Agnodice, \u0130skenderiye Okulu\u2019nda anatominin kurucusu kabul edilen Herophilos (M.\u00d6. 335-280)\u2019un derslerine girebilmek i\u00e7in erkek k\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na girerek kendi alan\u0131 olan jinekolojide uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3528-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<font size=\"3\" face=\" \"><font size=\"3\" face=\" \"><span><\/p>\n<p>Hipokrat gelene\u011fi her ne kadar t\u0131bb\u0131n hurafelerden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak \u00fcn yapsa da asl\u0131nda 17.yy\u2019\u0131n Avrupa merkezli bilim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n temsil etti\u011fine benzer bi\u00e7imde kendisinden \u00f6nceki t\u00fcm \u015fifac\u0131l\u0131k, otac\u0131l\u0131k geleneklerini hurafe saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eifac\u0131 ve otac\u0131lar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kad\u0131n olmas\u0131 ve Atina toplumunda kad\u0131n\u0131n konumu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bu gelene\u011fin temsil etti\u011fi eril karakter \u00e7ok uzun y\u0131llar boyunca kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ellerinden al\u0131nan bir bilimi geri alma \u00e7abalar\u0131na da sahne olmu\u015ftur. Bunun en g\u00fczel \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rneklerinden birini de Agnodice g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00d6 3.yy\u2019da Atina yasalar\u0131na g\u00f6re hekimlik mesle\u011fi kad\u0131nlara yasakt\u0131r. Agnodice, \u0130skenderiye Okulu\u2019nda anatominin kurucusu kabul edilen Herophilos (M.\u00d6. 335-280)\u2019un derslerine girebilmek i\u00e7in erkek k\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na girerek kendi alan\u0131 olan jinekolojide uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u0131p e\u011fitimini tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra kad\u0131n hastal\u0131klar\u0131 alan\u0131nda hekimlik yapmak \u00fczere Atina\u2019ya gelmi\u015ftir. Mesle\u011fini uygulayabilmek i\u00e7in kendisini erkek olarak tan\u0131tmak zorunda kalm\u0131\u015f, k\u0131sa zamanda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00fcn kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n hastalar taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok sevilen bu gen\u00e7 hekimin ger\u00e7ek kimli\u011fi konusundaki dedikodular ve meslekta\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 y\u00fcksek mahkemede yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015f, kad\u0131n oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 \u00fczerine yasalara kar\u015f\u0131 geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Atinal\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mahkemeye gelerek hemcinslerini savunmalar\u0131, kendilerine ilgi ve \u015fefkat g\u00f6steren Agnodice\u2019in yarg\u0131lanmak yerine \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrmeleri hem onun beraat\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Agnodice idam edilmemi\u015f ancak erkek yasalar\u0131nca uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r . <\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci \u00f6rnek ise, \u0130S 1.yy ili\u015fkindir  orijinal n\u00fcshas\u0131 Floransa\u2019da bulunan ve Metrodora taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan uterus, mide ve b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 konusundaki kitap, bir kad\u0131n taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f en eski el yazmas\u0131 eser olma niteli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Ancak bu kitab\u0131n yazar\u0131 o d\u00f6nemde erkek olarak ve Metrodorus ismiyle sunulmu\u015f ve y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca \u00f6yle tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bask\u0131 ve k\u0131s\u0131tlamalara ra\u011fmen kad\u0131nlar her zaman sa\u011fl\u0131k, \u015fifa ve t\u0131pla ilgili olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Roma\u2019da sava\u015f ve istilalar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar nedeniyle askeri hastahaneler \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karken siviller i\u00e7in ilk hastane M.S 4. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Fabiola ad\u0131nda bir kad\u0131n taraf\u0131ndan kurulmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hekimlik e\u011fitimi g\u00f6rmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne konulan engeller kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki tek istisna 1173\u2019te \u0130talya\u2019da kurulan Salerno t\u0131p okulu\u2019dur. Bu okulun kurucular\u0131 aras\u0131nda Arap ve Yahudi as\u0131ll\u0131 bilim adamlar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011funu da eklemek gerekir. Bir\u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6n\u00fcnde olan okul 13. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda ortadan kaybolmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen burada yaz\u0131lan t\u0131p kitaplar\u0131 17-18. Y\u00fczy\u0131la kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn Avrupa\u2019daki t\u0131p e\u011fitiminin ana kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Salerno t\u0131p okulunun \u201cjinekoloji ve obstetric (do\u011fum bilimi)  kitab\u0131n\u0131n yazar\u0131 ise bir kad\u0131nd\u0131r: Trotula. Trotula ile birlikte Abella, Rebecca ve Constanza da bu okuldaki di\u011fer kad\u0131n hekimlerdir. Orta\u00e7a\u011fda cinsel edimin kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 olmayan tek g\u00f6zlemcileri kad\u0131nlard\u0131, ya iktidars\u0131zl\u0131k davalar\u0131nda mahkemeler taraf\u0131ndan uzman tan\u0131kl\u0131k yapmakla g\u00f6revlendirilen ebelerdi ya da kad\u0131n pezevenkler. Erkekler bu t\u00fcr bir g\u00fc\u00e7le tehdit edildiklerini hissediyorlard\u0131 ve hem bilimsel hem kurgusal literat\u00fcr, erkeklerin korkular\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131yordu. Trotula \u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc ebelik \u00fczerine yaz\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok b\u00f6yle tehdit edici bir rol oynama kapasitesine bor\u00e7luydu. \u0130ksir haz\u0131rlama ve k\u0131zl\u0131k zar\u0131n\u0131 onarma sanat\u0131nda usta bir kad\u0131n olan Trotula erkeklerin nas\u0131l aldat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyordu ve bu t\u00fcr sihirli sanatlar\u0131n kurban\u0131 olmaktan korkan erkekler, d\u00fc\u015fmanca tepki g\u00f6sterdiler. Ya\u015fl\u0131 kad\u0131n, cad\u0131 haline geldi. (Karadul olarak bilinen \u00f6r\u00fcmce\u011fe tarantula denilmesinin bununla bir ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 var m\u0131 bilmiyorum ama bir arkada\u015f\u0131m buna dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015fti. \u0130ncelenmeye de\u011fer bir konudur).<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6teden beri do\u011fum, lohusal\u0131k, gebelikten korunma, k\u00fcrtaj gibi kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcreme d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcyle ilgili uygulamalar kad\u0131nlar\u0131n denetiminde, yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa bilgi-deneyim aktar\u0131m\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde i\u015flerli\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. 14-17.yy aras\u0131nda \u00fcreme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin bu denetimin kad\u0131nlardan erkeklere ge\u00e7ti\u011fi ve t\u0131bb\u0131n erkek egemenli\u011finde bir meslek haline geldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. T\u0131p ve hukuk e\u011fitiminin standardize edilmesi, hekimlik yapacak ki\u015filere e\u011fitim ve diploma zorunlulu\u011fu getirilmesi ve t\u0131pta okulla\u015fman\u0131n kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 Salerno Okulu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7 de beklenildi\u011fi gibi olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcniversiteye girme hakk\u0131 yoktur. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngiltere&#8217;de 1421&#8217;de \u00dcniversiteler okullu olmayan kad\u0131nlara t\u0131bb\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in parlamentoya ba\u015fvurur. <\/p>\n<p>1518&#8217;de T\u0131p Kolejine verilen \u00f6ncelik patentinde &#8220;B\u00fcy\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck, sihir ve biraz da ila\u00e7 kullanarak c\u00fcretk\u00e2rca tedavi yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve Tanr\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ho\u015fnutsuzlu\u011funa sebep olmaktan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey yapmayan cahil kad\u0131nlar\u0131n&#8221; yetkisiz olduklar\u0131ndan bahsedilir.1563 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan bir yasa ile b\u00fcy\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe \u00f6l\u00fcm cezas\u0131 getirilir ve binlerce kad\u0131n idam edilir. Bu davalarda yarg\u0131lananlar\u0131n %85&#8217;i kad\u0131nd\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Paganizmin lanetlenmesi kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. \u0130dam edilen ilk Hristiyandan Theodosia, Niceratave Thekla kad\u0131n \u015fifac\u0131lard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 Orta\u00e7a\u011f toplumu birbirine denk d\u00fc\u015fen \u00fc\u00e7 hiyerar\u015fiyi bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktayd\u0131  halk \u00fczerinde kilisenin, kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde erke\u011fin ve k\u00f6yl\u00fc \u00fczerinde toprak sahibinin egemenli\u011fi. Kad\u0131n-ebe-sa\u011falt\u0131c\u0131 ise bu \u00fc\u00e7 hiyerar\u015fiye meydan okumakta, kilise d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir alt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc temsil etmekte, bir az\u0131nl\u0131k grubunun sahip oldu\u011fu potansiyel g\u00fcc\u00fc simgelemekte ve bu nedenle de kurulu d\u00fczen i\u00e7in bir tehdit olu\u015fturmaktayd\u0131. Kilisenin sav\u0131, bilge kad\u0131nlar\u0131n (\u201ckocakar\u0131lar ) ve \u201ccad\u0131lar \u0131n hastal\u0131klar\u0131 iyile\u015ftiremeyece\u011fi ya da hastal\u0131k tedavisinin kendi ba\u015f\u0131na k\u00f6t\u00fc bir \u015fey oldu\u011fu de\u011fil, \u201cbu kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u015feytanla i\u015fbirli\u011finin bir sonucu oldu\u011fu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu i\u015fbirli\u011finin kad\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131na i\u00e7kin bir \u00f6zellik oldu\u011fu  bi\u00e7imindeydi. 1563\u2019te yay\u0131mlanan Malleus Maleficarum (Cad\u0131 Balyozu) adl\u0131 \u00fcnl\u00fc Orta\u00e7a\u011f cad\u0131 av\u0131 metninde \u201cKatolik inanc\u0131na ebelerden daha fazla zarar veren kimse yoktur, e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmemi\u015f bir kad\u0131n sa\u011falt\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131rsa cad\u0131 oldu\u011funa h\u00fckmedilir ve \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr  denilmektedir. \u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmeliydiler, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fifa da\u011f\u0131tan bilge kad\u0131nlar ve ebeler birer uygulamac\u0131yd\u0131  inan\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n sab\u0131r ve ac\u0131 \u00e7ekme \u00f6\u011f\u00fcd\u00fc veren dualar\u0131 ile kilisenin uhrevi \u00f6\u011fretilerinden uzak duruyor, deneme-yan\u0131lmalarla y\u00fczy\u0131llar i\u00e7inde edinilmi\u015f empirik bilgi birikimini kullan\u0131yor ve neden-sonu\u00e7 ili\u015fkilerine \u00f6nem veriyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0131bb\u0131n, erkeklerin tekelinde profesyonel bir meslek haline gelmesi ve t\u0131p diplomas\u0131 olmayanlar\u0131n mesle\u011fi icra etmelerinin yasaklanmas\u0131 ile birlikte kad\u0131n ebelere kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu \u015fekilde yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131 hi\u00e7 de \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir. T\u0131bb\u0131n profesyonelle\u015fmesini Kilise&#8217;nin s\u0131k\u0131ca denetledi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Orta\u00e7a\u011f Cad\u0131 yarg\u0131lamalar\u0131nda kilisenin ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu &#8220;uzman&#8221; erkek doktordur  cad\u0131 olarak kimin yak\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na o karar verir. Gene Malleus Maleficarium, cad\u0131 av\u0131nda doktorun rol\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirlemekte ve doktorluk stat\u00fcs\u00fc ile formel T\u0131p e\u011fitimi alm\u0131\u015f olmay\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flamaktad\u0131r: &#8220;E\u011fitim g\u00f6rmemi\u015f bir kad\u0131n, sa\u011falt\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131rsa cad\u0131 oldu\u011funa h\u00fckmedilir ve \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>19. y\u00fczy\u0131la gelindi\u011finde kad\u0131nlara yasak olan okullardan ald\u0131klar\u0131 diplomalarla, devletlerin onay\u0131 ile mesle\u011fi icra etme hakk\u0131 olan erkek doktorlar geride fiziki olarak katledilmi\u015f, katliam yap\u0131lmayan yerlerde de k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp y\u00f6ntemleri hurafe olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fczerinden meslekte y\u00fckseldiler. E\u011fitim g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f erkek doktor kitlesi h\u0131zla artarken, \u00e7ok az say\u0131da kad\u0131n \u00e7ok zorlu u\u011fra\u015flarla hekim olabilmi\u015fti. Bu d\u00f6nemde kad\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k end\u00fcstrisine giri\u015fi daha \u00e7ok hem\u015firelik ve hasta bak\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k \u015feklinde olmu\u015ftur. Asl\u0131nda hem\u015firelik \u00e7ok eski \u00e7a\u011flardan beri vard\u0131, t\u0131pk\u0131 ebelik gibi. Ha\u00e7l\u0131 seferleri zaman\u0131nda hem\u015fire tarikatlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu bilinir. Modern anlamda hem\u015firelik Florence Nightingale (1820-1910)\u2019in k\u00f6t\u00fc \u015fartlardaki hastaneleri d\u00fczeltme \u00e7abas\u0131 ile ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilir. Fakat kendisi zaman\u0131n y\u00fckselen hareketi olan feminizme tiksinti ile bak\u0131yordu. Hem\u015fireli\u011fi kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in bir meslek olmaktan \u00e7ok bir g\u00f6rev say\u0131yordu. Ba\u015flarda hastanelerde ne oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lamayan bu meslek gurubunun, kesinlikle doktorun i\u015fine kar\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi \u00f6\u011f\u00fctleniyor, hastaya doktor bakmadan ellememeleri ve sadece doktora yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmalar\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretiliyordu. Doktorlar da i\u015flerine bu \u015fekilde yarayacak olan bu kad\u0131nlar\u0131 k\u0131sa zamanda benimsediler. Nihgtingale, bu okullarda sadece hem\u015fire yeti\u015ftirmedi, Viktoryen D\u00f6nemin ideal kad\u0131n\u0131 \u2018evdeki melek\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 alt s\u0131n\u0131ftan kad\u0131nlara da aktararak bu ideolojiyi yeniden yeniden \u00fcretti. <\/p>\n<p>1873\u2019de Londra\u2019da Kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in T\u0131p Okulu kuruldu ancak erkeklerden olu\u015fan Kraliyet Koleji\u2019nden ebe olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni alamad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hekim olmalar\u0131 ve hekimlik yapabilmeleri \u00f6n\u00fcndeki yasal engellerin kalkmas\u0131 20. Y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fc. <\/p>\n<p>1970&#8217;lere kadar kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131 kotalar devam etti( %10 ya da 20den fazla olamazlar gb).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7 olarak:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mevcut k\u00f6lelik stat\u00fclerini me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar\u0131n akl\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcnl\u00fc filozof ve bilgin kad\u0131nlar\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr ya i\u015fte bizler bu g\u00fcn neden \u00fcnl\u00fc kad\u0131n hekimlerin ad\u0131n\u0131n bilim tarihinde yer almamas\u0131n\u0131n nedenlerini \u015fimdi daha iyi biliyoruz. <\/p>\n<p>T\u0131p alan\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n elinden al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde tedavide kullan\u0131lan y\u00f6ntemler, sermaye tekelleri ile olan ili\u015fkileri ve etik alanda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar nedeniyle tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan bir konumu ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle kad\u0131n bedenine yakla\u015f\u0131m ve uygulanan tedavi y\u00f6ntemleri konusunda bir \u00e7ok tart\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Uzun s\u00fcre anatomi derslerinde insan anatomisinin erkek bedeni \u00fczerinden anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, kad\u0131n bedeninin ise \u00e7o\u011funlukla sadece \u00fcreme organ\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla t\u0131bb\u0131n konusu edilmi\u015ftir. Bunun yans\u0131malar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar da s\u00fcrmektedir. Teolojik anlat\u0131ma sad\u0131k kalan hekimler kad\u0131n\u0131n erkekten sonra yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve daha a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki sav\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli bi\u00e7imlerde anatomik kan\u0131tlar g\u00f6sterme \u00e7abas\u0131na girmi\u015flerdir.
