u015fmas\u0131nda bu ilhak\u0131 T\u00fcrk devleti tan\u0131r<br \/>\nve ada ile t\u00fcm ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 kopar\u0131r. 1950\u2019lerle beraber uluslararas\u0131 dengeler<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fince K\u0131br\u0131s TC i\u00e7in tekrar kutsal bir dava haline gelir. <\/p>\n<p> Adada ya\u015fayan halk\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu Yunanistan<br \/>\nile birle\u015fmek ister ve bunun i\u00e7in \u0130ngiltere\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadeleye ba\u015flar. \u0130ngiltere<br \/>\nbu adadaki \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 gere\u011fi bu birle\u015fmeye s\u0131cak yakla\u015fmaz ve adan\u0131n<br \/>\negemenli\u011fini kaybedecek bile olsa bunun daha kolay kontrol alt\u0131nda tutabilece\u011fi<br \/>\nba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir devlet \u015feklinde olmas\u0131n\u0131 ister. Adadaki T\u00fcrk az\u0131nl\u0131k gerek\u00e7e<br \/>\nyaparak TC\u2019yi de bu soruna d\u00e2hil eder. TC ise bunu yay\u0131lmak i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsat olarak<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fcr ve adan\u0131n Yunanistan ve kendisi aras\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ister. \u201cTaksim<br \/>\n\u015feklinde form\u00fcle edilen bu sonucu elde etmek i\u00e7in TC\u2019nin istihbarat \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc -o<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemki ad\u0131yla MAH- devreye girer ve K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019taki demokratik g\u00fc\u00e7lere(hem T\u00fcrk,<br \/>\nhem Yunan) kar\u015f\u0131 kontra faaliyetlerine ba\u015flar<span style=\"font-size: 8pt line-height: 107%\">7<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p> 1960\u2019da ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u0131br\u0131s<br \/>\nCumhuriyeti kurulur. \u0130ngiltere bu olu\u015fuma elini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in TC\u2019yi de Yunanistan\u2019la<br \/>\nberaber garant\u00f6r olarak d\u00e2hil eder. K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyeti adadaki T\u00fcrklerin<br \/>\nhaklar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131yan g\u00f6rece demokratik mekanizmalara da sahiptir. Fakat<br \/>\n\u0130ngiltere\u2019nin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn aksine ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u0131br\u0131s devleti uydu gibi davranmaz ve<br \/>\nBat\u0131 Blokuna girmez. Bunun \u00fczerine emperyal g\u00fc\u00e7ler hem Yunan fa\u015fistleri hem de<br \/>\nTC arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bu ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve demokrasiye duyarl\u0131 cumhuriyete sald\u0131r\u0131rlar.<br \/>\n1974\u2019te K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyetinde ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Makarios\u2019a Yunanistan<br \/>\ncunta rejiminin kontrol\u00fcnde yap\u0131lan askeri darbe bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nHem TC\u2019nin adaya m\u00fcdahalesinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r hem de K\u0131br\u0131s devleti fa\u015fist bir<br \/>\ny\u00f6netimin eline ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n<p> 1974 i\u015fgal hareketinin ilk<br \/>\na\u015famas\u0131 baz\u0131 antla\u015fmalar gerek\u00e7e yap\u0131larak ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131r. Fakat ate\u015fkes<br \/>\nkararlar\u0131na ve fa\u015fist y\u00f6netimin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyeti\u2019nde me\u015fru h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin<br \/>\ntekrar g\u00f6reve gelmesine ra\u011fmen i\u015fgal hareketinin ikinci a\u015famas\u0131 devreye girer.<br \/>\nBu durum t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya TC\u2019nin s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci emellerini g\u00f6sterir. T\u00fcrk devleti i\u015fgali<br \/>\nhedeflemekte demokrasi, bar\u0131\u015f ya da orada ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrklerin haklar\u0131 buna k\u0131l\u0131f<br \/>\nolarak sunulmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> Sonu\u00e7 olarak K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir<br \/>\nb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc i\u015fgal edildi. Bu i\u015fgalin ard\u0131ndan K\u0131br\u0131s halk\u0131 ne bar\u0131\u015f y\u00fcz\u00fc ne de huzur<br \/>\ng\u00f6rd\u00fc. K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019taki T\u00fcrk halk\u0131nda olu\u015fan bar\u0131\u015f ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm iradesi s\u00fcrekli bir \u015fekilde<br \/>\nT.C. taraf\u0131ndan bast\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. TC 45 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak g\u00f6rmektedir.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015fgal etti\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcmde kurulan KKTC\u2019yi D\u00fcnya\u2019da tek bir devlet bile<br \/>\ntan\u0131mamaktad\u0131r. BM kararlar\u0131n\u0131n emperyalist devletlerin iste\u011finin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda<br \/>\nolmamas\u0131 ve bu merkezlerin TC\u2019nin i\u015fgalini \u00e7ok net bi\u00e7imde desteklememesi bu<br \/>\ndiplomatik durumun olu\u015fmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Fakat bu b\u00f6lgenin TC\u2019nin<br \/>\ni\u015fgalinde oldu\u011fu ve K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019taki T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n iradesinin aksine Ankara\u2019dan<br \/>\ny\u00f6netildi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k bir ger\u00e7ektir. TC bir yandan K\u0131br\u0131s \u00fczerinden Do\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019de<br \/>\ns\u00fcrekli yeni \u00e7\u0131kar alanlar\u0131 ararken \u00f6te yandan aday\u0131 kara para aklama merkezine<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Sonu\u00e7ta ad\u0131 konulmam\u0131\u015f bir ilhak s\u00f6z konusudur ve K\u0131br\u0131s TC\u2019nin<br \/>\nbir ilinden \u00e7ok da farkl\u0131 olmayan bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilmektedir. TC\u2019nin s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci<br \/>\ny\u00fcz\u00fc K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta kendine maske bile bulamamaktad\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p> TC\u2019nin bu iki \u00f6rnekten daha fazla<br \/>\nyay\u0131lma giri\u015fimi vard\u0131r. Bu i\u015fgalci isteklerin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmas\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131<br \/>\nhegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7lerin onay vermemesi \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta TC<br \/>\nemperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin bi\u00e7ti\u011fi rol\u00fcn \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7mesi d\u00f6nemsel \u00e7eli\u015fkilere neden<br \/>\nolmu\u015ftu. Emperyalist sisteme g\u00f6bekten ba\u011fl\u0131 olan TC\u2019nin bu t\u00fcr hamleleri<br \/>\nengellendi.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131yla birlikte daha \u00e7ok K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n di\u011fer par\u00e7alar\u0131na yo\u011funla\u015fan i\u015fgal<br \/>\nhareketlerinin giri\u015fimden \u00f6teye ge\u00e7memesi ku\u015fkusuz K\u00fcrt gerillas\u0131n\u0131n bu<br \/>\nhareketleri k\u0131rmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. ABD\u2019nin Saddam Irak\u2019\u0131yla sava\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi<br \/>\ngerekli f\u0131rsat\u0131n olu\u015ftu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc. ABD beraber bu sava\u015fa girilerek G\u00fcney<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan i\u015fgal edilebilirdi. Petrol kaynaklar\u0131 r\u00fcyalar\u0131 s\u00fcsl\u00fcyordu. O zamanki<br \/>\nCumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Turgut \u00d6zal\u2019\u0131n \u201cBir koyup, \u00fc\u00e7 almak  \u015feklinde form\u00fclize etti\u011fi bu<br \/>\nplan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketinin dirili\u015f sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltti\u011fi bir zamanda i\u015flemedi. Bu<br \/>\narada o d\u00f6nem yay\u0131lma iste\u011fi ile sava\u015fa girilmesini destekleyen \u015foven<br \/>\nkesimlerle Turgut \u00d6zal\u2019\u0131n tutumunu ay\u0131rmak gereklidir. \u00d6zal bu d\u00f6nem T\u00fcrk-K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nfederasyonu \u015fekliyle K\u00fcrt sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zme aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 vard\u0131. T\u00fcrk Ordusu da kilometrelerce alana kaplayacak tampon<br \/>\nb\u00f6lgeden T\u00fcrkmenler i\u015faret edilerek Kerk\u00fck\u2019e kadar alan\u0131n i\u015fgaline kadar bu s\u00f6ylemleri<br \/>\ns\u00fcrekli kulland\u0131. 2008\u2019de Zap Sava\u015f\u0131 sadece TC iradesini k\u0131rmad\u0131, bu r\u00fcyalar\u0131n<br \/>\n2015\u2019e kadar a\u011f\u0131zlara al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 bile engelledi.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p> <strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>AKP-MHP Fa\u015fizminin Rojava ve G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan \u0130\u015fgal Hamleleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 i\u015fgal<br \/>\ns\u00f6ylemlerine ara verilse de 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 TC\u2019nin yay\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurdu\u011fu<br \/>\nyeni bir d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flat\u0131yordu. \u2018Arap Bahar\u0131\u2019 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan fakat t\u00fcm<br \/>\nOrtado\u011fu halklar\u0131n\u0131n demokrasi iste\u011fini g\u00f6steren bu hareketler devlet\u00e7i g\u00fc\u00e7ler<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan sapt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Bu durum \u00f6zellikle Suriye\u2019de yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131. Hem Rojava<br \/>\ndevrimi gibi insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n umudu hem de \u0130\u015e\u0130D gibi vah\u015fi fa\u015fist hareketlerin boy<br \/>\nverdi\u011fi alan Suriye oldu. Suriye\u2019nin bu durumu T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin i\u015ftah\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nkabartt\u0131. Bu \u00fclkeye 2016\u2019ya kadar \u0130\u015e\u0130D ve onun t\u00fcrevleri olan paravan cihadist<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sald\u0131r\u0131ya ba\u015flad\u0131. TC sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n iki y\u00f6n\u00fc vard\u0131.<br \/>\nRojava devrimi T\u00fcrk devletinin temeli olan K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabart\u0131yor,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlerin kazan\u0131mlar elde etmesini varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na bir sald\u0131r\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu.<br \/>\n\u0130kinci fakt\u00f6r olarak \u201c\u015eam\u2019daki Emevi Cami\u2019inde Cuma namaz\u0131 k\u0131lmak  laf\u0131yla Davuto\u011flu\u2019nun<br \/>\nd\u0131\u015fa vurdu\u011fu b\u00f6lgesel emperyal g\u00fc\u00e7 olma iste\u011fi Suriye\u2019ye m\u00fcdahale gerek\u00e7esini<br \/>\nolu\u015fturuyordu. Nitekim bu iste\u011fin ideolojik k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 olarak \u201cYeni Osmanl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k<br \/>\nbir s\u00fcredir TC\u2019nin resmi s\u00f6yleminin par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirilmi\u015fti. Bu s\u00fcrecin<br \/>\nayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na girmeksizin paravan \u00f6rg\u00fctler YPG ve QSD taraf\u0131ndan bo\u015fa<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131nca TC do\u011frudan kendi ordusu ile bu s\u00fcrece d\u00e2hil olmak zorunda<br \/>\nkald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade edebiliriz. Bug\u00fcn hem Efrin\u2019de hem Cerablus ve Bap\u2019ta s\u00fcren<br \/>\ni\u015fgal TC\u2019nin aktarmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci, yay\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131<br \/>\nkarakterinin g\u00f6stergeleridir.<\/p>\n<p> AKP-MHP fa\u015fizminde kendini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a<br \/>\ng\u00f6steren s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci, yay\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 karakter 2019 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fc itibariyle hala aktif<br \/>\nkonumdad\u0131r. 2015\u2019ten bu yana yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u0131 i\u015fgal<br \/>\noperasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. B\u00f6lgenin i\u015fgal ve ilhak\u0131n\u0131 dillendirmeden<br \/>\npratikte yaparak t\u0131rmand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 TC\u2019nin kimli\u011finde gizlidir.<br \/>\nS\u00f6ylemindeki \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi ile sava\u015ftan \u00f6te bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131yan bu<br \/>\ngiri\u015fimlerin 35 y\u0131ld\u0131r oldu\u011fu gibi h\u00fcsranla sonu\u00e7lanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmek<br \/>\ngerekir. \u015eimdiden iradesi k\u0131r\u0131lan T\u00fcrk ordusunun i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i g\u00fc\u00e7lere ra\u011fmen<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n bu par\u00e7as\u0131nda da tutunamayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> \u00d6te yandan Rojava\u2019n\u0131n do\u011fusuna<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelik i\u015fgal tehditlerini f\u00fctursuzca s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeleri AKP-MHP fa\u015fizminin yeterince<br \/>\nte\u015fhir olmas\u0131na sebep olmaktad\u0131r. En son tehdit arg\u00fcman\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in<br \/>\nKuzey Do\u011fu \u00d6zerk y\u00f6netiminin de destek verdi\u011fi ABD ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 G\u00fcvenli B\u00f6lge<br \/>\nantla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n yetersiz oldu\u011funu ifade etmektedirler. Fa\u015fist \u015fef Erdo\u011fan a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a<br \/>\nniyetlerinin b\u00f6lgeyi i\u015fgal edip m\u00fcltecilerin bu b\u00f6lgeye yerle\u015ftirilmesi<br \/>\noldu\u011funu ifade etti. G\u00fcvenlikten anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fgal oldu\u011funu laf\u0131 oraya buraya<br \/>\n\u00e7ekmeksizin a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 menfaat odakl\u0131 hareket eden uluslararas\u0131<br \/>\nkoalisyonun ne tav\u0131r alaca\u011f\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak fethe yeltenen TC\u2019nin<br \/>\nr\u00fcyalar\u0131n\u0131 Rojava Devrimcilerinin k\u00e2busa \u00e7evirece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. <\/p>\n<p> Sonu\u00e7 olarak s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik ve<br \/>\ni\u015fgalin TC\u2019ye i\u00e7kin oldu\u011funu belirtebiliriz.
